Beginning in 1985, a vicious killer would stalk the streets of Frankford, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and go on to kill at least eight women. Dubbed Pennsylvania's "Jack the Ripper," the case of the Frankford Slasher remains unsolved to this day. Unless, would a man go down for the crime who did not commit it? Will justice ever be found?
