NBA champion of the world.
Young Nick.
Swaggy P.
Hi.
Representing the YN B.
You feel me?
What's blue face fight?
I don't want to fight that loser, man.
You got his ass hooked.
I look like looking like that.
That's what I'm saying.
You say he's going to take it out on you?
You got to me.
Not to shit.
The commission was a little fight that earlier.
It took me these calls and nots.
You got to wait a couple of months.
We're also joined by the man representing Toughcrowd.
Card Carry and Country Club.
Remember, we got Mr. B.
Brandon Jennings.
How you feeling, Mr. B?
You still golf?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm hosting now.
No.
I don't want to be one.
I'm losing.
No, no, no.
I'm hosting.
I'm hosting.
I got, actually, there's some real hoopers out there that's, you know, they shooting in the
70s.
Shout out PJ and CJ.
This side of the couch, we got the distinguished gentleman from Oakland, former number one.
Pick Canyon Martin.
Representing for St. Patrick.
Appreciate you being fast.
Oh, no.
Yeah.
I got to tell you something before the show.
Yeah, my kids.
I got four ones, man.
The whole thing at the school, you know, they wake up looking for certain things around
the house.
So it's real festive around my way, man.
All holidays get celebrated.
All of them.
That's when you got to get it.
I got some greenery hiding in the garage.
I hope my kids do not find one.
Understand where you.
One player got a shit.
Was it a college kid that got caught with the pound?
It was a little bit more than that.
Yeah.
You should have said it.
St. Patrick's coming up.
Ain't proud of this day.
It's all greenery around you.
You're repenting me.
Yeah, they ain't got the young man jammed up.
Still.
I don't know, we eat with all this.
Yeah.
That's what I was saying.
I don't want to open all the buckets you get.
Yeah.
We sell it.
We sell it.
Man, ain't grateful for selling it.
What?
We then.
I want one of you one.
All right.
Yeah.
Yeah, he, yeah, he.
Yeah.
Capitalism, right?
Right before the money.
Last but not least, we got the man.
They call cemetery Larry.
Isn't that like you're in the world?
Let's hear it.
Dr. Rashab and KSPHD.
Yeah.
Get surgical today.
That was easy.
Factor that in, man.
Factor that in.
That's all you need to do.
Factor that shit in.
Factor that shit in.
It's gonna be easy.
All God damn money.
Yeah.
Post black.
Here's your motion and against in store.
On this show, we got a lot to discuss.
Here's what's cracking in Gill's arena today.
The Lakers are in the midst of a six game winning streak while playing their best basketball
of the season.
Purple and gold proving.
They're for real.
Rockets are four and five in their last nine games.
And constant double teams have KD considering becoming a corner boy.
Does Houston have a problem?
And we'll go back to the LeBron picture.
Let me go back to the LeBron.
You know, he been golfing so much.
Look at his arms.
Like, you know, it's just your arms.
And your arms.
Bottom half dark.
No, no, no.
Please.
And NBA on the verge of adding expansion teams in Seattle and Las Vegas.
But it's just a good or bad move for the league before we get into all that.

The Lakers are back up, baby.
Purple and gold took their five-game winning streak to Houston Monday to face the Rockets in their first meeting since Christmas day,
holding a slim half-game lead over Houston for the third spot in the West,
and what has the potential to be a playoff preview.
Lakers needed a window to avoid letting the Rockets own the tiebreaker in their season series.
Houston was without Alperin Shandgoon for the second straight game, as he deals with lower back issue.
Both offenses look nasty for most of the game, but the Purple and gold did what was needed to get the dub.
Luke led the Lakers with 36.6 rebounds, 4 assists, going 14 to 27 from the field.
His fifth straight 30-point game, 50 second in the Lakers uniform.
LeBron added 18, 5, and 5.
Austin Reeves had 15 in a tough shooting night for the man known as Limon Daddy.
Lakers overcame a double-digit second had deficit, holding the Rockets to a season low time, 12 points in the fourth quarter,
into the game with a 15-2 run after a seven-minute scoring drought.
So after scoring 16 points in the first half, Kevin Durant had just two points in garbage time in the second half,
along with six turnovers.
Lakers got their sixth straight win.
Nine in one in their last ten games in that stretch.
They beaten the mixed wolves, nuggets and Rockets.
They're also a league-leading 19 and six in clutch games this season.
You know, previously you said you were not watching the Lakers,
but what are your biggest takeaways from the Lakers six-game winning streak?
First of all, you disrespect when you say we back.
We're back, dude.
We've never been down.
We've never left.
We've never left.
We've never left.
You said you wasn't watching them.
That's because I won't watch.
Don't mean we was down.
I didn't like our trade or the non-trade.
We were in the Western game.
We were six, huh?
We was at the six-buck.
But that was the worst time for a 456.
We was always right there, so we've been there.
And we're showing you what the playoff team looks like.
You know, you would think that the Lakers was in 9th or 10th
the way they talk about our team like this, right?
That's what the team is.
That's what the team is.
You know.
Should A.R. star LeBron, this, go to the corner, who this?
This is the record when they lose it and the winning it.
Like, listen, if y'all don't want to talk about O.K.C.
and the spurs every day, because nobody's going to watch.
Don't disrespect the Lakers like this.
Hmm.
Six what?
Six enough?
Six enough?
What's those teams again?
That's some good stuff.
Next Nuggets.
Nuggets?
Next Nuggets Rockets?
Next Nuggets Rockets?
Bulls, but no.
You know, it's just that next Nuggets Rockets.
Yeah.
And so like, you know, playoff's just coming.
And we look like we got our playoff swag.
You know, slow that game down,
putting LeBron in a corner.
You know, no matter where you go.
You can go to corner, you can go half.
It's cool.
It's cool.
Okay.
Six and no.
Six.
Oh.
Swaggy.
Biggest take away from the Lakers.
Six game winner streak.
Oh, man.
I love that.
I love to see people who have set roles.
You know, no matter what kind of the star power at all.
You know, seeing LeBron become a part of the corner boy life is.
You know, it's good to see.
Because it happens to the best of us.
And once you accept the role, you prosper.
So that's why I feel like the Lakers are on a six game winner streak.
It's starting to understand the roles of where they belong out there.
And as long as that happens, I think we could go for it.
So, Brian and Mr. Regame came back and played the last three games wins over the Bulls and Nuggets.
Yeah.
And this Rockets game Monday.
Let's shift over to you, Mr. B.
Card Carry Country Club member hosting one-on-one country club phase.
What's your reaction to the Lakers?
Six game winning streak?
Well, I said they had to hit the panic button.
And they've been doing that since.
You know, AR last six games that was in 25.
So he is showing that he can be a second option.
When Brian is shooting less than 15 shots, they're six and one.
And Aidan and Smart, you know, they've been stepping it up on both sides of the floor.
So right now, they're looking good.
And Lucas taking this game to another level right now.
You know, he's been going crazy.
I know they had a little stretch where they were down, but their defense kept them in.
And, you know, as long as they are, as the number two option, the Lakers are going to be out.
Over there.
Okay.
Let's shift over to this side.
Kenya and Nuggets have previously been burping the baby that is the Los Angeles Lakers.
This one game.
Multiple games this season.
This one.
On the tiebreaker.
Not a playoff series.
But over time.
So you could have started this.
See, if you would have started the question like you asked everybody else.
I don't know.
I was just getting into that.
I would just delete them.
See, but you didn't ruin it though.
Biggest takeaways.
See, see, see, see.
Now, if you were to win with that one instead of bringing the Nuggets up in this conversation,
just won the win though.
But not a playoff series.
So I still don't think you could beat them in the playoff series.
He had a triple dough too.
So he burped.
Yeah, he did.
Just in burped.
Yeah.
It was burped, man.
He just packed like a motherfucker.
Yeah.
We not just packed.
Just packed.
Just packed.
I need some more.
Big one forward.
Big need some more.
So I dig it.
We wasn't sleeping.
I dig it.
But this stuff.
We don't like it previously in this season.
You'd go 9 and 1 in 10 games doing the stretch of the season where it wasn't looking as bright
about a month ago.
I'm wearing this.
Promising.
Yeah, 9 and 1.
I mean, in 10 games.
Six and 0 doing the stretch.
So, hey, cool.
I don't sound like that.
Maybe.
Don't sound like that.
Definitely not.
Definitely not.
They are playing well right now.
They still.
They've never been out of playoff spot, Richard.
They have always been in a permanent playoff spot from the beginning of the season to now.
So the Lakers don't fit the Charlotte Hornets criteria.
Not at all.
But I'm sorry to tell you that.
Not at all.
So, like I was saying, they do not fit what the Charlotte Hornets been doing.
No.
They were tied for fourth, fifth.
They could have been in any one of those positions within the last month.
Had a rough stretch, bounced back out of it.
The last 10 games, playing well, the last six undefeated.
So, looking promising right now.
We all know matchups are important when it comes to the playoffs.
So, for them, I think that is still an important factor trying to avoid certain players.
Player.
If you can.
What player is that, sir?
You bought them up in this conversation before you started talking to me about your win streak.
Luca Farnwine and Justin Nuggets and the Luke Barron.
I did get okay.
That's great.
I don't know.
But playoff, we know where they are.
Yeah.
We got to know where he is.
He's going, oh shit.
Ain't.
You're not clink of power.
He's going here.
That's that big old baby that you see that people be riding around.
They have him pushing the scroller.
They fucking feet dragging on the floor.
Like man, let him walk.
Right?
That's what that's what that's the Andreid fit that.
He does look like a baby.
That big ass baby.
He'll be burping.
But have been playing well.
Absolutely.
All right.
Let's move on to Dr. McHance.
I'm looking at this Lakers stretching game playing some of their best basketball this season.
We first six game win streak this season for the Los Angeles Lakers.
What are your biggest takeaways from the Lakers in their six game win streak?
Take it away.
Don't mean shit.
Still look like the trash as Lakers to me.
You can get happy all they want to.
If you talk, we're going to let's talk for a second.
Let's just talk about what's happening out there on the floor.
Like nothing has changed about their game.
Guys are hitting shots.
When ultimately there's like a liver die scenario with every single possession.
If Lucas not taking the shot, if AR is not getting fouled, Lakers are in trouble.
Deandre A still don't know what the hell he is out there.
He don't know if he's going to get the ball.
He don't know if he's going to get a lob.
Really, he got to find the ball whenever he can find it to shoot it.
And if you still going to depend on Lucas to really anchor the offense based on his performances,
first half, explosions and doing what he does on a regular night to night basis,
they're not going to go far because they don't have any X factors.
I don't think that the bronze is going to be the X factor.
He needs to be the X factor.
And now Slack said he pushed him to the corner.
And now you don't really know what kind of LeBron you're going to get.
And I think that's going to be the difference.
And they don't play no fucking defense.
Like Houston fucked the game up.
The ranch should have did way more than he did.
And I think E-May is putting him in a tough spot and not actually drawing the plays.
Forcing them to play into the picking roles and all that stuff in the double teams.
But you look at the last three tough teams they play.
It's Rockets, Nuggets and Nicks.
Rockets, Nuggets, Nicks and Timberwolves.
Those are good games.
Those are good games to win.
Those are solid games that go in and steal.
But the manner in which they're winning these games don't solidify you being a playoff team.
And you're going to go in and win a playoff series.
I think right now, the Lakers still need to change a pace.
They need to change a gear.
They need to figure something out other than the Luca Magic Show.
That's been, we've seen this.
So when you can isolate that in the playoffs, they're dead.
Because A-R is just, he's still in limbo.
He's still trying to figure out he can go back to being an O-A-R or not.
But 25 of a game is nice.
It's solid.
But it ain't enough.
Not enough shit to this.
That's why you didn't agree with Versace.
I didn't previously call the Lakers the best of the ass teams.
They had struggled to beat good teams at that point.
Yeah.
Now, they're beating good teams.
That was easy.
No, I don't know.
I like what the Lakers do when I think winning games is winning games.
You've got to find a good team, find a way to win games.
And that's what they've been doing.
And once the, when you hear LeBron, Luca, coming into a gym,
do you all remember anything?
It's going to be a good team.
So within playing the right way, LeBron,
I'm not firing a way to play with Luca and A-R.
I feel like that's all they've been missing.
They was trying to figure out them three.
Who's going to be one A, one B?
But now they're just trying to win.
I feel like.
And that's the most important thing.
So they're scary to me.
Do you want to see you pondering?
No, I wasn't.
You know pondering going?
No, I was looking at it to see those shorts.
It's dirty or.
Those are the sex shorts.
Okay, let them do them all right.
You just get down and throw them all.
They're going to kitchen and shit.
Walk around the house on the shorts.
He forgot to hand them all.
He just walked out the house.
To be sure it all too.
You feel like you still take it outside.
You just look like you shot past lost.
Don't do it.
I got you back.
You back.
We don't know what that cap came from.
I don't know that cap.
That's a sock or what?
What is that?
I get you remember the joint that you had that paint bar that
got one of them over here.
You got to switch over here.
You any put those on the hands after you finish.
Boy, you got to go hand.
Six socks.
Six hands.
What you doing?
They do this.
Do this.
Do this.
Show the elbows.
They do this.
Show the elbows.
They're like, you know what I'm going to cut these.
They do this.
All right.
They do this.
My mom used to do it when you go out.
Come here boy.
Come here boy.
Come here.
Come here with the thumb.
Come here.
Come here.
You got a nurse outfit on.
Come on man.
It's called scrubs.
Surgery.
Surgery.
Surgery.
Surgery.
Cool.
Let's go.
We were back.
This is fuckers.
In the arena.
This I'm tired of seeing your faces on some.
Oh.
Why if I cut now?
Why if I cut now?
Like a motherfucker.
Pixelated.
He's tired.
At least one person was pixelated at all times, but.
Tickets.
Let's talk a little bit.
Tickets.
I need to.
Let's talk a little bit about Luca Luca Upish production
during the Six Game Winning Street.
During the Six Game Winning Street Reservoirs in 38.9 rebounds.
8 assists.
Two steals on a block.
On 49.40.82 splits.
In 56 games this season, he's averaging a league leading 33 points per game.
Along with 9 assists, 8 rebounds.
Average and more points rebounds assists and steals in current MVP front runner SGA.
Again, when you look at what Luca's doing and what he's done this season,
and with the expectations for the Lakers' word this season,
does Luca deserve more love in the MVP race?
I don't want to be a stickler for the details.
You say more love.
Not getting enough.
Where is he position now?
At least four or five.
You don't know.
Depending on who you are.
I'm asking you.
Because you asked the question.
I said four or five.
Okay, so four or five do I think he needs four or five?
Right now, Wimby's jumped in the NBA MVP ladder,
which gets released by the league every Friday.
Wimby's jumped to the second spot.
You still got S.J.
Where is he, Joker?
Wimby went from like five to two.
He made a significant jump.
And you know why he went A.
He ducked that smoke.
He ducked that smoke.
Did he play against, did he play the game
but the spurs played the Denver Nuggets?
No Wimby did.
He ducked that smoke.
So, go ahead.
It's my bad.
So, my most recent one, S.J.
A1, Wimby 2, Joker 3, Luca 4.
Okay.
So, do I think he...
I think he need...
I think he needs to deserve...
I think he's getting right, he's getting right, just enough.
He's getting enough.
You know, it's between...
You know, if we're looking at it right now,
it's between him and Yoke is just going to be three and four.
One's having a triple double.
You know, it's about performing all year round.
He's performing all year round.
Now, you got players that's really doing it in front of him.
And I think he's not going to get the credit that he deserves
because of the name LeBron James is...
is carrying because the fact that LeBron James on the team
no one is considering he's 41.
They're only considering his LeBron James
so he's supposed to be great.
Not LeBron James at 40.
And, you know, he isn't who he used to be
that you guys haven't glorified as.
So, obviously,
Luca has to do a lot.
Right?
Get the man easy shot so he's not burning himself out.
Right? Take seven to 13 shots.
Take 18...
I mean, you know, don't burn yourself out
because we're going to need you in the playoffs.
So, you know, the game has become a little bit easier for LeBron
so he can last in the playoffs.
You know, that's not considered, you know, with Luca
but, you know, you can't take away from
what everybody else is doing either.
So, I think he's getting...
I think he's that where he should be.
All right, let's do this.
I can't even do you think that Luca deserves more love
or is he out where he should be?
Okay.
Nice to hear everybody agreeing.
Zach, what do you say?
So, he's number four right now?
Currently four?
Yeah, nothing.
Yeah, you know.
But it fluctuates every week.
I mean, I know the numbers are crazy,
but you still got to play both sides of the playoffs.
Yeah, if I say.
You think...
I mean, you got Jaylen Brown.
I'm waiting for this thing.
I can't argue with it.
Yeah, the numbers ain't good enough.
You know, if he was there or sick,
you got...
That's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm asking.
Do you think he'll be a first thing?
He's back at Jaylen Brown and...
So it's kind of...
His position doesn't work.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's my thing.
Yeah.
Choker.
K.
And they're gonna rob Jaylen Brown.
Okay.
Yeah, Jaylen Brown's not getting it.
Yeah, I wasn't gonna get it.
We're not gonna get it.
I was just...
Where's Luke out on the MVP?
Currently 4th.
Okay.
You see where he's at?
He's at 4th.
K-5th.
Donovan Mitchell 6th.
Jaylen Brown, currently 7th.
Okay.
And 8-9.
Jaylen Johnson.
Thank you.
Jaylen Johnson.
Thank you.
Jaylen Johnson came back and like,
yeah, he's like, yep.
He told you.
He just had 40, doesn't know.
I'm just...
I'm just...
You know how they do with the man?
Like, the media, that's that...
Just out of 40.
I'm fortunate.
Try to...
You say you don't respect Luke
for the defensive effort,
but do you think he deserves more love
in the MVP race right now?
Where he has a liquor situated?
I think he deserves more love.
LeBron missing substantial time.
Also, he's missing, I think, 26 games.
What has he done new?
Getting buckets.
Because it's the same thing.
Same thing, yeah.
Same thing we've been seeing.
So, I mean, if the Lakers were trending
two, three in the West,
one in the West,
we would look at that consistency
to be team revival.
But it's just Luke and being Luke, I think.
To me, the biggest gripe against Luke
is just being a competitor.
I think people misread
what actual competitor is.
You look at how Wimby played both sides
of the ball all last night.
You know, whether his shot is rolling or not,
he's going to compete.
And I think when you compete
and you want to actually go
and stop the other guy from scoring,
you want to actually give effort on the other end.
That's, it says different things about you.
That's why Jaylen Brown
does deserve more credit
because he actually competes.
And Kay Cunningham actually competes.
Anthony Edwards actually competes.
They are true competitors.
So, you look at the MVP race.
It's a lot of it,
it's without, like,
the true competition of it.
I feel like between Joker and Luca
as good as they are.
You know, team oriented players,
if they picked up their competitive nature
on not so much Joker,
not so much Joker.
Please don't put him in the category.
He does compete,
but he does have lack of days of components.
We all do.
Yeah, he has a lot of lack of days of components.
But, but Luca for sure,
Luca for sure has a lot of those non-competitive moments
that makes it look like
the other guys are playing at a higher level.
And I think if he just gave more effort,
it would be clear.
I think if he would be a clear cut,
one, two, a three.
But the fact that we can see it,
and we're watching it,
and you're like,
damn, Luca, you don't get back.
You don't help defense.
You don't do a lot of the things you're doing offense.
You don't do on defense.
So, I can't give him too much love on that,
but he's been consistent just like Shay.
Like I said before, Shay has,
the numbers he has,
he's at number one.
Luca has better numbers.
And he's at number,
what they are sitting at four.
Four, four.
So, the conversation is always going to either be team success
or triple doubles with Joker
and Luca looking like he looks.
It's all dumb.
Thunder of Dull with a ton of injuries.
Nuggets of Dull with a ton of injuries.
But they had more cushion to play with.
The Thunder had more cushion
for the season to play.
We're going 24 and 1, right?
You got more cushion.
So, you can, guys can be out
and you can still be putting up the numbers
that you're putting up
and holding the fort down.
Miss a few games.
But.
And Luca actually has been available.
Yeah.
59 games, you said?
I think 56 games.
56 games.
So, he's been there.
So, it's,
should he, could he be
this higher year?
Would he,
or would he be
surprised if he was higher?
No.
Would be surprised if he was lower.
No, right?
Because it's just the people that they got
at the first three spots,
knowing what they're supposed to.
And then if Jalen Brown was in the top four,
we would be like,
we deserve to be there as well,
as well as K.E.
as well as,
so here's some guys
that's going to get left
off the final ballot
when it's time to vote
that we all think could
actually win the war
because of what they've done
for their team this year.
Where's Jalen Brown's numbers in comparison?
Because he's never like 28.
Yeah, he's having this points.
Yeah, I mean,
he's having this points.
They're number two in the East, right?
Yeah.
Jalen Brown's season shot
at 28.7 rebounds,
five assists,
28.7 and five.
Yeah.
He goes for great numbers.
Yeah.
And I'm looking at Jalen Brown
be 15 all defense.
He should be first team
all defense.
So I'm looking at him
being the first guy
if we can,
I ain't going to say
if we can push,
but think about him being first team
all NBA first team
all defense.
Yeah, no.
Since that one guy,
well, not say one since that one guy
because of Yannis.
Yannis got it.
But looking at Yannis
and then look at MNB
as a guard,
like actually going in there
and saying,
I'm going to do both sides.
Yeah.
That says a lot about the
who community going
back to playing both sides
of the ball.
But you,
like I said,
you can't take shit away
from Luka, man.
Luka is going to be Luka, bro.
But when you talk about
pedigree and competitiveness,
Jalen Brown has stepped it up.
I think Edwards,
if they win more,
he'll be able to step it up
because he's not really focused
on scoring a bunch of points.
He just want to win.
So it's a good competition
right now between all of them.
I like it.
So you talk about competitiveness
with Luka.
So Luka named Western
Congress player of the week,
this previous week,
dropped 51 on the Bulls
Thursday.
Hit his first game winner
with the Lakers
and an overtime win
over the Nugget Saturday,
dropping his 12-triple
double this season on Joker
and them.
So in the Bulls win,
he came in a sidestrike
dropping a 50-point triple-double.
He had 12 points
in the first quarter,
39 over the next three-quarter.
So after that game,
he talked about what led
to his scoring search.
I mean,
in the second quarter
kind of felt that,
you know,
somebody started talking to me
so that woke me up.
I was like,
I've owned defense, too.
Mattas.
Pasellis.
Pasellis.
I was surprised.
I was shocked, too.
What was it that was,
I'm pretty sure,
what was the dialogue
between you two and,
I guess, what about what he was saying?
What you up?
It was defense.
I didn't say what he said,
but, you know,
if I was said that,
I would definitely get attacked.
But, you know,
kind of, you know,
these games,
you know,
sometimes you're going nizzy.
You know, we kind of went nizzy
in the first quarter,
so,
then he woke me up.
Why did it shock you
that he was talking to you?
I feel like,
you probably talk with a lot of guys on this.
Yeah, I was surprised.
I didn't say nothing.
That's probably a surprise.
So he talked to you first.
That's why,
okay.
Not very nice.
I don't even know what to say, honestly.
When he started killing, obviously,
when I started talking to him,
why don't you walk on it?
I don't believe it.
I just,
you know,
I just said,
I don't,
I don't think I can talk to anybody.
That's fine.
I don't believe it.
I don't believe it.
And,
and, I took out a challenge,
and then,
the next game,
what do you hope to take away
from the experience?
Did they steal it?
Um,
I'm not talking about that.
I'm just talking about that.
You just see me fall.
You just see me fall.
You just see me fall.
I love when media don't,
they can't read the room.
I love it.
It just,
do they got to do their job?
No, not, yeah.
But they,
yeah.
He already got rude awakening, right?
He got it right there at real time, right?
He was talking,
I ain't go back down
fifty-twelve and what not?
Don't ask that me.
But there's no next time.
He's gonna shut the fuck up next time.
Yeah.
There's no more talking.
All that talking is out the window.
Will Luke believe he'll be talking?
And Luke was,
Luke was,
Luke was surprised,
because I'm pretty sure he was like,
your game,
the way you play don't,
you don't need to be talking right now.
That's,
that's usually when someone.
But who's else has been playing World of Gilling in the past?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But you're talking to me.
There's very different levels.
You know what I'm saying?
There's levels of conversation.
So like,
when you're playing
in Yokijin,
Luke,
LeBron,
they're having their own conversation.
If you like a third or four option,
you talk the third or four options.
Don't stop the main player one time and then,
yeah, you sorry.
Sorry, yeah,
it's like to do this all day.
Uh-oh.
The next ten plays,
I got this, yeah.
And, you know,
so that's usually what happens.
He probably had more than Luke at that time.
You know, that's what he was saying.
He was just running off at the mouth.
Feeling good.
If you want to really know how it feels in real life,
to talk to an NBA player,
and he responds,
go back to the last part.
Have you ever seen an NBA player respond this way?
Go.
I mean, in the second quarter.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Pass forward.
We're not.
Is this talking?
Can he say something to me?
Go to my touch,
please, if you can.
Okay, look, our production capability.
We got a pass forward now.
I think he did that.
Niggas rage.
He didn't know what,
he didn't know what to say.
What?
Just watch.
I think he got to say something.
I don't even know what to say, honestly.
He didn't know what to say.
He didn't know what to say.
Yeah.
When he started killing, obviously,
when I started talking,
I didn't know what to say.
I don't know what to say.
He didn't know what to say.
He just said,
I don't bet, it's not for anybody.
You know what, I don't bet,
you don't feel right?
Now I'm okay, I'm fine.
And I took on the challenge
in the nextinned career.
What do you hope to take away from this?
I hope to take away
from the experience.
I hope to take away,
I don't know.
I don't know.
What you use this for?
Oh man, I'm not talking.
Oh man.
I think it turned into Napoleon Dynamite.
Oh man.
Oh man.
Oh, Uncle Rico.
I'll tell him what.
You said, set us up like that.
Remember when we were playing my head meat?
No, I don't remember nothing.
And you told me go out and do it.
You don't know him yet.
And then he came down and said,
you gonna do my move?
You're gonna do my move on me?
But you had the best of him then.
But he dumped on Javier, the right play after him.
He got mad.
It was top 10.
Cold.
That's the bill's fault.
No.
I mean, that's life.
I'm so sorry.
That ain't that thing.
Because I did the move.
I slay some players.
Did Jo Jo.
Javier.
You don't know.
He said, I did the little snatch.
He said, you gonna do my move?
You gonna do my move?
Cold for the ball.
It was like a screen.
You know how he split the screen?
Split that well.
Fudge of hell.
It was right there.
I said, oh my God.
I love that one.
Oh my god.
I can't say a thing.
I'm just saying.
One of them ones.
This is the NBA.
For sure.
You remember that?
No.
You just fucked up, man.
He was in a dark moment.
I don't remember a single moment.
I know.
Right, this is 52 or 9.
I don't know, but I'm just saying.
But I'm just saying.
There's a lot of fuckers.
Fuckers, fuckers, fuckers, fuckers, fuckers, fuckers, fuckers.
Young, this is second year.
How many fuckers?
How many of you?
That's where you're going?
Hey, I was in 20 again.
Yeah.
Did he fit?
He was filled with his soul.
Did he?
But I was just welcome to the NBA moment, basically.
Did he feel like he caught it?
He was positive in the result.
But usually, if you thought you did a decent job,
you're going to say, I'm just going to get back to the film
and do it better, and I'm going to get him next time.
He said, I'm just not going to talk to him no more.
This is no more.
No more.
No more.
No more.
No more.
No more.
No, no.
I don't.
I mean, never again.
It's what he said.
I'm just going out there.
I'm just going out there and play basketball.
Moving forward.
And to make somebody feel like that is crazy.
That's.
Because I still talk.
You still talk.
But that's you.
Yeah.
Everybody not like that.
But you guys said previously something like Dylan Brooks
as an example, like, if you're going to do all the talking,
you got to stand on business, right?
Like after it don't work out.
What?
Hey.
When Grizzlies like.
Don't know.
No.
No, Luca wouldn't go around him though, you know.
They ain't doing it.
They ain't fair.
They ain't fair.
It all is not fair.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Where are you going?
No.
Luca gave me a look like, who are you talking to?
Me?
Oh, it's fair.
You know, I get this bitch every time down.
And then you come down.
But wait.
But wait.
You got to have to guard me too now.
Come down here and guard me.
So I can get my shit back.
You got 10 in the road.
Don't go hiding in the corner over there.
Marcus Mark Gore.
No, that's not fair.
Come on, man.
Don't like that.
Don't do that.
Well, we got Marcus Mark.
But since you want to talk to me, I'm going to show you.
You shouldn't have been talking.
But I'm taking the challenge.
That's all you.
You taking the challenge.
That's a personal issue.
That's what Joe personal issue was.
My personal issue is 50.
12 and 9.
You know what I mean?
You're talking to me.
You know what I mean?
I'm saying nothing.
I'm saying nothing.
I'm saying nothing.
I'm saying nothing.
You see, I was cruising.
I was cruising.
I was cruising.
You want this work?
Cool.
Cool.
I ain't even saying nothing.
But I'm average at 20.
I feel like at some point, I'm going to give my 25 of them
I'm going to be on you.
Something.
See, in his head, he, I got ready.
Everything.
He says something.
It's like talking to Tiger on Sunday.
Come on, man.
Good night.
Good night.
It's he shines up.
So the question for the couch in light of this situation,
with Luke and my Totsu Buzellis,
can you remember a time in your career
when somebody started talking to us to you
and you had to shut them up?
Yeah, plenty of times.
It's only with the work, man.
The work talks to you.
I had to put it down.
I said, hey, nothing happened on that court.
Nobody talked to you to me.
Only with the work, man.
It's the time.
So let's talk over there at the beach.
Look at me.
Look at me.
Hey, there's a hair ball.
Look at that.
Get your ass in the game.
Well, man.
It's cool.
I took my shit out on the work.
Got down.
So it was like I home.
Yeah.
So it was like I home.
I'm going to say, I'm going to be his work too.
I mean, you could better not talk too much shit.
I'll fly her out.
Got down.
You better leave me alone.
Yeah, that's pretty much anything.
And when you got the opportunity to,
when anybody gets the talking shit
and you can do it, you're going to try.
Mm-hmm.
You just got to have an opportunity.
So ever since the prior, like, I mean,
looking at the literary look at the box quarter,
I think you did that deliberately to figure out who it was.
Yeah, he did.
You definitely looked at it.
I'm like, who is this?
Yeah, you know what it is.
You know what it is.
I mean, for a lot of hoopers, I mean, it probably happens
to a lot of us since the first day we probably picked up
a basketball.
I know for me.
So it's always been somebody talking
and trying to prove themselves.
I mean, that's the beauty of it, though.
Like, that's what you want.
Yeah.
Honestly, because it brings out the best of you.
You should.
You know, yeah.
You know, if nobody's talking to you,
just out there playing, it's kind of like,
that's the only respect you.
So I look forward to that.
Do you ever have a situation like that you can recall
in your career?
Never.
Everybody was nice to you.
They had to be.
I had one goal in mind.
Oh, man.
I'm tired of this shit.
What the fuck?
What the fuck?
It's just a violence.
Why?
Why is it just a violence?
A violence.
This is talking about.
The bigger the bigger the bigger, it's just a...
Boy, I hate you.
I mean, what do you do?
What do you do?
What do you do?
What do you do?
We're talking about?
Slavery hate.
Slavery hate.
I hate you.
My job was like what?
Your daddy was in the NBA, who was your daddy?
Who was your daddy?
Who was your daddy doing?
When I was in high school.
Who was your daddy boy?
Yeah, I don't wanna talk about that.
No, I'm just saying what I'm saying is turning up.
He heard about me in high school, right?
He thought I was Mexican, right?
Because we read the newspaper,
who does Mexican do that for the office point?
Who is the reason to do that for the office point?
Who is this Mexican do the average at all this point?
See, the problem is the last person that says something to me,
he can say directly to me.
He said it to my high school friend,
the high school friend told me,
and I told him to tell him, good luck, right?
We went in the crenshaw.
We already know what happened then.
Right.
That's the last person I haven't talked shit to, y'all.
Yeah, because once, if they, number one in defense,
pressing the whole game,
and you do what you did against them,
it rings around the world, right?
God.
Rings.
So that means in college, nobody said nothing.
I let the team who's going both years.
You don't tell me shit, right?
NBA, I have a 29, 28.
Shoot all the shots, right?
One full flat, you remember that?
One full flat, it was only one player NBA history
that had set it out loud.
I did this, one full, that means if you say anything,
tell me, hook on eye.
That means you had to shut up when I got on the court.
Or, my 29 go be in your ass, okay?
It's cool, you didn't get this, but you understand?
When, ah, ah, ah, you just,
it's past me.
Hey, y'all.
I'm going to get into the 29, do some more else.
Hey, ah, oh, yeah.
When you, when you was on Timberwolves,
did you hear any of those players talking to me?
Nobody's talking to me.
Nobody's talking to me.
Nobody wants to thank you.
36, 38, 39, 36, 38.
Nobody want that on their face, they're going to let me just,
let me get my little 30 and I, I move on.
Not only would you school, are you sure?
I was like, I bought you, I was doing it.
I was either talking, I was talking people.
You're talking to me, I bought you.
I bought you, and it is.
We honestly didn't know if he spoke English or not.
We didn't know he spoke English or not.
What happened when they did this talk?
No, when it, that's why, who was that?
When they did that, when they did that,
I came back the next year, 40, 40, 40, 45.
No, what was going on?
61, 41, 32, 54, 39, 36,
1 after that.
That was through the round.
Through, through, through the round.
By on.
By on.
That was a big show line.
That was next year.
They came up to you before your life.
I missed it.
And then what happened?
See, we all miss.
Right, you remember when you missed it, did that?
Never happened.
What happened after?
Never happened.
See, I missed that.
I missed that free throw, and I was like, oh,
I thought I was going to turn it.
It was a Nick Anderson.
I had to go see a specialist, just to make sure.
They said when Kobe was going through his shit,
he was going to go see this black ops guy.
I want him.
We did black ops for two weeks.
Two weeks.
Two weeks did black ops for two weeks.
What's your name?
Came back the next season.
Demon.
Demon.
Demon.
Game winters.
Everywhere.
John.
Game winters everywhere.
John.
Yes.
I was shooting way before the shot came.
What?
That's when I was allowed to do this.
I don't fight.
I don't fight.
It ends there.
It ends there.
One of a kind.
Oh.
Anyway, did you talk to a man who's on fire?
Never.
Never.
Might get burned.
Might get burned.
Well, you mentioned the brunt we talked about a little earlier.
I've been playing at a different level on the defensive instance.
Coming back after missing three straight games.
We've seen him diving on the floor for loose balls against the nugget.
Excuse me.
That's right.
I watched the headline of DJ.
Did you tell her you didn't read that shit?
Yeah, that's his words.
Defensive, man.
No, no, no.
He typed that.
He typed that.
He typed that.
He said, diving on loose balls.
Energy effort.
You've seen the cut on his knees.
Don't hit continue.
Bracing the childhood party.
It makes I just confuse.
I was like, damn.
I'll get back.
I'll get back.
Kevin Durant in the fourth order.
Did you say somebody cut on the knee?
Diving for loose balls.
Diving on the floor.
For loose balls, man.
So that was a highlight.
Yeah.
A red moment in the gut.
How you seeing the flow of the hustle?
The hustle effort.
I mean, last time you see the 41-year-old jump on the floor.
What's the last time you see one?
Oh, shit.
I wouldn't do it.
Tell him on the floor.
It's gonna stay on the floor.
It's something on the floor.
Gonna stay on the gut then, Flo.
Don't even pick that shit up.
Somebody is not by the dime to it.
Trying to lead by example, man.
You think it's 40?
Yeah.
That's right.
You also talk about him embracing the role of becoming a corner boy.
Shit you got to do, man.
So before the Rockets game, J.J. Reddick,
was asked about LeBron's role with his squad.
He said, the best thing for our team
is LeBron being the third highest-use player.
So you agree with Reddick saying the best thing for the Lakers
is LeBron being the third-highest-use player on that squad?
Third highest-use...
No.
Wasn't that the...
Wasn't he always that?
Why would you play and use him more than a younger guy?
You mean, there he is before.
You mean why would he say that publicly?
He did say publicly.
Why would you say that publicly
if we already knew this internally?
I mean, it's even worse.
Because it's 41.
You got to play in 37 minutes.
What's...
You got Rui, you got eight.
Like, he ain't supposed to play in 37 minutes.
Okay.
So that's the problem then, right?
He ain't averaging 27 minutes to Broadway.
27 minutes to Broadway.
So, J.J. trying to win.
You know, he can't...
You know, you got to play the best option.
It's the best option.
I have him out there as a third option, but on the floor.
So...
Brian playing 33 minutes again.
Yeah, this is my 40th in the road.
Brand third.
But he still...
Remember what I said?
The Bronx can still be LeBron any time he wants to be LeBron.
He can cut it on, keep it on whenever he wants.
It's J.J. them telling him to regulate that shit.
Dallet back so we can bring...
Just like how they told Cole to dialet back for Shaq.
The same thing he had to tell Luca, amen?
What you want to do?
You're going to dialet back so LeBron can feel like he's a part of this.
Hey, Brian, you got to dialet back so Austin can feel part of this.
So now, like Y'all said earlier, Austin and Luca now feel like
they are leading the ship and Brian can play third fiddle.
He can come out and say this shit publicly because they're moving
in the right direction now.
Eight and one, what is it in the last nine games?
Nine and one in the last ten.
So he feels like now we got a certain type of formula
with LeBron playing third.
But you've had to have those conversations before.
You got to let LeBron know, like, look, this is the best formula.
Because he can go out and take over if he wants to at 41.
But when was Brian ever the second option?
When they've all been together,
A.R. has always been number one on the wrong.
No, I thought they were trying to make A.R. the third option.
I thought that was the issue.
Before A.R. got hurt, when they all was, no.
Before Brian got there.
Brian didn't start the season.
So A.R. was playing with.
Then LeBron came back, played number two.
His presence, the A.R. said down.
That's when they were rich.
That's when they were rich.
I'm telling you, they was trying to get A.R. out of there.
Right.
So that made LeBron number two, thinking that we made...
It's just his presence.
Because they were saying, why would you give A.R. to...
They are still going to take more shots to do just taking more shots to me.
He's showing up.
But his words has nothing to do with what you're doing on the court.
He just wasn't hitting.
But you're taking 20 shots and he's taking 13.
You are the second option.
But that's when he's now on the Florida.
So Brian's taking more shots than Reeves this season.
But that's also factoring in.
Obviously, Brian's that's 13.
14 games.
Well, Reeves was playing that all in B.A. level.
It does seem like Austin had a tendency to defer previously.
He's kind of picked up.
It's natural though.
It's hard not to...
Because it's him.
It is.
That's like we've been saying, just like I would just say, his presence is number two.
Thanks.
Production might be three right now.
But he steps on the floor with Luca, he's number two.
There's no Luca, LeBron, presence is number one.
Just his presence alone is that for other teams to be like, oh shit LeBron over there, right?
For the fans, but we still got LeBron.
Got him over there.
So it's still that.
But in order for them to be successful, then that's the conversation that has to be had, right?
At times, like this in order for us to win, like AR has to take the second most shots, right?
He's smart enough to do it.
But in winning, but in winning time, playoff series, just that in the 30s, been there, right?
So that experience there will overcome a lot of other things that AR just has an experience, right?
So having been able to have AR as your number two when you need him, first three quarters, first three and a half, get tough.
We can throw the ball to somebody who we know, he knows how to get fired, the rest respect him.
He's been in every situation that we can fucking think of as a basketball player.
So it's a win, win for everybody, long as this is the way that it's going, right?
Long as AR realized you are number two, right?
But this man presence is that.
So when we need to lean on him in certain times during the playoffs, we don't need you taking the fucking step back three when we don't need that.
That's all.
That's it.
Because you got to lean on trying to stop your own guy.
I can't have AR's number two now.
The reason is, AR's playing a different game.
Meaning we've been there, we've played with players who's been up for their contract.
And the game that they playing ain't the same as everybody else, right?
You got an aggressive game.
Like at the beginning of the season, you're playing one style because you're trying to bank those numbers.
Towards the end, all you think about is what, not getting hurt.
So you're not going to put yourself in certain positions.
Like, if you look at AR, how he played at the beginning of the season's foul, but he don't do that now.
He's not trying to get hit like that.
So he's going to rely more on jumpers than he is going in that lane trying to get hit.
So that's a very different game from AR.
So he, like, because he wants to get to the end of the season without being hurt.
Because when you get hurt, that number changes.
You didn't negotiate with you now.
As long as he walks out of there healthy, I want the 240.
So you're not going to be trying to be cautious.
So anytime you can shoot a three, shoot a jumper, you're going to do it.
You're not going to be sitting there trying to do all that no more.
And that's why he don't get to the free throw line as much.
So that's what a young father, the best way to do that is defer.
So this motherfucker, 238.
Here you go.
Hey, that's the case, didn't you?
Post up, 238.
Here you go.
Well, that's kind of my issue with the Lakers because I feel right now,
with you just saying that, I was thinking about this when I was watching the game.
AR plays the game right now like he's trying to prove himself.
He's trying to make this contract.
He's trying to establish himself as a dominant player,
but it has nothing to do with winning.
For the Lakers, Lucas trying to win.
LeBron is trying to win.
So between those two guys, and you got, like you should say,
he's in his aquifer him to be number two because he has his mind on other things.
And LeBron and Luca both trying to win.
So where you see AR playing,
that aggression is being pushed in certain points of the game where he knows
that he can affect the game.
But if they win or lose, it don't matter for him.
He's not thinking we just lost.
He's like, what was my numbers was?
Like, did I look good enough?
Like, that's because he's going into the summer.
He's trying to get paid.
We know when you try and get paid and that contracts up,
you're not thinking about winning or losing
because you might not be with the team.
You're going to get more money, though.
You don't strike me.
Not necessarily.
Not necessarily.
Not necessarily.
Not necessarily.
Not necessarily.
We're thinking about how much money.
We're thinking about getting the hurt.
He's thinking about how much money.
We're going to get you more money.
So they get to Western Conference finals?
Yes.
We're going to get some more money.
Yes.
He balled.
He has the ball.
Well, the least thing.
He gets there.
I'm not bald.
That number goes down.
But everybody, I ballin' like that a lot.
For him to say what the less he would take last,
$15,000.
No, no, no, he says no.
He has to take last.
But he's done it before.
But if he's ballin' and he take it
through the Western Conference finals,
they have to pay it.
He wasn't playing like he is.
No, he has to take last.
But if he's gone-
I think he would have put twenty million dollars in him.
Yeah.
We got it, I'm just saying.
No, how much, where was it?
Before he went down.
Where was it?
Where was it?
There was 28, 28, 29.
So it went down to 25.
Well, this is only in the span of four, five games.
So, yeah, I'm not going to let you talk to me.
Yeah, he needs everything.
I was talking to this man.
This man is talking about the phone.
We're speaking fucking fact.
No.
His name is not LeBron James Cade.
Or these guys were 25 to 22.
It's the same money.
But this is his first big country.
This is first big country.
I don't know what the fuck he's saying.
We can see it out there.
Oh, well, I can see it.
This is first shot fuck.
You can see.
It's fresh.
It's fresh.
It's fresh.
Oh, you played during your contract.
It's fresh.
It's fresh.
You played it.
It's fresh.
I mean, because you got it.
This man got 200.
This man got 200.
That'd be correct.
Let me correct Nick.
I'm not going to say that he's thinking that.
I'll say what the guilt just said.
We can see that there's visible pressure on him.
That when he's performing, he may not be focused on the outcome
of the game, more than the outcome of his performance.
I need my numbers to be x, y, z.
That's why I was saying when he got hurt,
that was because Brian came back.
And I'm not saying that he set out because he wasn't hurt.
But I'm saying it looked like LeBron could affect
my numbers in my contract year.
And in my contract year, I'm trying to get 240.
So if I want my average to stay at 29, 28,
and I got to sit out with a calf injury for 10 games
when I come back,
I'm expected to hit this 28, 29 again.
Guess what he was hitting?
17, 16.
You can see it on his face.
Listen,
Wimby, right?
If Wimby averages 15 during his contract year, Max.
Potential.
Max.
He's going to get Max.
AR needs all of his stats because his name is AR.
Come on, man.
Everybody don't, like your 25 don't register
like everybody else is 25.
25, 25 for him and 21 from him,
that's 30, 40 million that he can lose.
So when you see him out there and he's going six for 18,
and you like go to the basket,
I don't want to twist, I just miss how many games.
I just miss how many games.
I'm not missing a more games.
I'm just gonna keep shooting these jump shots.
They're pretty going high.
When you play into the line,
we get to the line as the easiest way to get my points.
We've all played,
we've all played on a contract year.
We all've seen players play on a contract year.
His money is real different.
We can tell somebody who we know they own a contract year
because they playing out of pocket.
AR money is good.
It's funny not good.
It's not good.
Everybody play out of pocket.
AR money is good.
What's good?
What is the good point?
He's going to get paid.
Yeah, he's going to get paid.
You don't have to work.
You know, one million is getting paid.
Get paid what though?
200.
But he don't think he probably getting that.
Know what I'm saying?
He can't put that in.
Y'all don't want to pay him.
So the mask in your question.
He's putting this man in.
You say he don't, he's not a number two.
He's trying to get paid.
No, I'm just saying.
You can't just keep putting it in there.
Nobody says he's not trying to win.
And he won six games on the road.
After 30s, I'm asking you a question.
Here, I'm asking you a question.
What is good for what he averages?
Do you think he's going to get paid the same amount
as everybody who's averaged 25?
What is Jellin' Brown?
Jellin' Brown averaged what when he got paid what?
Brown like 23.
He averaged 23.
Do you think he's going to get?
How much is Jellin' Brown?
300.
300.
You said it's money good?
Is it money 300 good?
No.
They're not giving him that.
I'm asking you for putting him.
I'm asking you for putting him.
I'm asking you a question.
Like, say you're putting him with shame and shit.
Like, stop asking them with them guys.
I'm asking you.
He's going to pay him to the guys he's compared to.
But his numbers aren't the guys he's compared to.
He's not a number one.
Jellin' Brown was in the number one, you got it?
So is this 23?
Is this 23?
Is Austin Reed's 23?
25.
But he also played in bigger games.
25.
And what does that mean?
25.
Yeah, Brown won a championship.
Who?
Jellin' Brown took up this money before that.
Yeah, I was going to say, did he win a championship
with it?
They went to the finals before that, though.
Yeah.
And they were going to win.
They were going to win.
They got it.
They were going to win every year.
23.
It is.
One average is 23, 300 million.
He's average in 25.
What is the pay grade difference?
So when you say Austin Reeves is going to get paid,
what is that?
90 million?
150 million?
That would be 90.
200 million.
Worst case, he'll be O.C.
And nobody without the O.C.
He's going to get paid.
He didn't want to.
O.G.
Everybody's going to get paid.
He got 215.
O.G.
Got 215.
5 for 215.
So you think he's going to get 215?
He can get anywhere from 5 to 200.
He can get 5 to 200.
He can get 5 to 200.
He can get 5 to 200.
He can get 5 to 200.
185 to 200.
185 to 200.
185 to 200.
185 to 200.
Yeah.
20 to 200.
She didn't jack up.
You're like two.
Yeah.
So you're going to be asking that 500, 300,
$304 million contract this summer after he averaged 26, I believe.
And so he's right there.
So how much is it?
27, excuse me.
So Jalen Williams is number two in O.K.C.
Right?
Yeah.
That's what his number is.
That's what Austin Reeves is saying.
That's what Austin Reeves is saying.
So O.G.
13.
What kind of game do you think you play?
What kind of game?
What kind of drop?
What am I saying that?
What kind of drop?
If he drop, he drops to 1.
What you missing the point, Nate, what we talk about is his
own.
Everybody should have pressure on him.
Hey, am I missing a shot?
You're like, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
I gotta keep scoring.
No.
Every time I'm missing a shot, it's like, fuck.
I do that.
Everybody does that.
Do you look at the box score?
Do you look at everybody want to make that shot?
Do you look at the box scores at the game?
So I'm not going to say when he missed a shot, he's thinking about his number.
Do you look at the box score after the game?
Yes.
Everybody do, right?
Yes.
Right, because we would care about our performances.
Everybody does.
Right.
So when he's playing on track here, you care about every single game
because your metric is being compared to other contracts.
You're being compared to the other guy in your position.
How much is the average?
25.
How much was the average?
I think he could drop in 15 games.
He was average in 13.
He's not going to drop in 13.
He was average in 32.
He was average in 32.
Got down here.
What I'm saying is, everything matters.
Let's say he dropped, think about what we're saying.
If he's 25 right now, let's say he finishes with 23.
What do you think the impression is?
From everybody around there, those last 15 games of his performance.
He's just happy.
You're a minus two on your score.
I mean, you have some sixes, some five, some tens.
Like, you played, that's bad.
Man, that all that.
We watched Clay Thompson.
We watched Clay.
You scored like this for Luca and LeBron on the court.
You deserve everything.
Did we watch Clay Thompson?
We watched Clay Thompson go through the worst career.
Worst year of his career.
What was it?
18.
18.
19 again.
It was his what?
He didn't get paid.
It was after his...
Remember, no, no, no, no.
He didn't get paid.
He didn't get his extension.
He said, play for him.
Yep.
How do you play?
He's horrible.
He was still like...
Bringing him off the bench.
Like, you know, what you think he was...
Of course, it won't win his four-time champion.
But his money's on the line.
And the pressure kicked in.
Every shot, he wanted it.
I want every shot.
I remember that year.
Yeah, that year was terrible.
That year was terrible.
It was a pressure year.
Come on, man.
We've all been there.
But you think about what he's saying.
He's saying you go from 30 a game to 23.
You say we go to 9 from 25.
He go minus from now.
But why 23?
Because who came?
No, no, wait.
No, no, wait.
It don't matter.
No, it don't matter.
Because the metrics in the perception is going to be...
You were overrated for the points that you had at 28.30.
So now that it is down to 23, is the 23 to real?
The perception going to be...
You could average that if you were one.
We don't know because...
No, no, no, no, no.
Let's see.
I think it's him out.
He's always...
So we're...
30 or 40 every time.
You can't say that.
And when they come back, somebody controls the ball.
Which one...
Which one...
I get what you...
I get what you're arguing.
It is then his reality.
Yes.
The reality is average is 25.
But which one are we paying for?
Are we paying for a 30-game Austin?
We're at number three.
Where?
Listen to what I'm saying.
He was average at 30.
He's down to 25.
Why was he average at 30?
as he had certain people wasn't on the floor and all that.
So listen, so this is a certain version of Austin Reeves,
30, that we seen.
We were like, this is a cold.
Are we getting him?
Are we getting back seat?
I'm playing 10 minutes.
Is that okay?
Which one are we getting?
No, you get him.
So the 30, I mean, 25 is still, I mean.
No, we getting bold.
I mean, we get 25 is playing with all three guys on the floor.
Right, right, right.
We're getting ready.
That means wherever he goes,
we're going to have to play with him.
Well, he's going to get paid as, he's going to get paid as a number two, man.
And then when number one is out, he'll be number two.
Number one.
So he'll get paid, he'll get, because Spurs won him.
But if he goes there, he'll be number one in it, really.
Utah.
He got the mood, he got the mood, because he can't be number two.
Because he is, he, he's going to go in there, but what I'm saying is,
he's getting too, huh?
You got to remember, the Lakers, what team, what team out there will,
you pay him to be a number two with that type of money?
There's teams like, somebody who already has a team.
It's a few teams.
Somebody who has established number one already.
Brought that eight-wink.
Right.
There's Magic.
There's Magic.
The Grizzlies.
They need help.
So, Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies, Utah from that area.
Detroit need a number two.
Portland.
Portland need a number two.
He might be, Portland need a number two, 20.
I'm thinking, I'm thinking, I'm thinking, 20.
220.
Right, I think he get a JLN Williams, as a, it depends on, if you stay where he at,
or he goes somewhere that has established number one already, right?
They have to have established number one in order for him to be.
But look, but if you go somewhere where you can pay him as a number one then,
that's...
Question is here.
If he stays with the Lakers, does he keep 25?
Yes.
Does he stay here?
Where we see him now?
Is this the Austin Reeves Laker number two we gonna get?
What's the ultimate question that we're building for the 54 members?
But Brought is not gonna be there for the longevity,
and to do that.
So, would he go up?
Yes.
Yes.
Of course.
Or stay in that 25.
Or stay there.
What's wrong with him?
Number two, average in 25.
But what the, shit.
The original conversation is the pressure that's on him,
to get that 25 and to keep it, or spoke up.
That's right now.
Come on, see if it's moving.
Let's see if it's moving.
Let's see if it's moving.
Let's see if it's moving.
Let's see if it's moving.
This year, the pressure that we're seeing is that he looks like he's really focused on
proving that I can be a number two.
I didn't mean that.
I mean, for down here, he's not offered two so far.
He proved that.
Listen, I averaged.
He averaged 20 last year, 20.
They offered me 90 million.
Yeah.
Meaning, I had 90 million in my pocket.
I'm like, I'm going to bet on myself.
He did.
Okay.
Do you really think it's about winning?
I'm betting on myself.
Yes.
I don't know what he said.
He just put it in perspective.
Okay.
So, what is that?
I'm betting it.
I'm betting it.
So, do you think I give a fuck about if we win a championship?
Do you think I care about if I averaged 25?
But you tell me which one.
Which one?
I mean, what about both?
You tell me which one.
No, this one.
Well, you tell me which one.
What does conversation mean?
Tell me which one are you focused on at this point of the season?
It's the wrong.
That's why we so the wrong.
I'm going to get focused on both.
I'm focused on both.
Which one?
Which one?
The reality is, like he said, I don't mean to cut you out.
But reality is, like he said, you look at both, right?
Why can't it be both?
Yeah.
But the reality is, this Lakers team, no one thinks it's going to win a championship this year.
Right?
That's the reality.
No, that's the reality that they're not, the roster is not built to win a championship.
So, it's Austin thinking, in fact, it's mine, like.
I bet.
I don't think we're going to win a championship.
But I want to, I'm going to go out to compete.
Right.
And I want to average my 25.
I mean, before, but I mean, what if the morale around is that we're not winning the championship.
I mean, of course, I'm going to go, I'm going to go get my money.
I mean, there's nothing.
I'm betting on myself.
I'm betting on myself.
I'm not betting on my team.
You're betting on myself.
But then they, they, they, they, they you still play.
So the man has your questions.
If he gets, he gets different.
Okay, let me ask you then.
He bet on himself 90 minutes.
Let's say in the playoffs, they put them to the bench.
Uh-huh.
They win the championship.
You think he's happy?
No.
Okay.
Who's happy?
Who's in life happy?
I'm asking you.
Who's in life happy?
You think what dollar was happy?
Yes.
Yeah.
Tell me the shut up.
Wait, wait, wait.
Wait, wait, wait.
You just told me that you have it.
You asked me.
You asked me the question.
You asked me the question.
I asked me the question.
You asked me the question.
And I gave it up.
You got drunk at the parade.
When April $1 got to the bench for Harrison Barnes, and that, and they won a championship, and he won.
Was he happy?
Hell yeah.
He was happy.
Now, if you, if you want a contract year, and they put you to the bench and you all won a championship,
your money's affected.
Are you happy?
No, you're not happy.
It was.
So don't tell me you won both.
There's one that's in front first.
And the one that's in front first is the one you put your family on the line for.
I put 90 million down.
Okay.
Then say I can play better.
Yes.
He's talking about that.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
ık
Okay
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
All right.
Are you saying that we don't know where you're going?
Int −
Of course.
Yeah.
The boat joins us later.
There are two boats.
You have two boats.
I did it.
No.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, just go back like that.
Just back right there.
Let me in here, finish this conversation.
Shit, you sound like you want to cry.
This is so, you know, man, I love all the reason.
I'm gonna put a quarter boys, man.
I'm gonna put a quarter boys, man.
Man, now you, you're gonna put a quarter boys, man.
And to be honest, you sound enough.
You should know who should be speaking real facts.
You sound enough to be.
Not what you're feelings.
You sound enough to be good.
Mm-hmm.
Because I can go to the, I can go to two people stat sheet
who was, who was free ages the same year.
One guy paid one didn't, what was the difference?
I don't know, he's not a mom.
Yeah, I know.
Yeah, all right.
Just saying.
Just saying you all right.
All numbers ain't the same numbers as all I'm saying.
So stop, stop, stop it.
Tell these people the truth.
That some people need to do different things.
No.
Everyone does it for.
Because everyone is not valued the same
outside of their organization.
That's a unique situation.
That's true.
Because you got to think, your numbers don't matter to me.
If I, if you, you're number two over there,
I want you to third.
I want you to third option.
That's true.
I might not need you to number two.
I might want you as the third option.
So I'm going to pay you this.
Either you want to take it or not.
That's it.
Any of the 90 million nowhere.
Any more.
Give it more than that.
What you fighting for right now
makes sense for any other scenario.
But this one's particularly because he bet on himself
and he dropped the 90.
Everybody bets on himself.
But for this one, he had money on the table.
A lot of time.
Money on the table.
So for you to say no to this money and say,
next year, I have to increase my production
to go higher tier for the level I want to get to.
Now, if our team for for 90 versus five
for whatever you're going to get beyond that.
No, no, no, no, I'm saying, no.
I'm saying the team success, the team success
going from six to four, we're four in the West,
where we've been contenders all year.
We have a team that's not built for a championship.
But we can play for the finals.
We can play for the playoffs.
He's bet on himself.
So he's thinking, like his thinking is,
I have pressure on me to increase so that when I bet on myself
that I don't even out,
that they're going to come back and give me the same shit
that I just dropped on the table.
So if I want more, I have to increase.
And that increase comes to pressure.
It has to, but that pressure, but you can see the pressure.
But he's not going to go back to 90.
No, no, in the 15 games, it's not going to drop to 90.
No, but we seen it.
But wait, before these last four games, wait,
I agree with you.
Before I'm saying, pull up the ball up is that's what he had.
Well, I think he had like five straight games, maybe,
where he was like 15, 13, but he had some bad games.
He did, it looked like, to me, I was like, man,
they got Austin going backwards now.
They got Austin going back.
If I better myself, if I better myself,
not even a million and get back to 90, man,
I don't know.
You can't get 90 million.
Is he going to 40?
I don't know.
He's like a nine.
He had a stretcher like nine.
He was a nine.
It'll be, it'll be, it'll be, it'll be,
it'll be 200 and then we'll,
Nigg, 25.
Nigg.
It was nine games that he had where he was going like this.
Sub 20 points there.
Sub 20, right?
So this is where African men just can't, let's put it off.
Let's put it off the cup.
So we're gonna put it all on the cup.
Come back from there.
We're talking, it's a long.
So how it, he's, so how it looked, looked,
It looked like he was going back to what they offered him.
It looked like he was paying for me.
No, it didn't.
But it looked like Jason Taylor, what did he look like?
It looked like he was battling second and third option.
It looked like I didn't know my place on the floor.
What the fuck is that?
The coach.
So what I'm saying, what I'm saying is,
when you're an athlete in that position,
you're nine games trying to figure out
how I'm going to get back to 28.
And I just came back from eating it, right?
Nine games in.
That's a troubling area where we're all watching.
We're like, damn, bro, Austin, don't look the same.
Two games in the scene.
You're like, we haven't had players who are having a good year.
We haven't, you're like, we haven't, we haven't had players
who's having a good year and a contract year.
And them last 10 games come and they injured.
And it go down.
Oh, man, to keep that out.
They want to finish where they want to finish where they,
they, they, they, they, they, they,
because they're team, but they, no, you can't do that.
No, but you can't do that.
You can't do that with the Lakers.
So you, so you, so you mean to tell me,
oh no, so, so with that statement,
you're saying that the team has fighting for a playoff spot
that's third, fourth, fifth, sixth,
the team has fighting for a playoff spot.
And their number two guy got us helping the team
that has stayed at winning and losing.
Has staking winning and losing the team.
Team is fourth to fifth.
Scott fifth, Scott fifth.
Scott fifth, Scott fifth.
Scott fifth.
Here in my mind, I can't blame one game.
A lot of people he did.
He just, he just finished the season.
He literally did it with the bulls.
He told me to finish the season.
He didn't finish the season.
It was a playoff, I believe.
Huh?
I think it was a playoff.
A playoff game?
The series, maybe.
I can't remember exactly.
I remember that Scott did it.
Scottie did it and Mike, Mike was mad.
That Scottie did it.
He said his back was hurt.
Something had been bad.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
But it was contract.
It was contract.
I think it was contract related.
I think it was contract related.
It was contract related.
So man couldn't have backspads with y'all.
The man got six championships.
I'm not going to let y'all shut up.
No, but Scottie did it.
They came out and said it.
They came out and said it.
They came out and said it.
Talked about it, publicly.
Talked about it.
They said it like Scottie was mad like Scottie.
How you pulling this shit with us?
Get cool.
Yeah, cool.
One game.
We told the coupons.
We said that.
All of that shit.
OK, cool.
The team has played for fourth to sixth.
The team right now, the team that the lakers are that's in this position, go put this, I'm
going to sit out the last 15 games so I don't get hurt.
What?
No, that's no.
All right.
Let's keep looking.
You've never seen that before.
No, no, no.
A team that's in the basement.
I don't know.
A team that's in the basement that ain't fighting for nothing.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
That's the same thing as niggas that don't shoot the ball.
Put it in the lakers fighting for it.
Five, four, three, two, one.
What did it?
What did it?
What did it make the fight for it, OK?
I don't want that.
When that player does that, that's just his contract here.
Just open it.
Just build.
No, chances do it all the time.
Contract here or not.
That's it.
Chris Paul.
He don't want to fuck a bitch.
It's 50% of 3% is 0, 3, 2, 1.
And then shoot the bitch.
Players do it all the time because they don't want their field goal.
Potentially, they're 3% is the drop.
Yeah, but in a contract here, I understand.
I understand if the team is in the basement.
Yes.
For sure.
I'm going to pull up the lane.
So my 26, 7, and 7.
And I'm shooting 50, 40, 81.
Whatever it is.
Yeah, the numbers don't change.
All right.
I'm all for it because I can go out there and fish the last five, six things.
All for it.
15 games.
And another dude that ain't been doing what I'm doing.
He's still trying to get his numbers.
So he's going to be out there motherfuckin' going into his.
Uh-huh.
Drop by.
His head's in tween.
He's going under lakers.
Right in tween.
What are the lakers playing for?
Playoffs, but in four and five.
Yeah.
They solidify in the playoffs.
Yeah.
So if they're not a basement team, they should in the playoffs.
Sit out.
Their basement team is not trying to win the championship because the roster.
Because you said the roster's not built for a championship.
So what are we playing for?
That's the reason.
I'm going to be playing for a championship.
And I'm going to do what you'll say the way he's playing.
I'm going to make it look good.
I'm going to come out this bitch.
I'm going to void going to the basket.
I'm going to roll a ankle.
I'm going to make it look good.
But I'm going to shoot jump shot.
Shoot jump shot.
So he ain't sitting out.
He's just going about it a different way.
Uh-huh.
But I still have to preserve my averages.
Yes.
For sure.
I'm going to do that.
I'm going to get my average.
I don't have to put more.
I still have to put more.
Luke is going to sit out a couple of games.
Brian ain't going to be here.
So I'm going to be out and going to get my 42 win.
Yeah.
I'm going to get going.
I'm going to get one of those games.
And I'm thinking about winning though.
Remember that.
Remember that.
At this point.
At this point.
At this point.
But he's been at this point in the season.
At this point in the season.
At this point in the season.
You walk 42 with the win.
Right.
You don't you don't you don't you don't
You gave him your check.
You gave him your check.
Makes him look better.
And they back their countenance.
That's that's where we are right now.
Yeah.
You don't gave him the chest.
And you and they just sitting there counting.
You just sitting there like, yeah.
Making sure nobody coming at you.
So can we speak to you in the back.
He's like right now the count money in front of him.
It's like a lottery thing.
I'm seeing my money cashier right now.
Like yesterday's game.
Did he look happy?
They won.
New York 25 minutes.
They won.
They won yesterday.
She comes numbers.
She comes to a 30.
Denver 32.
I mean.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.

We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
We won.
green means good, red means bad.
No matter how many times you bought tickets
using Seagheek before code arena 10's
going to get you 10% off your next order.
So take out your phone, open the Seagheek app
and add code arena 10 to your order.
So let's talk about the rocket side of things
briefly if we can.
I used him for in five in their last nine games.
Like me no more man.
So seeing double teams, nothing new for Kevin Durant
with Durant often calling the strategy a gimmick
or joke defense because it typically isn't sustainable
while the gimmick worked for the Lakers Monday
with Katie putting up just two points in the second half
on one of five shooting.
Those points came in garbage time on a label
with about 30 seconds ago in the game.
Lakers also for six of Durant's seven turnovers
in the second half, including a Flaker file
when you push often reads midway through the third quarter
and in eight second violation in clutch time
in the fourth quarter.
So Durant was asked about dealing with the Lakers
double teams after the rocket's loss offered this response.
Kevin what what are some of the things that can be done
to avoid those double teams with you at the top of the key.
I mean, I don't know you're asked.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I think we just got to convert.
You almost didn't maybe I got to just got the way
getting the corner space to flow out for other guys.
I think just that when I get the ball getting certain teams
they're just going to set out and just say, you know,
we're just going double and play loads on behind
and see what happens.
And if we give an open shot, that's cool.
But maybe I just need to get out the way, you know,
be honest, set screens, be able to be ready to catch
and shoot just space to fly for my teammates, you know,
it's been happening throughout the season.
But, you know, I'm starting to figure out.
I think I just need to get out the way and let other guys
dribble the ball.
Just needs to get out the way let other guys dribble the ball.
Bad.
I said dealing with those double teams swaggy.
I want to be a corner bad.
We know how to set them yet.
But I, NBC, I'm going to do your favor, Katie.
I'm going to finish your sentence for you.
And you need to go ask him a, you need to go ask coach.
Like I finished it.
Since you can't say.
Yeah, he wants to say I finish it for you.
Go ask him a why he got me in this situation constantly
throughout the season.
You imagine how he looking at the ball in the huddle.
He looking in the other like we doing this again.
Go ask him why we ain't got to play.
You know what I mean?
Got that.
Quit putting me in the picking roles so they can double me.
Like go.
Go.
The middle of the floor every possession so they can double me.
So he's really being the corner nigga like he's saying.
He's saying maybe I should get out of the way.
But you're being the decoy.
They're trapping you at the top of the key.
So they could play back side basketball.
But the back side guys that you depending on and guys
is going to make the right place.
So you you're going to defend.
You're doing it to a man.
Like Jocicobi.
If they get it, even I've seen.
What's big boy number 10?
What's his name?
Jabari.
He got the ball right there.
He just won't shoot that little migraines right there.
Yo, they need a point.
Yeah.
That's been there.
Read out there.
That's been there.
They do need a point guard.
They need motherfucking people who can make a basket.
And they need a point guard.
I need a shooter.
I need a shooter.
I need a shooter because I got the ball.
I need a shooter.
No turn over.
It's easier for Kay.
They need a point guard.
No, no, no, no, no.
Okay, if they're doubling K.D., right?
They're doubling him.
What is the point guard going to do to stop the double?
Nothing.
That's a point guard that can score.
So, Kay, K-D, K-D, K-D, K-D, K-D, K-D, K-D, K-D, K-D, K-D.
How about this?
How about that?
Let me hear.
But that's for him, man.
He's suffered as a scoring point guard.
For him, for him.
Well, man.
Why am I not able to do it?
It's a better scoring point guard than Fred Van Vee.
Come on, man.
He's a way better scoring point guard.
Wait, what?
Read Shepard is a better scoring point guard than Fred Van Vee.
100%.
Fred is a better facility.
He can actually go out there and find shit.
But you don't need that.
You need somebody like Reed that could go get you
some firecracker buckets.
That's what he's been doing.
Is the other guy, is the three in the four?
Yeah, man, can't score.
Yeah, that, no, you're saying the wrong.
They can't shoot the ball.
So, if you're a double in me and you're a comfortable double in me
and I pass the ball and you know they can't shoot,
I'ma keep double.
I'ma keep double.
They're not Reed.
Okay.
But we missed it.
Everybody, we missed Santa's day.
They needed a point guard though that can score.
They need a wasn't with the Kyrie.
They need one of those type of players.
I need shooters around me.
So you can't, you need double.
You need double.
If I pass the ball, I got doll.
I got doll.
I got doll.
You need 38%.
I need these.
They have a bit different thing with family.
I need.
You need shooters, bro.
You need niggas that can hit it.
37, 38% clip from the three.
Eason, Jabari, they are inconsistent.
We're hitting that bitch from 35%, 34%.
You need more consistency out of it.
Okay.
So all he needs is just shooters.
It was five to two out of two.
Five to 26.
Right.
Right.
Jabari should be, but he's not.
It's getting double.
Right.
Okay.
He's not.
He's old streaky.
He's streaky.
Reach up.
There's only shoot out there that you can put out there.
Then go and bend out.
Double thing.
Jay Sean Tate is not a shooter.
Yeah.
That's not an overtation.
Then it's home.
So that's the moves on our shoots.
Okay.
So what's their dolls like to this one?
They're drivers.
Okay.
Then they go all the loose.
We need to win.
That's why they're third.
Right.
That's why they are.
What they are.
But you need shooters.
The capitalize on these strategies.
That's a strategy.
Jay Jay's like, we're going to make them beat us on the back side.
We're going to live or die with them shooting these jumpers.
So what's their issue last year?
So what's their issue last year?
Young.
I don't know.
This young?
Yeah.
Not going to go to guy.
Go to guy.
That's a big issue for them.
Okay.
No, they happen to go through.
They were young.
They never go to guy.
And then Fred goes out.
So we give up on everybody.
And then we get this.
But then Fred goes out.
Then the chain is everything.
Fred went out.
Fred tells us they say everything.
I'm telling you.
So Fred was there.
He could shoot too.
We got off Jayland and bring Katie in because we think we can depend on Katie more than
the fourth and we could have Jayland.
Yeah.
Right.
More consistent.
This.
We think we got everything else that we need.
We can bring Reed along Shepplet or bring Reed Shepplet along, slow let him become who he's going to be.
Steven Adam.
Right.
Why haven't we sang him?
He heard it right now.
And he ain't having it down here.
I'm going to say he was last year.
I'm going to say last year.
He was last year.
We would step up this year.
He ain't took that.
So they become the kids going down Hertz as well.
So do you think because of Katie though?
Because he came in.
Because last year he was.
No.
The ball was always in his hand.
St Come.
amb with a lot of Music down here though.
He had a pretty poor live, he'd been fucked up.
He'd been fucked up.
Right.
So what the hell?
Why?
You can still play without pain because Katie does you expect him.
Right.
He's not on the floor so if he's not on the floor we're going to double him.
Every time the big wins dunking w let everybody all shoot the ball.
the ball. Do that mean shoot three? No. But they don't know what to do on the backside.
We're not playing man. We're playing. We're doubling you. We're sitting on somebody's
zone. I ain't going to. You're doing a triangle. That means. Nick, guess what? Zone. Three
other people. Yeah. Four other people. Yeah, shoot. Guess what? So when you get in
double and you throw at the Dreymond green, what Dreymond will do? Thank you. And what
team's going to do? Shoot. Shoot. Drey. So it's not shooting. Shoot. Cutting. You got
a cut. You got that. Man. Look, you know the road. Hey man can shoot that mid. He can
shoot a free throw line. They don't shoot those. But he can shoot. They don't. He can't.
They don't make it in from there. No, make it in from there. Two people right here. Shoot
it as a goal. I mean, I want to shoot a three. Just to shoot it. But you're open. Shoot in
the shot. I'm open if I step in too though. Everybody can shoot. I step in cold. Then you
shoot. I can step make it in. We can. We can't. You can't. You can't. I can't.
No, you can't make shots. I'm just saying. You can shoot. We can't make you. See
everybody will shoot it. You need shot makers. You need shot makers. No, you need shot makers.
I saved you.
Hey, hey, you!
Should've taken all the shot.
I grabbed the gun, yeah, I grabbed the gun.
Should all shot.
Should all shot, should all shot.
Remember, remember, remember, you had to kill me.
You just feel it.
We're at the, we're at the second half, yeah.
I had to take it away.
It's more the life.
It was like, baby boy, Mill, man, man, man.
Man, come on, man.
Come on, come on.
Come on, come on, come on.
Look a moment, you're sad.
Come on, man.
Remember that, you're just like sad.
It's gonna be okay.
I'll be still like to hear.
I came to him with that tag guard.
Seriously, whatever he was mad as shit.
Never came into the gun.
Guns and butt, man.
Guns and butt, man.
Guns and butt, man.
Guns and butt, man.
There you go.
Watch his mom's.
That was capped.
That was capped.
Making cases, shit.
Who?
Yeah, I said.
Yeah, I said.
Yeah, man with that.
Young motherfuckers.
I didn't want this like the most.
You know, man, don't be mad.
The real estate, man.
It's real estate.
I was not a stand between, why he,
they're good.
That's what I was thinking about.
I don't want to be in the ball.
Stop, man.
I don't want to be in the ball.
I don't want to be in it, man.
Long.
Come on, Joe.
You ain't saying shit in the wild.
I got you.
I got you.
They can't stop.
Hey, man.
Will it be smart for them to step in?
No.
Are you think they're teaching them?
You don't think they are stepping in, bro?
No.
No.
No.
Did you like it?
I'm open.
I'm going to shoot the game, man.
I'm going to shoot the game.
They were breaking my line of shit, getting a lot of offense
and rebound breaking the whole strategy was to get the ball
at the Frito line and make a play.
A couple times they got the ball, they bounced past it
to aim and he dunked that bitch.
Sometimes they got it, they threw the lob to them.
But when they dropped and that toothed,
it was a two, basically a two-one tooth defense.
So they trapped them at the top.
Once they passed it, they dropped back
and they made them pass to the corners and shoot the corner threes.
I didn't.
You missed five.
I want your one more, warm up.
Five, five, six, and then you move back out.
Then you back up.
Shooters.
Bro.
You normally make all your fitties, right?
Yeah, you know what I'm talking about?
Easy, bro.
No one broke up.
No one broke up.
Popcorn poppin.
Hey, smell the popcorn.
It's different than you just in there with no popcorn.
With no lights.
That's just a crown.
Easy shot.
I would rather have that shot than a three to start.
We take that because we shoot the ball.
I'm not.
Think about guys who don't shoot the ball.
Like this is like.
Hey, guys who don't shoot there.
They got a back door and all you do is just get the little layoffs, but we need you to
hit this shot.
You wide open.
Yeah.
Fuck.
Yeah.
I was at six flags.
What the fuck?
You were at six flags, weren't you?
They still have fun, okay?
Ain't it getting shut down?
Yeah, fun, okay, it's cracking, but the rise is really getting shut in and that shit
in the morning.
Picking two.
My man.
I was fucking.
I was gonna say.
Yeah, when they lower the bar.
I did look, grab, come on.
I'm gonna forget you.
I'm trying to be kicked out of that.
If it ain't to show the joint.
I got it right by myself.
I had to turn this way.
Yeah.
He's hitting it.
He's hitting it.
Tonight it's cracking.
I'm comfortable in that.
No, man.
Fuck you.
He's joints out of the way too.
They got the height restriction on the thing.
I'm not here.
I'm too tall for that.
Well, we let's see.
No.
Let's see.
I'm going to be there.
I'm going to be there.
I'll be there, right now.
You know when you're a good bachelor.
Hey, and eight, and eight.
Eight.
You know, ain't slanted.
Yeah, the great man.
No, he slanted himself.
No, he's playing with me.
You can't say you're not a certain person.
And then when you play that person,
you are that person.
Seven in the loving good.
Seven in the loving good.
Eight, nine and eight.
Who is saying that?
You don't supposed to want to be like him, right?
Clutch buck is down the shelf.
I know, no, that, so that means you had two the whole time, man.
Is that what you said?
You had two to four.
Turned it on in the fourth.
What I'm saying is if you don't want to be that player,
when you play that player, don't be that player.
Oh, shit.
Yeah, you show us that you're not that bad.
Show us that, you show us.
This is you.
But that's the problem.
That's the problem.
That's the problem.
He always trying to show everybody.
I mean, yeah, past the ball here,
I want to show I can do this flow to it.
I want to show this shit.
But he's not.
No love.
He's trying to show you all the time.
You know what fight got traded, right?
From Chris Paul, you know what you got to do?
You know, you know what they do it every year.
It's going to be the last game of the season.
The last two games of the season, everybody's not going to play.
It's going to be him out there.
And they're going to feature him to hold.
35.
Do you?
Eight, eight, eight.
Devil is out.
Do you?
My fuck, a five for four to five.
Now you ask, click a pellet.
Five for four to five.
Now you ask, Clint.
All right, well, they're going to break you.
They're going to break you.
They're going to break you.
We don't want nobody to cut.
We don't want nobody to get open.
Yeah, hold it.
All right, let's keep this thing moving.
It is our first day in the new studio.
We're trying to make sure that the YouTube is still working.
Let's go ahead and hit that like button,
trying to see something right quick.
Yeah, let's see.
Would you try to see?
Yeah, I'm trying to see if the like button works.
Let's see if they hear.
Oh, that's the only one button they're working this bit.
It's easy.
Okay.
How many likes they got?
That was easy.
I'm going to fall.
Here's a thumb up the line in.
It's the thumb up.
Don't you like?
Hit the thumbs up.
Would you just give them a goal?
Hey, get the 2,500 before we end it.
Boom.
I'm going to be keeping the chat.
I don't believe it goes.
God never had to be going up.
We got close to 20,000 people in the chat right now.
Let's run it up.
Let's go to back to basketball.
Our last topic of day for we take off.
SGA currently the front runner to win a second straight MVP.
This past Thursday, Shay etch his name in the record books.
Break it and tie with Will Chamberlain to set the record
for the most consecutive 20 point games.
In NBA history, let's take a look at what went down.
Record second, record setting bucket came midway
through the third quarter of the thunders
went over the south, when SGA hit a midi.
And Baylor Shireman's grill finished the game
with 35 points and 9 assists, going 13 for 18
from the field, 127 straight games.
SGA celebrated the record with a trip to the grocery store
or rocking an unreleased Zipperless pair
of his converse Shay 001 shoes, which
was a call back to this viral moment
from season two of Netflix starting five series.
Ever repeated outfit?
Oh, never.
It's impossible, yeah.
Unless it's like going to grocery store,
you wear gray sweats and a black hoodie.
But like to a game?
No, never in my life, you know.
You got to the grocery store?
Oh, no, I don't.
I guess so.
So as if the 127 straight games with 20 or more points
wasn't impressive enough, SGA scored 20 plus through three
quarters and 113 of those 127 straight games
with a thunder going 103 and 24 during that stretch.
So again, when you look at this record,
we've talked about a previously, but how big of a deal's SGA
passing will with the most consecutive 20 point games
and it be a history?
It's probably outside of Bill Russell's 11 rings.
It's probably the biggest milestone the NBA has had.
And to be honest, it's being treated like it's not something.
Yeah.
Like this was a possible thing he did.
The person who held it was Wilk Chamberlain,
who was more athletic, stronger, jump-tired,
and everybody in his era.
The reason that Shae got a chance to beat is because they kicked
him out of the game with four minutes into it,
where he would have had about 300 of them.
Because, I mean, I can respect Wilts,
but for the most part, there wasn't even gold tending.
Office of gold tending when he played.
So majority of his basketballs, he blocked his teammates shot
to get it.
They took a jump shot.
You fucking know, he just intercepts it and made it
to himself a lob.
Right?
So a lot of his points came from there's new rules now.
So the fact that a guard wasn't an offense of gold tending
when he first started.
They had to pull it, they pulled that in.
Oh, shit, it's getting ridiculous now.
So he's the re, that jump shot looks short.
Yep, let me grit, let me just grab it.
You know what, that jump shot look like a jump shot.
Let me just go ahead and put this in.
So the fact that you have a guard who did this is impossible.
I mean, it's possible because he did it,
but you know how mentally focused and downed in,
you have to be, this is crazy.
Like a bad game is 20 something points for him.
That means like, you know, when you have a bad shooting night,
you know, we Katie again, double, like he's
then seen it all in the NAS 100 and something and still has done.
That this is one of the biggest benchmarks
that NBA has seen from an individual standard.
Because if we go back and say,
we'll take away his, the goal, we call goal ten
and now off as a goal ten,
and we should see where his number really was.
Well, they introduced that summer at 61.
He started that streak, I believe.
Is it?
Is it because who it is though?
Who?
Because then they make it like a bigger issue
when the Brown was doing like the double did.
10 plus points.
Yeah, double did the streak.
Yeah.
We're 2,199 again.
That's, that's a lot.
2,199 again.
I mean, the shit, that's, that guy doing that?
That's what I'm saying.
All of it, all of it is impressive, man.
Yes.
When somebody holds 40 points,
five times, nine times straight, that's impressive.
You gotta be doubted.
This is the NBA.
That's crazy.
Yeah, this is crazy.
Like when people, when you're talking about like dialed in.
This is crazy.
We, these guys are making this shit look normal.
This is crazy.
Because not.
When Westbrook did them four years, not normal.
Because people trying to stop it.
That's the thing.
The people trying to stop it.
That's the thing about it.
83 bam.
People are trying, not normal.
People are trying to stop it now.
It's the game better.
Depends on when you started watching basketball.
That's the competition.
You know what I mean?
Like, you know, like 80s.
That was the first time they said,
they think that era was better, right?
90s basketball.
You don't think that era is better.
It's whatever era you grew up on.
When did you fall in love with basketball?
That's the era that's better.
I was just realized something.
I'm really disappointed in LeBron.
Well, what do you mean?
What do you do now?
He should be here.
He should have been here.
He should have been here.
He should have been here.
You got the 1200 and 90 games of 10.
What's more?
I don't think he was driven to this record.
I don't think he had no net, though.
I ain't got a lot of 10 points.
I'm just trying to get team.
What's more impressive?
More impressive.
What I'm saying is like,
12 on could have done this.
How many years are there?
How many years?
Two years it took shade to do this, you know?
It's just like, oh, 100 games with 10.
12 on a game with 10.
12 on a game with 10.
They did this in two years, bro.
This record.
But it's still going.
Still going.
And he's still going.
Ron did this 10 shit for 20 years.
Come on, bro.
That's him.
Come on.
If he was thinking, if they told him year five,
you have this mini 20 point games, you could be blue.
He don't need to.
He would have never, he would have never went out
of 20 again.
Yeah, he would have.
No way.
Shades is coming.
This is probably nearly 19 years long.
That's the thing.
19 years long.
That's the thing.
19 years long.
That's more impressive.
That's more impressive.
The night, okay.
So what LeBron did, that's, I mean, you're talking about,
I don't know if he might as going to do that.
Cause I know Jordan did that shit too, right?
Right.
LeBron today.
Had to be close.
He had to be Jordan.
No, I'm not going to say, he had to be close.
Hold on a minute.
He had to be Jordan.
He had to be Jordan.
Jordan would only, on the 10, maybe two times in his career.
Yeah, look.
And I think Wizards was one of them.
He had six years.
And they like seeing games like that, bro.
Who Jordan?
Who's Jordan?
866.
866.
I don't even know the name.
I wasn't even close with it.
He had eight years.
I didn't even close.
He didn't even close.
I didn't even close.
What was your years from Jordan and Jordan?
Cause the Wizard was 86-2001.
Yeah, see LeAi?
See Kenyan 86 till his wizard year.
Yeah.
10 points, 10 plus points again.
Oh, you God.
Damn.
Yeah.
It always comes back to LeBron.
Yeah, always cool.
Yeah, it's just a point.
If you're going to break all the red, it's break all the guys.
Don't so short me shit got you know I want to be able to see LeBron all the way down
I can tell you this who played basketball LeBron James
John Stockton's record
With 82 needs to be re-look that and praised
Which one we done seen some passes in our lifetime. Oh, oh this is record. We done seen Chris Paul
Have a hell of a virgin 10 for his career. We seen LeBron James was in the fact that the record is not even close to be in touch
Let you know what he did
Like somebody's records we look at allow you to go catch and then you realize
You need to do what for how long and he played 82 games 16 season
Through the fuck was he passing to
Thank you. Hey Carl. I got 40% his buckets. Okay, wait a minute. Yeah, where was Carl Malone on all time list?
Number three. Mm-hmm. So you got the number one dude passing to the number three dude these two
They attend them, but it's this is changed in
You couldn't dribble back then
You dribble that's not a six
Picking roll this male man stocked into Malone bounce pass
Me and you we gonna break some reaction though. Yeah, that's efficient
For sure
10 again. What is it 11 a game for a stock? Yeah, man a day. Hey, what he did all?
That's a statue that industry. I like to see no, I'm talking about now. I'm talking about shape
That's a stage record. I would like it to complete a lot more that you said statue from where it's like it's cool right now
It's cool right now. I would like to see you get to 300
Where to be impressive? Oh, we're we had previously only seen 126
Okay, now now we're not what he said before know it if he don't get kicked out of that game
Yeah, because it went 126 ejection. I think the 90s straight after
Just a question
He has the record right now
And you wanted to extend into someone takes it away from you
Good as a coach
Do you care what the score is
If he don't have it
Like if we up 30 and he only got eight are you keeping him in to do it as the coach you should not care
You shouldn't care you as the coach you should not care
Is that ethical though? You're gonna you gonna take him out as a coach you should not care
Because
What's worse you got it? You got it you said you got this job
30 day up 30 you know how you getting ready to take him out of the fold you get this to fold by the start
You're going to take him on a bench. You didn't mess the record up. Yeah, he barely got it this last time
How many how many does he have on the 10 because heaven for me? I'm gonna give him a chance
I got to give him a chance. Yeah, I gotta get a chance. I'm a time let him for 12. Oh, I'm for be
Time for you know why you know why you know why I don't get I as up because at some point
Someone's gonna be chasing your history, right? Yeah, and
You don't you don't win this far
And if I have 12 more minutes as a coach
To get you one more inch. I have to do that because I don't want you to look at me and say man
You took that inch away from me. I can't do that. Well, how about I get so I leave you out there for the 12 and you don't fucking get it anyway
Then that's you
My part
To the water if you want to treat us your faults
Shake quam bark Lee
Broke that record and what do you do the coach did not let him do that I think he took himself if he took himself coach
Ask him so you want to go take himself out you said you you'll turn him out of your arms away from breaking that you want to do because he
Know what can happen. He run him off a ball one more time. He know what happened. He preserved a record for he know what could happen
He know what could happen
He know what could happen. He run that ball one more time God damn it
Because he could have got it and you can you your career could have been already running ball again, too
Cuz I'm a coach, right? Yeah, I'm a coach. My I can't lease. I can't lose say quam bark. No, no
What I mean is I'm a coach yo yo yo record works with me, too when I'm trying to job
Yeah, you know, you know, we broke. Yeah, we broke this record. That's a group
Only one of us gonna lose our job, but that was a story here
That was a story year that won a championship. He had an an incredible running like that whole situation was like
You can break the record. He said he's still broke it all like with the playoffs though, too
Oh my god, he's fat skinny
Oh, bro
Nick, we weren't on top with the belly like that. That's disgusting brother. You see me and I ain't gonna fight you get swung
I'm looking at you like you supposed to get in the shape for a fight. You see it though
You see it. Nick stopped all I mean in and that's all you got to do. Oh, man. God. That's great
No, man, listen, cuz you look skinny up here like oh, yeah
It's gonna stop man
Right here right here
Yeah
I need to get yeah, you got extra medium. I got you that example. We're gonna take that example
We're getting the example in the stuff. There's you right people going blind. They say do's in that shit
And they go on blind
No, that's a
All came back in the summer
So shall you talk about the streak actually extended it to 128
In the Thunder's win over the Wolf Sunday, but it came down to the wire
So let's take a look at those highlights. We were talking about he had 10 points in the first three quarters
Entered the fourth quarter with just 10 points
Have 14 with a little over three minutes for Manning then he hit this three-pointer
Hey, and Ant Man's bro
Ant man to get it from 17 and then
So doesn't become bad basketball if you don't have it in these
Situation like this so
I think he was chasing it right here though. I think he was actually he was just trying who I think it's personal
I think it's personal like
No, no, no, no, no situation. Yeah, like Anthony Amherst is out there. Yeah, I think he's not playing right
And he got that situation where he is he
Yeah, but it looked like he's chasing if he's not playing Anthony Amherst
Seventh for 22 from the field in that game like I mentioned 14 with three minutes to go
They were up 13. I mean, I've been shooting the fourth quarter is what I'm how many fourth quarter shots did you have?
Is what I had three or four shots it yeah, and the fourth to score 14
No, cuz he had ten, but he scored 14 and fourth
They shot in the middle for the end of that with the 30 out of the end of the 20 more bear 20
Yeah, and that's what you guys have that yeah, it didn't matter. He was gonna stay in
He was gonna stay until you got the 20. So you just say the 10 for the first three quarters 10 in the first three quarters
Yeah, he took six shots for four for six in the fourth quarter
But you know, but
That's great man is going to play him like
I'm holding you
I'm holding you
I don't want to be the one to do it. Yeah, I think I wanted to one he wanted to beat them
One I think I wanted to win that guy because they was up
And then he wanted to break the street. He wanted to be able to say I beat with not only we win
But I broke I was the one to break
They had the marketing campaign ready, but so as you all get said
Seventh for 22 did have ten assists in that game. Just one turn turn over. He was asked how cognizant
He was with the streak in the fourth quarter while still trying to get the win
I didn't care about anything besides one of the game as usual
The game tonight was like so junky low scoring
Um, yeah, yo had a defense or a big one. Yeah, it's like no surprise
That's impressive. It didn't like to me look at it. I don't know. Yeah, those type of games have never mattered
It's just about walking out of here with a w
Crazy if I have a night like I have tonight and we win the way we we win tonight for the rest of the season
I'll be the happiest guy in there. So
The winning is all that matters
Winning all that matters. Get with him. Five seconds of FGA talking. You took your head off how to lie so far
slammed it on the couch it landed perfectly right here if you could look at this mother
Look how it's had landed. We did not touch it no special face. All right now is back
Go why'd you take your hat on put it back home?
I
Like I get it. I know you supposed to say all the right things
I get it man, but come on man
You make cuz you're making it hard for everybody else when you see you say the the media perfect
answer
We was winning
We was winning before I tried to get my next got damn folk 10 points
Right the first three quarters yet. I'm trying to win and you know, I'm not gonna chase it, but
This is a record
And you know the other person talking shit to him. Yeah, it's a record. It's a record. I'm playing against him
Yeah, I'm holding you out the same point like it just is like we always know what we got
What we do for the most part and let's we just go on some shit just three here two three
Steel this and we we lost track. We got 16 and state
Yes, but for the most part and it's how we do it and it's how you see a player score and look back and then do that
Looking at the score. Yeah, look at how much looking at how much I got he was doing it like I don't know if y'all watch the game
I was watching that fucking game bro the whole game
And man wanted that matchup with him
Every possession that he could he wanted to guard him
I didn't see the same thing on the other end
But it's not because she didn't want that matchup. It's because she got fucking wireless
Endort and all the niggas to guard and got McDaniel's but I think he got in foul trouble early
So it was all up to end and he took the challenge
Literally, so down the stretch when he hit the three in his face
That was one of them. I know I'm almost there and once I get this 20. I'm my mother go sit my ass down bro
So you got a couple more possessions to stop me. He get that foul in the corner
I think that took the air out of Ant-Man. I took the air out of him
He only had 19 so he ain't got a record though
He had a bad night too. Yeah, I'm a defender and I can get SGA down to less than 20. I'm talking for sure
Even in 20. I'm talking 20. I mean
He was in the end and I'm gonna let him know about it too. Oh
Yeah
When he got bad he was like
I was a kid about that sent me
You got into the project
I was standing on he didn't want to make that shit. Oh, no
I pass it to the guy who thought was gonna miss it like I know he's shooting 49 percent
Probably would have passed it back. I built for you
Missed this workers is the most impressive thing
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah for a guard
For a guard inside of the one
But it's a hundred and one point. No, man, but look
I mean, but just the fact that he's at that size as a guard
Have you seen his post ups and like the last you know the last players to do it reach it was
Katie and Jordan. He got a little like family. I got I watch I watch some old basketball games
I watch some old basketball games man and I
I seen a competition. I seen the hatch that you jumping from the feet though line and you doing all this and you elbow over here everybody at your belly button
There's a reason you average 50
50
Just get a ball just
You need you gotta just don't know it don't know it. Huh three
They had to put three seconds office ago think about the rules they had to put in office ago tending
It is called it's for wilt. He was a group which is now. I don't know when did I put the three seconds in I'll do that
She wish you do it again
When they put the three seconds in then they then they put her don't we'll got another rule that you can't shoot your free throw jumping
Pass it cuz it's just a jump pass. Yeah, yeah, it's a jump pass and lady in lady bitch
Like for free throw but but that's what I'm saying when he's shooting free because he couldn't shoot the free throw. He'll run in later
Jump from free throw. Yeah later. I've been around for a while. Yeah, I don't think I'm super long, too
But that's what I'm saying so something some some of them them records is like yeah
I mean, but it wasn't a rule then so
Those were the days. All right. We're good place for us to wrap up. Please get back to celebrating our same Patrick's day. Well hold up. Oh, yeah
