Welcome to Grow & Glow's 12 days of Christmas! I'll be releasing an episode every day in the lead up to Christmas.

This is such a bitter sweet moment to say goodbye to Grow and Glow, it’s been an amazing two years and I have so much gratitude for all of you and everyone who made this possible. Life is forever changing, as we are as humans plus what we do and where we go and even though grow and glow will be no more it’s definitely not the end!  This episode I'm joined by my podcast producer Katie with our ins & outs for 2025.
