Defense attorney Kevin Reddington blames one juror. He says is not following the court's instructions. My motion is to remove this juror that refuses to listen to your instruction and reasonable doubt. Clement County Assistant D.A. Jennifer Sprig disagrees. We have the note from the jury. There's no way to determine what the deliberations are. Who's correct? Who's incorrect? Nor should we. Lindsey Clancy has admitted to killing her three young children in 2023. The jury is trying to determine if she should be held criminally responsible. The Trump administration, again, asking the Supreme Court to let it move ahead with restrictions on male ballots before the midterm elections in November, even as legal wrangling over the president's executive order continues in lower courts. Many peel comes after a federal judge in Boston blocked the president's executive order for now.

1:00The Missouri Supreme Court has blocked a new congressional district map back by president Trump, even though it was used in the state's primary last month. Missouri's high court says the new voting map passed by the Republican-led state legislature needs to be approved by voters. Last December, opponents submitted over 300,000 petition signatures calling for the map to be voted on in a referendum. The Republican secretary of state, Denny Hoskins, waited till the August primaries to reject the petition. He said the referendum process can't be used for congressional redistricting. Yes, the court ruled the petition was legal, and the state has to go to its old map for the upcoming midterm. 2:04Journalist feminist and activist Gloria Steinem's death was announced on social media by her foundation, which said she died on Wednesday at her home in New York City, quote, surrounded by some of the many who loved her. Steinem, who became the face of the fight for women's rights, got her start as a journalist in the 1960s, famously going undercover as a waitress at the New York Playboy Club, then writing an exposé on the low pay and working conditions. She co-founded Ms. Magazine and spent decades advocating for women's rights in the workplace, as well as the right to abortion through political organizing. She was honored for her civil rights work with a presidential medal of freedom in 2013. Gloria Steinem was 92. In New York City, Tanya J. Powers, Fox News. Louisiana Judge has issued a preliminary injunction against the NCAA, clearing the way from more than 40 athletes to play college sports this year. They sued the NCAA to try to get a fifth year of eligibility under new rules. The decision comes a week after the SEC and other leagues, announced potential punishments for any member schools that bring in former pros.
