The MAP boys sit down with Graham Betchart, the Mental Skills Coach for the Sacramento Kings, who is also the co-founder of "Train the Mind," an online program with over 600 mental performance exercises that can be used by anyone looking to improve their performance. Graham is also the author of the best-selling book, "Play Present: A Mental Skills Training Program for Basketball Players." We also discuss his project with Grant Parr called "MaxConscious" that combines music with meditations and other key teachings.
Graham has worked with many of the top NBA players, including Aaron Gordon, Ben Simmons, Karl Anthony-Towns, Andrew Wiggins and Jaylen Brown to name a few.
