Are you pleading guilty because you are guilty? Yes. Now trying to take it all back, asking for a new trial with a new judge why he claims he falsely confessed. If he's wrong, not only is he facing the death penalty, the latest trend to achieve perky perfection. Yoga boobs. Come with me to get a non-surgical, rest-enhanced fist. 2:00From ABC News headquarters in New York, SIS is nightlife. Thanks for joining us tonight Tiger Woods back in a Florida courtroom changing his plea after his rollover accident last spring. Why the judge says the golf legend deserves a stiff sentence. Here's ABC's Victor Akendo. Back up down. Keep it cleared. Tonight, golf legend Tiger Woods taking a plea deal following his rollover car crash and DUI RS. Why change everything out? The golf star losing his driver's license for five years and avoiding jail time. Appearing before the judge to change his not guilty plea to no contest, the state amending the DUI charge to reckless driving. The judge ordering woods to pay $1,500 in fines and suspending his license.

3:00It all stems from this rollover crash in Florida six months ago. In March, Woods clipped a landscaping truck, his land rover rolling onto its side. Police body camera video showing woods performing a field sobriety test. He agreed to a breathalyzer and showed no signs of alcohol but refused a urine test. Authorities declared woods under the influence later finding these prescription pills in his pockets. The crash was his fourth since 2009. Woods left the courthouse without taking questions. His girlfriend Vanessa Trump, Donald Trump Jr.'s ex-wife, by his side. Thanks to Victor. We turn now to the stunning reversal in the case that sent a shiver down the spot. For so many, for its mystery and its savagery. Brian Coburger serving four life sentences after pleading guilty to murdering four University of Idaho students.

4:00Now trying to take back those guilty, please rolling the dice and asking for a new trial. And a new judge. Could it backfire? Here's ABC's Cana Whitworth. In a new shocking move, a year after pleading guilty to the murder of four Idaho college students, one of our roommates passed out and two strong glass bags not like the ups. Oh, and they saw some men in their house outside. Brian Coburger is trying to take back his guilty plea, asking for a new trial and for a new judge. We all thought this story was over. Brian Coburger pled guilty. The victims had their day in court. He was sentenced. We probably never hear his name again. But now his request for a new judge was to be taken out. But now his request for a new trial is bringing back the story of the Idaho murders. Coburger is currently serving four consecutive life sentences for the 2022 stabbing deaths of four University of Idaho students. Kaley Kinsolviss, Madison Mogan,

5:01Zanna Cronodal, and Ethan Chapin. By admitting guilt, Coburger was spared the death penalty and waved his right to appeal. Are you pleading guilty because you are guilty? Yes. In a handwritten petition to the court, the former criminology student claims he was convinced to falsely confess by coercion, disinformation, false promises, and the withholding of exculpatory discovery. And in a statement to the New York Times, Coburger also declared his intention to enter a not guilty plea adding, my actual innocence is my truth. Brian Coburger attempting to take back his plea and the agreement I was given to him to avoid the death penalty could be like opening Penn Doors box. Sure, he has his day in court. Sure, he has his ability to put on evidence and try to prove his innocence. But if he's wrong, not only is he facing the death penalty, but he's facing the death penalty in a state that allows for the firing squad. This might not be the case he wants to reopen. It all began the night of November 12, 2022.

6:02Kaley and Maddie, newly 21 and lifelong best friends, went to a popular campus bar around 10 p.m. They were later seen at the Grub Truck, laughing, ordering food. Authorities say Zana and Ethan Bolt 20 were at a fraternity party earlier that same night, arriving home around 1.45 a.m. It would be the last hours of their lives. According to court documents between 4.22 and 4.24 a.m., one surviving roommate, Dylan, texts the other to say, she saw a man clad in black. I'm freaking out right now. No, it's like a ski mask almost. The other surviving roommate texting back, run down here. Hours later, one of the surviving roommates calling 911. Nine-on-on-on location of the American State. I like something you probably know. Prosecutors say Coburger purchased a K-Bar knife like this one from Amazon, along with a sharpener and a sheath, and used that to kill the students. The murder weapon was never found,

7:03and prosecutors believe Maddie was the first person that Coburger killed. The knife sheath with his DNA found under her body. After nearly seven weeks, a major break, Coburger was arrested at his parents' home in Pennsylvania. Close friends of the victims spoke to ABC News last year about that November day when they discovered their friends brutally murdered. I don't think anyone expects anything like that ever in their life to happen. Emily Alondt and her boyfriend Hunter Johnson were calling hearing Coburger's name for the first time when he was named a suspect. When the name came out, did you all start talking to each other and try to figure out how in the world this person came into every life? Yeah, me. I mean, my first thought was, who is that? Never saw the person ever in my life. Hunter was the first person to arrive at 1122 King Road. After one of the surviving roommates called Emily. Emily got a call from Dylan around 11-ish and then that's when I felt like I needed to go over.

8:08And then what happened next? I went into the house. And I think that's all I really am going to say. He was also the one who called 911 that day and made sure that Emily and her friends didn't see the grizzly scene inside the house. Is she breathing? No. I think that was the day where my childhood was left behind and adulthood had to endure in. The plea deal offered to Coburger last year in raging some of the victim's parents. Mr. Consolidus, how are you feeling right now? I'm pretty light down. You're light down, you said. You said earlier that you made a deal, they made a deal with the devil. You still feel that way? Yeah, yeah, probably the devil. Now the family of Kayley Consolidus, saying in a statement, after his request to withdraw his plea, if even a fraction of the energy spent trying to free a guilty man were directed toward honoring the victims, there would be days set aside to remember the lives they lost at the hands of a narcissist. Now Coburger's request to reverse this plea

9:10will be heard in court next June, 2027. I would imagine that for the family of those four that were brutally murdered inside of that home, this is like real opening a wound that probably was just beginning to heal. It was a year. They should have been finding a way to move on in their lives. But now you have this new litigation, this new court date that they're going to have to wait for and think, will we have to relive this again? Thanks, Takeda. From Kylie Jenner revealing she's not done with plastic surgery on the Better Half with Staz and Vic podcast. I say it every day. I'm like they need to be bigger and more out there. I want my f*** to walk in before I did. To Kristen Cavalari on her, let's be honest podcast. I was 300ccs before, and now I'm 340. I think why they look substantially bigger is because they are laying better. As more celebs come clean about their cosmetic enhancements, a new trend takes hold. Come with me to get a non-searchable breast enhancement. A rising new look dubbed yoga boobs or ballerina breasts.

11:14I personally just wanted to have this more natural look. For 26-year-old content creator and influencer, in the latest, in the city of Kondi, this was the aesthetic she was looking for. In the latest evolution in beauty procedures, women across the nation are looking for what they say is a more natural breast appearance. I do think that is becoming a trend online and people are definitely following that more slimmer, natural fit look. And here at the cleavage clinic in New York City, they say they are helping people achieve just that without having to get surgery. It is required minimal to know downtime. A lot of patients actually come get their treatment on their lunch break and then go back to work after. As trends shift to a more athletic look, for some, gone are the days of traditionally larger breast implants. I think that the trend of yoga boobs, ballerina boobs is a big thing right now because it looks healthy and it's also more empowering.

12:16A stark contrast from the plastic surgery days of yesterday like Baywatch, Babe, Pamela Anderson, known for her curvaceous figure, though she famously removed her implants in 1999. And former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson from the girl's next door, saying in 2018 that her breast augmentation was, quote, the best investment of her life. There's like railroad workers, and I had to spice up their day a little bit. A year later, saying she was hoping to remove them. And Megan Fox, recently talking about her procedures on the Call Her Daddy podcast. I said, I want, I don't care what's on trend, give me 1990 stripper. That's what I want, and he did it. This new trend focuses more on a smaller, slender, and more subtle look. There's been a really significant uptick over the past six months to a year in people coming in and looking for this long, lean, toned aesthetic for their whole body.

13:17And patients are lining up to get these barely noticeable augmentations. I read about fat transfer, and I liked the fact that it's your own body's fat. It goes into your breasts. It doesn't look fake. Natural was a very big part of my decision. There's a range of ways to achieve that subtle look from non-invasive options like PRP and Sculptra to fat transfers, to smaller traditional implants. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, these methods are only getting more popular. People are saying, I want to look like I've always looked this way. That's the driving force here. You should definitely talk to your doctor before getting any procedure to make sure that you are as healthy as possible before getting into that operating room. Cleavage clinics, co-founders, Noel Vallella and Breet Thomas-Salle say the non-surgical clinic offers breast enhancing services at a fraction of the cost compared to traditional surgeries. We essentially take your blood, spin it in a machine called the centrifuge, that separates the red blood cells from the plasma, and then we inject that into the breast tissue which stimulates collagen production. And another similar treatment that we offer is Sculptro, which is a bio-stimulator and once injected into the breast tissue it also stimulates collagen. And we see an amazing result from that. Prices for their treatments range between $4,440 to $6,800. Here's me walking in the airport. That's what I wanted. It was not I wanted natural. If a patient is coming in with an A-cup breast, in the past, they were often asking to go for a large C, a smaller, even moderate D-cup. But now a lot of these same patients are coming in asking for a full B. I'm getting a lot of requests for a full B right now. There's a rise in the rate of popularity of other types of procedures, like fat transfer. But with that, there are also risks that you should still be aware of. Infection, damage to nearby structures, and even problems that can come later in life or chronic effects associated with those issues. Dr. Smith says traditional implants are still in the mix, just a lot smaller these days. His practice says they can run you upwards of $25,000. Breast implants can also come with risks, including pain, rupture, and breast cancer. Just as much as we see trends for body modifications,

17:20there is a trend for body positivity, where people are working on making sure that they are happy in the body that they were given. At the end of the day, it's what makes you happy. For Cassidy and Barbara, they say their new appearance has been nothing short of life changing. I've just been definitely way more confident since I got them done. And as styles continue to shift, they say they'll always lean into the more classic look. I think the trends will come and go, but I think that in enhancing your natural beauty will always be a trend and it will always be in.
