Liberty Lockdown — Ex-Anthropic Researcher: Superintelligence Could Kill Us All. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
When Trump came out with that tweet and he said, the only reason you don't want data centers because you want to live in a poor backward rural area, that's an incredibly unpopular position. Trump is obviously here to just destroy earth. I mean, that's obviously what he's here to do. There's no rhyme or reason for anything he's doing anymore. He literally just wants to destroy earth. It's not even political at this point. He just wants to destroy the planet. Once you view everything through that lens, you go, oh, yeah, I mean, that's fine. It is what it is. Look, I can't say definitively that Trump actually wants to destroy earth. I'm just saying, what do you be doing anything differently? If he weren't, I can't say. I'm not sure. But what I have noticed is that apparently everyone has lost their effing minds. So today, instead of getting depressed about it, I'm going to just unpack and then laugh along with you at all of the terrible arguments that people are making across a number of issues, including artificial superintelligence or artificial general intelligence, or the MAGA versus America first debate, the Andrew
Wilson and Will Chamberlain getting absolutely stomped, which I did enjoy. But there was some arguments that were not made from the America first side. And as you know, I was invited to be there. And I could not because I was on the cruise with Tom Woods. We've also got the Huckabee family, which continues its slide into absolute psychosis. And then last but not least, I'm going to get into some of the headwinds that are facing the young men of this country. And they are numerous as you are well aware. Oh, and it has also been 90 full days since we've seen Mitch McConnell in public, but rest assured he's fine. Just living it up in the retirement home that is our Senate. And I'm sure he'll be back at it to destroy your country further as soon as he feels well enough to do so. We still don't have the truth about his condition or Lindsey Graham, who was inside of a drone production facility within Ukraine, about 12 hours before he dropped dead in DC of a heart attack. Sure, I'm sure that's exactly how it played out. Don't even question it.
Vanishingly few Americans believe the survival of America is dependent on them having kids pretty much all these rallies do, even the ones who aren't religious. So we could do those things. But again, what you'll notice in that entire litany, what you'll notice is that there is no talk of the government. It is not government policy in Israel that is causing people to have children. It is social fabric that is causing people to have kids. Look, I know you're tired of hearing from Ben Shapiro. So am I, but when he's going to lie this egregiously, I have no choice but to correct the record. So he's saying that the birth rate that is very elevated in Israel contrasted against other Western nations is not a product of government policy. In fact, it's just a byproduct of their, you know, tight cohesive cultural framework, which I might add, it's interesting that you have an ethno state and yet you would find that completely laughable for any of the other Western nations to do the same. But setting that aside, he says it is not a product of government policies. Well, would you be surprised to hear that in fact, Israel has extensive
pro-natal government policies, like the most of basically any Western nation. Here's some of them. They have subsidized healthcare. So childbirth expenses, prenatal care, all of that is covered for free. They also have free fertility treatments, including IVF, one of the only countries in the world that does that. It may be the only country actually. So yeah, no government policy there, right? They have birth grants, say one time financial grant that is paid into the mother's bank account upon birth. They are literally paying their people to have babies. They also have free public education and childcare from the age of three through adulthood. They also have paid maternity and paternity leave with additional protections against the employers from firing anybody who leaves to go have a kid. So they have basically every policy in place that you could imagine to encourage people to have kids. So when he says that Israel is just having additional reproductive rates that are far surpassing that of other Western nations and it has its all cultural and has nothing to do with government programs, he is lying through his teeth. And the reason that
this comes up is because JD Vance has been floating this idea of a $9,000 payout to stay at home moms, basically trying to encourage the single income household and household formations, marriage, reproduction, all of it. And while I disagree with it because of I'll get into why I disagree with it in a second, I do think it's just unbelievably irritating, frustrating to put it mildly that Ben Shapiro is just going to lie about this. He's going to lie and pretend as if there aren't government programs. Extensive, extraordinary government programs within his actual preferred country and contrasting that to JD Vance's program saying, oh, we don't need that. That's welfare. What do you call all of the things that I just write a lot about Israel's policies that are pro-Natal? But I will agree with Shapiro on in one regard. I do think that there are unintended consequences of JD Vance's proposal that would be bad. Namely, the fact that if you are just offering $9,000 to stay at home moms, you're going to encourage not just the productive members of society to reproduce, but also what the GOP used to rally against. They described
them as welfare queens. I don't think that you want people who are not net taxpayers to be reproducing as fast as humanly possible. I think it would actually be preferable. Instead of offering a $9,000 grant, how about this? How about you wave the income tax for anybody who has more than two children? I know some people are going to scoff at this and they're going to say, well, there's already so many tax benefits to getting married and having kids. Do we really need to give more to which I would say, yeah, actually, I think we do. As far as I'm concerned, anytime you have an opportunity to essentially starve the state, remove more tax revenue and leave more tax money in the hands of the citizen, I think that's to our benefit. Additionally, I would like to see people who are productive members of society actually have maximal incentive to actually get married, settle down, have kids, and start to create the civilization that we're all going to live in, right? So even if you don't have children or if you don't even intend to have children, wouldn't
it be better if the most productive members of your civilization were having to wear more kids? I would say, yeah, pretty much irrefutably, it would be to your benefit too. Now, the problem here, as always, is that it will probably take an act of Congress and getting anything positive for the American people through Congress is damn near and possible. But I will say given that they have record low approval ratings, it would be a good time to float that concept. Hey, the midterms are coming up. You got one more week that you're supposed to be in session. How about you at least consider pushing a program like this? Wouldn't this be a very popular thing to pass? Pretty much bipartisan. Wouldn't many Democrat Congress people have to cross-party lines and support this? How are they going to justifiably look their voters in the face and say, yeah, I don't care that you've had kids. I don't care about the cost of living or the inflation that you've been experiencing. I still think to ought to be paying income tax. Now, obviously, I think there's a slim chance of this actually getting passed because our Congress doesn't give a damn about you and I. But I did want to just mention it because I think that there was at
least initially the rumors or the kind of tepid promises from Trump when he was on with Joe Rogan back before the election. Did you just float out the idea of getting rid of income taxes and replacing it with tariffs? Well, okay. Were we serious about that? Yeah, sure. But why not? With the tariffs, we're going to have so much revenue. We're going to be able to get rid of the IRS. Well, obviously that's not happening. But we could try and hold his feet to the fire and say, how about you at least give tax relief to those that are having two or more kids? Those that are actually building the future of this country. Trust me, my concerns about the future of this country are not unfounded. I'm 30 years old. Not one of my friends had children. Zero. No one. No one's having kids. Do you know how hard you need to abuse a mammal to make them not have children? They like for real. Let's step here back a moment, right? Yeah, I just thought of it that way. Yeah, look, GDP goes up. People have a lot of enough food, you know, and whatever. No ones have been kids. And this is across the world, across the West, the East, you know, everywhere it's happening.
There's something that happened especially with younger, like even younger than me. Like the kids are like 18 today. There's a huge problem where they don't dance. No one dances. They go to clubs and they don't dance. Why is this? Because you get recorded. Yeah, if you're an 18 year old kid, go to a club, you get recorded. If you approach a girl and you mess it up, you get recorded. Everything is an optic on that. So if you had to ask me why my answer is technology. My answer is social media. My answer is AI. My answer is algorithms. Do you know what dating act algorithms do? Do you know how they optimize? They don't optimize to meet your love or your life. They optimize to keep coming back to the act. No, I'm not going to play the rest of that because his solution is to have government interference and ultimately government programs, you know, oversight to keep us safe from the lack of childbirth that we're having as if it's not a government program or ideology that's largely creating this paradigm in the first place. But I will say his description of the problem is pretty apt, pretty spot on. I am deeply, deeply concerned about the lack of reproduction that's
happening for this generation. And that includes me. I'm in my 40s. I haven't had kids yet, even though I do intend to. But just to give you some scope or scale of this problem, during the baby boom, the 1950s through the early 60s, the reproduction rate was 3.5 children per woman during the height of the boom. 3.5. We are now down to, there's different statistics, but it says somewhere between 1.6 and 1.7. You need to have 2.1 to just maintain your population. So this means that we are rapidly declining in population. And in my view, this is largely why the governments across the West have decided to open the borders because all of our social safety nets are essentially Ponzi schemes. And if you ever have a population decline, you will have insolvency in short order. So they are compensating the lack of reproduction from the domestic population with mass migration, mass illegal immigration. I think that he's right that it is the penopticon. It is the fact that we never feel as if we can take a risk without going viral as a, you know,
low-cow clown that we all get to laugh at. Oh, look at this guy. He got rejected. Oh, you got to drink through in his face. Oh, look how stupid he danced. You know, even if it's on a minor level, even if it doesn't go super viral, maybe it just goes viral in your high school or in your college. It's certainly a factor that people keep in the back of their mind that they're always being watched. And I might add, this is why I posed the flock, camera surveillance state and axon and all of the other iterations therein is because I think that humanity does not function properly if we never feel as if we have privacy or at least some minimal expectation of privacy. But additionally, the other apt description that he had was, do you know how much abuse it takes to get a mammal to stop reproducing? And look, I'm not a biologist and I don't know what the actual level of abuse a mammal has to take by which they may stop reproducing. But it's quite evident to me that our civilization broadly, and this is largely a global phenomenon, is experiencing the same thing. So these circumstances by which this is being created must be a global phenomenon too.
And I would have to imagine that the internet plays a huge role in that because that's the one new innovation that has rippled across the entire world and simultaneously reproduction rates have plummeted across the world in that same time spent. So I think that it's a fair correlation causation argument that yeah, this is probably causing it to a certain extent. But I would also add that I think that the other global thing that has happened across all of these nations is that we have had mass money printing that we have had inflation and devaluing of currency that has made it harder and harder for single income households to sustain a family framework and therefore more and more people are just opting out entirely. Additionally, the other global phenomenon that happened that was very unique was the 2020 COVID era and the lockdowns. And I think that that's probably the most extraordinary example of widespread abuse of the population globally that I've ever seen. And I hope I never see anything that surpasses it. So in short, yeah, I think he's right. I think that we have been abused. I think that the problem is that he and his generation tend to look to the
government to solve it as opposed to looking to the government to stop creating it. And that's what I would advocate for that we need to diminish their power immediately if we're ever going to actually basically recover our psyche. And we better do it quickly because we're about to have an AI title wave that's about to hit us. So I think that this ties in perfectly to the next major story that happened over the past 24 hours. And that was when open AI helped to solve a millennium prize math equation that had taken 140 years and had not been solved by any human being. Now there's some controversy as to whether or not open AI solved it on their own or if they used the kind of groundwork that was being done by other mathematicians to try and solve this and they stole it essentially. I'm going to set that aside and just talk about why it's so meaningful regardless of who gets the full credit for this breakthrough. But the math problem was called I don't even know how to pronounce it to be honest with Navier Stokes and a V I E R and it deals with the fluid motion or
fluid dynamics. I don't know. I'm not smart enough honestly to understand the full breakthrough and why it's so meaningful. But it does appear to be true that using 10,000 AI agents which are essentially spun up nodes of AI that are all working in tandem to solve a singular problem that they had this breakthrough that humanity had not been able to accomplish in 140 something years. And what that tells me is that we are very, very close to artificial general intelligence or maybe even ASI which is artificial super intelligence which means that humanity is going to be taking a backseat to the most cutting edge technological breakthroughs that we have as a civilization and that is obviously going to be the first time in human history that we've ever experienced anything like that. In fact, we may have just seen the first example of it. And don't get me wrong. I can certainly find ways to just be super optimistic and pumped about that breakthrough. But I think that there are some downsides that we ought to be aware of. This is Jacob Coxen. He resigned from Anthropic yesterday. And this is what he said on X last night when he announced his resignation.
I spent the last three years doing pre-training research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsible. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. Do not underestimate the power of this technology. These will soon be super human systems that can hack anything revolutionize any field overnight and acquire real power and resources. We have all witnessed the progress in each of these domains and progress is not slowing. Sounds good so far, right? Well, not so good after all. The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible. But I hear the same people express fear privately. No other human activity poses this level of danger. A common response is if they truly believe this, why are they still building it? At OpenAI, many have not deeply internalized the civilizational stakes. At Anthropic, the stakes are well understood. But they are locked in a race to get there first. They believe no one else will act responsibly, so they must do it themselves despite the risk.
Accepting this race and entering the endgame is a hebristic gamble that should not be launched from a private company slack. Attempting to speed run alignment should require extraordinary confidence that there are no better trajectories available. I am optimistic about the potential for coordination. Warning shots like the hugging face attack have made pacing agreements between US labs more viable. I don't feel like we're on track to prevent a global race, which may require costly actions such as temporary ban on improving model capabilities. Any ends was basically saying if you are a lab researcher, I urge you to consider what the next few years will actually feel like and essentially is like asking them to get involved in setting safeguards for this technological innovation process. As you know, I'm not an expert in the AI field, so I did some research to try and figure out some of the words that I didn't recognize or I didn't understand fully. Alignment was the one that kept popping up, and I was like, all right, I better understand that. And now I do. Alignment is that you're going to take these AI models or these agents and make sure that they are aligned with your general values. When you ask them to solve what may be even a rudimentary problem, there is a risk that if the AI doesn't share your general principles of,
looking out after humanity, that they may be willing to sacrifice humanity to solve that pro, that problem. A famous example of this would be what if you asked an AI super intelligence to solve for cancer and humanity. And then suddenly the AI just decided, well, I can't actually cure cancer, but I can rid us of humanity and therefore rid us of that cancer too. If that AI model is not aligned properly with humanity, with human beings, the programmers that start that created it, well, then it may not actually make the obvious next conclusion that, oh no, that wouldn't solve the problem that actually creates a much, much bigger problem. And here's where it gets super complicated because this is essentially a weapons race. You have a first mover advantage and really not even just a first mover advantage, but whoever gets their first is going to be so incredibly enriched and so empowered that if you don't get there first, you may never get there. Because
the first company to get there is going to make such a windfall of cash that they're going to be able to reinvest into increasing and improving that model faster than their competitors. So essentially, whoever gets their first is likely to be the leader, maybe in perpetuity. Additionally, if you're able to spin up 100 AI agents and solve these mythical problems that humanity is dealt with, there's going to be tremendous revenue and cloud that comes along with that and your stock price is going to just go parabolic. So you may actually have so much capital that you become essentially an instantaneous natural monopoly. There's also a game theory aspect to this in that and Theropic actually was a creation of people who worked at OpenAI and eight people over there said, we don't believe that you're putting the safeguards in place to make sure that alignment exists. Therefore, we're going to go start a competing company and we're going to focus on making sure that this doesn't destroy humanity. But here's the problem. They still have the game theory
problem that OpenAI does and that all of the American companies have against China. In that, if you believe that ultimately AI or artificial superintelligence is an existential threat, if it's in the wrong hands, then you may be able to convince yourself that, well, we can't slow down, we can't have these safeguards in place because if we don't get their first someone else will and we are the good guys, therefore, we must get their first. So psychologically, you can convince yourself that we have to take risks. We have to take leaps into the abyss because if we don't do it, well, then the CCP is going to have it. When you prefer us to have it over them, ultimately, aren't they going to be more dangerous than we will be, even in our worst nightmare? Now, maybe so, but that's still an extraordinary risk that we're taking and that's why this guy, who worked at both OpenAI and Anthropic, is telling you that they believe that there's a north of 10% chance that humanity is going to perish as a consequence of AGI or ASI. You would prefer the human race to endure, right? Your hesitate.
Well, yes. I don't know. I would... This is a long hesitation. There's so many questions in close to this. Should the human race survive? Yes, but in my view, the Peter Teals in the Elon most of the world, even though Elon oftentimes does talk about declining reproduction rates, and I've appreciated that about him. I think many of his competitors in the AI space, because obviously he has XAI as well, is that they are recognizing that we're not going to need as many human beings, because production is going to be supplemented through robotics and AGI. Therefore, all of the people who won't have jobs anymore, or will struggle to find work or transition into a new field that can't be filled by AI and robotics, which is going to be limited, will just present a problem, and because they don't really value humanity, they're not much concerned about them existing. One question seems to come up every time the economy gets a little uncertain, like now.
And that question is, is now the time to buy gold? And honestly, I don't know. And I'd be pretty skeptical of anybody who claims to know exactly what's coming next or when. The better question isn't whether or not gold goes up next month. It's why do people own physical gold in the first place? Most people aren't buying it because they think they found some magic investment. They're looking at it as a way to protect their purchasing power, to diversify a portion of their retirement savings, and to prepare for the unknown. If those reasons still make sense to you, it is worth taking the time to understand your options. And that's where Augusta Precious Metals comes in. Their experience team can offer you one-on-one personalized educational web conferences, where they'll explain how gold and silver work, or how a gold IRA might work, basically they'll answer your questions and help you understand your options. And then you can decide what's right for your own situation. To learn more, visit lockdowngold.com or text Liberty to 35052 to request Augusta's free guide. Because the real question isn't whether or not gold has already gone up.
It's has the reason for owning gold changed. And in my view, it hasn't. Again, go to lockdowngold.com to check out Augusta Precious Metals. And I think that's part of the reason that there has been this huge drive to essentially suppress reproduction rates because they don't think that we need this many people. You already know what I believe is a lie that they were telling us for the past 25 years is that it was because of anthropogenic global warming that manmade climate change was this huge crisis. And therefore we need less people as fast as possible. We've got to have less people simultaneously. Those same people would be arguing for open borders and mass immigration while saying we need less people. You're like, wait, are you humanitarian? What are you? I thought we had too many people. Now you're concerned about the survival of people living in the Middle East or Africa, but you're totally disinterested in reproduction coming from your own nation, your own people. Help us are. What an interesting worldview. And what's so disturbing about all this is that the political elite are just rampant liars about all of this. They don't tell us the truth
about it literally ever. A good example here is Howard Lutnik on data centers. I mean data centers don't use water. The data centers, this is propaganda by our adversaries to try to slow us down. So think about it. These AI things, they suck water and they need water. And so they need a plumber, but not a plumber plumber. That's Howard Lutnik both last week and a year ago telling you the exact opposite things because he has no interest in actually being honest. Whatever is politically expedient is the narrative he's going to run with. And I haven't talked about the data centers and I know there's a lot of controversy about it. And let me just be very blunt with you. I'm not naive. I understand that data centers are necessary for the technological environment that we are in and that we're entering into and it's obvious that with the advent of AI we're going to need more data centers. And I think the question here about data centers and the approval of these massive data centers is not so much a principled one as a
pragmatic one. Like is this a future that we want to exist in? Is AGI or ASI ultimately to the benefit of humanity? And I'll be blunt with you. Well, I'm not certain one way or the other. I think it's unavoidable. I don't think that there's any stopping this. Once you're in a weapons race like a good example is the Manhattan Project. There was really no safeguards in place during the creation of the nuclear weapon. Really the only safeguards that got accepted by humanity came years later if not decades later when it came to nuclear proliferation agreements and things alike. It was only once we witnessed the carnage of nuclear weaponry that suddenly the world was willing to actually talk about putting safeguards in precautionary measures in place. But prior to that, it was basically a wild west. We have to get there first. It doesn't matter. The problem with AGI and ASI is like it has the capacity to be not just a nuclear weapon but a super essentially life ending nuclear weapon potentially. So while the catastrophes of Hiroshima
and Nagasaki gave humanity an opportunity to reflect and go, is this really the world we want to live in? Do we want to be using nuclear weapons on humanity? Do we want hundreds of thousands of people wiped out in the blink of an eye? Or should we put safeguards in place? Well, with AGI or ASI, we may not have that opportunity of reflection. Once you're there, once the AI overlord is already fully spun up, you may not have a chance to actually say, let's put safeguards in place. It may be so powerful, so quickly that you literally cannot stop it. But as I said, I don't see any way of avoiding that because it is a weapons race because you're not going to get everybody across the world to stop. Even if you were to get precautionary measures put in place in the UK or America, you're probably not going to get in China. If you get precautionary measures in place in China or Russia, you're probably not going to get it in America. To have it be uniformly cautioned before you actually get to AGI or ASI is likely not going to happen. Even though there's been many of the
developers who have signed on to these packs, you were seeing that even at a place like Anthropic, a company that was created specifically to embrace that ideology, that philosophy that we're going to take precautionary measures. We're going to be cautious about this technological innovation. Even they are now having their employees resign saying that they're not doing it either. Now let me be clear about this. I think that there's a distinct possibility. In fact, probably a better than 50% chance that AGI or ASI ultimately serves to create so many scientific breakthroughs and productivity increases that it becomes the largest, most incredible invention in the history of humanity. And that ultimately our lives are benefited in extraordinary ways. I think there's a distinct possibility over the next decade if AGI or ASI comes about that we have almost a complete curing of cancer. It's possible. It genuinely is just looking at this breakthrough that they had yesterday with the Navier Stokes problem. Elon Musk continues to say
that he believes that GDP globally will double over the next decade because of AI and robotics specifically. Well, for a planet that's a wash and a quadrillion of debt, that would probably be a good thing. That is actually one of the rare black swan events that goes the opposite direction that could actually solve our debt and deficit issues and ultimately save us essentially from a global depression and a debt unwind. And as I said during the interview with Robbie the Fire, inversely, there's also the chance that this is a massive bubble that the AGI, ASI framework is ultimately unreachable and that all of the trillions of dollars that they're putting into both the AI companies as well as these data centers will prove fruitless or I think the more likely answer is that one or two of those companies is going to actually break through and breach that threshold, but they're going to become King God emperors of the next century if not forever. I don't know. The reason that this topic matters so much aside from the obvious, the existential risk
that it presents is that because we have so many young men across the West primarily, but globally also that are rudderless, that are careerless, that are familyless, childless, marriageless. If you also then increase the dire nature of their circumstances and you make it so that they cannot expect to have a job, but instead there just starts to, I guess they would have to go with universal basic income and you would just be shipping people money or something. I don't know what the program is or the plan is for those people. I mean, that's probably the more optimistic perspective, the more pessimistic perspectives as they go, well, these people are a danger and they start to use the flock AI robotics panopticon to round these people up. That's the more dystopic potential future. But basically what I'm saying is it's, I think it's very, it's probably incumbent upon us to have an answer for the young men because they are the revolutionary fighters if there is to be one. And if you want to avoid the most violent future possible, I think it's very important
that we try and have an answer for what we do with these tens of millions, if not billions of young men globally that are displaced because of a GI and ASI. And I would encourage you to have that answer prior to the advent of a GI or ASI. And the issue is that we don't have any leadership, we don't have anybody in politics that is actually thinking about the future in a sincere fashion. It's all about the next elections, all about the midterms. It's all about the next ad buy. It's really not about a decade from now or five years from now even. Oh, and I wanted to make one other note about the data centers. I think the primary reason that I would oppose them to a certain extent is because there are so much of that funding appears to be coming through government contracts. And I think that's where the opinion of the people actually starts to matter a lot. Because if this was just a private market phenomenon, if for instance, and theropic and open AI and XAI were all saying, well, we just need more compute. We need more compute. And therefore, we're going to build up these factories and you can build them pretty much anywhere. So we're
going to build them. We're going to buy the land and we're going to put in billions dollars of capital and share it. We'll create some jobs and tax revenue for this town or whatever. It's like, all right, well, that's kind of their prerogative at that point. But if you're doing it with government contracts, so a little bit different phenomenon now, isn't it? This is similar circumstance with the flock cameras, which by the way, I got to talk about this video that was released yesterday. Now, imagine that you're an incident commander and you're working this no-kings protest for the sake of the call. We put this in Denver as an example. So what you're looking at here is, I'm an officer. I can see the response plan that's included. I can pull that up if I need it. But I can also see live video footage as that protest moves throughout the park. Me as an incident commander, I want to keep officers out of that. I want to keep folks from making it worse and getting attention, right? And so I'm going to keep people out in the perimeter. I've got this live video footage to monitor and I know when things are starting to go sideways. I know when the environment is starting to shift. But I also know a lot of other things as well. I can see traffic flow. So as people are blocking the roadway, maybe that's okay for a while. But
if I see that that traffic has been stopped a while, I may need to send officers to that area because I know that road rage is imminent. I want to make sure that I have as many tools to make myself dangerous if and when I need it. You'll see all the intel we had available to us. We knew that this car show was going to happen. We knew that it was likely to turn into some nefarious activity based off of who was promoting the car show. The bottom right corner is a live drone feed from over the top of the parking lot where again, we could keep an eye on it. So this is hard proof that exactly what we thought was happening is happening. The in fact, flock cameras are being used for mass surveillance of otherwise innocent people, including you and I on a daily basis as you drive around. And that obviously this technology is going to be supplemented by other companies like Palantir. And we all know what the databases over at Palantir are being used for. It's essentially a breeding ground for killing machines that are being used in Gaza as we speak and other war zones. And I don't really feel comfortable
living in a flock surveillance state with a back end that is a Palantir killing machine database doesn't sound ideal to me. And unfortunately, people like Ann Colter are unable to see the force for the trees or the trees in the forest. In this case, and they are advocating on behalf of flock cameras because we got to stay safe. I am totally for flock cameras. I think this is nuts this opposition to it. There are some things that do need to be watched very closely. And also, I want to mention that no one can be opposed to flock cameras unless you are also totally in favor of enforcing the criminal laws to the top extent of the law. If you are not for that, then I don't want to hear about how you don't want cameras because we need something out there if you're not going to lock up the criminals. Are we the only ones that live through the J6 are we the only ones that live through the 2020 era where a bunch of people rioted and very
few people got prosecuted? Like, do you think if flock cameras existed, they would have prosecuted those people? No, probably not. Did you live through the lockdown era and the force mandate era? Do you think that flock cameras and these technologies aren't going to be utilized to aggressively hunt down dissidents in those eras? Even if you trust the Trump administration, which by the way, I don't, but assuming you do, do you think that they're going to be in power forever? Do you think that President AOC or Gavin Newsom aren't going to use these technologies to hunt you down to the end of the earth? And, Colter, do you think that you're safe? Do you think it makes you more safe? Truly? Now, granted, I know Ben Franklin's warnings were 250 years ago, but for the love of fucking God, can we have a little perspective? Can we have a little foresight? Even if you, as I said, even if you believe that Trump is on your side, can you not just imagine for a second that someone that you don't trust has this power, this full panopticon capability,
and you're going to green light this, belieffully, when the obvious answer is exactly what you said is that you ought to be enforcing the laws, that violent criminals ought to be locked up, obviously, and they are not being, at least not very aggressively, particularly in Democrat Rand states, which is the big reason that we've had a rash of crime in those areas. Did you not live through the Epstein cover-up where the rich and powerful got away with some of the most heinous crimes you can possibly imagine? Do you think that this is ultimately going to be used to go after corruption in government, or would it not obviously breed additional corruption in government and oppression of you and your kind? I literally can't understand the world view of people like this. They genuinely seem to believe that this technology is going to be rolled out and it's only going to be used by your political allies to crush your political enemies and never the obvious inverse that will come. We all know it will come. And honestly, with the 25th anniversary of 9-11 around the corner, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. These
were the same people that sat idly by or cheered loudly as programs like the Patriot Act got rolled out. And by the way, did that mass-spying apparatus against the American people suddenly eliminate crime or terrorism for that matter? No, it didn't. Here, let me show you the type of person that Ann Colter wants to have access to use flock against you and your loved ones. You have to give up the fantasy of being fitter than the fascists. It's not just that it's cringes or strategically bad. Though it is, what we all need to be doing is rejecting disposability in all of its forms. The point is not to beat the fascists at their own game. It is not to lay a better claim on their own territory by being fitter, more eugenic. In fact, the more disgenic, the better, I think. Revolution is not a contest between optimized and properly prepared bodies.
That idea is fascist in and of itself. That's right. Those people still exist. People who six years later are still masked up. Still describing their political opposition is fascist. Still railing against eugenics and arguing in favor of becoming disgenic, of being out of shape, being hideous. This is their worldview. They believe that Ann Colter is a fascist. I might add. Honestly, if you want a total surveillance state to try and fight crime while giving up all your liberty, you might be. But I'm not. Most Americans aren't. And most Americans don't want to live in that world. So unless you intend to use flock and the AGI ASI wave paired with Palantir to round up all of your political enemies over the next two years and imprison them so that they can never have this power to use it against you, well then you are begging. You are imploring them to use these very weapons that you are giving verbal support to
right now to be used against you and your loved ones for the rest of your existence. You naive moron. And I know that everything I threw at you today is fairly heavy and I apologize for that. But I think it's best that we stare it in the face and we ask ourselves what best to do in this circumstance that we have a lot of new innovations that yes, have a silver lining that yes, may have innovations and breakthroughs that improve your life in unquantifiable ways. But they come with a equal amount of existential risks that we ought to be privy of. And if the end-cultors and the willed Chamberlains or the Andrew Wilson's of the world have their way, I could promise you you're not going to enjoy the future very much. What would be the distinction between this movement's platform and a libertarian platform? I think there'd be a lot of overlap. Yeah, can you name any differences? Any differences? I think there'd be a lot of differences in terms of how the economy is structured. And let it be the distinction between anything and the platform that you're advocating for
and the libertarian party currently. We have is a broad coalition that does not agree on a lot of different domestic and social issues. But we agree, oh, I would say that the coalition that agrees that we shouldn't be involved in the foreign wars, that we shouldn't be allowing A-pack into make the sense- Libertarian platform. Right, in terms of foreign policy. And in terms of us having a realistic outlook on the world, not propping up our own empire, yes, that's libertarian. Yeah, this is one of those moments when I'm very disappointed that I wasn't there. Not because Joe Kent and Alex Jones and all of them on the American first side didn't do a good job. They did for the most part. But because I'm actually, I was pretty deeply involved with the libertarian party, especially a couple of years ago, I do really know the differences that exist in what he's proposing. And Andrew Wilson kind of caught him off guard because Joe Kent hasn't been involved in the LP. He doesn't know the differences. I'll tell you the biggest one. Immigration, border control, deportations. That is obviously going to be a plank or portion of the platform for whatever party the Thomas Massey, Tucker Carlson, MTG, Joe Kent, wing of the
party creates. That is a very contentious issue within the LP. Unfortunately, I wish it weren't the case. Additionally, left leaning or progressive ideology is rampant amongst 40% of the LP that will not be a problem with whatever this new party is moving forward. And yes, there will be some overlap when it comes to non-intervention and railing against the unnecessary unconstitutional illegal wars in the Middle East. And yes, there will be some overlap when it comes to the spending spray that is our federal government and the national debt crisis that we face and the inflation that we face. And this is all a product of the GOP that he is sitting there defending along with the Trump administration I might add. But in short, what Joe Kent and the Tucker Carlson wing is proposing is essentially all of the good of the Trump administration, which unfortunately has been limited, paired with all of the improvements that we would make, which set us apart dramatically so. And that would be the pitch to the American people that all of the America first mantra that Trump pretended to uphold, but didn't we will. And we're serious. We're not fucking playing games
like these con artists that currently rule over you are. That's the sales pitch. And if you want to sit there and say, Oh, well, that's just the LP. That sounds just like the libertarians. No, it doesn't. If you saw Chase Oliver's campaign in 2024, but you probably didn't because no one paid attention at all because he was pushing progressive ideology, which is extremely unpopular, especially coming out of the woke 1.0 era. None of that will be the case moving forward. We will be offering something better, not just better than the Democrats, but better than the GOP and better than MAGA, better than Trump, better than JD Vance, better than you Andrew, better than Ann Colter, better than Will Chamberlain, better than Ben Shapiro or Mark Leven or the entire new conservative movement or wing, which has essentially supplanted the genuine America for first populist energy that existed within the movement and was promised to be delivered upon, but wasn't. That is what we're offering. So if you still want to scoff at it and go, well, that's just the libertarian party. You're wrong. And you will find out how wrong you are,
assuming I have any say about it and I intend to. If you guys enjoyed this episode, please do hit the like button, subscribe, hype it, share it around.
