Former US Rear Admiral is convinced the Government has communicated with non-human intelligence.

Former Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet's appeared on the Shawn Ryan Podcast and discussed a lot of great things, One of the questions that was asked was if Tim believed that The Government believed have communicated with Non Human Intelligence. He said right away he was convinced of it. He also mentioned that he is going to start a program of UFO studies at colleges. Kristian Harloff discusses.
