Fianna Fáil Tulla Centenary Celebration

This weekend, Fianna Fáil in East Clare will mark a very significant milestone — 100 years of political and community involvement in the area.  A special Centenary Celebration takes place this Saturday evening in Cnoc na Gaoithe in Tulla, with a look back at the people and events that have shaped local political life over the past century.   The evening will also feature a special presentation on Éamon de Valera, who was first elected in East Clare in 1918.  To tell us more about the centenary celebrations and the history behind them, Alan Morrissey was joined by Neil O’Donovan, who will be presenting on the history of Fianna Fáil and Éamon de Valera, and PJ Cunningham, Vice Chair of East Clare Fianna Fáil.
