About this episode
In this week's episode, I will share with you the idea of becoming more aware of the way you spend your time and 'flow' through it… Reflecting upon my feelings of haste, overwhelm, and stress during my weekly work, I've noticed a certain tendency, which when noted and taken advantage of, can be a useful tool in prioritizing and reorganizing the way we lead our lives. An episode about the perception of time, delegating chores and far from favourite tasks, and designing our days the way that empowers a 'flow state' at all times.
I will also briefly mention the idea of fasting and give you two challenges to exercise your mind for the week.
Contemplation of life's rhythm in a digestible portion.
I hope this helps you on your journey through the space-time of your life.
All the love, all the power, all of the time…
