It's so weird down here, one side of the yard.
It doesn't get a ton of sunlight, but it was like over ankle deep.
So I had to like lift so the lawnmower didn't flood. I had to lift the lawnmower up.

And pass it that way. And then once I shaved it, I brought it down to where it's normally supposed to be and went through it.
It was like the rest of the yard. It was, it was ugly, but it wasn't deep.
But for some reason, it just grows and grows and grows on one side of my yard.
Must get more sun, soil temperatures warm or something like that or cooler.

Because we read out a chili recipes.

It's usually about you know how they say like when you break up with someone long term,
you need to wait like.

So if you were someone for one year, you got to wait like one month to date again.

And he's being interviewed.
And they're asking him what his favorite food is.

And he said that he loves pasta.

But he doesn't eat a ton of it because he wants to fit into his gorgeous white mafia suit.

So his two favorites are one Villalasa Bucco.
And the second one was chicken Parmesan.
Now we can't use chicken because it's not a it's not the same.

something you put on your nose yeah the zinc and he put the zinc on his nose we we created
this guy and we ran into him at Epcot and he was more genuine than the one that we created
yeah it was his voice was more annoying yeah he was nerdy and then we thought he had the knee
high socks if we said that was part of it he had the backpack on the too big backpack he had the
yep yep he was with his mom mom I'm going to Hawaii first I'm going to Hawaii no never to get
some sliders yeah like we both we didn't even see him and we both hurt we heard that noise
and we both looked at him at each other and said that and we said that's Larry yeah and then we
you knew as soon as you as soon as you turn around you knew who it was who it was yeah yeah
that might be the most messed up thing that's ever happened in my life to this day
that we created this guy yeah he appeared out of thin air yeah yeah
yeah because there's probably not another person on earth that would have fit who Larry was
you're exactly right at this place we were at at the time we were there the day we invented him
do you think anybody's following this right now no but I don't really give a crap if they are not
you and you and I are the only two who understood can tell if you're that was seven years ago right
because I was like 2019 yeah it was the first jammin's trip yeah or second whatever it was
or second that's right because we didn't do it on on on the COVID yeah and then um but it's still
like the craziest thing that's ever happened and I'm sure we're talking about yeah I think we took
some pictures of them yeah I followed them to the booth and then I got some pictures and then I
turned them into a cartoon and posted them on our social media it was the craziest thing like if
people were with us for the conversations we had leading up to it I don't think they'd believe what
happened anyway I digress but we also will the Rick Patino Villasabucco into existence
apparently apparently we have the world's worst superpower that we could do these things
I was just gonna say like I don't want to be sacrilege but do you think we have connections
hey they're not they're not very useful because anointed ones I've never like conjured up the
powerball ticket numbers or anything like that we get frickin Villasabucco and Larry that's
the only thing we get maybe maybe be and wealthy isn't what what are calling us what is it just
being stupid yeah being stupid and creating Larry all right well hey if that's if that's my legacy
that so be it I'm happy to go out I'm gonna go to why mom and get some sliders like that stuff he
knows the double take we both had and we didn't even have to say anything we both were floored
instantly it's like that there wasn't a word we both like looked like like that's not it was the
same voice that we created exactly the same if anything more cartoonish than the voice we came up with
because we were doing it the whole time on the golf course right like I'll just hit a little five
iron here whatever oh yeah go good ball because I use that a lot on the golf course and Kurt
gets so irritated with me right because that they call him Curtis and that's not even like his
like his real name is Kurt it's not Curtis yeah right nickname okay I'm good boy Curtis he didn't
like that did he do all of these like off with you or just some most of them because like Rick
Humphrey fired you the captain fired you Kurt doesn't like you that much I mean he deals with you
because your family but you get on his nerves sometimes you know what I think likes me is Alex
yeah because I think he's a lot like you yeah he can he can he can bring it down just a bit but he
won't stoop to my level but he enjoys like watching me well I'll argue on to yeah sure like I feed
into it and then I could separate myself very quickly from it as your spiral yeah because you
get me going then you just walk away like yeah on the podcast you do it all the time yeah that's
my favorite thing yeah because like you if I don't just start going into the topic you'll just talk
about Larry for the next 23 minutes and then we'll be done but yeah I mean what you want to just
we could just do that right now we should probably talk Rosa mexicana I need to bring him back he was
people didn't like him did they um no really no I didn't think so
because I think I would even do it like just to be a real dick like if Kurt missed a pot like rules
violations you better put a mark on that oh I did that that's right I did that during the captain's
trip at Disney oh you're just like Larry voice I did the Larry and Bill Bill with I'm in the cart
with Bill in his guy what's this guy was what's what's that thing called brilliant the the
Mets a club or Mets a club oh Mensa yeah so this guy was in that he had like the IQ of 190
he smoked uh unfiltered cigarettes okay he changed smoked unfiltered cigarettes
so he's moving he's moving his ball that's not what playing this is a money game we all have
$100 invested into this I mean it's not huge but you playing a little money game and this guy's
rolling it in the rough so I'm in the cart right and I just got you gotta play it down pod just
gotta be down it feels like looking at me like hurly what do you been taught what are you saying
and then I think I continue with the Larry voice bit captain he's really taking
preferred lines in the rough those against the rules yeah Larry's a stickler for the rules for sure

can't move that he and he knows he's like a 29-handy cap but he knows every rule and he knows every
fricking rule and he's giving himself 10 footers and he's making you put out the two footers
that's that's Larry isn't it oh yeah I got a four there what do you mean you got a four it took
you six to do it down the highway but I got a four there Gary he doesn't he doesn't say
Gary I ain't got a four Gary yeah yeah it's like two extra syllables to my day

all right let's talk Rosa Mexicana because you just uploaded a video to our YouTube channel YouTube
that is cram slash at WDWBTG such a good segue such a good segue I'm a professional parts
and you want you guys you got your money's worth from that Yukon oh yeah you better believe it um
so you uploaded the video Rosa Mexicana and you said you wanted to talk about it a little bit of
your experience there and go through the menu because it's a really underrated restaurant on
the Disney scene that's so good I know our body of angry new Phil junior loves it he's talked about
that's one of his favorites I want to take your sister because she loves Mexican food yes yep
and she'll eat that crap and it's not crap it's good stuff I think the quick service in
Mexico is really good but she would love this spot yeah so tell me about do you want to talk about
the specific meal you had or you just want to go through the restaurant itself I mean we can go
through the restaurant itself we can start with the breakfast and I'll tell you exactly what we had
and then you can turn over to our YouTube channel and check out the review checking out the menus
right now from Disney's website which is going a little slow look at that look at that breakfast
now it says it's a breakfast buffet is that accurate is that what it was it's I didn't have
breakfast there we had lunch but it is very similar to somewhat similar to the one that we had
over at the yeah so they have the continental but then they have a buffet and then they also have
just a regular menu right yeah so it sounds like you can get the buffet which is the continental
breakfast plus an entree which is for 29.99 you can get just the continental breakfast for 21.99
or you can order all a cart anywhere from like 21 to 23 dollars so it's depending on what
you're getting it makes a lot more sense to do the full buffet because it's only a few bucks more
right then order enough the menu oh it's a little different though the buffet is not an entree I'm
sorry I read that wrong so there's the continental breakfast buffet which comes with fruit yogurt
danishes oats croissants muffins cereals hard boiled eggs and then if you get the full buffet it has
all that stuff plus scramble that guacamole and toast which is avocado toast you can get bacon
sausage chorizo sausage potatoes pancakes and Mickey waffles with cinnamon whipped cream
Mexican chocolate ganache and made to order omelet so that's 30 bucks that's a pretty good deal
it's a great deal considering how much you pay at other places for the breakfast
this is exactly what they had at the wave the wave had ala cart and they had a buffet that had
you know just a few items but it was at a low price point and it was fantastic I thought one of
the best buffets at the time on property but this is very similar yeah my only concern with this
part is that the actual entree sounds so good I'd be really tempted to get that over the buffet
and that's totally fine yeah the entree is do so good I mean they have the chile quiles divorce
adios which is 23 dollars two fried eggs with corn tortilla strips salsa verde
wahios sauce black beans Mexican cheese crema and avocado that's okay that sounds good that's
good they have churro waffles which cinnamon crusted waffles with Mexican chocolate sauce and
whipped cream 23 dollars huevos rancheros one of my favorites two eggs cooked your way crispy
corn tortillas black beans salsa avocado and ranch potatoes tell me about this because I'm
I'm unfamiliar with this so basically it's like you get like a corn tortilla the flat one
that's so it's a crispy one and then you put like the black beans in between two of them
and then you usually it's poached eggs which is what I'll get are fried eggs like sunny side up
that goes on top of the corn tortillas with a bunch of like salsa and other stuff on top so
then you like crack through the egg you get the crispy shell with the beans in there and the cheese
and the egg altogether so it's almost like a taco but it's like yeah where have you gotten this
actually I think they had it at what was the name of the restaurant at Coronado not
back in the day before ricks maybe it's so maybe it is ricks i think yeah ricks has been there forever
that's across from the quick service it's like their sports bar what there was a sit down that was
like at the end of the building when we went on our honeymoon i don't remember what that one was
does that ricks no no no because ricks is the uh ricks is the one that's on the other side like
more towards the lobby right yeah yeah and actually it's uh with a convention center entrance
sure yeah i don't remember do you remember what that one was called i mean that's a long time ago now
Coronado Springs it's not still there right that one's been closed for a while
uh no it is i i believe it still is there
because i think Dan matherin actually went there a couple years ago oh really
oh Maya grill is what it was my grill my grill i went there for breakfast one time yeah so we had
breakfast there and that's what i had oh on your honeymoon yeah i had wavels for in charos they're
very good i've had them at other places too usually locally in Rhode Island yeah usually you'll go to
like a breakfast joint and they'll have it as a special and i'll usually i'll order to
would i like it i think so yeah you like black beans i love black beans yeah you would like it
it's really good yep um i mean they have a breakfast burrito that sounds pretty pretty darn good
has shidees in it cheese scrambled eggs pico de gallo guacamole and potatoes in the burrito
really good options for breakfast that buffet though that's tempting because that's tons like
made to order omelettes can't go wrong with that yep meatlover omelette bacon sausage and shidees omelette
be fresh
you know that's just going to be light on the outer and just heavy and beefy and the
just grease you're just you're just gonna cut open with a fork and it's a
that's when you scoop it right at the end yeah yeah like a little egg flake and then there's
still some shidees no did you have breakfast there we did not know what do you have lunch or dinner
we had lunch but it's very similar yeah i think there's a lot of the same so we'll look at the
lunch menu here i mean this this is a place where if you're staying at the crescent like
resorts it's a must do whether be cash or a dvc it's a must do so they do the table side guacamole
right you had that done didn't you order that i know we just no we hit we just had chips and salsa
okay i thought i thought for some reason you said you got it there so you can get the um
um table side guacamole made to order they give you chips and salsa you said right you don't
you have to pay for it that's nice not too many places you that Dave and like she was so good she
she gave us um a big bag of chips when we were done oh it's a girl like to take with the leftovers
yeah yep to take with us so i mean i threw her okay that's you know ten dollars extra yeah no
that's i mean that's why these people these people could make some bank if they just think
outside the box yeah you want a coffee to go you want a soda to go yeah there's another five dollars
doesn't cost them anything even if you don't tip all my chips doesn't cost them anything to do it
it really doesn't but the chips and salsa oh my god it was so fresh like there's nothing better
than fresh salsa where you can actually taste the cilantro and the onions and the tomato oh
remember what sheafer made fresh salsa at your house on the gentleman's truck yes that was really
good yes that was really good yes um a lot of good starters i mean they got ahi tuna taquitos lobster
taquitos nachos chicken tortilla soup case of deal that's what i got you got the soup
it was insane insane it's on the video go look at it it's ridiculous
yes and then they have all these tacos you get three tacos per order there's all different
types there's shrimp tempura tacos red chili chicken barria grilled stuff that i can imagine
yeah grilled steak tacos and barria tacos you have both yeah you guys split them yeah we split
them up yep jackfruit tacos so if you want vegetarian you can do that crispy cauliflower tacos
again vegetarian chopped cheeseburger tacos so if you have a picky eater and they want
you know a more American style they got a cheeseburger taco baja style fish tacos
can't go wrong fish tacos love fish tacos me too poor carnitas
they have some sandwiches a cheeseburger again like if you have a picky eater you get cheeseburger
now let me ask you a question you can keep going but when when we're talking fish tacos
i like grilled better fried you like grilled i was going to ask you yep i like grilled too i think
you just you get more of the flavor you get more fish the the breading doesn't take up all the space
in the taco i don't mind a breaded like a fried fish taco but if you i have the choice i'm always
going to go for the grilled the black if i'm going to get a my if i'm going to get a mahi taco i
want to just blackened yeah that's how i like it
so the lunch has basically the tacos and the uh and the sandwiches as options
which is plenty i mean there's some good starters you get either tacos or a couple different
sandwiches there's some sides nothing too crazy really good stuff a lot of great options for
the tacos but when you go to the dinner menu there are parts they have a fajita and steak menu
so you can get chicken fajitas steak fajitas shrimp fajitas
an eight ounce center cut filet a ten ounce new york strip a 12 ounce chimichurri skirt steak
which you love you love the chimichurri from a good next-gen restaurant getting the chimichurri
it's probably out of this world you know yep it's fresh
same starters a few extras in there like a ceviche which is really good market fresh fish
cured in lime juice tomato red onions chili cilantro and crispy tortillas a chorizo and chicken
empanada sounds good again that soup then they have some signature dishes a roasted half chicken
with mole poblano sauteed spinach crema sweet plantains white rice and corn tortillas
that sounds phenomenal and that's probably like the thirteenth thing that we get at that restaurant
you know what i mean yeah they have a tapikina i don't know if i'm saying that right a 12 ounce
skirt strip steak cheese enchilada mexican rice refried beans queso fresco guacamole and corn tortillas
42 dollars sounds pretty good chili riano that's like a stuffed chili
they have mexican fried rice this is like a side dish it's only 13 dollars comes with shitties
fried eggs bacon corn black beans scallion cilantro tomatoes chilies and then you can add a protein
to us you're gonna add chicken for seven shrimp for 12 new york strip for 15 and that all sounds
good and lobster for 19 mexican fried rice that sounds really good
and then they have a platter recommended for four people for a hundred fifty two dollars parts
which is not bad if you could feed four people for a hundred fifty two dollars that's pretty good
because that's only about thirty eight bucks a person thirty three thirty change yeah yep
so this is roses own mexican style mixed grill served on a sizzling platter of red chili chicken
grilled shitties a 20 ounce new york strip jumbo shrimp a company with freshly made corn tortillas
roasted onions frijoles cheese stuffed jalapenos char tomato salsa pico de gallo and guacamole
how you messed up right now that's a lot of food for a hundred fifty two bucks 20 ounce
with all that i mean like five ounces of steak is a good amount if you're getting all that other
stuff too oh right oh yeah i mean it's a good amount it's kind of like what's recommended is yeah
you know a fistful of meat that you and i certainly don't abide by those rules not often yeah
parts you can get an ala cart grilled chorizo for 12 bucks so just at throw a piece of
shitties on any order for an extra 12 bucks what's wrong with that oh good is that it's like a
lobster tail at a restaurant yeah we get just a grilled chorizo oh my god oh she's on there for me
you know if you and i went like on a golf trip we'd have to do that right throw the chorizo on
there yeah yeah of course no matter what you are they cap you go have yeah like just have a
flame in your own and chorizo sounds good they have enchiladas these come two per order
roast chicken enchilada a del mar which is seafood comes a lobster shrimp
blue crab beef brisket enchilada roasted mushroom enchilada a chihuahua cheese enchilada
pork carnitas again the tacos the same options they had before
and then some sides so a lot more on the dinner menu you can go a little little little fancier
with the dinner but i don't know that place just sounds fantastic and you had a really good experience
oh my god it was so good like we're talking to our waitress and she's just i said why is this
place so good she's like it's just fresh everything's made in house yeah like you don't have to
be crazy just make a few good things and you said that like i think that soup was just stupid right
you said it was insane like if i love soup i don't know if you're big you're not as big of a soup
but i would like to yeah for sure but i think i recall years ago
after covid when you guys did the verbo in orlando i think you said you went to a mexican place that
had a homemade salsa yeah and it was really good and you said yeah i mean it's just
how how difficult is it to make a salsa there's nothing better when the chips come out warm
and they're warm and the salsa's warm like i like to heat it salsa sometimes you get the cold
one it's good but like i'm with you i like heated to room temperature yep the warm salsa
i gotta go here when i go with saran may we're gonna have to take a special
nice trip over there and go to roza mexican it's easy reservation so if i can't get a room i'll
just we'll drive up and meet you guys yeah sure and that's this is like a special romantic well i
mean we're you know that you're gonna have not this one won't be the romantic one so don't worry about
which okay all right but uh i do even if even if you are having a romantic dinner you know
i have no shame yeah you just show up and inviting myself along right exactly hey parts
what are you doing hey how are you doing that parts at the anniversary you guys are treating me
but i did uh i did end up weightlifting boardwalks so i'll see if that comes through
yeah we we agree that that's the spot don't you think so if it goes through it does if not we're
happy with saratoga so either way were you able to did you have to have a a business meeting with
your wife because you said she's not really keen i just said would you be okay with that and she
said yes so then i just said all right we'll see if it goes through it was meant to be if not we'll
stay at saratoga yep there's worse places to be than saratoga springs trust me there there's
certainly yeah that's a really good really good fallback any final thoughts should we talk about
maybe the desserts i never i never even look at desserts i never do either but
there were some pretty good desserts on that menu yeah i'm trying to find a here i'm going through
the drink obviously margaritas there's some great margaritas and cocktails do they have sangrier
is that more Spanish no uh i'm i'm sure they have it i think it's more Spanish but it they
i'm looking to see what they have here while you're going through that i'll yeah i don't see it
particularly you'll see you you will see our sangria university oh video from coronado
springs that'll be a most recent video on the wdwb on the gates you to channel
actually don't see desserts on here i think uh
uh
disney didn't grab that part of the menu to put on their website so i'm not looking at
their official one through swan and dolphin i'm looking through the disney world
gotcha
so we'll just we'll punt on the desserts i'm not going to have room for it if you're giving me
