過年前，台灣的立院通過 114 年度中央政府總預算案。其中比較少人討論、卻會對台灣的國際地位帶來重大影響的，就是外交預算。所以我邀請了『台灣數位外交協會』的家佑，聊聊這次立院進行的刪減，將如何改變台灣的外交路線。
