Federal Appeals Court Rules that Trump Appointee Alina Habba is UNLAWFULLY serving as NJ US Attorney

Federal trial court judges from coast to coast have ruled that Trump-appointed interim US attorneys are in their positions unlawfully. But this is the first time that a federal appeals court has ruled on that issue - specifically ruling that Alina Habba is is unlawfully serving in the position of interim US Attorney for the district of New Jersey.
