Mental health is huge for me. It really is. So I just want you all to understand how much I care about you.
How much I love you and how much I acknowledge that mental health is becoming a major part of this job down.
And we're not recognizing it. We're not recognizing it.
And we just do that. I just don't want anyone to understand that people just don't care because people do.

How to set boundaries and how to recognize what you need more support.
Most carries start this job thinking I'll work hard and I'll get and they'll get easier.
The sum it does physically, mentally and often doesn't.
Distress compounds, the pressure builds and the expectation becomes part of it.
What used to feel temporary starts to feel endless. That's when mental fatigue sets in.
This isn't about changing the system overnight. It's about protecting yourself inside it.
Learning emotional detachment is survival.
Carrying about doing the job safely is different from carrying guilt for everything.
Control what you can. Pace yourself safely. Follow instructions that's given.
Document concerns calmly. Use leave appropriately.
This is not giving up. This is professionalism.
There is still fear around asking for help. Fear of judgment. Fear of being labeled.
Fear of retaliation. But mental health support is that discipline issue. It is a health issue.
Using resources does that mean you can't do the job.
It means you're trying to stay well enough to keep doing it.
Bet you safely. Employee's systems program.
Union representation. Representatives. Medical professionals.
Pay attention if you notice. Constant irritability.
Emotional love this. Trouble sleeping. Dreading work every day.
Feeling disconnected from your life. These are not character flaws.
They are stress signals. Getting help earlier is easier than recovering later.
This job is a marathon. That is sprint. That everyone finishes to see way and that's okay.
Protecting your mental health does that mean you failed. It means you valued your life.

Carrying bail is a poor work. But your more important than the bail.
