The FBI says he's accused of ripping off the government for at least $600,000 all through some kind of SNAP program scam. He was allegedly running this operation out of a grocery store he owned into Koma, Washington between 2024 and 2025. Now this guy is facing some serious charges like wire fraud and of course SNAP benefits fraud. He dipped out of the US sometime last year and the feds figured he was headed back to India. They're currently working on getting him back here to face the music. This arrest is actually pretty significant because it's the fifth person they've caught from their most wanted fraudsters list, which they only started up about three months ago. The five people they've snagged so far are accused of a combined $2 billion in fraud and had been out there for nearly 4,000 days, total before getting caught.
