Good morning, everyone. Happy Friday and welcome to the early-edge brought to you by
Beth MGM. I see Jen in the chat, Ryan Cofter, fantasy life, Scott Edwards, Katie Taylor's in
here. What's up, everybody? Again, a very happy Friday. We're going to have a great show. Let's see
if we had a great recap screen. Well, very average, actually. We go five and five. I go to an
O. Zach hits his lindenwood pick. Sports line picks don't pan out a ton, but chip Patterson. He
hits his pick. Prop stars hits his five and five. Again, it's a very average day, but I'll tell you
what, this is not a very average day right here on a Friday because it's BPE Friday.
Let's go. Oh, we got Mikey B. We got chip Patterson. We got Danny Brasco. We've got whatever
buckets is doing. And ladies and gentlemen, if you hadn't had your espresso today, if you hadn't
had your soda, whatever wakes you up in the morning, we've got your chip me up. Good morning,
see you. Good morning, Pockets. Good morning, Danny. Good morning, Mikey. Good morning,
bed. Good morning, early hedge, fam, fam. I come to you a humbled man. If you would see me on Friday
night, I would have had a sack cloth and ashes on my head as I got a little bit Chesty here in
this chip me up seven days ago. I may have but smurged a great name of the Michigan Wolverines and
to support my family. I may have called Michigan point guard Elliott Kadoa a munchkin. That was
unfair. That was unfair. We are about the same height. I think he lies a little bit with his hair,
but that's to the side. I am a humbled man. But like I told you, this is about resilience. This
is about getting up off the mat because did I just cry myself to sleep and make no picks on
Saturday? No, we came back with winners. We came back with Duke putting the summer
lockdown on Virginia. We came back just letting the chopper spray because that's what we do. And
you saw that green check mark. So I am back with another one. Try to get you another green check mark.
Let's go. Let's go and ship ours and we've been using your sports line picks. Like a ton
over the last couple of weeks and you're caching in a big way. So I absolutely love that.
Did it ask. I got a question for you before we get to the picks and before I talk to buckets
and Mikey be, you know, everybody waits for the Friday chip me up. And I think that's great
for Friday, but we don't have anything Monday through Thursday. Can I ask you this? Is there a song
that like wakes you up in the morning? Not that you necessarily listen to music in the morning,
but to the extent that you would. Is there a song that like really would wake you up? I mean,
it could be so many for me. So I'll give you some time as I saw it. It could be like Jimmy
eat world the middle. It could be like pop a roach last resort. They're like, there's so many
different genres I could go to Dave Matthews and smart. Just like a wake me up song. Anything that
comes to mind and in the chat, let me know what your wake up song would be. You hit the
toe, the right vibe with the Jimmy eat world. I'm going creed style in the morning. You know,
oh, man, now I'm six feet from the edge. That's going to fire me up in the morning. You know,
something like that to the soul. That was pretty good. By the way, that sounded like creed,
buckets. Do you have a wake me up song or tune or cartoon?
Man, you're just you're unbearable. See it. Yes, I do have a wake me up song. It's here comes
the boom by Nelly. Nice. Oh, I'll take, oh, take Nelly all day or dragon tails. If you want me to
pick a funny little kid cartoon, I can do that too for you. Mike McClure is in the chat. Let's
go to the other mic. Mikey, do you have a like a wake up song? A song that really energizes you?
No, I'm the worst person asked this question. I'm going to admit this on the show. I don't listen
to music. I just don't do it. I know it's weird. Maybe the Sesame Street theme song buckets. How about
that one? Sunny day? What do you mean you don't listen like at all? No, no, I'm sorry. I don't
listen to music. But your kids listen like a baby shark with that wake you up. Like what? Well,
they're older now. So are out of that. When they put their music on, I kind of just tune it out.
I listen to podcasts all day long. I'm here. I'm sorry. I'm over 40. See you. See you.
I listen to podcasts. Go ahead, Dawson. Nuck, if you buck, that is the best answer I've heard so far
in the chat. What a banger. All right. Let's get to pull it on to your chains and your wallet.
Nuck in your bucket. I love shit. Before we get to bucket soccer picks to kick off the show,
you got a song in mind? Yeah. I am right at the edge of my children actually catching up on the
words that are being said. We've been pumping some green day on the way to school. So it's just like
as soon as they realize the words to basket case, we got to throw it to the side a little bit. You
know, like I can't have them asking, you know, other adults what these words mean. But right now,
yeah, we've been rocking some green day. We had they had a green day at school where they had to
wear green for spirit week. And so I was like, oh, yeah, let's go. Let's get some green day going.
Mikey B. I have one. I thought of one from the olden days when I used to listen to music when
I was a youngster. How about the black parade by my chemical romance? How about that one?
All right. Not bad. I'll take it. I got one. I contributed. Mike McClure in the chat says,
and this is perfect. And I'm not even sure he's kidding. He says symphony number 40 on repeat
in the office this morning. That yeah, that's very on the brand. Let's see. We're five minutes
into the show. We do have to get to some picks, although I honestly think I can talk about this for
another 20 or 30 minutes. We're we've got a lot of answers in the chat. So I'm going to shout out
some people later on in the show, but buckets. You've got three picks for us today on the pitch.
What are they? Little bounce back Friday. But before I get into those,
see a two quick things for you real quick, because M square is in the chat. L Aburg, my pick for my
one and done is second on the PGA table after day one. So we're loving that. And then second,
see, I am applying for an apartment at the moment. Would you mind being my guarantor? Is that
something you're okay doing? I'm a little kind of mad at you as it turns out, because your voodoo
on Ludwig Oberg actually cost me $7,000 yesterday, because he drained not one, but several 25
foot putts. Drop me from first place to second place in the DFS contest. So I will tell you that I'll
think about it. Okay. The answer's probably no. I'm going to put you down anyway. So when you get
a call from a leasing office, just, yeah, good vibes. Okay. Fenty bad. Let's definitely put
that on record on YouTube. But I could handle it myself. I don't need a guarantor
of the leasing office is watching you handle your own fraud bucket. Speaking of frauds,
what a segway. Let's talk about Magdeburg and the second Bundesliga baby because we are betting
on that match up between Elvars Berg taking on Magdeburg. And I'm going with something that,
frankly, I don't do a whole lot. And that is a straight up money line. We are taking the host
Elvars Berg money line at minus 110. I like their team total, but their team totals juice to minus 170.
I don't like Magdeburg's team total because I don't really expect them to score. We've got two
teams on completely different ends of the table as Elvars Berg are tied right now. And third with
Darmstadt, finding for that all important promotion spot to the Bundesliga, while Magdeburg are
frankly just surviving this at this point. One of the worst defenses we've seen in this fine
Bundesliga in a long time is Magdeburg is averaging over two goals conceded per match. And they're
taking on an Elvars Berg team that defensively is pretty solid right now. Only 26 conceded in 24
games. That is a big deal in second tier footies. So I'm expecting Elvars Berg to win this one.
I just don't know what the score line's going to be. So I'd rather take the money line,
rather than give some crazy juice to try to add a parlay to make something special happen there.
Second bet. We go to the FA Cup as Rexam. Rexam. Rex. Are taken on Chelsea. And I absolutely
love goals in this fixture. Both teams to score in over two and half goals. Pleas and thank you
at even money at plus 100. The books really don't think Rexam's going to score this Ryan Reynolds
dream team that scores against literally everyone when they're playing at home. This team with
the highest both teams to score hit rate when playing at home in the championship. Is it going to
score against a Chelsea side that's tired? That's exhausted. That is fighting their way through an
absolute slog of a Bundesliga. Sorry. Premier League season right now. And this Chelsea team is going
to rotate. I don't expect Rexam to win, but I expect him to score probably pretty early in this
one forcing Chelsea to roll their eyes and sub in cold palm or in sub in Joao Pedro. Shub in
sub in whoever they need to sub in to make sure to get those goals. But I love goals in this
fixture. This is the kind of one where if it ended three, one, four, one, four, two, three, two,
I'm not shocked if you want to have some fun and do some extra bets on this one as well.
And then finally, La Liga as Celta Vigo are taking on the Real Madrid. We are going with both
teams to score again by itself this time at minus 120 because if you're Real Madrid right now,
no Mbappe, no Mparte. You don't get to have fun anymore because apparently you really need Mbappe
to get anything done right now. They are in a title race against Barcelona and they just drop
points to Osa, Suna and Gatafé. Not just drop points. They lost both of those fixtures. I would
be worried about Real Madrid scoring right now in this fixture. But knowing Celta Vigo,
knowing how good their offense is and knowing how poor their defense is,
convoed with the fact that if Real Madrid lose this one, they might lose the La Liga title.
There's too much on the line. Real Madrid have to make something happen in this fixture.
But Celta Vigo at home, you always back on goals. So three bets to you. And I'm bouncing back
from Maya when was I last on Wednesday. Bounce it back from the Wednesday X's.
All right. I want to get to Chip, Mikey, B's and Brasco's pick. But there is a pretty important
question. The chat is really buzzing. We've got a lot of like song choices. Mike McClure is
dishing out some knowledge. Gippers picks dishing out some knowledge here. But Jen wants to know,
buckets, are you are you having to find a new apartment because you've got evicted for
disabling your fire alarm? Again, if anybody is watching from the currently policing office,
I don't know what C is talking about. He's a well-known liar in this community. I wouldn't trust
anything. Him or Jen said Jen is also a liar. No, no, that's not why I'm moving. But I'm also
not getting evicted. It's all good vibes here in the buckets apartment. All right, fair enough.
Let's move along to go ahead, Brasco. Yeah. I just got a question for buckets. I was watching that
early season in the welcome to Rexome with Ryan Reynolds and Rob McClure handy building the team.
They're in the Premier League. They got promoted all the way up. No, no, no. Okay. They're in the
championship. So they're one leg off of the Premier League. If they get promoted this season,
they'll be in the premp, which is still mad. I was about to see him playing Chelsea. I didn't
even realize they were close to their level, but that makes sense. And it's an FA Cup. So they're
playing teams. Every division gets to play in this. Then just Rexome survived the longest out of
some of these quote-unquote lower tier leagues. Yeah, Brasco. Everybody knows that. Let's move
along here to some basketball. But instead of going to college basketball, let's go to the NBA first.
Mikey B. I have reason to believe you've got to play, but you've also got to parlay for us.
I know. I feel a little. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. This feels like a live show.
So no, can I run to the restroom real quick? That's why you put your hand up. Yes. Is that okay?
I mean, yeah, it's okay. We need to interrupt. He just go. Why would he do that? What did you
call? You have to answer. I was trying to launch you into this like great setup and this great
take in these great picks. And now it's all ruined. So I don't know what to do. Go ahead, Mikey B.
That's okay. I live in awkwardness. So let's keep moving here. Let's go. First, we're going to do
Brandon Miller over 21 and a half points at minus 114. This is Hornets heat. Playoff implications.
The Hornets are just two games behind the heat in the Eastern Conference standings. The Hornets
are really hot right now. They could move up to the top 60 realistically if they continue to play
this well with them blowing teams out so regularly. Brandon Miller has averaged this 26 minutes
over their last seven games. Still, he scored at least 22 points in four of those games. The
heat play at the fastest pace in the league. I think this is a closer game. And I like Miller to go
over 21 and a half points. And then see it. We're going to go into the way back machine. I will
remind you on Monday show. Yes, five days ago, we took a little parlay, which I don't normally
give out on shows unless, you know, someone asks for a pamper's parlay. But I like this hit Monday.
And I'm going to play it again today. We're going to do Kevin Durant, the score at least 20 points
and read Shepherd to hit at these three three pointers. We hit it at plus 108 on Monday.
It's plus 109 today. If they're going to keep giving it to me at plus money, I'm going to take it.
Shepherd hit six three pointers against the Warriors yesterday. That was his six straight game
with at least four made three pointers. He could be a nightmare matchup for the trailblazers tonight.
They've given up the third highest three points shooting percentage in the league over their
last 10 games. Also, this game is being played in Houston. That's where Shepherd shoots 41.6%
from three. Now, his three point line itself is like in the minus one 40s. I do like that. I have
it as a pick on sports line, but I don't want to give out that much juice on the show. So we're
going to add the Durant to score at least 20 points to it. He's done that in 11 of his last 12
games. See, he's played the trailblazers three times this season. He scored at least 30 points in
all three of those games plus 109. I'll play this parlay again. And also there are you okay buckets
is everything good? Do you need to interrupt the show again? Or are we okay? Cool. Mikey B,
do you do you feel like this is a bounce back spot for Kevin Durant and company? I mean,
they lost to the Warriors. Houston was at home. Warriors don't have Steph Curry yet.
Yeah, I mean, the rockets had been very inconsistent. And we like that for parlay's because they
don't blow anybody out. Everything's close. Even when they played the Wizards when we did this
bet on Monday, they were up big. And then the Wizards came back. I'm sure you were watching as an
rabid Wizards fan. See, I'm sure you were locked into that game. But they don't really blow anybody
out. So these guys are forced to play a lot of minutes. So that's another reason why I like this
one. And it's just a great, the trailblazers are not very good defensively anymore. They're missing
some key guys there. So I really like this one again. If they're going to give it to us that plus
money, I have to take it. I'm going to take it. I watch a disturbing amount of Wizards games.
I'm telling you, their young talent is really good. I don't know what to think of them next year.
And Anthony Davis and Trey Young who played last night and all that. But Mikey B, I feel like
even like we know about Alex Saur, we know about Trey Johnson. Nobody's talking about Will Riley,
for example. Nobody's talking about Bala Koolabale. There's a lot of people on this team.
Listen, we're all sick of fans of our own team. I was up late last night watching
Bulls Sons because I had overs bets. I'm Nick Richards and also Iga Dario rebounds. Okay.
This is what we do. If you want to know, this is what we do. We're degenerates. There's been
showing up for the Bulls talk and the Bulls take Chip Patterson. I know we're going to get to your
pick after the break. But we do have Steve Falkertz in here asking about Saint John's minus 4.5.
Any thoughts on that one? Yeah. I mean, a big, but I do have a play on this coming up a little
bit later on. The here's what you're weigh in here in terms of the what we learned from the first
game. So first game, Seton Hall jumps all over Saint John's early, like very unusual in terms of
the offensive success that they were able to have. Seton Hall led by 15 around the 16-minute mark
early in the second half. I mean, really controlled it. Saint John's flip to switch came back on him.
I think that if you're taking Seton Hall, you expect that they're going to be able to drag
this game all the way into the muck. But don't forget about the motivations here. Saint John's
with the win clinches the number one overall seed in the big East tournament. A loss would then
create a real problem in terms of the Big East championship. So Seton Hall, you're just like
betting on another flat performance after what you saw against Georgetown. I lean the Johnny's
way. It's not my best bet. That's a tease. But it is I would lean the Johnny's way over Seton Hall.
But big number, right? Big number for a low scoring game. Four and a half. We're talking two,
three possessions. It's a stay away for me, but Johnny's if anything. Yeah.
Saint John's almost losing to Georgetown a couple of nights ago. I feel like it's a bit of a wake-up
call for them. So we'll see how they come out. I didn't realize you have an official play in that
game. We're going to get to that in just a minute. I do it in mind, everybody. This March,
bet MGM is sending fans to Vegas opt in and place bets of $10 or more and on leaderboard points
based on your winning bets. 25 winners total will score a VIP trip to the court of legends with
the Cavendor twins plus a three-night stay at MGM Grant and resort credit. Ladies and gentlemen,
we have so many picks to get to including a lot of your questions, a lot of soccer questions,
buckets, some NBA stuff. We got to get to your picks, Brasco. We got to get to Chip Patterson's.

We're back on the early edge, brought to you by Ben MGM. Pogo picks us. Just hold our auditor.
That he needs to wait about 15 minutes until early edge is done. Hope that doesn't hurt the audit.
All right. Let's try to get this thing done in 15-ish minutes. Let's go Chip Patterson and Danny,
we're going to go to you for UFC. Okay, so Chip, I didn't realize it. You actually have a pick
in this Seton Hall St. John's game. We talked about the side a little bit, but talk to me about
a first half under. Yeah, that's, and so we tie it to the Georgetown game because you talked about
the wake up call. Remember the putrid performance against Yukon? What happened to the very next game?
Put the rack down on Villanova. I mean, absolutely chokehold behavior, ruthless, nasty stuff from
the Johnny's. And I think that again, they are going to be looking at the tape and looking at
Seton Hall, which has not been a good offensive team in Big E's play and saying, look at how they
carved us up. I mean, this is going to be horrendous film sessions and practices to be in as a
St. John's player as Rick Patino is just breaking you down just to let the beast out in this game,
going into a hostile territory at Seton Hall. And by the way, this was another angle. I mean,
all week long, you've seen me diving in, looking at senior nights, not a single senior on this Seton
Hall team was at Seton Hall last year. So yeah, I'm sorry. I just don't think we're going to have
waterworks with mom and dad and all the emotions coming up from everything this program has meant to me.
So I think, I think St. John's defensively really strikes first suppresses the scoring at the same
time. I've got to recognize that Seton Hall, which is very much on the wrong side of the bubble,
but not totally eliminated from at large contention. Their path to victory is going to be to
muck it up. It is going to be to play a slower pace game because they do not have as much offensive
firepower as St. John's. And so the best bet for this game will put hair on your chest. The best bet
for this game will cause you to lose three to five pounds in water weight because of the sweats because
it is going to require sweat bands. It is going to require head bands, wrist bands. I mean, you are
going to need so much dampening perspiration assistance because 64 and a half is a low, low number.
But I think that we're going to be able to hit it because here's the deal. This is either going to
go way over because occasionally Seton Hall is able to get caught up in an up tempo game and they
are able to make some shots or two good rebounding teams are just going to neutralize each other.
Brick rebound, go to the other side. Brick rebound, go to the other side because we've also had
first half totals in Seton Hall games in the last 10 games that have been 47, 47. So we're dealing
with the wide range of outcomes here anywhere from 47 to 82. But I think that we're going to be going
under 64 and a half that is St. John's adjustments from the first game to make sure that Seton Hall
doesn't have offensive success after the tip off. It is Seton Hall's path to victory, which is a
lower scoring game and the general trends of the under full game being 11 and five. And we always
talk about eliminating the variables. If this does turn into like a physical fight kind of game
with a lot of fouls, well, guess what? Now we're not dealing with as many free throws late in the
game, not dealing with as much foul trouble. So yeah, we are going to go with the first half under.
It will make you sweat. All right, we've got a first half under here. We got a pause coming from
buckets. We know Chip Patterson is such a great take artist. By the way, we will get to your questions
in a little bit. A lot of soccer as well. But Danny, by the way, this, this, uh, I learned from this.
I learned from the best. Oh, that's great. Mike McClure is crushing it in the chat. By the way,
some comments. I don't know if we're at Liberty. Don't put up buckets at any reaction to the comment
about your break. Just very different. The comments he gives to Chip and the comments he gives to me,
which is, which is fine. That's not a bad thing. I'm just saying there's a, you can tell there's
a, we're gonna, we're gonna reband that rockets. We're gonna rebrand that rockets. Parley gave out
as the pen's dual parlay of the day for. Yeah, we bumped it up an age bracket.
Let me say this, Brasco, before you go for some UFC picks. We're almost at 150 likes,
which is, which is pretty good for, for the live show. I'd love to get to 200 every time.
But I will say this if you're watching the show after the fact, and I didn't realize this until
recently, it does help if you hit the like button after the fact too. Like if we can get to
500, 600 because we have so many thousands watching after the fact, that's great. Audio listeners,
your audio listeners, you don't necessarily have to come into the YouTube page. But anybody is
watching this after the fact, hit the like button then as well. We're trying to climb those numbers,
get other people in this mix. Jenny Brasco, we've got UFC this weekend on Paramount Plus,
like we always do. Talk to me about some plays here. It's UFC 326. The BMF belt is on the line. Max
Hollowavers, Charles Olyvera. This is a fantastic card. And it's one of the best matchups in UFC
history between two of the most winning lightweights ever. I believe combined their records,
they have the most wins ever in a combined matchup in the UFC. So just fantastic stuff there.
So let's start on the prelims on an epic card. I had to shorten my picks here,
so because yeah, I see it. And Ben yelled at me at the beginning of the show.
They were blocking every time. You guys know my soliloquies. If you want the longer takes,
check out the early edge UFC 326 preview show with myself, Brian Campbell and Heyjive,
Hayden Iverson. That's up on the early edge channel. So good stuff there. Let's start.
Neon jargol, Tumen Dumbadil, the hardest name on the card to pronounce. I picked it because
Cia won't be able to do it. And my boy, my homie and neighbor, Toby, is his translator. He's
down there with the team. He told me Neon jargol looks sharp. And I like him to win this fight
inside the distance at plus 140. He's fighting a guy in Cody Durden with higher level experience,
with way more UFC experience than him. But Durden's durability is a liability. He's been finished
in seven of his nine losses. And he puts himself in too much chaos. He has a heavy pace and
pressure style in that first round. But he just invites these wild exchanges. And I think,
eventually, he's going to get clipped and submitted. I like a club in sub for my boy,
Neon jargol, Mongolian power on display here. Next up, this is a play that worked last week for us.
I'm taking the underdog on the spread. That means all we need to do is win one round on the
combined judges score cards to cash a rob font plus three and a half ticket. And initially,
when I was handicapping this fight, I felt like it could be one way traffic, whichever way it goes.
Maybe the grappler roll, Rosas just pins him to the floor because that's where font has struggled
with his grappling defense. But on second thought, I'm thinking this could end up being damage
burst control because fonts grappling defense has improved. Yes, he was taken down seven times
against Gene Motsumoto. Yes, four times against Kyler Philips. But what happened in both of those
fights? He won them both. You can only get taken down seven times if you get up six of them. His
get up game is getting a lot better. And if he's able to keep this fight standing, he's got one of
the best jabs in the game. He's got a heavy right cross. He can make those moments matter on the
feet to where the judges may have to score that over whatever control time and grappling that Rosas
scores. So maybe we get a closer fight than expected. Maybe font can cash a plus three and a half
ticket winning one round and full disclosure. I'm sprinkling the money line half the
unit on that plus 195, too. Next up, Komey and event Kyle Boralio. I like him to win on the
judges score cards. The fighting nerds are back, baby. This team was the hottest thing since sliced
bread in MMA. They reached an elite level and a lot of their fighters took a step back and some
really tough matchups. Boralio the captain, I think, is bound to get back in the win column here too.
He's got a good stylistic matchup against Rainer Derider, a very tricky and lanky grappler.
But someone who Boralio can handle and neutralize those threats because Boralio's grappling
is elite as well. And if he keeps it standing, I like his kickbox and more. I like his ability to
switch stances, go to south paw, land kicks to the body. He's just a very smart fighter, high IQ guy.
And I think he'll be able to outpoint Derider. I also like Derider to make it to the final bell,
a guy that quit on the stool in round four of his last one. But the guy was dealing with
Anemia. He had way overfought, overtrained his body, was a wreck. I think he comes back fresher and
makes it the distance this time. Give me Kyle by decision at plus 140. Those are some good odds.
Finally, guys, main event of the evening. Max Flesz Holloway, Charles Dubron Solivera,
the baddest man. The title is on the line here. I just don't see it for Charles man. Give me Max
on the money line at minus 215. Give me Max by KO at plus 175 because his striking game has evolved
so much. We know Max Holloway is the guy that would pour on that pressure style. The most
significant strikes ever in a fight against Calvin Tater, death by a thousand paper cuts.
That was Holloway at Featherway. At Lightway, he's filled out at 155 with some newfound power.
He was the more powerful fighter against Dustin Porje in the last BMF fight. Now with that power,
he can counter punch on the outside. He can let his opponents come to him. Those spin kicks have been
nasty too. And the question really is, will he get submitted? Because Charles Alivera has the
most submission wins in UFC history. His grappling is more dangerous than anybody that's ever
graced the cage. But I think Max has the grappling defense. We haven't seen it tested all that much,
especially against the guy like Charles Alivera with Jiu-Jitsu on that level. But Max can scramble.
Max has grappling. And if this is on the feed, I just favor his striking so much more. So give me
Max on the money line to defend that BMF belt. And I think he finds the KO shot maybe in the third or
fourth round as Alivera's cardio is fading. He's eating the shots. He's wearing the damage
and Max points at the center and lands something huge to put a highlight on display.
Give me the max all day. BMF belt baby, let's go see it. Highlight on display indeed, A-Mags.
That was perfect. Buckets go ahead. See I will make a A-Mags.
A-Mags? Your brass go. Sorry. I'm going on.
A-Mags, if he's in the chat, we did it again brother. We got him.
I got him again. See if you read the recap screen at the end and come even marginally close to
what you're doing, I will make a donation to an animal charity of Danny's choice here for one
of his local shelters. So I want to see you try that if that's something you're willing to do.
And by the way, Buckets already came good on that. He donated to the badass Brooklyn where I got
my dog from, I adopted. So he's a man of his word. He's a man of his word.
That's very impressive. All right, Buckets. Talk to me about some soccer plays in the chat or
soccer questions in the chat. By the way, sorry, A-Mags. A-Mags is joining me on CBS Sports Network
later today. That's where the confusion's set in. But we know that they body double all the time
with brass go. He's going to be talking WBC towards the end of the network show today.
12 Mikey B, you're going to be on that show with me. Mike McClure, Tom Casale. I got a lot of people
on that show. So make sure you join his buckets. Give me some soccer questions and answers.
Let me run through a bunch of these real quick rapid style for you here. First question is
Napoli team total plus one and a half at minus 125. Any thoughts? Napoli is such a frustrating
team for me to bet on. Because one week, they'll show that they're this incredible, capable,
seriott team who can beat anyone. And then the next week, they're limping against the team
like Hellis Verona. So it's almost impossible to find consistency with this club. With that being
said, they are still a team that is fighting for a Champions League spot and do not have enough
of a safety net to slow down at this point in the season. And Torinos kind of just existing.
I don't hate it. It just depends which kind of Napoli you're going to chose up. But I do think
this is a good bet at minus 125 buckets. Liverpool Moneyline and Game over two and a half. Liverpool
versus Wolves, I'd have no idea how to bet on Wolves anymore. It is the worst Premier League team
we've ever seen. And then they have back-to-back massive wins against clubs. They have no business
playing well against, which included beating Liverpool 2-1 on March 3rd, which is like three days ago.
Kind of a revenge spot, kind of a revenge angle. But Wolves have absolutely nothing to lose.
It doesn't matter what happens in this game. So they might just say,
if the world go all out and just start swinging it at everyone, I would say off of it,
especially being in a cup game. But I do understand the logic of a bounce back for Liverpool.
Buckets, any thoughts on Middle-Fart game tomorrow in Denmark? This is a real club that plays in
the first division of Danish football. I know it's funny. I think you're just asking that for a bit
because he didn't give a line. He didn't give a bet. He just wanted thoughts. I think they're
going to lose because they've been losing all season long and he even adored as a much better
side. But rexam over one half team total plus 260. I don't hate it. It's a bit of a long shot.
I think Chelsea are going to rotate. I don't think this should be plus 260. If this was plus 180,
I don't have a model or anything. I'm kind of going off of vibes here a little bit.
I think that's probably a more fair line. So I do think it's a good shout there at big money.
And then did I get them all buckets? Ludwig leader after round two. Don't know what that means.
So I will pass it on to literally anyone else. And finally, we've got Jeff Stemberg buckets
team total of Preston over one and a half at plus 120. This is in the English championship.
We've got Preston playing Oxford. Oh, Jeff is so damn good at these. I don't hate it.
Oxford's second to last on the table. One of the worst defenses in championship.
Preston's just not the best scoring team in the world. And they're not in good form.
Having won only one of their last five. But if you're going to get a bounce back,
Oxford United's a team you want to play, Jeff. So I think it's a great shout as always.
Brasco. I was going to say Mikey, be on general principle. I think we have to add middle
fart FC to the Pampers parlor. That middle fart team stinks.
That's too easy. Do the first first one to ever make that joke.
Yeah. That's your layup chip. We have some we have some college basketball questions,
namely tomorrow's games where we might not even have a line. Or maybe we do on Duke,
UNC UVA Virginia Tech. Before we get there, though, Mikey, be thoughts on Austin Reeves.
This is from Big Rody over 23 and a half points. Yeah, I do lean over there.
They're playing the Pacers who are tanking and play no defense. And LeBron James left to hit
an elbow injury in the game last night. Second game of back to back. He already said he might not play
both tabs of back to back sets for the rest of the season. So that could be an extra minutes
and shot attempts for Austin Reeves against a bad defensive team. Chip from Scott Edwards.
Any thoughts on Duke, UNC tomorrow or UVA Virginia Tech?
I think Caleb Wilson will play for North Carolina. Really?
That's no inside information. That's all gut. He has been, I think this is public.
He has been practicing. He has not been practicing with like the full protective wrist.
You know, they've been kind of like taking it easy, but he wants to play so badly in that game.
He's told everybody like, I want to play in that game.
I think that that raises obviously North Carolina's offensive ceiling.
I would also not be surprised if it just leads to a little bit of clunkiness.
They've had six games without Caleb Wilson. And so getting him back into the lineup,
I think will be a little bit interesting to see how the rest of the group reacts.
I think Duke wins. I think Duke wins probably by margin.
But my play for North Carolina Duke would probably be, and I've talked about this maybe for a month now.
But Duke is an amazing second half team. And so I would, you know,
you wait almost until you get that halftime line and then you'd be able to jump in.
Or maybe you go pre-flop Duke second half. But the way that this defense just grinds you down over time,
the offense sometimes can be a little bit slow to get started. But once the blue devils find what's
working, it's like they problem-solve in real time very well with Cam Booser. Like, okay,
we're going to do the like inverted pick and roll. Or like, now we're going to try this.
There is slow possession. I think John Shire has done a great job of proving himself as an
X's a nose type coach. And so Duke, I think that if Caleb Wilson plays, he might come out here on
fire, hitting those turnaround jump shots like he did in the first game with like 13 first half points.
Can't guard that. He's going to be a top five pick in the NBA draft. But I think that the
adjustments would help Duke be able to pull away late. So I'm a Duke second half is kind of where I'm
leaning on that one. Again, I do think Caleb Wilson will play the Virginia Tech Virginia game.
I actually have a much stronger feel on because Virginia Tech in the last four games technically two
and two, but seven point loss at North Carolina 89 82 one point loss against Miami. There's not really
a lot to get upset about. I think that Virginia defensively lost its edge a little over the last
couple games. I know they held NC State to 60 points. But some of that I think is on the wolf pack.
See, I love the over in Virginia Tech Virginia in that game. Remember Virginia Tech won the first
game in triple overtime. I can absolutely crazy rivalry game. This game's in Charlottesville. Virginia
does probably win. But Virginia Tech, you know, unlike Seton Hall who we were talking about earlier,
they are on that bubble. Like they are right there. Virginia Tech gets to the sweep of UVA. That
could put them into the field. Look for a Hokies team that's going to be playing with desperation. And
again, just the way that I grade this team, this Hokies team two and two in the last four,
but the quality of basketball in the last four games has been at a much higher level. So I think
Mike Young's team that won't be afraid of Virginia and I think that that game maybe has a little
bit more scoring. So lean to the over in Virginia Tech UVA like a little Duke second half in in
Carolina Duke. And if you wanted to get real treasure map with it, maybe a little Carolina first half
Duke second half kind of like the needle a little bit. Yeah. So those are those are the thoughts
there. By the way, M squared early dropped a VCU Dayton play that I loved. I think I believe he said
he took the under and would set that with a little bit more wiggle room even for as it's been
moving down here this morning. And then for some of the afternoon games because we do have
conference tournament action that starts at noon. You know, there's games at three. And I know
you want to get in. I I will tell you I will send you with a blessing of good luck and tell you
that some of these early round games in these tournaments is kind of like playing roulette,
which is really fun. But I cannot tell you that you have an edge. I can't I cannot tell you
that you haven't I mean, the house has an edge in roulette, but it's really, really fun. But that's
kind of what like if you've got central Arkansas as your lock. Bless you. Good luck out there,
champ. But but I don't have anything that I would say with any expertise in terms of the games
that we've got here on this one. Is is the line really 15 and a half? I didn't take a look. Is
that true? Whoa. There's no way. Duke at home against I mean, I know there's the Caleb Wilson
news. We don't know yet. But we I guess you're checking that while you're checking that chip.
Let me give out my golf play real quick. It starts at around one o'clock just before one. I think
Conmore Cowell minus 134 over Justin Rose might sound familiar because this is the one we
cashed yesterday. I see no reason to come off. Conmore Cowell like Mike has been talking Mike McClure has
been talking about in the chat. Of course, it's playing pretty hard today. I mean, it plays hard
anyway, but a little harder today than it did yesterday. And in the afternoon, the wind is going
to be up a little bit. So it's going to be challenging for Justin Rose and Conmore Cowell. You can
make the argument Justin Rose in those conditions is pretty good. Not like it's going to be crazy,
out there, but Conmore Cowell, the just the consummate ball striker. He's kind of finding the putter
a little bit too. I trust him way more than Justin Rose. It's why I have him as my one and done pick.
It's why I have him as an outright and it's why I have him as a top 20. And it's why I had him
against Justin Rose in round one. So yeah, I'm kind of all in on Conmore Cowell. I hope it
continues to work out for me, but the long and short of it is I think this minus 134 number,
which by the way is over at DK most books have this in the minus 150 range. I think this is a very
fair number and it's a number I'm willing to take in a number I've already taken. Conmore Cowell minus
134 over Justin Rose. Chip Patterson, is it 15 and a half? I just pulled up a couple major
books. M squared says 15 and a half is the line. It does look like it's around 15 or 16
with Kenpon, but I, yeah, that's that's that's that's that's that's crazy. That is damn disrespectful.
They couldn't end up there, but I don't know, man. Yeah, it's it's it's it's even year Hubert,
you know, in 22 he ended Coach K's career in 24. They swept Duke with two wins in the regular season
and now we're in 2026. So sure, okay, lay lay that 15 and a half. Go ahead, Brasco.
I was going to say about your golf pick. I actually watched the early edge episode. I think it was
yesterday. I often if I, you know, if I'm not able to watch live, I like to watch him back because
I'm a degenerate outside of UFC and NFL. I want to bet with you guys are betting in these other
sports. You said your Dow pick with this conviction that I was like, that's hitting. And then I
forgot. I got busy and I didn't put it in. Of course, it hit. I found the collar more a
cow pick. It's always even fun for me to explore golf bets. I'm doing, oh, I found it. Like,
that's half the battle for me. I'm tailing this one. See it. I love it. And for the record, I
thought it was down to its pronounced dough as it turns out, but the thing is I looked for that
last night and because it's an all to vent, not a lot of books had the the dough three ball,
unfortunately. So I wasn't even able to bet that this morning. They went off this morning. So
especially with golf, like the books can be a little finicky with with their with their options.
That's why we try to clarify on the early wedge, but especially on this show where you can find
the bet. Go ahead, Chip. Oh, yeah. If that's where it's going to be once those half markets up,
we're going to put together the treasure map because you got to think what 15 and a half even if
even if the public has the same reaction, we do. And they're like, come on. And let's say it
drops to what 14 and a half or something like that. What's that halftime line going to be like six,
right? So like tar heels plus six, six and a half in the first half, flip it over to Duke with
the second half for the full treasure map after they put the boat because that's the thing is,
yeah, Duke would win by 15 or 16, but I don't think it's going to be like a blowout 15, 16. I could
just see it being like a North Carolina has one field goal in the final seven minutes of the game
because I mean, have you guys watched Duke play defensively? They're insane. I mean, it's just the
the way that they are all committed. And this is so simple and knuckle draggy, but the teams with
that much talent and that much athleticism and college basketball are not always that connected.
They don't always communicate that well, especially in the in the transfer portal NIL era,
they don't always try. But man, though, you've got like eight or nine athletes on this Duke team.
And look, they are not as talented as last year's team that had Cooper flag and conkniple in terms
of raw talent, but buddy, they look connected. They look dialed in. That's, yeah, I can, I can
definitely see Duke winning this thing by 15, 16, 17 points. I just don't think it'll come that easy.
So we'll be on the treasure map. Carolina first half, Duke second half pre flop. And that's the way
we'll be attacking that one. If you do like a whole segment, either like on HQ or here,
something where you just give out treasure map plays and you got a parrot on your shoulder,
you know, the binoculars, the everything, the full pirate get up. And we just tail chip,
chipatters and treasure maps. There actually is a graphic. We've been, we did them on like
this Saturday morning. Of course there is. Yeah, there's a, it's been, I think I've had,
yeah, see Danny like, that's the thing is it, it is a fantastic idea. And yeah, we have put it
into place. It's typically with Georgia or Ohio State because Georgia and Ohio State are some
of the best third quarter teams in America. And they've got great defenses. So typically,
it's like first half under third quarter Georgia full game, something else. So you got to like weave
it all the way through. But yeah, there is a, there is a graphic in the HQ computers of me
with a pirate patch and a pirate hat and an actual map behind me. Yes. Chip, before we get to
the recap screen and I apologize, I wanted to shout out some of the songs that, that people,
uh, they're wake up or, or walk up songs however you want to interpret that. I didn't get to,
to shout them out. Put them in the YouTube comments as well so I can see them. What's your favorite
wake up song or walk up song? Chip, real quick, give me 10 seconds, 15 seconds on Miami of Ohio,
at Ohio because there's a lot of people that say, Hey, Ohio is going to win this one. It's a five
and a half point spread. No, I, I would not, Miami, Ohio is the, they can't keep getting away with
this right now because they are just skating and skating and skating and skating, but I would not,
Miami is a good team. I would not jump in on this on the, the bad, it's a bad vibes bet. If you're
betting on Ohio, it's a bad vibes bet. You just what you just want to see them lose. Uh,
I, at the same time, feels like it's going to be a two point Miami win. So if you want to take the
bobcats plus the possession in a half and feel like just like a lot of these games recently,
for the Red Hawks, there's going to be some puckering up, some lemon bootay. Then, uh, I would,
I would totally understand that, but it seems like a bad vibes bet. All right. That's totally fair.
Uh, let's get to the recap screen as we are going long and we've got an auditor that is waiting
for Jason Poghuis. Uh, round one head to head play, excuse me, round two head to head to play.
Uh, Colourmore Cowell minus one, 34 over Justin Rose. That one starts right around one o'clock.
We've got buckets. All right. You guys are going to have to help me out, but I'll give it a try.
Elbersburg versus Magdeburg, Elbersburg, Moneyline minus one, 10, Rexon versus Chelsea,
both seem to score plus over two and half goals is even money. And Celtavig versus Real Madrid,
both seem to score minus one, 20 buckets. Go ahead. My sources tell me that Rexon game is actually
tomorrow and that buckets can't read. So just a heads up. All right. So we got two today and one
tomorrow. That's actually even better. Seaton Hall, St. John's first half under 64 and a half minus
one 15. That one from Shit Patterson. Then we got Brandon Miller over 21 and a half points minus
one 14. Man, this one is team is so fun to watch. And they're actually pretty good as well.
Parley. This is the second play from Mikey B Kevin Durant, 20 plus points plus
Reed Shepard three plus threes plus one oh nine. And we get to UFC. Now don't forget.
Danny Brasco has the special show on the sports line YouTube channel with with a plenty of
others that you're going to want to catch for like all the full takes from every everyone, but
nine Mirage go. Termin Durberel by KO sub plus one 40 Rob Font. That's easy. Plus three and a half
minus one 35. Chao Barolho by decision plus one 40 Max Holloway Moneyline minus two 15 and
Max Holloway by KO plus one 75 Brasco. That was bad, right? You did, but you did. You know, you got
in case people have no idea what I said on the first one. Can you pronounce that name one more time?
Nyam Jargal, Tumin Dumbitil. And I am assisted because my friend is his translator and will be in
his corner. So, you know, I have an advantage. I said exactly what Brasco said. I take offense to
the fact that Brasco had to correct me there. All right, ladies and gentlemen, what a great show
again. We could go an hour and a half, but you know, we don't want to take up your entire morning.
I still got a lot of music to talk about. Chip, did you have something to chime in with?
Nope. I want to get our auditor on their way. I'm going to get him. I'm going to get him
audited. How about a Ted Lasso popularized song, easy lover, Phil Collins? That one gets me fired
up. Oh, Phil Collins. All right. In the air tonight, another good one there. Mikey B,
Buckets, Danny Brasco, Chip Patterson. Thank you very much. Ben on the ones and twos and three
and fours and you saw him in front of the camera while that bulls talk was going on. I love that
cameo from him. We got A-mags in the chat. We got Mike McClure in the chat. They'll be on CBS
Sports Network with me at 12 o'clock from 12 to one, along with Mikey B and plenty of others.
