This week we have my good friend Francesca Barone on the podcast. Francesca is a naturopathic medical practitioner, holistic nutritionist, and now co-founder of Anam Cara Healing Retreats. For the past few years she has been living Costa Rica, working full time for Soltara Healing Center before moving to The Sacred Valley, Perú in September of last year where she co-founded an Ayahuasca Healing Retreat Center with her partner Neils.
She now owns and operates exclusive, small-group plant medicine retreats with Ayahausca and Huachuma throughout Perú and Mexico. She is a trauma-informed practitioner, certified with Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate inquiry, and currently amidst her training to become a somatic experiencing practitioner.”
