Episode 18: The Twinvestors – Real Estate and Be Bold Coffee

Justin and Jeremy Oyler (@JeremyOyler on Instagram) are identical twins living in the Florida panhandle. Both graduated from Auburn University with Engineering degrees. Justin studied Electrical Engineering and Jeremy studied Mechanical. While in school, they learned about the short-term rental real estate business from people they met while on vacation in Florida. Fast-forward to today, where they have successfully owned two short term rentals in Miramar Beach, FL and are now looking to build a large rental on a lot near 30A.

 

With Justin's wife Meg, the three set out on a mission to build a coffee truck business - a dream they have had for years. The company is called Be Bold Coffee, and it is top notch! Jeremy and Justin describe how they built the truck from scratch. They have already posted their favorite videos that helped them build the truck on YouTube, and plan to release their own YouTube videos as well.
