Episode 603: Are You Physically Tired or Emotionally Exhausted? (Part One)
About this episode
Lately I've been navigating elder care, parenting a teenager, running a business, nurturing a marriage, and moving through perimenopause.
And if I'm being honest, there are days when I feel exhausted.
The question is why.
In this episode, I explore a distinction that has become incredibly important in my own life: the difference between physical fatigue and emotional fatigue.
Because while they can feel similar, they require very different forms of care.
When we misidentify the source of our exhaustion, we often pour our energy into solutions that leave us feeling even more depleted.
Understanding the difference may be the first step toward giving yourself what you actually need.
Note: This is Part One of a two-part series. Part Two publishes July 21.
