Today is the eve of the long-awaited release of Myf's new book, Middle Rage, and she's opening up about the vulnerability of putting something this personal into the world. Myf reflects on the emotion she's poured into the book, the therapeutic process of putting her experiences to paper, and why it's important for her story to be out there.
