This series of podcasts we've called the mentoring tapes. They feature Craig Bruce and Kate Meade, who works at Ace radio. Kate co-hosts the Jon and Kate Breakfast Show which is networked to 8 radio stations in the Victoria/NSW region. She's also an aspiring program director.

In her career before radio she created Victoria's largest dance festival for young people- "The Victorian Dance Festival" where 7,000 dancers come together for an incredible weekend of learning and inspiration.

Kate's work in this space was recently acknowledged by The Australian Financial Review where she made 2018's list of 100 Women of Influence.

In this series, Kate and I discuss the basics of music strategy, dealing with conflict, leadership, air-checking announcers and managing airtime.
