So the first question is something that you have recently found fascinating. That's a good question. What have you found fascinating recently? I find fascinating. I know some people don't believe we went to the moon. But what I find fascinating about the space in general

2:01is so and so founded or first saw sold Jupiter in 16, whatever. Okay, somehow they had to tell us go and found Neptune or Uranus or wherever those are. Hundreds and hundreds of years ago before the technology that we have today, that's fascinating. And the uniqueness of space in itself that the fascination of like Voyager 1 and 2, they shot these things off in like 78, 77, 77, and they are now way past what we know as normal space. And they were able to calculate that, okay, we're going to shoot this off at this particular time and it's going to take pictures of Mars and then it's going to gravity assist off Saturn or Jupiter and it's going to sling shot over to this other planet and then take pictures of the moons on this and then it's going to gravity sling shot out in order to get past Pluto in 1989 or it's just fascinating. That somebody has the know how far above me

3:02that can go, okay, if we shoot this rocket off at this particular moment in time, it will go in this direction at this velocity and it will be able to take pictures of this planet and be able to fling off and take pictures of other, it's just absolutely fascinating. I have two things. Okay. One is that I recently found out that mosquitoes are attracted to certain blood types more than other blood types and it's not foolproof, but if you have any type of type O blood, they're more attracted to you. I have type O blood. I forget if it's positive or negative or whatever. Well, you always want to be positive. Yeah, be positive. So that's one thing. The other thing is I find fascinating is I feel like, and these viruses come out, the Hontavirus was what was that June? Early, I think it was April, May, yeah. Yeah. And then it's like monkey packs. And there's always like an Ebola outbreak

4:03like every three years. Measles? Measles. Well, you should make sure you're doing what you want. Do what you want. Do what's right for you. Yeah, for the measles. But I just want to fascinating, the news or whatever social media blows up about the Hontavirus, right? People are talking about the cruise ships and how they let those people out of the cruise ships and wherever it's sweet and or wherever it was. And then it just disappears. It disappears. And then it's like onto the next thing. And it's like, are they preparing us? Are they distracting us? Or is it one of these things of, well, that didn't stick to the wall. Let's try something else because our ratings crashed on that one. Let's find something else to do. People lost interest in watching the screen. Yeah. People are still booking cruises. I don't know. But I just think it's interesting how that happens. There's some kind of dark secret behind that we don't know that, okay, this is what motivates so and so on. This is what drives this. And I do kind of wonder if it's like ratings or what it is. Money. I mean, it is money. It's gotta be money. But anyway, I just, I don't know. All right. Interesting.

5:04Things people have said in public that you have overheard that struck you as, wow, okay. I mean, I will go first since you have not seen. Whenever I did and for those who have followed the program, in 2021, 2002. I know what you're saying. I did the aerial photography for the United States Department of Agriculture as a whole team of us in the town that I grew up. And we flew longitude lines in Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, Arkansas. Okay, get to the point. We flew into a little town outside of Little Rock, Arkansas. And my pilot and I were sitting there at a restaurant because we had to get the plane refueled. And this person, this lady across, young lady across from us said, it ain't not none of your affair, so don't worry about it. I don't know. I am not big on adjectives or verbs or grammar. But there's a lot of things in there. It ain't not none of your affair.

6:05Yeah. That one. I remember one time you and I were at some store. And some lady was having a conversation on speakerphone because these people are on speakerphone. They all think they're on a reality show. And Holly and I joke about that. You see people driving down the road with the phone in their face because on these old time reality shows, like early 2000, that's what the video was. The camera guy would hold the camera and they're holding the phone so the microphone could pick it up. Anyway, and I remember like this lady was on the phone with somebody talking about a doctor's appointment or the bus. And she was so loud. I don't know if you remember that or not. No, I don't know. I don't know what she said. Well, I don't know. Right. It was just like, it was insane. But anyway, she was invading your public. I, um, what you did was a breakup on a restaurant. And people who break up with people in restaurants, in restaurant like busy restaurants, it's a sucky way to do it. It's not nice. Like first of all, you took the, you're like, let's go out to dinner.

7:06Yeah. This place that was like, false narrative. Right, that we like. You like, right? And then we've said so many memories here. I don't like any more good memories and bad memories. Anyway, and the guy said, I think the girl was breaking up with the guy. And the guy said, well, my mother is not going to be happy about this. If you're dating a woman because of your mother, you've already got a problem that we can't address on this program. And I'm like, maybe that has something to do with why she's breaking up with him. Yeah, I don't know. She doesn't need to date two people. She's trying to date one. Right. It seemed like that, like the mother was like, maybe a little bit too involved type of situation. If you watched the older episodes of Andy Griffith Howard was living with his mother and she was just like that that she wouldn't let him go out on dates and would pretend to be sick to make him stay home. So similar thing. Like Gilmore, girls and Kirk, he was with his mom. Yeah. And well, he's got, he, that's a whole another thing. How many times do you run the dishes through the dishwasher before you just say, fine, I'll hand wash it.

8:07I don't know. I never really had much of a dishwasher lifestyles. So I guess like once or twice, I don't know, three, three, three is that the right one. Three for me. And then I'll go ahead and wash it with my hand, my hand. I barely run our dishwasher. I know, but that's three is the limit. Okay. Good to know. How many pictures and videos do you have on your phone right now? I don't know. Let me look. Yeah, let's look. How do you know? You go to your gallery and it will say it should say right at the very top. If you look over on my phone, you see at the very top, how many, the numbers and white there. Oh, yeah. So my phone has 7,966 images. And I've got, I've got 300 of them in the, and that's not counting the 300s in the trash box right now. And 1,164 videos, which are mainly shorts for our camping page or the gardening page on social media. Mine doesn't say. Okay. So you've got a newer one. But anyway, I've, I've, I've, I've, I've got. I'm going to guess it's probably at least five thousand.

9:09And this, and my phone is a Galaxy 24 plus or S, whatever that is. And it has 245 gigabytes of internal memory. And we bought that phone and you remember being there and he said, well, I've never had anybody ever filled that phone up. I filled this phone up twice and I've had to be like 100 and hundreds of them. Two years ago. Right. And I don't know if a new phone now is 500 what? But yeah, he said, I've never had anybody ever filled it up. And I'm like, buddy, you wait because I filled this up several times. I'll spend hours deleting stuff on, you know, that I hope I don't need in order to have access to more storage. But anyway, I don't do the cloud. I don't dump it on the cloud. Let's talk about hobbies. Okay. Hobbies. A hobby you don't find fun, but understand how others would. So I have a lot of hobbies. So I'm going to narrow this down to craft different crafts. And for me, that I don't understand how people find it fun would be cross stitching or embroidery, whatever you want to call it. It feels like torture to me and it takes, I think it takes too long, but it does produce

10:14some very cute results. And I like to knit and it is not a fast, it's not a fast process either. So like I just don't really, I tried cross stitch and I, well, I gave up and I, I don't, maybe I'll try it when I'm older, I don't know, but not my jam. I'm not going to diss on anybody. That's an old word, diss, you know, I'm not going to look down on it. I'm not dissing on any craft. I'm just saying it's not my job. I, I'm not going to select one or the other because there are people that are fascinating and the hobby is American Sign Language or going to every baseball stadium in the United States or going to an opera every Sunday night in an open park. Everybody's got their own little thing and you keep in your lane, I'll keep in mind and we're just going to wave as we cross each other's paths. I'm not dissing the craft. I'm not saying you are. I'm saying my craft is not. Your answer is my answer is my. My interest in crafting is different than other crafters, just like people who scrapbook

11:14I'm not, I'm not going to scrapbook. I think, I think scrapbooking, I don't know this, but used to be, you know, before the age of digital, people would have hundreds of photographs and they would, you know, feel a photo album. Right. And now, you know, the joke is, well, our Disney pictures are on that CPU or our, our trip to Niagara Falls is over on that. I don't even know where our wedding pictures are. I know we have hard copies out there. We also have like a disc. A disc. Mental memories. Yeah. Yeah. Something that you would find fascinating to collect if you had the space to do that. I would probably collect more Halloween stuff. Or any of you had the money to do that. Yeah. If we had more space, and I mean, I guess I could make space, I also just don't always want to, to make space for stuff, I would, I would collect more Halloween stuff. I would, I would think, and you know, we see these, I think it'd be fascinating.

12:17Like old-time radios, like the big floor radios, we've got some in the studio, Crosby, RCA. I don't forget what that one is. But the old time ones, because there's one guy on YouTube, and I don't remember what, but anyway, he has the one and only radio that still is in existence. There's like five or six made and he's got one. And it's like the size of if you tip the Volkswagen bug on its end, humongous massive. I think the fascination of collecting cars, like actual full-size cars, 57, you know, car bit, 50,000. I would love to collect cars. I would get like a bunch of old cars. Yeah. But you know, you see these videos like of Jay Leno or these comedians, and it's just a giant warehouse, the guy from Gas Monkey Garage. And I get the concept of collecting cars, but also you get, you have to look at the other way. I'm going to pick a run, $4 million on this collection of cars. And I don't dare take it out and drive them around. I just let them sit here and look pretty. You know, I know some people drive, but I just can't get behind the collecting them and

13:20then not touching them and just wiping them down and going, you're a pretty car. Right. Real quick. Yeah. What's your go-to candy bar? Crunch bar. That's your go-to? Yeah. I don't know why I thought Mr. Goodbar was. Well, Crunch bar used to be a big thing. Yeah. And harder to find. Mr. Goodbar is good. Yeah. And then you can't pass up a good Snickers bar. Right. Minus Snickers. But I also like Mr. Goodbar. And next time I go to the gas station, I guess I'll look for a Crunch bar for you. Yeah. You used to get them all the time. Now they're getting, you know, like a bag of M&M's. What is that? Like $7 for one pound bag or something like that now? Yeah. Candy's expensive. Let's do another one here. You have gone to. I've been to a lot of concerts. OK. So pick one of those. Pick a couple of that you would not be ashamed. When I was a teen, you could get, you could go to these concerts. So we got you grew up in the city where it was very easy. I grew up way in the rural areas, which was, you know, but listen.

14:22So there's this place called the Eagles Ballroom. Also known as the Rave here in Milwaukee where our anchor station is. It's like Shipstation. Like. And you could get these, they would have these. They're called two drink minimum tickets. So what they were trying to do is you, and maybe if you weren't, couldn't drink alcohol if you were under the age of 21, you would still pay what would be the equivalent of two drinks was probably like $8 to $10 at the time. And then you could go see these concerts. And I saw a lot of really well known groups because of this. And it was because they were trying to, they were like, we, they're using on weeknights. And these artists were coming through between like Minneapolis and Chicago and Stapion and Milwaukee. So I would, I remember seeing like Green Day, the offspring, M&M, at their peak, at their peak. Yeah. So this was like like 90s, early 2000s. If you ever, if you know who like silver chairs, I said, Guar, if you know, Guar is, so

15:24sounds like some kind of toxic waste. But then, but then I would go, then I would pay like I would save my money from my part time job. And then I would go see bigger shows at larger arenas as well. And I saw a number of different shows. But I've seen a lot of concerts. What about you? I've seen two different concerts and I photographed two different concerts because I did, I did photography in the town of Grapin. So the first concert I went to was, I believe it was 98, Lone Star among Gummord Gentry at the Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, arena back in the day. Where'd you go with? I got X-Girlfriend. Oh. And then another X-Girlfriend I went with to the DuCoin State Fair, Blake Shelton and Buddy Jewel. Buddy Jewel opened for Blake Shelton. This was before Blake Shelton was Blake Shelton. Okay. This was Blake Shelton. I was just now starting to figure out. And then in the town I grew up and we had Blues Fest. And because I was on the yearbook and did work for the newspaper, I was able to photograph Coco Taylor and then Delbert McClinton which were massive, massive names in the sole
