Well, yes, he's what theologians call "omnipresent." But that doesn't mean he's manifesting in power. He typically looks to Christ-Followers to set the stage for that. There's a special "God Spot" potential when two or three gather in the name of Christ. He's present as "Caesar Christ!" Christ-Followers can move the needle with this Kingdom Dynamic.
