844-844-i-heart.
I'm caught up in the game.
My attention is on every play and every whistle.
But what I'm missing is a signal coming from my kidneys.
That signal isn't like a ref's whistle.
It's more of a silent SOS, which could be warning me of an increased risk for events like heart attack or stroke.
And a way I can catch that signal?
A simple urine test called UACR.
If you have type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure, talk to your doctor about the UACR test.
Detect the SOS.
Visit the UACR website.

Coming up here in about 10 minutes, you do not want to miss this.
Blake Jones joins us.
One of the stars of the very popular dumb zone podcast.
And he is in an incredibly awkward situation.
But it's an awkward, awesome situation.
An update on one of the weirdest stories of the year.
And if you haven't heard the story, don't worry.
You can hear it from scratch coming up next.
But right now, it's time for this.
Are you excited?
It's time for this.
It's time for this.

I have good news and bad news if you live in Dallas.
We'll say Dallas County.
Do you want the good news of the bad news first?
Bad.
Let's do the bad news.
That sounds good.
Oh, that's good production value.
Yeah.
Dallas is the worst city in Texas for allergies.
I believe it.
Yep.
Worst in Houston.
According to the new study from the asthma allergy foundation.
The AAFA.
Dallas is the second.
No, it's the worst city in Texas for allergies.
Now last year was the second worst city in the United States.
Oh, wow.
For allergy sufferers.
Yeah.
You know, my family, we all suffer from allergies.
I guess everybody does.
I don't really, I don't know.
Maybe there's people who are unaffected by it.
But our family is massively impacted by it.
I've just been on allergy medicine my entire life.
You know.
And I think I've slowly developed allergies the longer I've lived here.
She's getting older, I think.
She's getting allergies when you get older.
Because I've never dealt with allergies.
And now it does, it does evolve over time.
I used to get allergy shots as a kid.
Because I was allergic to so much crap.
Like, especially anything that was green.
Seasonal allergies was brutal.
And then you build up an immunity to it.
But then you stop doing those allergy shots.
And then it's just slowly come back over time.
This says that Austin, San Antonio, Houston,
all better than average compared to the rest of the country
because they have lower pollen counts than the rest of the country.
Is that right?
Interesting news that I did not know.
So that's enough of the bad news.
Let's go to the good news.
Yeah.
Sounds like a safe by the bell or something.
You know, let's try another one just to see.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Here's the...
That sounds like entertainment news.
It's okay, Cynthia.
You guys ready for the good news?
Yes.
Let's do it.
All right.
That was cost-deliving.
Dropped in 2025.
How is that possible?
Fantastic.
It's good.
How is that possible?
I'm choking.
The cost of living has dropped.
Yeah, skin.
If KT started to choke there.
Yeah.
If he was choking and dying,
would you try to give him the Heimlich?
I would immediately turn to Faggerback,
the voice from Patrick
on SpongeBob and be like,
hey, can you help KT out here?
He's in a pickle.
Yeah, I'd help him out, dude.
Really aggressively.
You guys ever choked?
Yes.
Well, like choked to the point of,
like...
He didn't answer very fast.
Yeah.
Ever once a while,
I'll swallow something the wrong way,
no fence skin.
Not taken.
And I'll have a little coughing.
But anytime I've been asked to choke someone,
I've said no.
You respect women.
And men.
When I'm on a date.
How many times a week does that happen?
It's only happened once in my life.
But I did decline it.
Yeah.
No, I'm good.
It just felt like a setup.
Yeah, all right.
Giant hands.
Yeah, tiny neck.
Bare paws on there.
It didn't seem loving.
You've got to hear this next.
Before we get there,
I want to talk about our friends at Reliant Air Conitioning.
877 Euro.
That's the number to call to set up your spring tune up.
Now's the time to get them out there to
make sure that your air conditioning system is
hitting on all cylinders before we get into those
super hot temperatures that are going to be here
like this weekend.
I know it's crazy to think about today as cold as it is
outside,
but it's going to be hot this weekend.
I mean, crazy hot.
And so, make sure your air conditioning system is up for the
challenge of the Texas summer.
And it's just $85 to do the spring tune up.
$85.
And they make sure that your air conditioning system is
hitting on all cylinders.
Now, a lot of companies you call to do these tune ups
because we also do these tune ups.
A lot of them send a salesperson to your house.
So they're not even sending a technician.
Their goal is to try to sell you things you don't need.
That's not what they do at Reliant Air Conditioning.
They only are there for the tune up.
They'll give you great advice.
And if you sign up for their Hero Club Maintenance program,
your AC tune up is not $85.
It's free.
It is free.
Now, here's the deal.
You need to be getting your AC service twice a year.
You need to do it with Reliant Air Conditioning.
And if it does come down to getting a new unit,
they're going to have you get quotes from all their competitors.
And you will see you are rocking with the best.
I did not do that.
I just simply went with Reliant Air Conditioning because I already knew.
I mean, they've been taking such great care of me.
And we looked at all these different finance plans,
different units, different models.
They've been located on the process.
I loved working with them.
That's what they do.
They provide comfort to homeowners.
It don't want to be taken advantage of.
That's you.
877, your Hero.
Give them a call.
877, 968, 743, 7.
Or online at Reliant Air Conditioning.com.
Reliant Air Conditioning from 877, your Hero.
