From Marx to modern America: The enduring debate over communism

0:00Well, welcome to our broadcast again, ladies and gentlemen. I always am deeply appreciative that you are joining me each and every time we are on the air. And I hope that what we share with you educates you and causes you to be an advocate for the United States of America, for our country, for our Constitution, for God and country. Because by all means here at America out loud news, we need all the people we can get to stand up for this great gift from God, freedom and liberty. So I'm going to enter into now a discussion regarding something that is not being that discussed, if you will, on the kitchen tables

1:02that everybody sits at during breakfast, maybe the dining room table that everybody sits at, if anybody does that anymore as families, that's a whole other case as we move forward with the future of our great country. You know, I believe we got to get back to solidifying the family, educating our children about how great this country is, and how evil, how evil other nations are, like Iran, like communist China. And I could go right down the list where these governments enslave their people. And so I want to share with you that someone, some group, something is coming to your home, and it's getting closer and closer. And I must tell you that something is communism. Now I know if you've heard some talk about communism, us spreading around the world, but not as much as we should be hearing about it. And the red flag, no pun intended, but the red flag of danger. I'm not talking about the red flag of communism, but I'm talking about the red flag of danger should be raised by every single American from coast

2:07to coast, from north to south. And by the way, the United States Congress needs to stand up against the Communist Party of the United States of America. I believe I was told that years ago the communist party in this country was outlawed. It was against a law to be a member of the Communist Party. I don't know, folks, and I'm going to do some research. If that was overturned under the First Amendment issues, I believe that any American loves this country should be no part of the Communist Party. Why? Because the Communist Party is looking to destroy us and let me add this to you. They are now in the process of succeeding at their mission to destroy us. Rather bold statement on my part, but I've got proof to back that up. Now, let's have a little bit of an education regarding communism for those of you who are very young and who have never heard that the Communist Party of the United States of America and those around the world are looking to destroy us.

3:09My view, my opinions, I'm expressing this to you right now again based on facts that I have gathered, I have drawn this conclusion. Karl Marx, anybody remember the name Karl Marx? I know those of you who have been around for a long time. You know who Karl Marx is. Well, he founded communism and it's his ideology that is detailed in what is known as the Communist Manifesto. And that manifesto condemns capitalism, individual freedom, and the worship of God while promoting what? Allegiance to the state. In short, the freedoms that Americans enjoy today stand in direct opposition to communism. And if you can get yourself the Communist Manifesto, go online. I'm sure it's written in detail online for free. Go to a bookstore, get it, look at it. Can you give you a quiet and education with regard to what many people in our country? I'm talking about American citizens and many of those, perhaps maybe overwhelming majority of those, are college students.

4:15Now, how can that be US? Because what I've learned that in most colleges across the country, civics is not taught. Patriotism is not taught. But Karl Marx's taught, Lenin's taught, communism in the Old Soviet Union is taught, communism in communist China's taught, and here in the United States it's even being spread to high schools from what I've been told. So if that's a fact, you could be sure, give it a decade, maybe less than that. We will have what we, we will have to a great degree, a communist influence that is going to enter your homes and if not your homes, the homes of your children and grandchildren. Now for quite some time, you've heard me say this over and over again. For quite some time, I've warned that communism in the United States of America is not dead. Instead, it is alive and it's growing. It's reaching into our schools, local, state and federal governments and soon workplaces and houses of worship as well as your home.

5:19Now let me get to one point about where it's being spread and where it's getting its tentacles after. Primarily, target number one, houses of worship. They know, they meaning the communist know that they've got to get the people of this country away from believing God Almighty away from believing Jesus Christ, away from worshipping anyone like Christ or God Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, getting anyone worshipping a God away from that because that is going to be replaced with worshipping the state, meaning the government, like they do in communist China. President Xi in communist China, in China, is like a god to the people. He's supposed to be worship as the communist party is, as the rulers of the communist party are. That's what happened, that's what happened years ago in the Soviet Union and we can only thank God that that was torn down and really torn to shreds and it fell and I'll get into that a little

6:24bit later. But I've warned over and over again that this was going to happen and it is happening right now in our lifetime. So we have to be very, very vigilant, very, very aware of what's going on in each and every one of our communities. I'm talking about in our schools, in our industries, in our politics. I mean, everything that we are surrounded by as well as our houses of worship, by the way, we've got to be very, very vigilant. Now, I've often said that communism's advance in America is not new. People panic and they say, oh, well, this is new, we've never had this problem. So maybe we'll learn as we go along how to deal with it. Well, here's a little bit of a historical fact. In the 1950s, communist targeted the motion picture industry to reach a broader American audience. They knew Americans were listening to the radio at the time. TV was new. The movie theaters were packed with people, even driving theaters at some

7:29point in time, back in the 50s and 60s. Well, the course of that movement on the part of the Communist Party into the homes of America via the motion picture industry, that prompted action by the U.S. Department of Justice and the United States Congress to identify card carrying communists in this country and then prosecute them and send some of them to prison. That's exactly what was going on back in the 50s. Look it up, look at and see the hearings that Congress held as a result of the communist influence in this country. And many believed, many believed that when that took place and with the help of individuals like Ronald Reagan, who was the president of the Screen Actives Guild at that time, they were able to shut down the communist movement in America. So many believed that that marked the end of what was known as the Red Scar, okay? The Red Scar, the Red Movement, the Communist Movement in America. Well, we were wrong. That did not mark

8:36the end of communist influences now here in the United States of America. Now numerous news outlets reported in art day and age now in the 2025 elections across our nation, many politicians who supported communist ideology or belong to the Communist Party USA were elected to offices all over the country. They were elected to school boards, they were elected to city councils, they were elected to state assemblies and senate and also elected to federal positions like the United States Congress and senate. That is exactly what's happening today. You see what's going on in the news, all of these so-called socialists which I believe is a person in disguise who's really a communist, but that's going on today. And we continue to see communist running for elective office under that banner of socialism and they are winning folks. It's not that they're running and losing, they are winning. How can that be? I scratched my head a lot thinking how can that be?

9:42How in the world does this happen? I don't know how any American who enjoys our freedoms and our liberties and who made a great living here and succeeded as a result of capitalism, freedom and individual rights. How can they support a communist candidate who openly advocates an ideology built on complete government control over their lives? Do these people supporting these communists believe that what they're supporting is not going to touch them, not going to involve them if the communists take over? Well, those individuals who are supporting communism, they're going to be the first target that the communists are going to go after. Now, I've admitted many times that's one question I can't answer as to how an American citizen who was brought up in this country and succeeded in this country, how can they support communism? How can that do that? I can't explain it folks, but I believe part of the answer maybe that far too

10:44many Americans these days do not understand what communism is. They don't understand the evil of communism. Now one might say well these aren't communists, they're socialists, they're advancing socialism. Where do you think communism begins? I can answer the question, it begins with socialism, a socialist ideology where the government gives you everything, you don't have to pay for anything, we'll take care of you. In effect, you become a slave, a slave to the government, just like the people in China are slave to the communist government of China and we can go on and on again with the list of those countries. Those who support communism should look at communist China, I'm telling you, take a look at it, I don't know how many people know what's going on there, those people are looking to get out of communist China, they can't. And when you see all these marches in favor of the communist government, when these political issues come up, thousands,

11:47thousands of people millions they say are out there with their red flags, the communist China flag waving it and praising President Xi. They've got no choice. In some cases folks, they literally have a gun today, you better go out there, better see your face, better sign the log, now you've been out there supporting the Communist Party or else, or else what, well, how about that or else during the Soviet Union when communism was controlling that country? I've met with people who have been living in the Soviet Union for many many years and when Parastroika came along, of course the Soviet Union fell and that was the end of Soviet communism and the people of the former Soviet Union got as fast as they could out of that country and came to the United States and other free nations. And they'll tell you some stories, how about this folks, how about you go to elementary school, not just high school in college but elementary school,

12:49and you have to wear uniform. Okay, no problem, right? In fact, in some cases, I wish we did have uniform requirements in the United States and we're putting into all this competition on who's wearing this brand name, who's wearing that brand name and on and on and on. But be that as it may, the Soviet Union, they were a uniform as they do today in China and they had to wear a picture of Stalin. They had to wear a picture of Stalin on their uniform as they got to wear a picture of President Xi in China. We do you think of that folks? Now, you show up to school without that picture. Well, maybe a few lashes, maybe another way that they teach your lesson never to forget that picture of Stalin. We do think of that folks that went on. How about people who were told if you are found with a Bible, you will be punished. Many, many people who went into some of the Christian churches in Russia at that time in the Soviet Union and there

13:49were. There were some Christian churches in the Soviet Union, Catholic churches in particularly. Well, some of the people that I spoke with said that, you know, as practicing Catholics, they knew they had to hide their Bibles once they left the church grounds. And as they entered the church grounds, they had to hide the Bible. In other words, you couldn't display the Bible in public. So they would go in to see their priest and during seeing their priest, they go into what's called a confessional where the priest doesn't see the individual repenting of their sins and vice versa. And so the person is there, repenting of their sins and that's a practice that Catholic church does. So they tell the priest all of the sins that they committed and some of the things they did against the state because that would be sinful according to the government. And the priest would say, well, you go and you say this prayer, that prayer and your sins are resolved. Well, that's the way it's supposed to happen. But the Soviet Union is once you confess that you did things to the state, guess who is outside that door waiting for you, the KGB? Boom,

14:55you're arrested. You're arrested and you are dealt with. That's what went on in the Soviet Union. And that's what will happen here. You know, a lot of people, I'll tell you what, they actually believe it will never happen here. Well, it's happening here. It is happening here. Recently, there are some states, and I believe New Jersey state, I live in, recently passed some sort of law, or, and I'm going to look more into this, or the governor made some sort of executive order in this state and other states that praying, praying outside an abortion clinic is illegal. Now, of course, they're saying they're not specifically saying praying. They're specifically using words like demonstrating, intimidating, on and on and on. That's what's happening. Imagine, in the United States of America, you're outside an abortion clinic, and you start praying, you start quoting Bible scriptures, what happened to the First Amendment? You get fined, and if you go to jail, Communism. Now,

15:57how does that happen? Because in many of these states, they elected a Communist sympathizer to office. Now, a lot of times, you don't realize that the person you're electing to office is actually one who supports an ideology like Communism. They don't admit it, they disguise it. But what other conclusion can you come to? So, that should be dealt with, hopefully, by people in our state, and I'm sure it will be, and they should start be raising hell, no pun intended there, about this stuff. And I sometimes ask, many times, where's the US Congress, when these issues come up on a federal level, where is the New Jersey State Assembly in the state of New Jersey, if that's accurate information that we've received or any other state? Where are they? Where are the Patriots? It goes back to what I've been saying over and over and over again. The enemies, the enemies of this country are out loud. I mean, they are really out loud. That's why a lot of these

17:02Communists and Socialists are getting elected to office. They're out loud. They're out there in the streets. They're having these events where they're inviting people. Come and listen to me. I'll show you how we're going to lower your taxes. I'll show you how we're going to feed you. In New York City, the mayor there's free groceries, free this, free that, free transportation. Some of these congressional representatives that are running for the November election are Medicare for all. And this and that, don't worry about it. We're going to take care of you. In New York, again, some other states, free houses, free apartments. Nothing is for free. Remember that. And young people have to understand that because if you're not going to pay for it through cash or credit card, you're going to pay for it through your freedom and liberty. That's how it works. That's how it works. Now, there is a Communist Party USA website. There is one, folks. You got to take a look at it. Oh, yeah. If Stalin and Lenin were alive today, I got to tell you something.

18:08They would be standing up and saluting the Communist Party of the United States of America. They would actually be saluting because what we see in the, on the website of the Communist Party of the United States of America, at least in my view, is exactly exactly what Stalin and Lenin were advocating and Karl Marx, by the way, back during the time that they were alive. Again, how does this happen? How does this absolutely happen? It happens because they are out loud and we, we the people who love this country, the only time we're out loud, at least most of the time we're out loud, is when we're watching this stuff unfold through the mainstream media, when we're watching this stuff unfold with people getting elected to office and complaining about it and then doing absolutely nothing about it. That is the tragedy of today's world. That is the tragedy

19:12unfolding in our very country, not enough good people, patriots, like many of you listening and myself, not enough are getting out loud. Well, let me give you a bit of, again, another part of a lesson here, folks, regarding the website of Communist Party USA. Here's what it says. The Communist Party USA is a revolutionary working class political party founded in 1919 in Chicago, Illinois. Hmm, of all places in Chicago, you talk about the influence of communism. The Communist Party stands for the interest of the American working class and the American people. Now, I want you to think about this, the American working class. Who did Stalin go after the working class? Who did Lenin go after the working class? Who did Karl Marx go after the working class? Now, I want you to think about this. The working class in America has a lot, a lot of

20:16issues that they're dealing with. Doesn't mean they're bad people. They're just like you and me with a working class, right? We go out, we work, but money is tight. Taxes are up. Benefits are not as good as they should be to the American people. The economy is not good. So, the Communist Party takes advantage of situations like this as times like this and they want you, the working class and me, the working class to believe that they will solve our problems. So they're saying they stand for us. They stand for our interest. It stands for our interest in both the present and in the future. Solidarity with workers of other countries is also part of our work, says the Communist Party. Yeah, solidarity with who? Communist China. Communist Cuba. They don't tell you that part, but that's the way I look at it. That's the way I interpret it. They go on to say that we work in coalition with the labor movement, the peace movement, the student movement, organizations

21:20fighting for equality and social justice, the environmental movement, immigrants rights groups and the health care for all, all who are in this country. Folks, I mean, it can't be as clear as that what they're doing. I mean, social justice, we've heard that over and over again. The labor movement, Stalin, Marx, Lenin, look it up folks. It's all there for us to read, to consume, absorb and say, hey, look at this is a carbon copy of what they did. Those communist Stalin, Lenin, Marx and the rest of them. But to win a better life for working families, we believe that we must go further. We believe that the American people can replace capitalism with a system that puts people before profit. Think about it folks. They want to replace capitalism. That's why rich people in this country are actually leaving states that are taxing them. I mean,

22:24overwhelmingly taxing them and advocating redistribution of wealth. Bye bye. Bye bye competitiveness. Bye bye. You getting a promotion at work. Bye bye. You're savings account. You're 401k. The state will be in complete control. This is what you want. Stay silent. Don't get out loud. Stay silent. Again, we believe that the American people can replace capitalism with a system that puts people before profit. And that is called socialism. According to their website, I call it communism. We are rooted in our country's revolutionary history and its struggles for democracy. We call for a bill of rights, socialism, guaranteed full individual freedom. Folks, I got to tell you. And this is what our young people in many schools are being taught. They're being fed this stuff and they're getting to believe it. Now, I believe Florida, recently, passed a law that requires all their public schools to teach our children from,

23:31I believe, the lower grades right up through high school, the evils of communism. What a relief. Thank God for Florida. And I think those, uh, that curriculum should be required all over the country. Instead of our young people learning about communism, quote unquote, how good it is from communists, we need to teach our young people the evils of communism, from who, from patriots, like you and me. So I'll tell you, in my view, this platform, whatever you want to call it, agenda of the communist party, USA reflects a very dangerous ideology that must be opposed in every American election. And I've said over and over again, yep, it's good to rally, it's good to go to meetings, it's good to voice your opinions literally out loud without breaking the law within the framework of the law. But the one best way to be out loud is to vote for people who love

24:34our country. That's what you need to do. It's not a matter of the Democrat or Republican, it's a matter of American patriotism. And I believe, I want to believe, we know that Democrat parties have been taken over completely by the socialist slash communist. But I got to believe they're Democrats in that party. And I've said this over and over again, who love this country. I've got friends who are Democrats and they told me to end up voting for Democrats, not these midterm elections. They may not even vote Republican for I know some of them told me they don't want to vote, but I'm urging your vote. And no vote is a vote for the communist. But pray about it, think about it, spread the word and get out loud. Because sooner or later, if it hasn't happened yet, yes, who's coming to your home, yes, who's coming to your neighborhood, all right, the communist party. If they're not coming physically by knocking out your door, they're coming through the internet,

25:35quietly through the internet and they're coming through literature that will either be sent to you via the United States mail or don't just leave it on your doorstep. That is exactly what's going to happen. It's happening now. So that's it folks. Clear and present danger communism. And they will be at some point in time if they haven't already coming to your home. During the first part of my broadcast certainly I address a lot of political issues, military issues, secular issues if you will happening around the world. And during this part of the broadcast I look at spiritual issues. That's right.

30:52From a Christian perspective I have the belief in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. I believe that Jesus Christ is God and I like to share this during this portion of my broadcast with you. Why? Because we got a lot of troubles, a lot of problems in this world and I would venture to say that many of you are listening right now. You got a lot of problems, a lot of difficulties. I mean who doesn't? And I've, during the course of my lifetime, I realized that there's a lot of help out there. There is. There's therapists, psychologists, sociologists, there's ministers, there's priests, there's rabbis, all good people. And I've said over and over again that God gave these individuals a real gift to do his work. As long as they're doing that work on behalf of helping people through very, very difficult times. So I tell people, if you need to go to someone, like a therapist, a psychologist, a psychiatrist, whatever go. Go, especially for a Christian go. You know, I know there are a lot of people that will say, well, you know, God will handle this and

31:53God will handle that. Well, you know what? Did it ever occur to those people who tell you that that God is leading you, leading you to these professionals? So don't walk away from any, any path to help. Psalm 25, I think it's verse four says, show me thy way, O Lord, teach me thy path. And so you may be in a situation where, gee, you're looking for help. There's nowhere else to go. And then finally, someone comes along and says, well, I know a psychologist. I know a therapist. Why don't you go talk to them? And you may be thinking, well, especially, I know this happens in the Christian community a lot. And it shouldn't. It's a bad thing when anyone, whether it be a minister, or anyone who truly knows the word of God, when they say to you, well, you know, you don't need a doctor, you don't need a psychologist or you need a Jesus Christ. Now folks, listen, I'm all four worshiping and depending on Jesus Christ for everything that I need and I do. And I've learned

32:58that the way Jesus Christ delivers on many of his promises, well, I should say on all of his promises, unless you know, he decides to have some miraculous thing happen in your life. And that's happened to people. But for the most part, he'll send the other people. He will. He'll send the other people who will be able to put you in a direction that will help you. So please keep that in mind, but don't say no to anybody that's willing to give you help because I got to tell you. Unless you know that person is sending you down a path that you shouldn't go, you pray about it. And then you think about it. And then you do what you think is best for you. Not what a minister says, a pastor, a priest says, not what anybody says, not even what I say. All right. You think about things, you pray about things, and you know what? You'll find out that maybe that person that is sharing with you that you need to get some therapy from someone to really help you. You know, maybe that person was sent from God. Yeah, I, it's happened to me. People have sent me,

34:01you know, people have come to me for help. And I've said, well, I know some good people that could help you. And I recommended therapists or somebody. Now, keep that in mind, all right. That's very important that you know that. Now, look, when I'm about to share with you, I learned from researching the Bible. All right. Did a lot of research in the Bible in commentaries, in history, bookstring Biblical Times. And I've got to tell you, every, every area of the Bible does have an answer to many of the questions we have. And I got to tell you, I found a lot that I'm going to share with you from a gateway Bible, the gateway and Bible hub on the worldwide web, as well as other, other Biblical publications. So what I'm saying is, well, I'm about to share with you. Didn't come out of my brain. All right. It originally came out of a lot of these other sources. And then I was able to kind of connect some dots and put things together where I could summarize what they shared on the worldwide web or in some of their publications with you. I believe in credit should go

35:06where credit is due. Well, let's put it this way. I'll give all the credit to God Almighty, all of it to him. Well, anyway, people often ask this question of me. And I bet you you have the same question. Why do bad things happen to good people? I believe there's a book written with that title. So the question again, why do bad things happen to good people? In the middle of life storms, whether they're financial, whether they're health related, whether they're job related, or something else in your life, they may also ask, why me, God, why me? And early on in my life, I used to ask that question, I'm a good guy. I mean, why me? What I do to hurt anybody? Why me? And throughout my whole life, up until the time, I accepted Christ into my life and accepted that this was the journey he put me on and accepted the fact that his will be done not mine, even through thick and thin. I kept on asking that question, why me? God, why me?

36:13So I used to ask that question a lot. There's time when I found the answer. And I didn't find the answer in the theology book or in a psychology book. And I didn't find it through any person that I spoke with on the face of the earth, including ministers, and priests, rabbis, etc. But I found the answer to that question that troubled me a good part of my life in the Holy Bible, the book of life. Now, there are others who will answer that question and use scriptures to support what they are sharing with you. And that's good. A man once said to me, look, Steve, if you get advice, if you get an answer to questions like that, go home, open your Bible, see if it measures up to what the scripture is saying. If it does, you got good advice. If it doesn't, you might want to do a little bit more research and thinking about what you were told. But I learned that in the book of life, the Holy Bible, the best of God's crop, the best of His kingdom, the best people of His

37:15kingdom, they went through hell and high water, folks, in their lifetime. That's right, the best, not the worst, but the best. Now, who am I talking about? How about this? How about I'm talking about the 11 out of the 12 men who left everything they had to follow Christ? Yep, His disciples folks. They left everything. They were the best. Now, one might say, well, they were the worst. And he went to the bottom of the barrel, tax collector or fisherman. He didn't go to the rich. Well, doesn't that tell you something? Maybe the rich aren't the best, at least in his eyes, he don't look at wealth, he don't look at success, he looks at the heart. And he found in the heart of these 12 except for one Judas that they were willing to leave everything. And of course, Judas turned us back on Christ and we know that's history. Think about that. I'm talking about a king named David, how about Solomon and others. I'm talking about a woman named Mary, Ruth Esther and others. These

38:17were the best folks, poor people, hardworking people, just like you and me, all right, going along our way in life. But he went to them. You know, I often try to share with people who are wealthy. And I know I've said this some time ago and I was worth saying again that there's a reason why there's a scripture that says it is easier for the camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man or one, all right. I'll add the other woman for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Why is that? Pretty chilling. When I say that to some of my very wealthy friends, they kind of give me that eye. They look sideways. Not judging them. I'm just telling them, look it. There's a reason why Jesus said that. There's a reason why Jesus didn't go to the pharaohs, to the Egyptian pharaohs, to the leaders of the government at that time. He went to the people, if you will, that were out on the streets. The people working with their hands, their knees,

39:22if he's getting dirty and filthy during the course of their workday. Not to the people that was sitting on the leather chairs, with the head-blather chairs, Mac then, just simply giving out orders. Huh? Pretty chilling. Now listen, if you're wealthy, I don't want you to feel bad. I don't want you to feel condemned. As long as you're right with Christ, you've got no problems. Because I know a lot of wealthy people who quietly give, give a lot to those hard-working people. But it's something to think about. I don't want to get off the track here. I want to stay on the theme of why me, God, why me. But these are men and women who dedicated their entire lives to the cause of Jesus Christ. And I'll tell you what, you know what they had in Calming? Common? A lot of them, most of them, if not all of them, had in common, at least in my mind, that same question, when they were facing fiery trials. Why me, God? Why me? Now let me ask you this question. You think Jesus may have been saying why me, God, when he was in the garden of Get Just Settamy praying,

40:24and then He suddenly blurted out, you know what? Father, if you could let this come past to me, will you do this? You think it was kind of saying why me in another term? How about on the cross? Father, why have doubtful shaken me? But you will be done. Still, with that kind of a why me? Now I don't know, but it kind of makes me think that it's not uncommon for us to say why me. And maybe the reason why Jesus said this was that in His humanity, in His human form, He knew that at some point in time, all of us would ask why me. But also, He knew that we would know what the end of the story is, what the answer to why me would be, because He gave it to us in His word. So I found the answer to why me in Romans 828, and I learned that absolutely without it doubt that Romans 828, no matter what we go through in life, talks about that whatever going

41:26through in life, every circumstance, every challenge, every valley we walk through, good or bad, mountain of alley, to accomplish His purpose, not ours, but His purpose in our lives actually works out well for us. I'll tell you folks, not our purpose, His purpose. Now one might say, well, going through a dark valley, I mean, going through the problems I'm going through, my goodness. God, God actually will tell me that that's going to work out for my betterment. Yes, it is. Ask me to explain it when I'm going through the valleys, even now, say, man, it's just going to work out for me. This is trouble. These are problems. I'm overwhelmed. How do I deal with it? But then I go back to Romans 828. I promise, I promise, I promise, I'm using that word, I promise from God, all things work together for the good, for those who love the Lord, I God, according to His will. All things, not 50% of your troubles,

42:31not 50% of your challenges, not 99.9% of the challenges, dark times, and difficulties that you're facing, but all things, 100%. That includes both good and bad things happening in your life. And I got to tell you, God does not cause every hardship, but He is powerful enough to use every experience that we go through. Some mistakes that we make, the suffering that self-inflicted, and many times the suffering that just knocks out our door, He uses everything to fulfill His purpose. And keep in mind folks, you know, people forget this, God didn't make us into robots. He gave us which free will. He created us with free will. He created us in His image, His image, and you know, you want to learn about His image, the image of Christ. He worried. He had problems, He faced, He had challenges, He overcame, but the fact that a matter is, He learned and shared with us,

43:36talking about Christ now, that everything we go through, everything we go through, God is with us. He doesn't want to see us go through painful times, He doesn't want to see us suffer. You know, the Book of Jeremiah, I think it's in the 30-dayer chapter, I can be wrong, but you know, it's sometimes it's difficult for me to remember all of these scriptures, but I know, I know the book they're in. So the Book of Jeremiah, there's a scripture that says, that I have come not to harm you, but to prosper you. Now that doesn't necessarily mean 100% materialistically, prosper you, but to prosper you in a way that you will get closer and closer and closer to Jesus Christ, to God the Father, to the Holy Spirit, to God Almighty folks, all three wrapped up in one, right? That's how we prosper. And once we prosper to the point that we will fully undoubtedly, uncompromisingly have enough faith and trust in God Almighty, then watch,

44:40then watch, look, listen, as you walk through the storms and meet the challenges in life. Think about that. Again, look at the life of Job. You, all of you, have read the Bible. You know what happened, the Job had it made, had it all, a good man, an honorable man, a faithful man, boom, all of a sudden, the roof caved in on him, lost his job, lost his family, lost his cattle, lost everything, and each and every one, each and every one of the people he had happened to run into at that time were encouraging him, not to get closer to God, but pretty much say, well, you know, you might want to want to ease up on the God business and just face it. This is what's happened. It's time to move on, Job. Even his wife, even his wife kind of went down that road, but you know what Job said consistently, though he slay me, yet I will serve him. He was saying, though this happens to me, and God doesn't

45:42show up at the gate to help me, I'm still going to serve him. Wow. Would a testimony of faith and trust in God? And I've got to tell you, same thing happened when Joseph was sold to Pharaoh, when Daniel ended up in an all kinds of trouble, right? And the lions didn't, all right? But guess what they did? They never gave up on Christ because there was a reason. There was a reason why Job went through what he went through. Joseph went through what he went through. Daniel went through what he went through. And I look at Joseph as one of the most amazing things, where his brother sold them. They got rid of them. They sold a Pharaoh. Pharaoh decides after meeting Joseph and maybe having a few talks with him, it's up making the governor, the governor of Egypt. That was God's will. Sure. Joseph got in trouble over false accusations from Pharaoh's wife, gets put in prison. All the sudden one thing leads to the next. There's some guy near the jail cell that's talking to Joseph. Joseph remembers that, well, you know what? There are things

46:47that I could do to help out. The Pharaoh, maybe God will intervene, God intervenes. Before you know Pharaoh's making Joseph the governor. And then as a famine comes, guess what? Israel, the Jewish population is taking care of because it gets, gets who's in charge of the food, the grain in Egypt. Joseph and Pharaoh said, go ahead, go feed your people. Just come back with feed your people. Yeah, look it up folks. It's great. These stories in the Bible are not for us to sit back and think of them as, boy, this is great entertainment. This is great fiction. This is life. This is reality. All of these people I just shared with you and many, many more in the midst of suffering, overcame their challenges by maintaining uncompromising trust in faith in God. And look, I'm going to tell you, it's tough to get there. Even now times, look, I go through tough times that all

47:47the faith and trust I have in God. I got at the end of today, say, look, I'm sorry that I'm kind of really concerned about this moving forward. And Jesus Christ must be on that throne saying, state, what are you talking about? Did I not come through for you? Not 99.9% of the time, but 100% of the time. Did I not make promises to you that I kept? And you know what? I feel kind of miserable when I, that's conviction from the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit, by the way, and I've said this over and over again, he lives within us. Now how that's done? I don't know. It's not for me to know. It's for me to have enough faith and trust, which I do. I finally got to a point where I do. And I got to tell you, well, I don't worry anymore. Now, once in a while, I may slip and get concerned about things. That's okay. But I don't worry to the degree that I'm going to question my faith, or I wouldn't want God to question my faith in Him. Nope. Ain't going to happen. And you know what? Where comes my way, comes my way. I just do what I got to do to survive. But

48:51within the framework of God's law, and within the framework of what I've learned in that Bible, and I've gone through even, even recently, some pretty tough times, folks, but to live from every single one of them. You talk about Psalm 23. Well, I had to look at that a few times to remind me of, guess who's with you in that valley? And I'm challenging you listening to the broadcast now. No matter what you're going through, guess who is with you in that valley that you are presently walking in? Now, we've got to understand this. All right. We've got to understand that, that, you know, God will work with us. Romans 8.28 says, all things work together for the good. Now, what about the words work together? All right. How do you think about some? This is brilliant. Whoever explained it this way is brilliant. This didn't come from me. I didn't originate when I'm about to

49:51share with you. This was from somebody else who I don't know, but I think it was great work together. What does it mean in the context of Romans 8.28? Well, it's like ingredients in a recipe, right? An recipe that may not taste good by themselves. All right. But God blends all of our experiences over time to bring about something good. Think about that. So you got a recipe where maybe this ingredient doesn't taste good. Elk. Oh, terrible. That's terrible. But then you blend them all together. All right. You didn't like them separately. Now, there's your tough times, all right? Yeah, you don't like this tough time and that tough time, but you put everything together and all of a sudden, those experiences that you're going through, those challenges, that you are meeting day in and day out, maybe week by week, over time, something good's going to come out of it. And I've learned that in my life. All right, man, I went through hell and

50:52high water many times. And again, I even meet some of the challenges today with the things I'm about that. And I think, God, what's going on here? What's going on? And then I'm reminded, well, remember a couple of years ago, they asked Steve Rogers when you went through hell and high water and you were really questioning why this God, why that? And then you find out a year or two later that, thank God you went through. Thank God, I the Lord, I God, you know, allowed this to happen in your life. Were you burned? No, I wasn't. Were you destroyed? No, I wasn't. Are you still here? Yes, I am. You didn't believe it back then because you were going through the fire. I put you in the oven of problems and difficulties knowing you'd come out of it. You didn't know. But I knew because I allowed things to happen in your life, not for your will, Steve Rogers, but for my will. And folks, once we realize that everything we're going through and then I'll tell you, it's tough.

51:53I know it's tough because I tell you what, I see, you know, I go through some things and I'll tell you I try to wonder why I do. I mean, do I got to go through this? I've not not proven myself. And you know, Satan's alive and well. Think about that. It's going to challenge you like you challenge Joe when all these fellows and these ladies I just talked to you about in Biblical times. You know, the true test of faith is not when you're on the mountain. It's when you're in the valley. Woo, man, I don't like being in the valley. But I get it. And you know, I've learned, I've learned to totally depend on Christ. That's it. Totally depend on him. For a week you get into a long discussion about this. But you see, I'll share with you. I don't have all the answers to the questions that you have and even I have. But I know he does. That's why I tell people read your Bible daily. Really? You don't have to spend hours. How about this? How about three minutes? Open the Psalms. Every day I read a Psalm. Every day I'll read a scripture. Every day I'll somehow

52:54some way pick up the Bible and boy I'll see something there that wow this really applies to me. This is an answer to what I'm going through. So God, you know, does it for the good? And I believe that the good that you're going to reap is what? Answer it prayer and perhaps more importantly, peace of mind. You know, people, you know, they pray for, think about this. They pray for things that you know what? I don't think they should be praying for it but that's their business, not mine. For example, financial troubles, okay? People are praying for money. They're praying to hit the lottery. They're praying for this. They're praying for that. All right. Maybe, maybe you should let God handle it. How he's going to help you through financial and difficult times. How about health? There are so many people in touch with me who has a family member or themselves. They're incapacitated through it because of health problems. And you know what? I think it's a good thing to pray for their recovery because that is God's will to make sure. All right, that your

53:56prayers are answered. Now, what if I was to tell you this that maybe we're looking at their physical recovery and God is looking at their spiritual recovery. And as a result of the spiritual recovery, well, maybe just maybe what that person went through will have profound spiritual impact on their relatives and friends and anyone who they have come in contact with. Ah, his will, not our will. I've had family members. I had a wonderful nephew believed in Christ who at the age of 40 something died. And you know, he spent maybe 10 years of his life in bed. Wow. But he was good. He said, hey, look at you know, he got out once in a while and he was able to move about, you know, but the last few months of his life, they were pretty tough on him and his family. But they kept their chin up and their faith in Christ. And I got to tell

55:00you something, the profound spiritual impact regarding Jesus Christ that he had unbelievable. And I really believe that some lives returned at his wake and his general, after some of the speakers got up there and talked about the faith journey that this guy, this nephew of mine, walked through, proud of him, proud of him. Even impacted me. I got to tell you. So, anyway, by faith Noah, one warned about things not yet seen. Well, in his fear, he built an arc, he had to save his family and he did. So, Hebrews chapter 6, look at that. That's not as the faith chapter. And I'll close with that. And without faith is impossible to please God. Because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. And then you'll go down, if you read that particular scripture verse, you'll read a bunch of them

56:01with regard to biblical times, people who had faith through tough times. All right? That's the truth to Romans 8.28. Read it and believe it. Believe it folks. Just don't believe me. Believe God's word. That's it. All right. So, you go ahead and you look at that faith journey and Hebrews chapter 6. And remember, whatever you're going through, well, it's in his hands. Ultimately in his hands, we have to have enough faith and trust in him that he'll be there when we need him. And there's another scripture that says, I will supply all your needs.
