Frédéric Fekkai Accused in New Lawsuit of Grooming Women for Jeffrey Epstein (9/4/26)

0:00What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. A couple of days ago Thomas Massey decided to get up on the congressional floor and read 14 names into the record. And one of those names was Frederick Fokai. And that's a name that we've heard for years. Multiple survivors have described being sent to Frederick Fokai for specialized hair styling. So they go to the salon and they'd have to get their haircut the way that Epstein wanted them to get their haircut. And of course that's just another part of the control, just another part of Jeffrey Epstein showing that he's in charge. But when it comes to Frederick Fokai there's nothing illegal about that, right? A guy can be involved in giving people haircuts and not know anything about the abuse. But that's not where it ends with Frederick Fokai. According to the new lawsuit, he also participated in grooming the women

1:03for Jeffrey Epstein and according to multiple survivors, Mr. Fokai knew exactly what was going on. And then you add to that the allegations made by Sarah Kellen Vickers and even though I find her to be reprehensible, she can inhabit two places at once, right? Somebody that was abused and somebody that wasn't abused her. Now because she was abused, that doesn't mean that she gets off the hook for what she did. But that doesn't mean that we're not going to look into people like Frederick Fokai for taking advantage of her either. Because at the end of the day, people like Frederick Fokai and the people that were around Epstein that were allegedly taking part in the abuse, those are the most reprehensible motherfuckers in the whole saga. Now I won't sit here and tell you that it was as widespread as some people will because I don't believe it was. I think that Jeffrey Epstein used this part of his operation for special cases, people that he really wanted to lock in.

2:10But most people that came to Jeffrey Epstein's house, most people that associated with him, they weren't taking part in the abuse directly. Now that doesn't mean they weren't inspiring, however. Because if they were taking money, if they knew, if they were enabling him, congratulations, you're part of the criminal conspiracy. But the thing is, they never charged him with that kind of criminal conspiracy. And this is why, because if they did, everybody else would have had to been charged too. Everybody else would have been under the microscope and they wouldn't be able to control that blast radius that we always talk about. And that's always been the goal. Keep this contained. Don't let it expand and don't look at anybody else that might have been involved. Pin it on Epstein and Maxwell and keep it moving. So today we have an article from the International Business Times and the headline, Jeffrey Epstein celebrity hairstylist, Frederick Fokai, accused of bleaching girls blonde and grooming them like dolls.

3:11Well, that's not disturbing or anything, huh? This article was authored by Crystal Mae Napiza. Seven women of sued celebrity hairstylist, Frederick Fokai, alleging that he participated in grooming them for Jeffrey Epstein, including according to the complaint, bleaching their hair blonde at Epstein's direction and styling them like dolls to suit the disgraced financiers' preferences. Now, you know that Frederick Fokai, he's going to say he had no idea what was going on. And he thought he was just, you know, providing haircuts, colorings, and the rest of it for these girls. Epstein's assistance. He didn't know anybody was being abused. Nobody came to him and said, hey, look, we're being assaulted. We need your help. That's going to be what he says, right? But that's not going to work out so well for him. Especially considering Sarah Kellen-Vickers has accused him in front of Congress of the same kind as shit, even worse, actually. So when it comes to Frederick Fokai, we're not talking about just

4:16a couple of survivors here who have accused him. We're talking about Sarah Kellen-Vickers as well. So I think that the shit is real deep for Frederick Fokai. And I have a hard time believing that he's not going to be indicted. I mean, there's a lot of evidence here. A whole lot of it. And keep in mind, a lot of this stuff with Fokai happened in New York. So they can go after him at the state level. The question is, will they? The lawsuit lands amid renewed congressional scrutiny of Epstein's associates and follows separate allegations that Fokai sexually assaulted one of Epstein's former aides and it just builds on top of it. And when you're being accused, like Frederick Fokai of grooming, and then on top of that, you have somebody saying you actually took part in the abuse? Not exactly what I would call tenable ground. According to the complaint obtained by both Courthouse News Service and TMZ, Epstein routinely directed Fokai to alter the women's appearance to his taste.

5:20Epstein would direct Fokai to bleach victims blonde and room them like dolls into Epstein and others liking the filing states. And this is something that we've known for a long time. This isn't something that just popped up. We were hearing this from a lot of people who were around Epstein. I mean, from Virginia to Maria, you name it. And they all said the same thing about Frederick Fokai. That everything that happened in that shop was creepy as Fokai. The suing women, say Fokai groomed the victims to look as young as possible, under Epstein's direction. They alleged Epstein frequently brought groups of young women into the salon and had them sit on his lap and stroke his hair while services were carried out. Five of the seven plaintiffs are proceeding anonymously. And that's going to be a battle too. They have to petition the court to proceed anonymously. And then the court will apply a three-step method to find out if they meet the parameters to file this motion anonymously. And during the first

6:26go around, there was a lot of women who ended up filing anonymously. Of course, that ended up not working out so well for them, considering most of them were outed by the DOJ in the Epstein files release. So I'm not too sure if it's going to work out. As far as trying to move forward anonymously, my guess is the judge is going to amass them at some point. But as of now, a few of these survivors are moving forward under that anonymous tag. The two name claimants are Christy Ferguson, a formal model who alleged Epstein committed gender-motivated violence against her for two decades, beginning when she was around 16. And Audra Krikshenson, a former playboy playmate, who has separately claimed she alerted the FBI to Epstein's conduct as early as 2005. And remember, she was the woman who allegedly went to Hugh Hefner to try and get some help when it comes to Epstein. And we know how that turned out. The women are suing under the New York

7:27Gender-motivated Violence Act, legislation that extends the statute of limitations for survivors of gender-based violence, allowing claims that would otherwise be time-bard to proceed. There can plain states that Fakhai and his salon operated as a network to manipulate coerce and commit acts of gender-motivated violence against young women and girls, and that Fakhai enabled Epstein to build a vast and sophisticated sex trafficking operation. The lawsuit draws a direct line between Epstein's patronage and Fakhai's commercial rise. The plaintiffs claim that Epstein's connections help place Fakhai's haircare line in retailers including Victoria Secret, then owned by Epstein Associate, Les Wexner. Without Epstein, Fakhai brands would not have grown into the billion dollar brand, the complaint alleges. Look, that's something that the court's going to have to figure out. And the jury is going to have to decide how strong those allegations are, and just how much nepotism if you will, Epstein used to get Fakhai's product into those places.

8:35And that'll be a whole different fight unto itself. In return, the women argue, without Fakhai, Epstein would not have been able to control and commit gender-motivated violence against the victims. They further claim the U.S. Department of Justice released the so-called Epstein files, included more than 3,000 documents and emails, connected to Fakhai's salon. That's true. Here's the biggest problem. Jeffrey Epstein was never charged with Rico. And I don't know how many times I have to say it. I guess until I'm blue in the goddamn face, you still have people out here that don't get it, that don't understand. And that's all part of the cover-up, right? Not everything's going to be brazen, not everything's going to be shoved in your face like the Glaine Maxwell Transfer, a lot of times the signs are subtle. And you have to read between the lines to figure out what's what. But a case like this, there's nobody on this planet that can convince me that this shouldn't

9:36be Rico. Sorry. A representative for Fakhai did not immediately respond to a request for comment when approached by courthouse news. And I have the actual lawsuit, so we'll get to that as well. But we're still working on the Jess Staley transcript. And as soon as that's done, we'll get this bad boy added to the catalog too. That way all of you can hear what's going on word for word. Because remember, the whole point of going through those court documents is to cut out the middleman. We don't need the media to tell us what's going on if we have the court documents ourselves. And then from there, if we don't understand something, we can seek out the proper legal channels to try and figure out what's what. But there's way too much spin. People want to interpret what those court documents say before they even tell people what the court documents are. Tuesday's filing is not the first time Fakhai's name has surfaced in connection with Epstein. In May of 2026, during a closed-door interview with House Republicans, Epstein's former aide Sarah Kellin reportedly accused Fakhai of sexually assaulting her in the early 2000s,

10:41according to reporting by CNN. Fakhai denied any wrongdoing. A media representative told CNN at the time that he was astonished by Kellin's testimony, and maintained he did nothing wrong. No, nothing to see here. I didn't do anything wrong. And look, I'm not going to tell you that Sarah Kellin Vickers should just be believed. But I have a funny feeling she's not lying about this. The civil suit also arrived the day after US Representative Thomas Massey, a Kentucky Republican, publicly named 14-a-leg Deppstein Associates, he believed should be investigated and prosecuted, including Fakhai. Massey has said he's continuing to gather his signatures for a petition intended to force a floor of vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act 2. Boy, that would be nice. I just don't see it happening. And maybe that's just me being cynical. But the way that Donald Trump attacked the Republicans who signed the first one, why would any of these other Republicans begin to play ball?

11:42Fakhai, a French-born stylist, built his reputation, styling a list clients before selling a salon business, and expanding into a global hair care brand. His alleged ties to Epstein date back further still. He was named during a 2016 deposition, connected to Epstein litigation, in which it was alleged Epstein had once offered to look for girls for him while both men were in Hawaii. Oh, there's no doubt. Look, this guy has been connected to Epstein for a very long time. And now the general public's learning his name, but our first episode about Freddie Fakhai was all the way back in 2022. So this isn't new, but it's now accelerating. And now it's actually in the court system. None of the new allegations in the complaint have been tested in court, and Fakhai is not yet filled or filed a formal response. The case is the latest civil action to test how far New York's gender-motivated violence act can reach into Epstein's wider network of

12:43enablers, and it now awaits Fakhai's response in New York Supreme Court. Well, I'm awaiting the response, too. I'd love to see what Fakhai has to say for himself. But if history is any guide, then whatever he says is going to be absolutely ridiculous. So when we get that response, we'll get that added to the catalog as well.
