Episode 36: Forcing Clients To Have Cheat Meals - Sometimes I Do!

I've seen a recent increase in the number of clients telling me they decided to SKIP their planned - and recommended by me, their coach - "free" meal. This has occurred immediately after a diet and mid-way during a post-diet maintenance phase.

In this episode, I discuss my thoughts on this recent trend and why I strongly advocate having a "free" meal - specifically after a diet - and on occasion during a maintenance phase.
