From the Fairbank's Museum in St. John'sbury, this is the Farming Garden Forecast. Drying conditions will vary quite a bit today. With Southern Vermont seeing fair drying for much of the day, although showers will become more likely in the afternoon. Humidity will drop to around 60% during the dryest part of the day. Then farther north, especially north of Route 2, drying conditions will be poor, as showers become more widespread, and humidity stays much higher around 80%. We'll see some improvement on Thursday, as showers begin to taper off in the morning, although there might be a few lingering showers across Vermont. Then by Friday, drying conditions will be much better. It will be cooler, but the lower humidity will allow for things to dry out much more efficiently. Thanks for tuning in. I'm meteorologist Megan Belkin with an eye on the sky.
