Episode 69: The Practice of Microdosing Effectively (feat. Nate Baumgardner)

Oftentimes when we think about psychedelic & plant medicine experiences, the conversation is based around large doses of these medicines to receive insights, downloads & “aha” moments, however, not only is microdosing an extremely effective methodology for connecting with these medicines, but it also aids in the harm reduction realm in allowing people to experience many of the same benefits without having to have an experience that, for many people, could end up doing more harm than good. My favorite part of microdosing is that while I do not feel psychedelics are meant for everyone, applying microdosing techniques will allow for more individuals who are interested in experiencing the potential within the psychedelic space with a safe methodology to do so & I feel that by bringing the subject of microdosing forth, all of us that are psychedelic proponents can position ourselves as the change that I feel is necessary within the psychedelic space to continue to paint a positive picture of these medicines to society at large. Todays guest on the show is an absolute expert when it comes to microdosing protocols, specifically for psilocybin, & along with this skill set, he is also a leading proponent behind the ideology of adding other modalities, such as breathwork, language work, reiki & the like into these protocols to allow his clients to create lasting daily ritual practices that can serve them in integrating the messages they receive throughout their microdosing protocol.
