Geoengineering hits the mainstream press: CIA accused of ‘poisoning the sky’ with toxins

If we've learned anything from these past couple of years, my fellow Americans, is that

Today I would like to pay some attention to a very interesting article that has hit

the mainstream press, published initially on St. Patrick's Day, 17th of March,

2026 in the UK's Daily Mail, which is one of the largest circulation newspapers

on the planet.

And the headline reads, and this was on the front page of the Daily Mail, CIA

accused of poisoning the sky with toxins as files expose secret weather control agenda.

And then the subheadline says, more, RFK Jr. claims US is behind sinister

program once mocked as a conspiracy theory and vows to end it.

So before we go into some of the specifics of this newspaper article, I'd like to

take a step back and just reflect on what this means.

To me, it's a very important turning point in the fight against geoengineering.

Now, this is a mainstream media outlet.

So we have to be careful a bit circumspect about what the intent of the editors of this outlet

may be.

Their intent may be to truly expose or create increased awareness about geoengineering.

Conversely, it may be further attempts to confuse people or another option or another possibility

is that it may be intended in some ways as a limited hangout.

And for those of you not familiar with the term, a limited hangout essentially means that

once an organization, oftentimes a government or a government agency is caught

kind of red handed doing something or cannot any longer conceal something that they have been doing

secretively, they will reduce, excuse me, they will release kind of the least damaging or

the least incriminating aspects of the activity that they've been caught doing.

It's a way to minimize the damage.

It's a way to give people some catharsis.

But to not confess to the whole problem and not to confess to the worst possible wrongdoing.

So there may be elements of a limited hangout here.

There may be elements of obfuscation and deliberate confusion of the public.

And there may be elements of a genuine attempt to finally expose something to the general public.

Regardless, I think this is a positive development in the large.

And the reason is this, when the major outlets, the mainstream outlets admit that something is happening,

confess to the fact that something is happening.

It tends to move the overt in window.

It tends to give ordinary persons who are not doing their own research, if you will.

Ordinary people who are not perhaps natural born skeptics.

Ordinary people who still laugh at the so-called conspiracy theorists despite their incredible record of success over the past several years.

These ordinary people now in a very real way have permission to believe that something might be true.

Furthermore, when it comes to something as controversial or downright diabolical, frankly, as manipulating and weaponizing the weather.

I believe any exposure is good because a very reasonable person would say,

leave mother nature alone, leave the natural world alone.

So again, I think that regardless of the intent, the possible combinations of intentions.

I believe that this article in the Daily Mail is a positive development, a very positive development.

It says it was written by someone named Chris Malore, the U.S. Assistant Science Editor for the Daily Mail.

I'm not familiar with Chris Malore, but let's take a look at some of his work here and see what he has to say.

The article begins as follows.

Once top secret CIA files have detailed America's plans to control the world by manipulating the weather.

The documents declassified in 2003 discuss the controversial topic of weather modification.

The tactic of launching rockets or using planes to dump chemicals into the atmosphere that alter the climate and local storm systems.

Although the resurfaced documents from 1965 did not mention the specific chemicals used in the experiments they did discuss the need for more funding of the weather modification projects

that would soon be used as a weapon of war.

It goes on to say that one post on X that's Twitter claimed the CIA has been poisoning the sky and controlling the weather since 1965.

The 18-page report was recently shared by conspiracy theorists years after it was quietly placed into the CIA's public archives, including a letter praising the classified operation from U.S. President Lyndon Johnson.

Following down, it states a well-known fact about Johnson while giving the commencement address at Southwest Texas State University in May 1962.

Then vice president Johnson said, quote, he will control the weather, will control the world.

So, none of this is new, but it's being put out now.

And again, we can speculate why I think to some extent it is definitely a limited hangout because a lot of this information, as I said, is very old and because more and more people are pointing to the sky seeing the incredible increase.

Excuse me in the number of trails that are visible and the very seemingly increasingly extreme weather patterns and asking serious questions about what is going on.

As a result, some sort of acknowledgement by the mainstream media becomes necessary, either perhaps because they are being cajoled into doing so by the people behind these activities or because these outlets simply don't want to look like they are completely divorced from reality.

The document or the article shows a few documents, photos of some old documents and one memorandum from October of 1965, U.S. government document, subject weather modification.

This is the chief of the general sciences division from the chief of the astro geophysics branch of OSD, subject of weather modification.

And it says, for your information, some attachments are provided which show the extent of interest in trends and weather modification research in the United States.

Federal support for 1967 will be four times that of 1965 and twice as large as 1963, four times as large as that of 1963 and over twice as large as that of 1965.

Meaning that every two years, the funding for weather modification was doubling at the time.

It goes on to state the copy of the letter from President Johnson to the Secretary of Commerce shows that an expanding program has White House backing.

And down to item item four, it says, as the U.S. weather modification program expands, we are likely to have increasing demands for intelligence on Soviet accomplishments.

The Soviets are also enlarging their program and the problem of determining their progress is extremely difficult.

So even in 1965, this is dated 7 October 1965, we can see that the United States government is spending geometrically increasing amounts of money on weather one modification, weather warfare, and they are doing it in direct competition with their primary global rival, the Soviet Union.

Now the Secretary of Commerce interestingly has been a key figure in geoengineering from the very beginning.

Noteworthy our current Secretary of Commerce is one Howard Lutnik who is very prominently and prominently exposed in the Epstein files also has a very questionable history surrounding 9-11.

And I mentioned him not only because the Department of Commerce is very relevant to geoengineering historically, but also because Howard Lutnik has been connected with a very strange investment vehicle known as weather derivatives, essentially betting on the weather.

Now I hope to have more on this very very soon, but if you are an investor like Howard Lutnik, you don't bet blindly on something as unpredictable as naturally occurring weather.

However, if you are the Secretary of Commerce and you have an inside track, if not a significant amount of influence over weather modification and geoengineering programs, weather derivatives could be an extremely lucrative activity.

And anyway, let's go back to September 14 of 1965 and this is signed by Lyndon Johnson, the President of the United States at the time, and he's sending a memo to the Honorable John T. Connor Secretary of Commerce.

Dear Jack, I thought your report to the Cabinet Monday on weather was exceptional. This is a field which I want us to move ahead to make a breakthrough I am convinced is possible for us.

If you think it appropriate, I would like to have your suggestions for a letter of commendation to Mr. Don and his staff in Miami on the job they did during the recent hurricane.

So we don't have more detail from that page right there except to note that Lyndon Johnson is crediting Secretary of Commerce for his presentation on weather modification and is congratulating some individuals down in Florida for some sort of weather manipulation that they did for a hurricane.

So another interesting point before we go to break that I'd like to touch on that's in the article in the Daily Mail is a statement that goes as follows.

And I quote, according to US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Environmental Researcher Dane Wigginton,

Chemtrails allegedly contain toxins and metals, including aluminum, barium, strontium, and even mercury. In April 2025, RFK Jr. claimed those materials are put in jet fuel I'm going to do everything in my power to stop it.

Find out who's doing it and hold them accountable.

And then goes on to say the usual nonsense, the vast majority of scientists have long declared this theory as false arguing that most condensation trails or contrails are the result of water vapor from aircraft exhaust freezing into ice crystals as they hit cold air at high altitudes.

So when we come back we're going to take a little bit more of a look at this.

This article here and we're going to also take a look at some commentary that my friend say or G has made about this.

And some of the ongoing significance of this now we do see occasional stories of this nature in the mainstream press but I think with this combined with the incredible growth.

Of awareness in the United States and worldwide about the problems, the dangers of geoengineering and the reality, the very dark reality of geoengineering.

Again, I think this is a very positive development that deserves our full attention.

In the first segment we started our review of this brand new article in the UK daily mail which to my mind represents a bit of a breakthrough in terms of mainstream media acknowledging the geoengineering hazard.

And I think being forced to face up to the fact that a critical mass of ordinary citizens are now aware that the weather is being weaponized against them on a daily basis.

Again the article published in the UK daily mail which is a very large circulation newspaper and online newspaper written by a writer named Chris Melor who's given the title of US assistant science editor to the daily mail and published on St. Patrick's Day 17th of March 2026 entitled CIA accused of poisoning the sky.

I would talk since as files exposed secret weather control agenda.

And where we left off before we had talking essentially about the 1960s there were some documents where it was unmistakable that the US Department of Commerce.

President Lyndon Johnson.

We were deeply involved in ramping up weather weaponization efforts in the United States during the Johnson administration.

And the article goes on to state that the declassified files and former President Johnson's own words have revealed new evidence that the US was in a cold war battle to master weather control technology before the Soviet Union.

It goes on to state the records to close to the public after the Vietnam war showed the US seated clouds with a toxic substance called lead iodide in order to increase rainfall near the Ho Chi Minh Trail causing landslides and making the route impassable.

Lead iodide is toxic to humans because it contains lead which can cause lead poisoning with symptoms such as headaches fatigue abdominal pain neurologic damage kidney problems and developmental issues in children.

There is no safe level of exposure according to health authorities.

Now of course this is describing the Vietnam era weather weaponization project called project Popeye which the United States was caught red handed in doing it caused a tremendous amount of outrage worldwide and resulted in movements toward the environmental modification or the end mod treaty.

The problems with that narrative although it's all truth there were a lot of legends behind the project Popeye there was the supposed informal slogan of the operation was make mud not war.

At any rate project Popeye was exposed did cause outrage and to many people's minds it resulted in the US ceasing these activities the reality of course is that these activities have never ceased numerous states west of the Mississippi still do active legal and well known old fashioned clouds.

These activities are well known and they do represent weather modification as researcher and author Peter Kirby who wrote chemtrails exposed a new man at the project which I believe is one of the definitive sources on this subject as Peter Kirby would say.

This type of cloud seeding is really first generation weather modification first generation geoengineering and really what it involves is putting nuclei of the sobriodide or perhaps other materials into existing clouds to either suppress hail or to increase precipitation.

This is usually a somewhat limited process in terms of scope. The second generation of geoengineering is different it involves the mass spraying of huge amounts megatons over time of nanoparticulate metals and other materials into the stratosphere and the troposphere to create artificial clouds.

And that's a different kettle of fish than the old fashioned first generation cloud seeding and the daily mail article actually touches on this it doesn't make this distinction quite so clear but it does touch on this it says climate experts says US military sprays toxic particles into skies.

And again it quotes Dan Wigington and it says Wigington and environmental researcher for 30 years claim that the conspiracy surrounding chemtrails was not only true but has actually crippled the earth's ability to naturally overcome the pollution caused by humans.

He said that lab tests on rain samples photos of specialized planes carrying these chemicals government documents and whistleblower testimony all show clear evidence that a secret program has attempted to weaponize the weather.

Soil tests estimated that airliners allegedly equipped with secret nozzles and tanks on the wings filled with aluminum barium manganese graphene and various polymers dump between 40 and 60 million tons of nanoparticles in the sky annually.

So I think that this is really important here because this article takes it into the present and it gives us an idea from Dan Wigington who runs geoengineering watch who I am pleased to be able to say I know personally and whose research on this field is extremely detailed.

It's detailed extremely comprehensive and has been going on again for decades and the article actually ends with a statement from saying that this is going on that it's going on in absolutely massive amounts.

And it names the aluminum the barrier manganese graphene and various polymers and quantifies it between 40 and 60 million tons of nanoparticles in the sky every year.

So limited hangout though it may be this article makes the jump to say this isn't some curiosity from back in the 60s this isn't some strange experiment that was done during Vietnam.

This is an existing growing and absolutely gigantic program and it does state that the United States government is involved and it does state that it's being done at an absolutely massive scale the article sidesteps the common nonsense about how we are considering experiments on these things.

You know when the government says they're considering the experiment it generally means that they're already doing it full tilt and that's certainly the case with geoengineering.

There's none of that nonsense in this particular article which is encouraging.

We see a lot of that kind of nonsense in other excuse me mainstream sources such as the UK guardian which my my sources tell me is pretty much a CIA organization.

I don't know the provenance of the daily mail but the tone of the article here is much less dismissive of the conspiracy theorists so called.

So with that in mind I'd like to review another document that came up quickly in the aftermath of this daily mail article and it's by my friend sayer G.

on his truth sovereignty and wellness sub stack and the title of this article by sayer which is a follow up from the daily mail article dated March 18th 2026 is entitled politicians called it a chem trail conspiracy the CIA's own files just proved them wrong.

And the subtitle says from wiki links wiki leaks mockery to daily mail headlines in RFK juniors podium the arc of vindication is complete and sayer goes on to comment on the daily mail article stating declassified 1965 documents reveal federal funding for weather modification was set to quadruple by 1960.

And it describes the 18 page report now making global headlines such as this in the daily mail and sayer goes on to say and I quote today one of the most red news outlets on earth put on its front page what independent researchers concerned citizens and this publication have been documenting for over a decade.

The United States government ran covert atmospheric modification programs use toxic compounds including lead iodide as a weapon of war and had the personal blessing of sitting president to do it.

He says the CIA files are not new they were quietly declassified in 2003.

What is new is that the mainstream media can no longer afford to pretend they do not exist.

This is very very interesting right here he goes on to say something that's not in the daily mail article he says in May 2016.

DNC that's the Democratic National Committee Communications Director Christina Freundlich circulated an internal strategy memo memo an internal strategy memo with a subject line says everything draft conspiracy theory release.

Sayer states that the goal was cynically straightforward compile a list of the most embarrassing fringe beliefs imaginable attach them to Donald Trump and let ridicule do the political work the list they assembled included the moon landing hoax flatter the claim that the Beatles never existed and a theory that Britney Spears was a covert bush White House imperative.

Sayer goes on to state and buried in that list hyperlinked deliberate indexed alongside jokes was say your own 2015 green met info article why the chemtrail conspiracy is real.

He in his sub stack which I very much recommend you take a look at he shows the email from this friend like individual to a number of people at DNC and it says conspiracy theory release whether the United States landing on the moon was a hoax.

Agenda 21 a theory embraced by I was Senator Joni urged whether the Beatles never existed whether Britney Spears was a staffer in the George Bush White House whether the earth is flat and chemtrail which claims that trails that left in the sky by high flying aircraft or chemical biological agents deliberately sprayed for some sinister purposes.

And Sarah goes on to state notice what they did not do they did not attempt to refute the science they did not commission a counter study they did not engage with the declassified military programs the patent filings the peer reviewed coal fly ash analysis.

Or any of the documented historical records cited in Sarah's article they linked it to a list of jokes.

And he states that is always the tell when power cannot answer evidence it answers with shame the goal was not rebuttal it was contamination associate the research with embarrassment and no one will read it seriously but Sarah concludes that strategy is now in ruins.

Well I certainly hope he's right and I think that we are getting there I think we're seeing breakthroughs and awareness and breakthroughs in acceptability to the average citizen which is really important and which I touched on earlier.

The so-called overton window is shifting with geoengineering and in some ways I really believe we have the COVID-19 pandemic to credit that with as I think it was Joe Rogan who said before COVID I would have told you that vaccines were the greatest.

Accomplishment in the history of mankind and he said since COVID I don't think we went to the moon and that's set in jest but there's plenty of truth set in jest and I think his point is pretty clear his point is that you can only.

Gaslight someone so hard for so long you can only lie to them so blatantly so many times before you simply destroy your own credibility and it's striking with the whole geoengineering issue that the same people the Bill Gates is the world and so on the Epstein class

the same people who.

Pursued and perpetrated all the lies and gaslighting of COVID are those behind.

So in the first two segments we looked at this brand new article in the daily mail in the UK one of the largest circulation.

Newspapers in the western world entitled CIA accused of poisoning the sky with toxins as files expose secret weather control agenda.

In the second segment I pivoted over to my friend say or jeez truth sovereignty wellness.

Substack and.

We've been reading through a working away through some of his ideas in his article entitled politicians called it a conspiracy theory the CIA's own files just proved them wrong.

And I'd like to take the last segment here today to work through a couple of concepts that says been talking about.

And he has a quote in here where he says the question was never whether governments pursued atmospheric modification the question was always whether they ever stopped.

And of course the absolute obvious truth is that no they never stopped in fact in late years they have ramped it up dramatically according to Peter Kirby.

The current sort of chemtrail assault that we see now really came on full force around 1996 and it's been increasing ever since.

But Sarah goes through and he tells us a sort of timeline I'd like to work through that if we consider 1996 as a pivotal year when a lot of the stratospheric atmospheric injection.

I really became a commonplace occurrence and of course in the last I would say since certainly was on the upswing in the years prior to covid we had a brief reprise through part of 2020 when a lot of the planes were grounded due to the lockdowns but then it's really come back full force ever since.

Even so I think it's worthwhile to work through this timeline that Sarah is constructed in this article he calls it a quarter century long arc.

And he said he notes that back in 2001 congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio introduces the Space Preservation Act HR 2977.

And he states it's the first time the word chemtrails appears explicitly in a US government document I'm not sure that's true I think there may be some CIA documents when they're trying to create that word as a discrediting type of epithet.

But at any rate this is in the US bill and Dennis Kucinich's bill seeks to ban exotic weapon systems including directed energy psychotronic devices and atmospheric modification the chemtrails provision is quietly removed and subsequent revisions Kucinich is dismissed as fringe 25 years later his warning reads as a legislative.

Blue print and I will tell you this I I'm guilty of thinking of Dennis as a fringe guy he was always thought of as a bit cookie but of course now you realize that he is simply ahead of his time.

In 2015 sayers green met info publishes why the chemtrail conspiracy is real he cited declassified programs patent filings peer reviewed analysis of cold fly ash is the likely source material and he was dismissed as fringe and of course as he pointed out before that article that he.

published was the same one that was picked up by the DNC in an attempt to put quote unquote nutty conspiracy theories touching them to Donald Trump.

And he says in 2016 the wiki leaks DNC email released reveals the green met info articles explicitly targeted by political operatives and placed on a conspiracy theory list designed for political weaponization as we mentioned before no scientific rebuttal was offered only mockery.

And that mockery and discrediting is something that we saw over and over and over again during covid didn't we we saw people just dismissed or vilified as anti-vaxxers rather than as legitimate skeptics of toxic injections.

tear goes on say in 2024 hurricanes helene and Milton forced geoengineering into mass public debate.

And green met info publishes are we in a covert weather war the question now being asked by millions I will say absolutely we are in a covert weather war we saw hurricane helene which was clearly enhanced by the spraying being done over western North Carolina over the

Piedmont area in the days prior to the hurricane reaching that area and then we saw how a naturally that hurricane was held in position while it dumped.

Feet of rain onto ashville surrounding areas such as bunkham county.

The that is simply not the way a natural weather pattern behaves it's unheard of for hurricanes to increase in power as they go over a land mass they can't draw water out of the ocean why not because they are no longer over the ocean.

Natural hurricanes always weaken when they go over a significant body of land but they don't if they hit another mass of moisture in the air that has been artificially created by huge amounts of spraying of.

Nuclei which gather additional moisture into the area which is exactly what happened during hurricane helene and then the hurricane rather than just proceeding northward and weakening as it went it was held in place presumably due to next rad technology for several days in the destruction of the ash fill area was complete.

Hurricane Milton was famous in another respect many people may remember this originated deep in the Gulf of Mexico you can call the Gulf of America Gulf of Mexico I tend to still call acts twitter and I still tend to call the Gulf of Mexico but at any rate rather than originating out in the Atlantic ocean where most.

Hurricanes come from it came from deep in the Gulf of Mexico it started to move it was headed straight for the Eucatan Peninsula and then it made a almost 90 degree.

Left hand turn to head up towards the Tampa Bay area again this is not the behavior of a naturally occurring weather pattern weather storm.

So absolutely we are in a covert weather war and we see this again this unnaturally.

Bizarre winter that the United States contiguous 48 states have.

And are still making our way through clearly not due to natural weather patterns.

And then he states March 2025 HHS secretary RFK junior publicly endorses.

State level geoengineering bands from the federal podium 24 states moved to ban geoengineering our climate HHS will do its part.

For the first time an executive branch official stands with the movement.

I will also add that around the same time and I've reported on this myself.

EPA chief Lee Zeldin came out on both the Glenn Beck program and on the Vinny Johnson program and publicly stated that SAI and SRM stratospheric aerosol injection and solar radiation management activities are real and that they are being done in the skies over the United States.

And that there is a lack of oversight.

Now to me this was largely a limited hangout on the part of Zeldin.

He did not admit that the U.S. government, U.S. military, the CIA are involved in these things.

But still limited hangout though it was, it was still very important because it did result in another cabinet level U.S. government official making a public statement about this problem.

So we now have two. We have Bobby Kennedy Jr. and Lee Zeldin.

April of 2025, Florida passes SB 56, HB 477, the first felony ban on geoengineering in U.S. history.

The vote is 82 to 28 unauthorized weather modification now carries up to five years in prison, $100,000 in fines.

Well, it was once a conspiracy theory is now criminal offense in the state where the CIA first tested its hurricane modification programs 60 years earlier.

And then March 17th, 2026, the Daily Mail runs the CIA weather modification files as front page news, the same documents, independent researchers cited for decades are now mainstream headlines, the decade long suppression strategy has.

And right now as we have talked about on this program before there are 30 states in addition to the three states that have passed legislation Tennessee, Florida and Louisiana.

There are another 30 states that are currently working legislation through the process.

Unfortunately, one got all the way to the governor's desk that was in Arizona and Katie Hobbs, the falsely elected governor of California, excuse me, of Arizona, Katie Hobbs vetoed that bill.

And we'll have more on that in the near future and absolute travesty, but what do you expect from Katie Hobbs?

And Sarah goes on to state that the mockery was never about truth. It was about time. They needed to buy enough time of it to keep the program running. They have run out of it.

And Sarah states that the legislative momentum is real. The executive branch attention is real. The mainstream media coverage, however belated and however careful to still use the word allegedly is real.

So in conclusion, I think that we are in a situation right now where there's a breakthrough coming in the geoengineering fight.

And I believe we have to attack it at every possible level.

There are complaints by some that the state level efforts lack teeth because the states don't control the airspace.

And there is validity to that complaint. However, the United States is a group of 50 United States.

The more states that call out to outlaw this, the more the federal government, which is behind it, the more the federal government has to act.

Secondly, we need to go after this at the federal level.

Now, last year, Marjorie Taylor Green submitted a bill that is, I suppose, still active, but she's no longer in Congress.

So it has been replaced by representative Greg Stuby from Florida's bill, the Air Quality Act.

I encourage every listener to go and get on representative Greg Stuby's website, learn about it, call your representatives, call your senators, call the White House and say you want this to become law.

This has to stop. This geoengineering poisoning of our world has to stop.

So we have state legislation, we have federal legislation in Greg Stuby's Air Quality Act.

We have to push the president to take action on this.

An executive order, a moratorium would be most welcome.

That needs to be pushed forward, that needs to be presented, even with all of the attention on the war against Iran, this needs to be pushed forward.

Another approach is to take a legal approach.

So in closing, I would like to say that, again, even though it's a bit guarded in some respects, even though it is a bit perhaps a limited hangout in some ways.

This article in the Daily Mail is important. It's groundbreaking, I believe, and it shows that no one can ignore geoengineering anymore.

As much as the lunatic naysayers like Katie Hobbs in Arizona would like to, you're not going to win.

We are going to stop this crime.
