Michael Reynolds of Jacksonville, Florida discusses his running journey from a couch to 5k, losing 130 pounds and becoming a prolific marathoner.  He discusses many of his 116 marathons in 46 states and 22 countries.  He has BQ'd 5 times and won many AG awards.
