Toyota's easy choice sales event is on. Whether you're looking for the performance of a camera, the versatility of Arab 4, the efficiency of a Corolla, or all electric driving in the BZ, there's a Toyota that's just right for you. And with great deals across the lineup, now's the time to find yours. But hurry, these deals won't last long. Toyota's easy choice sales event and soon. We make it easy. Toyota, let's go places. From the ZDM podcast network. This is for the place where N' Haley's big pod. Thanks to animates, making happy happen for pets. Good morning, happy Wednesday. Welcome to the show, Fletch4nAn. Haley, today on the show, the hottest tickets in town. Oh my God! I was like, which artist? Many artists. The wowis. The wowis, that's right. You missed out on tickets yesterday. Yeah, I was, I see this was a big screen job,
and I did it on my phone. And that's where I feel I went wrong. As a millennial, I got to sit down at a big computer for the big jobs, but I did it on my phone on the app. You, that's madness. And never. I was in a waiting room from like five minutes out. But when I got in, I was like, what do I send you guys a screencap? I was like, 5,000 thin line. Yeah, this is never happening. Finally get in. There's like two sections of seats left. I click on one section and watch the last two tickets and just appear, went to the other section, watch the last one. Oh, it's great. Oh, oh, oh, oh. I've got, I've got myself, I've got myself four tickets. And I've got listeners, two tickets this morning. He's a good man. I've built some strings. I've built some personal strings here. Did you pull it? Do you know who I am? No, I didn't pull it though. I've sold my soul. Okay. So various people. Right. We're probably gonna have to do a promotion for someone, are we? I'll do it. So, once we are the one NZ Warriors are taking on the Dolphins, it's a sold out qualifying final at Go Media Stadium.
And today on the show at some stage, before 10 o'clock, the activator will play asking you to call through. The first call or through, you get a double pass to see the Warriors. This weekend, the one NZ Warriors taking on the Dolphins. All thanks to one NZ, that double pass to give away today on the show. She rolled out. Also free fuel at a clock yesterday. We gave away 1267 or 76 dollars of fuel. One of those. One of those. 1200 dollars of fuel. That was the most. And this is, we don't hear the, we don't know when we play the countdown. What it's gonna be. And... And... But this went down and we were like, I stopped. Oh my god. Well, your chance, thanks to BP to get some free fuel this morning at 8 o'clock. The top six is on the way. Yeah, mushroom killer Aaron Patterson has been approved for taxpayer funder o'Zempick while she's in prison. Now, what a headline that was to register today. Wow. People weren't happy with it. No. So I've got the top six medications I'd do a stint in prison for.
It's very expensive. No, you know what I mean? Next on the show though, we head to Christchurch where a pack and save is fighting a losing battle. Play ZDM Splash, one in Haley's. This, I had no idea and I apologize to Christchurch listeners who are listening right now and being like, yeah, biatch, we know. The massive pack and save on more house ads. Yep. Right? I know I can picture it now. But what I haven't pictured is thousands of red-billed gulls who have occupied the building. Are they sea-gulls? Yeah, sea-gulls. Okay. But read some red-billed. They've got a red beak. Ooh. Black and black-billed guys. Yes, yes, you want to get this. Guess how you identify a black-billed girl. So a red-billed girl has a red beak and a black-billed. And a beak is also known as a bell. So black-billed. So color indicating. Black. So are they black feathers? Yeah.
Don't some have orange? Orange-billed. Orange-billed girls. I don't see girls orange as well. Do they have orange or is it the big ones? The albatrossers. Or the gnarly ones. No, they've got a standard grayish. Right. Why do so many of them have one leg? They're tricking you into giving you a chip. They don't. They don't. They don't. It's tucked up there. And then you're like, oh my god, you poor amp. Oh, you see. You're going to get so confused, Hayley, because there's a goal called the great black-batt-goal. Now guess what part of their body's black? First black is black. They're backs. No, they're white. Correct. Correct. No, they're big gray. So these are the Red-Build girls. Since 2013, the Red-Build girls have roosted on the roof of Pagan's Save Morehouse in Christchurch. And this year it's gotten so much worse. Those are the nesting up there. They are nesting. And apparently it's an ornithologist. It's person that studies birds.
Bird person. Bird boy. Bird man. Bird boy, Peter Langlands says this is a nationally significant child. It's a really significant chunk of the whole species that go to Morehouse, Evk and Christchurch. Get up there and shoot them all. Oh, Carl. Oh, Carl, you can't get up. I'm going to move them along. They are using it over winter as a breeding zone. Oh, yeah. The stink. The stink. Why the air, they say it's safe, but still open, predator free, so the stots and rats and stuff aren't. I want them more house air, Pagan's Save. They have their horses up there. A couple of pusses. A couple of pussy cats. A couple of pusses on the Pagan Save Roof. We've got to move them somewhere else. There's a elimination of the cats who do much. Yeah. So in the rain that hits this massive tin roof washes away all their mess. And so they're like, this is a self-cleaning bloody shag path. Yeah. That might just just like shag and shag wherever you want, guys. The rain comes and it washes away all of our mess.
It's just beautiful sort of like silky, you know, like beautiful clear materials, you know, that just washes away easily. And then you can pop down says for two, two broccoli for $3. So exactly. And so it's a bread out of the burn. Yeah. Apparently the numbers of the parapunga, which is the red-built gauze, have halved since. It's got a Māori name. We can't get up there in bloody gauze. No, no, you know the mum and you do that. Uname and the radio. It's not going. The past is 1983 due to changes in marine food. There's all the snapper downstairs. Yeah. There's Tata Kihi. I'd love to get into the muscle. There's the muscle cabinet. Yeah. Yeah. So people have been filming them. And there's one video where a husband goes, run, they're going to shed on you. Apparently it's just awful. It's just like awful to go there. Pat can say it has declined comment. Because obviously they don't want that. Can they get up there and chew them away? Or why don't you get up there and scare them away?
Like a scare crow. Yeah, I could. I'll get my golf gears on. They're actually cute though. Yeah. Well, that just looks like a seagull to me. No, no, no, no, no. They don't look like your basic, bitch beast seagulls. I always go, sorry for the seagull in bird of the year. Because it's someone's like, well, you know who wears a boon in for bird of the year. Yeah, I know. Because it's as easy as a boon. But what a beautiful little. I mean, all of the book. I can get behind all of these birds. See for the second. See for the second. Oh, there's a lot in the middle. Oh, there's a lot isn't there? Oh, they're just. Do you think it's someone from war withs? It's just chucking breed up there. It's a bar. It's sabotage. It's sabotage from war withs. It's just chucking up from sailbuns. War withs and new war got together and they had a little ho. No, no way. They're all new war withs and people. I know. New war withs and people. So new war square. Deerant bed vault. They could be slingshotting up sailbuns. Oh, they will back. They'll be slingshotting sailbuns onto the roof. And I'll be putting rats up there. And what, oh, no, they want the birds there. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They're feeding them. And they're protected. The red bird go.
You're in big trouble for something. They should shoot it. It's a protected species. I didn't stand by what fleets said. I felt it in the moment. While I will take back my comments, I would never, ever shoot a protected bird. What's its Māori name? Exactly. That up on the. Exactly. Good boy. I am on the witty. What do you mean, exactly? What's its Māori name? Exactly. The Zen-en podcast network. Regular listeners to the show may remember that I talked about this very scam as a warning to our listeners. There's too many scams around at the moment. Months ago, I think. Yeah, months ago, I think we talked about this. But it has been appearing fake QR code stickers on Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch parking meters. Parking meters. So you know, you'd go up to the meter and you'd scan. Number plate. Yeah. No, you'd scan your, the QR code on the machine to pay. Oh, there's a couple of those. Yeah. Yeah. Like, I was just in the plumber. They have a QR code and it takes you to the app or the app. Yes, there's one around the corner from us.
Yes. So people are putting a sticker over or just putting a sticker on the meter. And then creating a website? Yes. And then scam people. And then putting a pay portal. Yeah. And then so there might be scamming like $1 or $2 or $3 at a time. I don't know. But then you're getting double scammed. Yes. Because of me, I've scanned. I've given you my money and then I'm going to get a parking ticket because I haven't given them the meter man the money. And you're probably also giving them your credit card too. Yeah. So parking wardens and all around the place have been told if they see these to be on the look out, peel them off. All in there. Look up closely. That's a sticker. And they've said an all clenches use the AT parking app. Yes. Great. Because you're going to love AT parking as soon as you finish. So much cheaper. So good. Yeah. And unless you forget to stop it and you drive halfway to Hamilton. Yeah. They just hit the base level at 12 hours. Yeah. You're going to only go. Yeah. I'm here for 15 minutes. Yeah. Totally. This is very. Oh, God. It's very sophisticated. I know. Because you think about all the time to use a QR code.
Like you got a restaurant or bars or cafe. You know, they are. I'm like a Karen Boomer when it comes to a QR code in a restaurant. How does it just come and say hello? You get to serve us? No, I actually like it because when you're with a group of friends, you get to know that group of friends you just pay for what you get. I know. I do like that part of that. They end just leave. Yep. But you know, hello, Anna. Yeah. What can I get you? I mean, they still ask you to tip down these apps. So funny. I'm sorry. You did nothing. You did literally did nothing. You did nothing. Well, they bring it to your table, but still. I'd say that's the bare minimum of the job. Yeah. It's to walk it to my mouth. See what? We're going to look at this. Reminds me of like when credit cards, scanners was the. The big thing when on an ATM machine and they put a reading. They'd have seen it. Scanners were. Scanners were. Yeah. And everyone was like, you've got to look out on the lip of where you put the card. Because you didn't use it. You've done a lip. Yeah, when I was in Thailand. And then it was just and it took everything from my bank account. And then. Was that a machine or over the counter you gave?
Because you never let them take your card out of your site. It was a machine. And it scanned. It skimmed my card and took everything. Oh my god. And then luckily I was there with a friend who walked past someone that had one of those pocket. This is why we get the sleeves from Kathmandu. Only boomers get those. The RFI DB walked past a pocket and got hurt. So we were two girls in Thailand. No money. With no money. It was terrifying. No offense, but you look like you'd be an easy mark in Thailand. What? 100% too. They're like absolute tosses who have had two buckets of cocktails and no money. God help us. Play ZM Splish, one in Haley. When I was young and when I first discovered sort of witchcraft and what not. Yeah. During the school holidays, I've definitely talked about this before. People would go to sports camp, basketball camp, you know, whatever. And me and my best friend Jess went to witch school in the heart. Speaking of which, we are talking about practical magic too on the show.
I know. Because the producer, girlies, have had a snake peak. I know. A watch of the movie and we've got a review of that soon. And you can think, you know, of my age, that was a perfect time. Yeah. To see that movie, I was like, that's me. So I went to this like witch school, these witch courses. And one of them was about kind of reading. Yeah. And lower heart, there was a witch school. Yeah, there was sort of a fairies and gemstore called Arcadia. Okay. Anyone from the heart listing is like, Arcadia. I don't know if it's still there. And we went to these holiday program witch schools for kids. Yeah. Don't know how our parents sort of teed this up. But here we were at witch school. One of the classes was about reading things. And we had to bring in an item that we hadn't revealed to each other. And Jess and I didn't know. And it had to be covered. And we were taught how to read what it was. And Jess was really good at it. Jess was like, there's something on screen and all this. And I was like, ooh, and it was a photo of me in a bush or something like that.
And the bush was green. And the bush was green. Wow. So how do you explain that? The key to being psychic is just being fake. How do you explain that? And then I wasn't good at it. I can't remember her writing, but I couldn't do it. I was devastated. So later in life, when I became a gothie witch as a teenager, I used to practice moving things with my mind. And how'd that go for you? Yeah, to be moved. Yeah, okay. But I get a bit useless. I didn't do the practice. So I've always wanted the secret psychic powers and the sort of the gift. I have friends that have the gift. You might have the gift. You can train the gift. Well, Kerry King, she's a Tarot and Astrology writer with 30 years experience. She has shared online the three signs that you might actually have the secret gift. Wow. She's made money out of this. That sounds like a lot of money, too. This is her job. Now this was part of her plugging her book that releases tomorrow. And I genuinely was like, oh, shit, I'm going to buy it.
Because it's called this book will make you psychic. Oh, it's a lot. Oh, it's a lot. Yeah. This book will make you psychic. Other three signs that you may be secretly gifted in psychic. Click on a good sentence. What? You have click on... Nisance. Click cognizance. Cognizance. Click cognizance. Is it one word or two words? One word. Click cognizance. Clear as in, like, clever way. Yeah. You know, cognizance, as in, like, I've got it in my head. Yep. Okay. Clear cognizance. You have a essence of just knowing. That things, you know, you know, things without knowing why? Maybe it's you read a room. You're like, this isn't good. Spotting a fake smile. Like, there being secretive or whatever. Sensing a bad idea before hearing details. If this is something, you're like, well, I've got a real... You know... You're good in situations. You're good in situations, a bit of a succence. She said to put this to the test, you get a little notebook. You keep it for a week. You jot down and explain, you know, these unexplained impressions that you have.
Yeah. And then you leave it for a bit. Give it some time. Go back and test it against reality. Was I right? Right. Did that turn out to be a bad situation? Were they a bad person? If you are right, you might have the gift. Second one, out of three, you have vivid and prosthetic... prosthetic... ...prophetic... ...dreams. Dreams that feel unusually different and occasionally seem to come true or reflect real events. Now, I had a dream the other day that I yelled at you too. Did you? It was the weirdest situation. Why would you yell at me? I mean, I could understand yelling at Vaughan. Why would anyone know? I don't know what it was. It was, we were in this meeting. And for some reason, I lost my shit at both of you. Oh, good news. And I just sort of screaming that I'd had enough and all this kind of stuff. It was the weirdest feeling. It was very odd. So if you have these dreams, I don't know if that's going to come true. We've got a lot of meetings coming up. Yeah, I've got a... I might... Nice, I'll flop a tie. How else? I suggest you guys keep another dream diary. So maybe separate the diaries. That's a lot of pots.
They got a dream diary by the bed right down fragments immediately on waking and look for recurring symbols of patterns over time. And the third thing that you might... The sign that you might have the gift, coincidences or synchronicities, thinking of someone right before they contact you, recurring numbers, you know, your angel numbers, songs, frequent days, although and that kind of stuff. Suggested exercise. What you want to do, you want to get a diary. Got another diary? No. The suggested exercise. Visit a place with history and ask, what do I need to notice today? Wonder without an agenda. Jot down. Okay, so sorry, there isn't a diary. You've lost your diary. Yeah, I was... So I think it's three diaries. I really, I've got lots of kids. Three diaries. I really, I've got lots of kids. I've got other prophetic dreams, strange coincidences or synchronicities. If you have those three, you may have the gift that I so long have wanted. The big gift of being a psychic. Well, you all, what you wait. And I'm going to start practicing moving that. You've got the point with my mind. You haven't got the lot of numbers right now. Syndicate, have you? Shit, no, haven't.
I'll really let you down there. The ZM podcast network. It's Paul in America. Make it count at the Ram Drive-in to Fall Sales event. Make it powerful with our strongest Ram 1500 ever. ZinNames, Flate, F1, and Highly. From the unmotorated comment section, this is the Top 6. Good morning, convicted triple murderer Aaron Patterson has been improved his ZM-Pack after weight gain and prison. So after a weight gain in prison? I googled that and she's been given the goal ahead for the Australian taxpayer public is upset.
As you can understand that the mushroom killer is getting a weight loss jab. Actively plotted and executed. I know. Is this being made into a net flexion because it should be? It should be. It'll be underway. Now, corrections authority said, medication is intended to reduce her risk of developing type 2 diabetes, which if she gets that in prison because she's in her cell 23 hours a day, she's only getting an hour to get out and get physical. It's going to cost you as a taxpayer so much more money to take care of a diabetic person. Yeah, that's what I, you forget that, don't you? True. It's going to cost them either way so it's better to. True. I mean, that's what the ZM-Pack in the likes was originally for. So I've never seen a photo of them beef Wellington. There it is. Oh, and the left over is, that's the leftovers from the one that killed them. Why the hell would you have leftovers? I would have put that in the slot bucket. Why do you think, because they dropped dead highly that way? I don't think so. Yeah, but wouldn't she have gone get rid of the rest? Oh, yeah, fair call. Fair call. Oh my god.
They said the problem is that someone who's convicted, who's attempted murder and been convicted of three murders is now getting the easy way out when everybody else has to go to the gym and slog it out. So I was Googling, do people normally put weight on in prison? Because you would imagine that you'd go to prison and you wouldn't, you'd be restricted with your eating. I planned out my whole prison stay. I'm going to get a degree in something really interesting. I'm going to start, I'm going to learn. I'm going to get jacked. Yeah, even though even if you are, even if I do something horrible, so I'm locked down for 23 hours, I'm like, I'm, what's the word? Push-ups. No, yeah, like I can make things. Can't do that. Yeah, are you going out of nothing? Are you going to be mungerum op? Or is it weird because I do have a connection to mungerum op family-wise, so I can't be head in that direction for a texture. I have access to the game. You're wearing red now, so make sense. Yeah. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm stuck in the exit. I'm going to get back. I'm going to get back.
I'm going to get back. There's another bulldog. I don't know. I'll just get you out of this one. I'm going to get out of this one. Top six drugs I go to prison for. Based off this story, number six on the list. Pipetides. Yeah. Get on the peptides. Workout. Three square meals. I'll just get jacked and prison. I could fly the drone over the exercise you add and drop off when you need some more PPPT. If you could. Just drop the middle strone to his guts. Yeah. Just drop it down. Pull it down. Pull it out. Yeah. You jacked. Three squeeze. My jacked. They reckon people are also putting on weight in prison because the food's not right. And also, people are getting better food in prison than in hospital. I don't know. I don't know. I wouldn't imagine. So I did when I googled that most people put weight on because of the commissaries. Like the shop. Chockey bar and it's all processed food. Yeah. Who's get out their family, give them credit to spend. Yeah. Or they might have money in the ton there. Yeah. So that's what you put on weight. Okay. Number five on the list of the top six drugs I've got a prison for.
Propofal. Lovely sleep. Oh my god. I cannot wait for my colonoscopy. I got a reminder that I should be getting a colonoscopy. It's a stunning sleep. Just a pure and you're a hollow. You wake up and you're like, hello. Hello. Do you want a sandwich? Yeah. I remember waking from my shoulder surgery thinking God that sleep was delicious. Yeah. It was good stuff. Owl, owl, owl, owl. That was my choice. Owl, owl, owl, owl. That was my choice. Wow. It's only jammed so far at my ass. It could have come out my mouth but bad. What a sleep. I'm at the hygienist's next week to reconchure. Give you a little. No. Number four on the list of the top six drugs I'd go to prison for. Honestly, caffeine some days. Yep. And sometimes I would end up in prison if I didn't get it. Yeah. You know, it could happen. Number three on the list of the top six drugs I'd go to prison for. Zop blockone. Again, I don't want to beg a train. A bit of a sleep. A bit of a sleep. A bit of a sleep. And a nice quiet single bed. A room with an in-room on the suite. Even if it's a little steele toilet with no lid. Sounds delightful to me. Zop. Give me, give me, give me, give me.
Ah, number two on the list of the top six drugs I'd go to prison for. Again. A morphine drip. You know, just chuck me on a wheelie beer, push me around. Yeah. Institutionalize me, chuck me in a straight jacket. It'll feel like a hug. Just have a little sleep. Tell you what, with my friend died, everyone was questioning. You know, where's a morphine? Where's a morphine? Where's a morphine? Where's a morphine? I think where's the same with my granddad died. I'm gonna say. Seven of them in a month. I cried. I think he'll build it. Never starting. Where's all that more thing going on? I don't know who got it, too. Ain't really. Number one. Oh, and no more on the list of the top six drugs I'd go to prison for. Honestly, some days, just a parasitable. Yeah, you know what? When you can't find one. When you're in your bed, and you're gonna put up a hangover, you wake up, you're like, just a little light headache. What I need here is a later order and a parasitamone. You can't find one. Take it to prison. Give me two. Let me have a little lie down. That's the day's top six. The ZM podcast network plays ZM's flesh, fallen hayley. You know, when you first start seeing someone, and you make some like, you give them a bit of rope.
A bit of grace. Yeah, a bit of grace. Yeah. I don't love that, but that's okay. It's okay. It's okay. I'm not gonna control you in the early phase. Oh no. I'll let that creeper, but I knew it really starts to be on. I knew that my girlfriend, Amy, she's not a... For a start, she's not a soft drink drinker. She doesn't drink soft drinks. No. Neither. Unless it's in a, like a rum and coke, or a gin and... Well, there's a moment of soft drink. I'm sorry. Last time. You had a rum and coke. No, cocktail, rum and coke and something. Right. No, no. I just got a soft drinker, but I tell you what, end of the day, I love a fridge sick. Yeah, man. Coke, zero. Coke, zero. Coke, zero and some jamisins. That's my fridge sick. I call it the Irish fridge sick. Yeah, yum. I'm in the mood. I need an Irish fridge sick. I'll put myself a little. Now, why you, she doesn't lie. I don't, I know she doesn't love soft drinks. There's never soft drinks in her house. Primarily drinks water and tea. Yeah, and I'll say we can tell.
Lauren needs a podcast on other fish with sweaters. No, I don't. Don't worry about it. You know, someone ran away. It's not like, it's weakness that we're gonna get him. I had a moment last night, this dude ran a red light. I was the light wind green for me and I started going through a tennis session and this guy flew through. Missed the front of the range of bite. And I was not looking forward to that. Called a derrick to let him know. I was a full bastard. I've got another damaged car. I was a bit of a hamster. But it was one of those moments where I'm like, that could have all been, that could have been over. In that moment, you saw that car. I was like, you're like, fridge sick. That's what I mean. It was so low. The thing is, pay out for the girls. You set them up nice. Sure, I would set them up nice. If someone killed you from reckless driving. I'm just saying, they would set them up. They'd probably get more out of that than they would have viewed it today. Sort of in a soft, painful way. Sort of a soft die. Yeah. I'm just thinking of the girls. Oh, the stuff there, you know. People, you know, people. We were the girls, almost indie like, we wouldn't really have to step in as that. Don't tell anybody that I had life insurance when you start the GoFundMe though.
I know. We'll double-dip. We'll double-dip. Double-dip. Take yourself somewhere nice with a bit of that GoFundMe. Of course we will. We're devastated. We've got to go to Brazil. Yeah, yeah, take the girls. Take the girls to Brazil. And we'll take the girls. Yeah, we'll forget a babysitter. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, that guy nearly wiped me out. But anyway, I had a message. I said, look, it's been a day. I'm going to need to bring Coke zero to your house for a fridge sick. Because I can't. They have one before I drive to her house. I don't drink a drive. No, no, no, no. And with a fridge sick, it's the experience. You need to sit down and enjoy her. And on the way to her house, I'm like, I'm already planning watch one of her glasses. I'm going to have a fridge sick. No, she's got a great glass. Because it's nice, man. And then she's got great glass. So, did she grant you just a sensation? I said, is it okay if I bring a Coke zero? Because it's been a hell of a- It's been an afternoon and she was across my afternoon. And she was just like, yeah, it's okay. But when I walked in carrying that fridge sick, her eyes were remittantly on it. She was like, trash. And I plonked it in the fridge and she's like,
first time there's ever been a Coke zero in that fridge. I was like, I was like, man, I must really like you. Oh, yeah. And I said, and I really like you, think. Oh, that's nice. But getting out of there, I extruded the fridge sick by the time I got inside. Because I had a 30 second stint where an already testing day almost made me cry. And I got out of the car, went around to that, and I opened the passengers door and the Coke zero fell out and dropped the Coke all around. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm just like, how did you get in the position with the minute I open the door? It's like, I'm out. Yeah. Oh, he's excited to be drunk. Yeah. Boy, you're gonna get in there. You're gonna get in there. You're gonna get it, boy. Get in there. Say, dry. And so when I bend over to pack him up, my drink bottle falls out and bangs on the thing. So then I've got my overnight bag on my shoulder. And my work bag on the other. And as I turn, my work bag gets caught in the door. It's fun round it around.
Take me, Jesus. It's the ground again. Oh, fridge sick. I'm just like, so I put everything down, shut the door, lock the car, pick everything up. Did you shut the door? Did you give it a, why? I got shut with some force. So then I've got, I'm all set and I've got my stability and I'm like, okay, I'm good. And I get around and she lives upstairs. So I turn and the bag, grabs on the corner of the thing and pulls me down. No, as I go back, I go, and I'm old, so my back's like, and I'm like, and I over clamped. Guess who hits the floor again? It just tumbles down three stairs. Fridge, fridge, fridge, fridge, fridge. I was surprised it hasn't got to open it this time. I was fuming. I was crying. Do you know what I reckon you're just crying? What you've just experienced, the essence of, PMEs. Like the way you're describing it, they're like not the, not the, like that feeling. Yeah. You've experienced womanhood. So I was just stomping up the stairs and then I walked in and that's when she saw the fridge sig. And then I put it in and she's like,
you're not going to have one. I was like, this, this, too, too shaken out. Too shaken out. It's hit the ground. It's hit the ground like three times. Oh dear. Before I, but then the, yeah. So then. It is fun, the sort of early stage, living in each other's spaces exchange. Because I also had a moment yesterday where I had to draw a line with a new boyfriend, Mike. Oh, what did he do? He had, you know, his little things, keys and charges and whatnot. And they'd go on the bedside table and I, not my aesthetic. So when I was vintage shopping wonder, I found a gorgeous silver vintage tray. That's like the shape of a leaf. I put that next to the bed and I said, you know, that's where you can put all your stuff so it's all sort of condensed to one area. And he's done that. And I walked in yesterday and had put a couple of pears of socks in there. Oh. Like white. Yeah. White socks sort of bundled in the vintage tray that I bought. Oh, that's not the aesthetic.
It's on the bedside table. Yeah, so I texted when I said socks in the vintage tray. Oh my god. I'm not really my aesthetic. Just socks on the bedside table are weird. You know what I got? Because I do it a lot if he like leaves something somewhere or whatever or, you know, like a pow-ray bottle in the kitchen. I'm not really my aesthetic, not really my aesthetic. So it takes some of my said socks in the vintage tray, not really my aesthetic. Do you know what I got? Sorry, it won't happen again. Oh. Oh. Wow. Sorry, it won't happen again. And I said, bless you. That's what I said. I didn't say. Oh, no, it's not that serious. I said, yeah. Bless you. The flesh morning, highly big. Big, hard. Now, producer, Carmen is totalling off overseas on a secret mission. Now, are we going to mention how big is suitcases? How long are you going? Guys, I literally willed it down the staircase and I wouldn't flit just going to say, why is it such a big suit? Okay. Okay. How long are you going for? Uh, till Friday afternoon. Two nights. Yeah. Guys, I don't go to Australia every weekend like you three.
Don't say three. I don't say three. I want to say three. I wanted you to feel included, babe. No, don't include me in this. I'm just... I'm just impressed works giving you a baggage fear. Yeah. Oh, it's not the... Time's as fast as paying for it. Oh, somebody else is paying for it. Yeah, no, you're not including me, but it's paying for it. I will. We'll take a giant suitcase then. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I've got to do some shopping with it too. I was going to sing a big ray of shopping. Yeah. Tell you what, you're getting married in the future. Sydney's like, great shopping for dresses. I don't have time for that. But now, you're not going to have time because you're on a work assignment. I am. You know what? I love books and you know this about me. At Carwin Reds on Instagram. And Fletch Lissons, if we're all getting a plug. Yeah, sure. You're all getting a plug. You have a Lisson. I actually can you upload something new. Social media manager for once more. Yeah. I hear you've been listening to a book in so long. You don't say that, don't say that. You've got a DM. Oh, no, who's it from? A DM. It just be a bot from Asia or something. You got mentioned. Wanted to get married.
And a thing. No, it's not a bot. Not in a bot. I want to marry you. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. How was it to mean? Wow. And let me get a photo of you. Hang on. Stand by at Carwin Reds. I'd be more listening. You know, I think you need to theme it. Like, I'm listening to horror. I'm listening to a romance. You know, we can start to. He doesn't care. No, he doesn't care. Listening to. Thank you, Vaughn's, my social media manager. Now, why are you going to Sydney? I am going to Sydney because. Oh my gosh. The incredible thing. I'm going to Sydney because. Oh my gosh. The incredible cast. Jeremy Irvine. For my. For the show. Friend of the show. Jeremy Irvine. For the show. Hermione, Jamie and Harriet from the outlander. Blood of my blood cast. And I'm. Future friends of the show. Future friends of the show. So, honestly, they are all stunning and gorgeous and incredible. And I would love to be their friends. I've said, they've been, I've seen his answer. He's been there for a few days already. They've been sunning it up and Sydney and doing all the media. Yeah. And they did the bridge climb.
I saw. Yeah. They are doing a big week of events for the launch of season two in a couple of weeks for outlander blood of my blood. I haven't watched it yet. What is it about? It's about two because I know there was outlander right and this is the prequel. This is the prequel. So outlander follows Claire and she touched on. Well, Claire Brown. Claire Brown. I don't know how to do British accent. Oh, no. Claire. She touches the stone and gets transported back into the ancient times of Scotland. And it stuck there. I can't figure it out. It falls in love with a beautiful Scottish man. Oh, sorry. That's a go-mouther. And five following books follow that and a lot of seasons of the show, A-Tie, I believe. Now, there is a prequel series which follows the appearance of both Claire and then the man that she marries Jamie. Oh, yeah. This is this sounds absolutely 100% right up your alley. Yeah, and they also time travel.
And oh, Jeremy Irvine. How do they have a machine? Does our friend Jeremy Irvine have a travel manager stone? Where would you go? Where would you go? Where would you go? Where would you go from Texas? To wherever Jeremy Irvine is. Oh, this is the one with this. Oh, oh, oh. Oh, oh. Oh, oh. Oh, oh. Oh, oh. Oh, oh. Oh, oh. Oh, oh. Oh, oh. Well, guys, on tour, stay, on tour, though. No, no, no, no, no. That version of Warn. Oh, this is put a lads chair. Man, Car would have some lads chair. Oh, my God, fun. I love this. So, yeah, there's a fan event tonight. I'll do some red carpet like Shandog did for the... Wait, so there's Jeremy Liv in World War I post-World War I? Or does he live in 1700s? Scotland. No, he is post-World War I. He is a soldier and he's really going through it with that post-traumatic stress. Yeah, how are the fun? What did they call it back then? The fidgets? Or so they has a really diminishing name for the PTSD that these guys came back from a horrendous war worth. And then him and his wife, they go back to Scotland times.
But they're separators and they've got to find each other. Oh, good. Plans are clashing. Oh, my God. Clash of the clans. Clash of the clans. I know clash of the clans. I know clash of the clans. I know clash of the clans. I know clash of the clans. Oh, yeah. God, they love advertising, don't they? Clash of the clans. Love this. Yeah, and we're going over to the HAU event as well. And Carmen, you're going over to this. So you're having some interviews for us next week? Yeah. Around the release time. Yeah. Okay. Love this. Well, good luck. And be safe and be fun and make good decisions. And don't do what I did when I interviewed Jason Memorialing, sort of make a full of yourself because you're sort of like, oh, we got you so attractive. Oh, yeah. Fingers crossed. Yeah, yeah. The dead end podcast network. Well, the government has revealed that it's investing $32.8 million to build 34 new classrooms and schools around the country. One school is even getting a brand new gym. Oh. Is that messy? One of them was reading this one and some West Auckland schools. Yeah. The local high school. And so this is what we wanted to know, like how grim was your school?
Because I'm imagining a new classroom. Oh, my God. Sorry, Hayley. Who went to a private school isn't going to be eligible for this phone in top. Yeah. Come out of college as an ability. That's historically protected by the historical society around here. I really, more in civil college, it was just made up of a whole bunch of prefabs that have become permanent. So yeah, right. Yeah, and you put it up with high, we had like the old like building and like. I block. Yeah, we had a 17 block. We had blocks, but then there were a lot of prefab classrooms and they were so cold in winter. Yeah. Why were they colder inside than outside? You had the oil heaters? Yeah, those around the room. So it's around the thing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, our form room informs seven. It's called Hobby House. It's a villa. It's a two story building on the property. Two story building. And the main building in Kermarga College was a historically protected building, but we did have the ugly, seven ease block when it became a bigger school. Yeah, but it didn't have prefabs, did you? God, no, it was nice. It was nice. Well, you can't be spinning thousands of dollars a year to send your kid to a school and
it's got prefabs. And we're cold. Yes, and you're cold, darling. Cold for five grand a term. I don't think so. We were not on the cold. We had polyester uniforms. Oh, and darling, we had wool, Barbara, and you were like, well, I'm not going to be I was like, well, I'm going to be in a uniform. Oh, and darling. We had wool, Barbara Lee. I knew, darling, darling, we had wool. We had wool. I was like, when it rained, we smelt like dogs. Meers were wet, when it rained, we were wet and it never dried. So this is what we want to know, like with all these new classrooms, and it's actually good that school is getting new classrooms because a lot of school is needed. Some are real cool and they're cool now, like they actually put a bit of thought into them and a bit of insulation in the walls. Which is nice. Which is nice. Which is nice. Which is nice. Which is nice. Yeah, learning and stuff with your nice, you're learning and warm. So how bad was you school? How grim was it? Didn't you have a rat Shannon? They had a rat in the history. Three fat. Yeah, we had a rat and we called him rat sputin' and I had a sputin'. And if there was a rat in the homeic room and it was ratatouille and it'd be a giant thing. Oh good.
Did that what was it that grim was it pre-fabs? Well, I don't know what a pre-fab is. You know those like pre-built. It's like on a building site, you just see like a kitsie. Oh, a reminder. Yeah, I don't want to talk too much shit. How it college should do you on Instagram saying, I'm one of their favorite alumni? No need to brag, because Lux and Went There as well, but on this page. Yeah, hold on, you said no need to brag. No need to brag. Hillary Barry went to Queen Margaret's. Now there's a brag. Oh, yeah. We're proud of Pete darling. Yeah, yeah. I'm sorry. Was it a problem at your school though, rats? You remember just that word? Yeah, well we knew a rat sputin' quite well because I was in the same history class for five years like the class was. So I got to know him quite well. And would he just scurry in the ceiling or across the ground? Across the ground. It's scurry across the ground. Yeah, and he had a big old tail. We were like, oh, rats, but you didn't. Oh my god. Oh, rats. The rats. Get a rat trap, yuck. There's a rat. No, that was our friend. He went to that school longer than most students. Yeah, it took him. He never got a stimulus.
Yeah. Yeah. OK, I'll wait a hundred. Dials at him is our number. We want you to text through 9, 6, 9, 6 on the back of these new class rooms coming. Oh, yeah. How grim was your school? There's 34. Somebody message, Dundes, like 34 schools over Parme and Fielding in the area I work. And some of them have rooms that can't be used because they're not earthquakes safe. So it might sound really impressive in an election year, but keep in mind that it's not going to go too far. No, no, no, no. And they're like some of our most important spaces in the entire country. Why don't they just get under the desk and an earthquake? That was our thing. Even when the building's gone in the building's trying to kill them. Yeah, it's quite fair enough. We want to not not to get political on it, but yeah, just remember this in an election year and a lot of promises are made by everybody. Yes. Charlie, how grim was your school? Yeah, guys, I went to Gunnersbury Catholic School for Boys just outside of London. Oh, god bless you. That sounds posh, but it might just be your accent, Charlie.
Well, it sounds posh. I mean, school uniform was from John Lewis, but that doesn't. John Lewis. John Lewis. John Lewis, they do the Christmas ads. Yes, is it like a posh department store? Yes. OK, all right. OK, so your school uniform's going to posh like going to court in Stain, or David Jones. Yeah. Yes. OK, OK. Our school was grim as it was a temporary hospital during the Second World War. Oh, oh, spooky. Oh, okay. It's a bit outside playing rugby, and there could be like a little bit of ordinance sticking out of the dirt. Yeah. No, I'll go to grenades or something. Yeah, well, rugby team wasn't the best, so we all thought that the school was haunted, and the rugby field had bodies underneath it. Yeah. Oh, right. I thought you were going to say that it weren't so good, because they were all amputees because they kept hitting landmines. Right. Right. But yeah, I guess if loads of people were dying, they'd just like, they'd go home.
Oh, yeah. Were there any ghosts there, Charlie? There was never any confirmed cases, but there was a few classrooms that would make noises. So the answers used, Charlie. There were ghosts. There were war ghosts. Hallease of the lever, for sure. I am a lever. Charlie, thank you. Some messages on how grim was your school. Somebody said our school, it was a new building, but that didn't mean anything, because when it rained outside, it also rained inside. And in the winter, it would get so cold that if there were any posters on the wall, you'd come back and they're just like, rock mounted because of how wet it was. Hey. There was a mummified mouse corpse that was stuck between a built-in storage system against the window pane for what used to be a meeting room. We would parade new people past it, and they would understand, this is where their souls had come to die. Oh my God. Yeah. Someone said, toipon, no, we only just got new buildings because some naughty, sickening teens burnt down. I remember that. I remember that. Yeah. So they've got a whole new kind of area.
I mean. It must be nice. Kind of got. Yeah, but like that person, the message didn't before, the room was so damp, you probably couldn't burn it down if you wanted to. Yeah. Lots of being a damp, I worked at a school in a fancy suburb of Auckland, and my classroom used to rain on the inside. I put the wall set to be cold down. Everything away from the walls in the winter. Oh, yeah, sorry, the wall, you had to pull everything away from the walls in winter because it would just rain inside. Yeah, right. I grew up in Germany, and they wanted to build extra classrooms on top of a two-story building. The problem was, it wasn't structurally sound enough. The first, they just put tree trunks in the middle of each classroom while strengthening the building. For a year, we had to do all share half our classroom to see the whiteboard because the tree was in the way. What? I'm sorry, what? Oh, so in this message, where maggots fall out of the ceiling? We had to walk through. We had to walk through. You know those, I've got them here too, those ceiling panels. Someone was like, what is that? And pushed it with the broom, and there was like a dead rat up there and all the maggots fell out. I don't want to be there.
Um, guess what? Boys high was so, so cold. The classrooms were freezing cold. One, one to my friends and I bought it and lots of terminate noodles, a jug and disposable bowls, some hot noodles, so the rest of the class, and we were kind of heroes for a while books, we did that. Oh, nice. I'm a tea trader classroom, I used to call the zoo. Granddaddy Cockroach is endless ants in the odd mouse. It was disgusting. I had to have a cockroach monitor each lesson. Nothing to listen like a Granddaddy Cockroach scurrying across your desk. Oh my God. Oh my God. Yuck. We had Templeton the rat. He would visit my year 12 English class on the way to his rat hold. And just scurry through and people would freak out and be like, relax, it's just Templeton. Wow, okay. That's, um, how many rats are there in these classroom? A lot, it sounds like a lot. Mm. Scores, I love scores seemed, find it your rather? Scores seemed fine at the time, but when we went for a tour of it as part of a reunion, most of it was condemned. Turns out half of it was made from insulated and decorated with a spare star.
Oh yeah. Come on, if the school was built anytime from 30s through the 70s, it probably had a thing. It's a show you just do a stir about if it sparkles, you just do the sparkles. Somebody said, um, we had working radiators, except everyone melted crowns on them. Yeah. So the point where when they turn them on, everyone to get light headed because of all the funes, chemicals and the crayons. Our female lose had no toilet seats, little lone toilet paper. What? The doors didn't lock. I, you see the, what the, on a seat, you could try and lock doors or seats. Oh my God. It's pretty wild. Ah, somebody said, oh, our school had mold once and the teacher said not to worry about it. And then one of the parents that worked for the company that tested it. They came in a test that a lack guess who school had black talks of mold. It's a great learning environment. Talks of mold. Yeah. Why are the struggles of life? The stadium podcast network. Play ZM's Flesh, Fond and Haley. Practical magic too. And the producer girl is you've had a snakepink of the film. And the, is it a ghost film or a witch film? Witch, but witch. Witch. 1998 the first practical magic came out. Yeah, Shannon wasn't born I was. Yeah, I was conceived. So. Do you think there's a chance your parents can save you to practical magic? Well, no, see it's crazy because I've not seen practical magic and my parents give big that but we didn't have a microwave. So I think maybe it was on that side of my childhood. Oh my god.
What, what now? Did you not even see the first movie? So on Monday, Karla and I, we went to Hamilton and then Karla and came to my apartment and we sat there and we watched the first movie and then an hour later we watched the second. So it was full witchy day, Monday. Right. What was the difference between the one that was in 1998 and now? I mean, a lot of plastic surgery and Nicole Kidman. And the CGI. What is plastic surgery or Botox? I don't know if she's had any plastic surgery. She looks great. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Maybe not face, but maybe. Oh, I guess right. Yeah, fair, fair. Yeah, in like the fashion's similar but like with the New Zealand, uh, 2026 spin on it in the second film. And I know a lot of the girlies very excited about this movie opens around the country tomorrow. What were your thoughts in? Oh, I loved it. I had already seen practical magic but it was nice to have a refresher. Uh, it's perfect. I think that it's like paying homage to the first film perfectly, but modernifying it, bringing in some new characters, changing some storylines.
Mm. But perfect. I loved it. I did cry for like half an hour straight. Yeah. And like there was, you know, generally when stuff happens in a movie, no spoilers. When stuff happens in a movie, there's light reprieve afterwards. Yeah. And there was that, but I don't, I couldn't stop crying. So I just kind of had a good chunk where it was just coming out. It's not embarrassing for you, Colin, though, crying. Look, I have a strategy where I sit on the NSA and Shannon sits on the aisle. So Colin always sits as a buffer between her other friends and everyone else. I'm on the aisle. So it's like no one saw her cry. Yeah. Just me. Yeah. But um, you, what would you give it out of 10 then? Definitely recommend. I'd say nine. Yeah. Nine. Okay. Yeah. Watch it. Play ZM's Flash, Fond and Haley. Well, very excited to say that this Sunday, not Father's Day, yeah, it's CRL opening thing. It's the central rail, city rail, city rail links, you got one right out of the possible
three. I have been following this with great interest, despite not knowing the, what CRL properly stands for. Some civil engineering. I tell you what, what a, civil engineering. My friend who loves trains almost as much as you wants to go on the first one through the tunnel. And it's like, do you want to wake up at five o'clock and do this? I reckon it really is busy as hell. They were wanting to be the first through there. So that's what they've said. And I mean, we've already gone through the tunnel. We were lucky enough to. You were. And I've been to, uh, Karanga Harp station. You went on the open day? Yes. With the mushroom parade. With the mushroom parade. Yeah. Got a level opened. It was a whole fun. But Monday is going to be the first like commuter day, like the first week day. Yeah. This is open. People will be going to work. You're there for its purpose. Yeah. And we thought we could try to get one of these Guinness World records that Radio shows just love getting. I've, we, I've been here. This is my fifth year because we're anti. We're anti. We're anti. What?
Fletch and I are anti Guinness World record attempts. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I know. But here I am. And I'm like, come on. I've got a bad. Because you try so hard and then someone swoops in and beats you by one or two. Yeah. And somebody comes and doubles it. And you're like, well, I'm not even like, try again. Like, let's not bother. Because we're going to do, you know, heaviest squat in the world as a radio show. All straight us in one bar. Three of us in one bar. But we've got bad backs. Bad back. Bad back. Woman. He's never going to hit her. No, this is squats with a woman's domain. Yeah. It's our, it's our booties. Right. No, no. We're going to go for the world's deepest radio show. Because one of the stations is 42 meters underground. We're going underground. Yeah. The difference between the surface. Now, producer Gurley's, you went on the escalator that goes down from near K Road into the, into the station. It's one of, it'll be the biggest escalator in New Zealand. It is. There's a plaque and I took a photo of it. Oh, I love it. I love it. I love it. I've seen it in the chat, huh?
It's a lovely maroon plaque. Oh, lovely. You got to read the plaque. Yeah. And what does it say? Oh, it's in it now. It's the longest escalator in New Zealand. Wow. It is so steep. Yeah, dude. I mean, I've been on the same level as Sees and in London and you just like, whoa, this keeps going. And they put those dots in the middle so people can't slide down on their bum in the middle. Yeah. Yeah. So it's a 43 meter escalator going down to 33 meters underground. So will be 33 meters when we're broadcasting. So that's a hell of an unclean, you think about it. Yeah, that is 43 meters and you're going down 33. So there will be right next to where the trains are. Yes. OK. So it's going to be the world's deepest radio show. And I think we should do some other things that are deep while we're down there. We could get a bit like a debonet. I think we could look at a manning for you. We could get a bit like, doop on it. You know, in a manning? We could do a phone and topic, how deep of you been. Yes. How deep have you been? Do you know how deep I've been? I've been to a salt mine in Poland. 135 meters. Beat that.
135 minutes. How deep of you been underground? Shut up. I don't know how deep I've been. Call in now. It will be Monday's. It will be Monday's phone and topic. How deep have you been? Yeah, don't. Nine six, nine six right now. Shut up. It'll be a nor. In fact, producers, can we phone someone who's been in a submarine for that phone and topic? I don't know. What about a diver, a competitive deep sea diver? I don't think so. They're the blue hole. Yeah. How deep was that one? It's kind of unfair if he's going to beat our listeners and deep in the evening. What if we got a blob fish on the show? Yeah. That's what I'm going to do. Get a blob fish in the angle of fish on the show. Someone just texted me and I've been 30 meters. We don't care. We'll see you on Monday. Oh, now save your messages. Save that. Save that. For the deepest radio show broadcast in New Zealand and the world in history. Yeah. Now, how do we get Guinness there? We left that a bit late for a fisher. Guinness world records. I think we had to try. I don't know how do we get a drink down there. I was like, you have bloody good business. I just tell you, just celebrate our attempt at a Guinness World Nightwear.
We'll have a Guinness. We'll have a Guinness. We're also, this is why the producers were the yesterday testing that we can actually broadcast there. Yes. Now, the 5G and 4G underground is stronger than up on the ground. How is that possible? Because sometimes I'm at Vaughn's house and I don't get too far. No, you don't get anything. So we go to the corner of the desert. I get one bar of 4G at my house at four times. This is state of the art data. We had two tech guys come, not sure we could do this and we can do it, baby. We're going to broadcast down deep. We're the tech guys here at work in a bit. Hell yeah. They got a bit of trains and stuff. We had two tech people come and it was really a one man job. I was going to zack the one big job. I'm going to zack the one big job. I'm going to zack the one big job. I just want to put a little peek. Yeah. That's my favourite. When we got a little peek of the train stations, that was my favourite. I'm so sorry for mum. Yeah. Okay, so Guinness. I'm happy. Guinness Monday for the deepest radio show in the history of the world ever. Should we give it a jingle? Because I know it's not on brand, but the BJs do have a song. How deep is your love? How deep is it? How deep is your show?
How deep is your show? Maybe I need to know. It's a bit slow. Because we're at a DJ version. What about a DJ version? Happy. For the free. For the free. Blow the air surface. It's running itself. Yeah, a Dow's rolling in the deep. Oh yeah. Maybe we'll play songs with Deep and that. Yeah, just a deep hour. Deep, deep hour. Deep, deep hour. Yeah, but a deep hour. Deep hour. What about the song? Well, there's breakfast, it Tiffany's by Deep Blue, something. Yeah, but no, we know that's a banger, isn't it? Yeah, yeah. We could play that song. That'll be lovely. Yeah, yeah. To Deep and I'm trying to keep up above. This is a great, nice experience. That could be the intro. Oh my gosh. Yeah. We've got Pearl Jam with a song Deep. Yeah. Yeah, there's a couple of songs that time in power, I breathe deeper. Yeah. There's a song called Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep. This is great. Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep, Oh! The most radio show is the deepest.
The most radio show is the deepest. The deepest. The deepest. Baby, I know. That's really beautiful stuff. That's going to be a deep, and then like, tell us your deepest, darkest secret. And we'll reveal out. But not now. Same for Monday, for the world's deepest radio show, either. All right, let's get deep, you know? Yeah, I love this. I look at having a Johnny Deep impersonator on the show. Close. Close, and I'll accept it. Yeah, we could spray ourselves with mosquitoes, with deep, a deep 40. That's deep. Oh, what about we could do a deep heat massage? Oh, that'd be nice. Oh, my God, that'd be great. Oh, I'll bring some deep heat. We can get a rub. Love that, love that. Yeah, this is great. Well, it's all happening Monday, joining us for the world's greatest. Oh! World's deepest radio show, either in the history of the world. The ZN podcast network plays ZN's flesh, fallen hay leaf. Produce a car one. Not happy with one of us. Winner Mayever, though, actually. Yeah, true. Oh, please. Enter, enter. No, it's... If we go with ban, say. I received an email. And...
No, they're never good. I wish you were doing more of them in less meetings, but that's me person. Yeah, it's fair. And this one is accusing me of something. Oh, okay. And this something happened at teen past teen on Monday, 7th of September. Now, if I recall highly, you were away that day. I'm innocent of all involved. You're clear. You're clear. To add it to the East. I landed back in New Zealand. At the time, I believe we were in the station vehicle, the ZN station vehicle on State Highway 1, heading to Hamilton to drop off Little Puku. Yeah. For real NZ is making his way down the country, though. Correct. Yeah. Yeah, Chicheng, we were in fact on the Auckland to Hamilton motorway Epson, Auckland 1051 New Zealand. Exact location. GPS location. Wow. So who's the ZN owl from? Well, it's from the NZ Me Power Platform tech. I don't know what that means, but what the email... Sounds like a delay. Sounds like a fishing scam, delayed and quick.
Yes, it's a test. No, they do test us at work that we do those emails. Like us laying down by this thing. I always have to ask Carlin because I've fallen for it. Yeah. And to Cloxy wanted to give me a gift card. The trick is... Don't read your work emails. No, the headline says, drive me, which is our little driving service platform, speeding violation. Oh, no. Oh, no. Oh, no. Oh, no. I have no idea. Now whilst the car was booked by our team under my name, I have photographic evidence that I was not the one driving. Yes, but you get the infringement because Vaughn was driving and it was under your name. Correct. Correct. So this is an infringement from our company, not the Poy Pot. Yeah. Well, then we don't worry about it. Because it's the police or the final word in this stuff. Yeah, but TBC, whether or not, is speeding ticket from the Poy Pot. Actually does arrive as well. Because how fast was it going? No, I laughed. Yeah, come on in an 80. 103, I'll say.
In an 80. Where is it in 80 though? In 80. Where is your 80? To be fair, it's pretty much used to be 100 and then it turns into 100. I'm sorry. It's not been 100 for so long. No, no. I've been driving for like 12 years. It has been 80. I was kind of driving on a vibe. Yeah. Oh, it's not the law. Yeah. When the law hasn't caught me. You should put some stickers on your windows, so when you do get snapped by the speed cameras, it's like, I just vibed in this. I vibed in this. I vibed in. Can we wrap some tin foil on this? Oh, yeah. How do we stop the tracer? How do we stop the tracer? Can we put some tin foil over the tracer? The car shouldn't be allowed to go that fast then. But it has to go in 100. You can't. You can't. You can't victim blame a car. No, if it's a big problem, place it in the way in. Yeah. Place it in the way in. Place it in the way in. Make put a thing on a way you can't break the speed limit. There's a lot of restrictions at this company. Don't make the other be more. What's do that? What make up your mind, hon? What do you want to do? I'm just saying, I would like the nation to know this speeding violation is not mine.
I have been really accused. But what is the consequences of this? Joe, who deals with this, who already thinks that the speed limit is going to be going to be on the road. Who already isn't really chomped by Vaughan sort of, I'm cute. Yeah. It doesn't work on her. I'm sorry. She's impenetrable. I would say the only member of the team that she truly likes is May. With us, she would have been like, hell, slow down, babes. Come on. Look, it doesn't seem like I've got to pay anything. I don't think it's just a... No, I'm not. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. Well, until the next time we need a borough car. It also goes somewhere. Yeah, also, that can't have been the only one that tripped. I only got one day. Because you'd said to me, it sends them a thing every time you go over the speed limit. So I keep going up and down, up and push it up over and then it's ready to push it up over. Yeah, it's done. Push it up over and then it's done. Yeah, it's done. Just to see how many emails you were going to get. I'm white to see Joe today. All to the photo of me driving. Is AI. No, no. They do. That's what you're going to be doing. That's the e-read fence now. Hey, what you're going to be doing? You're going to write a sexy man driving a car.
Play, Zedem's flinch, Vaughan and Haley. Factory of the day, day, day, day, day. I literally little bit too, little bit too. D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-d-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D. Daddy, daddy, daddy, daddy, daddy,爸. Fact of the day is brought to you by Saint Piers. Here's a fact for you. Mmm. Today's sushi of the day is eight pieces of tasty tuna mayo for $8.40. Wow. Get here, na mayo. That's a livid. It's hormone week here at Fact of the Day. We're learning all about different hormones every day. And today we're gonna look at adrenaline. Okay. A bit of adrenaline. I'm so low in it at the moment, because I'm not performing at the moment. Right, so you've had a spike. Yeah. Epinephrine, is that the other name? Because that's why it's called an Epi-Pen. Oh, yeah. Epinephrine. Yeah, you come off stage right, and you're like, woo, you get this little high, you're all energized. And now I'm like, what is life? Well, you've got to wait a month for our live show. It's flea-twan and hay live.
Have they ever been, come off stage and hurt yourself, like twisted an ankle or fallen down some stairs and kind of, oh, it's not too bad. Or I feel very invincible, yeah. Like if I've been sore or pain or sick or whatever, and then I perform, I come off and they call it Dr. Theodore and you come up and you're like, yes, I'm fine. I'll go out. Adrenaline is basically your body's emergency mute button for pain. So I can be a most of shock, danger or injury. It floods your system and it can block pain signals because it's like prioritizes other things in the body at that time. It's your survival, it's your fight or flight. You're going to either fight or you're going to get the hell out of there. So people have like the car crashes or sports injuries, or like soldiers who were shot. Yes. And then they walk for kilometers and then they phone and get out and it's like, oh, God, you did this with a broken neck. All I birth, right? Birth, you get adrenaline as well. You get adrenaline. You can push a human being out of your tiny vagina. Births. Thank you so much for saying I've got a tiny vagina. Yours is knowing like known to be tight. It's tiny. Yeah.
So birth is kind of like this. Giving birth is a cocktail of hormones. Well, because then you've got the dooxytocin, the dopamine and the part that makes you think that wasn't so bad, I'll do it again. Yes. So it's basically reroutes the body. Narrow is your focus to the survival for the next five minutes and pain gets pushed down. But when it starts to wear off, you're going to feel everything that you're kind of in pushing away. And instantly it gives you an energy boost. It triggers your liver to dump stored glucose into the bloodstream. So your liver is like, let's go. And then you get the glucose that's stored sugars in a way you go and your heart rate increases because it redirects all of the blood away from like the digestion and the skin and it goes towards the muscle in the lungs. So you're ready to run or fight. It's amazing. This is a cool hormone. It is. It dilates your pupils. You're certain cats, I'm in there. Yeah. They're hunting their pupils. Yeah. They're not the MDMA, rolly. It does that thing. Well, you hear about like someone like did some feat of superhuman strength.
They can never let one's lift a car off. Yeah. They're not the car off. Absolutely. And it's used in EpiPens because it reverses severe allergic reactions by opening the airways, stabilizing blood pressure. What would happen if I just jammed? I'm not allergic to anything. A jab to an EpiPen in your leg. Yeah. I just thought the same thing before. Just get a mad boost of the same sort of adrenaline that you feel on stage. Can you buy them online? You can never be expensive. Downsides, downsides, the adrenaline crash afterwards. You get shaky and exhausted and feel emotionally depleted. Oh, no, I can't be having them. As which is what you felt after the... Yeah, which is when you're like... No shows. No shows. Also, tunnel vision and memory gaps. Of course, because you're brain, your body's literally in like survival mode, so it won't take a... Don't need that. Don't need that. It's not on. It didn't need it. I need that. It can be linked to high blood pressure and heart strain over time if you seek these... And drain. And drain. Things to think so often. So today's fact of the day is adrenaline. Perfect.
Good fact. Thank you. Really good fact. Really good fact. My adrenaline's gone. It's just a sky towel, right? Yeah, let's do it. Well, that's actually one of the things they talk about, the adrenaline junkies. It's not actually adrenaline. It's a dopamine adrenaline combo. Yes. It's that car towel. So technically, adrenaline junkies should be called dopamine adrenaline junkies. Because it triggers the dopamine release and they love it and it makes them feel invincible and happy and... Yeah. You foric. So today's fact of the day is adrenaline is basically a body's a mute button for pain. Hoooo! Fact of the day, day, day, day, day, day. The day the impulse needs work. What is your partner's embarrassing habit? Job the man, because there is a guy. What a girl shared this, and she called him the funk master 3000, her boyfriend. Yeah. Because they go to a coffee shop and he gets an extra large cup of milk over ice. So it's in like a like a Frappuccino cup or like a like an ice coffee cup. But one size up from Grande. Yeah. It's a large cup of milk. A large cup of milk. It almost looks like a little retard. Would it be 75800 ml of milk? Oh, I'm talking minimum 700 ml of milk. It's a miracle when everything's giant. He's just getting milk. There's no coffee in there. There's no chocolate or tea or match or nothing.
He's just getting milk and he's like sipping it. And I'd be like, that's a break. That's a break up of all the fents. Yeah, that's really, really, really, really, really, yeah. I even made a joke about this in my new shot, like a men drinking milk. I'm sorry, Eric. Grow up. You're a men and a lot on this cereal because I have it on my cereal in the morning. Grow up. So nice. Have coffee on your cereal like a real man. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Black coffee on the cereal. Okay. We have an embarrassing habit. It's not enough that you want to break up with them, but it's almost a kid. It's just like, y'all, I've seen that. Don't buy the corner, man. I'm not going to answer. Okay. I'm too horrified to have my voice associated to the story, but my ex used to store his fingernails in his wallet to use his floss later. I am going to quit radio now. I've had enough. I've had enough of these stories. I'm out. I'm done. I haven't forgotten something stuck in my teeth in a long now. I'll get it, but I'm not storing it for later. I'll pick my tooth with my fingernail attached. I'm not saving them as little perks.
No, you do. I do use my hair sometimes as floss if it's really bad. Pull out a strand. I just clean it. I just feel it's not as bad. It's almost as itchy. Oh, Jaden said, yeah, I'm going to go to Mac as I use my free meal drink every day as a cup of iced milk. Yum. Yuck, yuck. It's all saying yum. Jaden, stop saying yum. You're saying yum as also a bit. That's a growing man. Yummy. Yum. Yum. Yum. I'm a man. Yummy. OK, I'll weigh 100 dials at him. We want to take you calls and your text now, 9696. Tobin, your partner's embarrassing habit. Vinisa, your partner's embarrassing habit? Yeah, my partner is a flipper, Zipa. I've known reasons to me. He has emotionally attached to. How long has he had them? Oh, I think they used to be his dad before him. No, we don't hear me downstairs. I'm sorry. LAUGHTER Are they really mankey? Yeah, sure. Like, who's pinkie's both picked out the side and who's big toes like sticks right out.
And then when I was about to try and be cheeky, try to be funny and just stick it out. Even my two-year-old knows it big grows. And he just wants it to go away. Yeah, why didn't you buy it? You should buy it. Just buy him some new ones. OK, but please, he shows out the other issue. Because he's like that with your briefing. He doesn't like anything new. And I literally like OK, maybe 10 years ago, I bought him 2575 pair of jeans. Exactly the same pair of his old ones that had holes in the arms. Got him. You're from the St. Louisville, aren't you? Yeah. You sound like you're with Vaughn. Yeah. Excuse me. Vaughn slippers are just too dirty. I don't wear slippers, I think. And you slippers are just gross. You wear jeans, though, till they die. Yeah. Yeah, it doesn't. So they're made for. Ah, Vanessa, thank you. Good luck with that. Yeah, I just feel like Chuck, I'm in the fire. You know what I mean? Like, just take it out of his hands. Probably the good end of Mankey that we're hearing about. Oh, I know. My ex-husband would pull out his armpit here, and his eyelashes and his eyebrows and tickles lips with him.
I get the feeling of like, sometimes I grab the end of my head here and go like that on my lips. It does feel nice, but not from the pear. No. I was like, why don't you romper? He would hurt so much. Do a little pluck, yeah. My new partner, I just had our first weekend a way to get her and insist that I'm making the bed fully when we left the air being back. I just couldn't watch. What? No, why? Sorry. They can't strip that anyway. They're going to have to wash those sheets. Yeah, that's odd. I don't want to put the bed. I can make the bed. You can make it up. You can make it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No. No, no. I still, they're not leaving the sheets on for the next person. I know. I know. Why do you do that? I don't know. Stop it. Yeah. I will. Now that I know that that's an embarrassing hand, but I will. My husband wipes his feet across the floor to take his socks off after work, like a separate... Oh, oh, wait. What is it? See, you've got to let this happen. They must be loose socks. I couldn't do that with my socks. Just take them off like a grown-aid old. My husband is a weird grunt crew to babies when he's holding them. Every time he does it, I'm like, yeah, I'm going to divorce this guy immediately. Grunt crew? A grunt crew.
A grunt crew. A real-life... Like a pension? Like a pension? Someone, uh, message, and my stepdad puts Milo in his sashay latte and calls it a mocha chain. Yum. I love this. Well, there was a... What was the original? Oh, the guy, a woman, dobed a new boyfriend for when they go to a cafe. It's a big, huge cup of iced milk. Sips it from school, like a Bubba. So all the messages in every time he gets a tea, it's so milky, it's almost white. It's like he is just having a hot cup of milk with a tea. Yeah. My partner, Airwoy's eats all the chips at a party, like a child does. Like he'll just stand by them and just like, just shut them in his mouth. Oh my God, that would be so extra me. He's not deprived of chips. We have chips at home all the time. Just bad chips. But that's just bad chips. Like the end of the bowl. Shuffle in the minute's mouth. And not talking to anyone, just being all about the chips. My husband regurgitates his food and swallows it again after he eats. What? Well, they do say that you should chew your food and eat it slowly.
You're my fast eater, I don't know. Slowly, you just do it once, you know? Yeah. Somebody said my partner listens to talk back radio and occasionally argues with the callers they have on. Oh, that's okay. That's okay. My mate's husband still eats his book. Is he 45 years old? She said my mate's husband, but do you reckon that's like that? That's your sister's daughter on that one. Oh my God, yes. My partner will sniff his fingers after having a scratch. Oh, you do that. When you say, yeah. My husband loves eating fingernails and toenails, especially fingernails while driving. Nothing worse than hearing them start crunching on them. No, what? You should listen to this. No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. No, what? You should be swallowing that. No, if you have to rip off a fingernail if you're mouth. Yeah. Yeah. Out of guys. Yeah. Out the window. You go. Yeah. And then it goes onto the person in the back. Yeah. Yeah, it goes out and back in. And do. My husband uses bobby pins to remove Gankyass airwax to be there. The bobby pins good because it's got a little low point you can get over.
And then push down in and drag it out. Should be good. My dad's an eScratcher. But from the moment I've known him to now, anything. Most days I'll just pull my, most days we'll be on ear and we'll just like, I've done it right now and I'll pull my headphone jack out of the headphone connection. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. I'm going to like. I'm going to put two cups in for the next out. I'm. I'm. This is the next, I'm going to put a cup in it. That's.
My partner makes me check that you really can't see his nipples through his t-shirt every time we leave the house is very South corny about his big bicky nips But then he does this creepy thing we rubs them at me and honestly it makes me feel quite unwell No, are we talking like um discs like a a New Zealand cookie time or a giant cookie time? Gonna follow up there on that big bicky nips. I'm thinking at least sort of a They just poke out of their long sort of like sausage no, but bicky I'm putting a pants on a Christmas bucket Christmas buckets. No, I think we're going bigger than that. I think we're going at least farm-bait Could be a male path, you know, it could be Right And then he rubs them at her The ZM podcast network Play ZMS flesh one and Hayley Say
A little poll today is do you pre-hit your air fryer apparently? recipes Calling for the pre-heading your air riser air fryer on the rise, you know, be like first of all Pre-hit the oven to 180 degrees. I always pre-heat the I thought that's what you had to do It's like an air fryer. No, it's quite like it's a microwave pre-heat your microwave to 5,000 degrees What do you do? Do you just turn it on for a couple of minutes of the temper to you cooking it? Or maybe like one minute, but not oh not Owl it's not a pretty egg. I'm not pre-heating an air fryer How are we taking it? Can I just share something if we're going to talk about air frayers? I've got the most amazing salmon recipe Because salmon's really hard to cook sometimes It is in the skin constrictor cast iron and you don't want it to get just that perfect Flakey, it's an air fryer. I don't touch it because I have been thinking I need to start getting more Omega's because my short term Memory's no good and I can't do the mega three thousand tablets because the fish You don't get that from the salmon in your front Eight minutes and eight minutes So apparently you can skip pre-heating for most foods like frozen snacks, vegetables and chicken
Convenience foods But you should pre-heat when you're doing crispy coatings Searings mates get a better out of Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah This is searing meat in a Air fryer I've seen a steak in an air fryer Kill me and it's good for if you did a tuna or a salmon fillet. It's good Eight minutes and eight minutes really good because I'm actually gonna look into that because I can't do the fish oil tablets because I get the Birds I get it though because you know you don't want to go cold to hot slowly with the mate because then you don't get that crust And then also apparently foods with short cook times like toast I don't know who's putting toasted in air fryer. I'm getting a toast But they can turn out better with a hot start as well I think it's worth a cup a couple of minutes Refused to sell the poll to your pre-heat your air fryer 70% of people said no. Well, you're more on 13% said yes and 16% of people said I don't know the near fry I love putting frozen chicken drumsticks in the air fryer 30 minutes from cold to perfect. That's my boy dinner. Oh
Edward We simply must try better Alana said never even thought about pre-heating it and I don't own an oven I cook everything on my air fryer from lasagna to muffins Ashtows a lasagna a small lasagna I know she would have a big double drawer. Yeah, for a little one ankle You got an ankle. I got a double drawer. I got a point. I don't use my match But I've had it for years so good When I turn it on I slip in whatever I'm cooking and use that heat up time Slip in whatever I'm cooking and use the heat up time as a bonus warm up for the food I also don't really have any understanding of how to use an air fryer to its best advantage It's a reheat machine for me seldom do I cook anything from scratch. Yeah, yeah Or pizza like next day pizza in the air fryer for a couple of months. Yeah, um Ruedog everything always and maybe whack or two one or two extra minutes on the ends is Michael Yeah, I always like a couple of extra minutes unless it's fish Okay, I've got a came out one now is yours as anchovies the camera
It's a warehouse and co came out. It's just like a round rocket ship with one drawer She's got one as well and it came with the specific instruction never to turn on empty I don't read the instructions for an anchor instruction. What do you mean never to not empty? What's I'm gonna blow up It's wow Alex said the instructions told me not to pretty cheap I That's not a microwave It's like leaving an oven empty for like five hours and it gets a bit hot and confused Jane started the Bible here if God wanted us to pre-head our air fryer He would never required us to set the timer for it to start hating Halt said I used to have one but it took up too much room got a new oven with an air fryer mode though Yeah, and that is I know those were expensive I thought another one with an air fryer mode was just a pre-heated fan bake So did I what's now? I was just now like he's crazy other ovens now. I've got so many functions. It's all bullshit
It's all too much microwave has a grill feature and it came with this like metal Plate that you put it on the grill feature. So then I thought that my microwave you could microwave metal Come no I Anyway Nope, what am I pre-heading? Let's just a bloody blankets It's job is to be read in any moment for 10 minute now guys I Place your hot water bottle inside the inside the I noticed that my husband pre-heated the air fryer said what the f are you doing and now I'm wondering whether or I should have been all along I said the whole reason to get one was no pre-heating at pre-heating itself I had no idea how angry people were debating this online. It's like a whole thing It's the reason we've asked this question Just like a microwave goes from nothing a hot yeah, cuz it's small but takes a bit longer
It's just small. Yeah, it's a small little like a toast to go from nothing Okay, so the Phillips New Zealand official website says you do not need to pre-heat your Phillips air fryer But that's Phillips. That's felt like so don't speak on behalf of Anko I'm not gonna speak on behalf of all brands. No, we wouldn't dear. We wouldn't see him hmm Well for Cillital Paul we asked you do you pre-heat your air fryer? 70% of you said no The ZM podcast network Play ZM's flash one and Haley Brussels sprout I made me Brussels sprouts Do you know why because we hit some chicken breast and you know trying to be a bit healthy But there was some bacon left over from Two weekends ago and I was like oh no, I think she's been bacon from two weeks ago Why it's bacon you can eat it from like two years ago Doesn't it go that slide in a bit? It had been cooked Yeah We're not both with he's not feeling very well this morning. Okay, yeah
Yeah, you ain't all bacon you dumb bitch You can't eat bacon. It's like ham right yeah, I know against right on like it's but I don't think you can have it just open If it's the best before it was sealed I'd wrapped it in glad wrap the seal it was a best before was still good Wait had it been uncooked or cooked and then reheated It was bacon slimy It's been cooked it's been cooked it's a right. I'm not eating copped bacon. No, no I thought you'd been cured and you'd open and you'd left it gets a bit smelly and a bit slimy No, no, no, no, she was good. She was wrapped in glad wrap. Okay. Don't yourself the mind you so much I'm gonna have to come to lane Okay, so anyway, I'm cooked bacon You carry on that's been opened the best before date was yeah, but that's before when it hasn't been opened But it's a big pack you're telling me when you get one of those big packs Yeah, you can leave it in the fridge. You can totally leave them in the fridge. I've done it years and years
Opened real bacon last one week in the refrigerator This is like a week signs of A week and two days a sour-o-smouth slimy sticky texture gray or greenish color or a possible mole growth I mean it's that's probably bugger and it was wrapped like properly okay Anyway, so I've got the bacon less on the bacon. I've got bacon and we're having chicken breast for dinner And I was like oh my god that bacon Why don't I do my rub my brussel sprouts because I do I chop up the bacon I chop up some onion yeah Onion and then I and I chop in the G So I think people drop in the G and onion onion and then I get the pan super hot olive oil salt People and I just char these things to death yeah, yeah, and it's so so nice We've just talked about every time in the air fryer Air fryer brussel sprouts are insane.
