It’s raining red cards in the NWSL and Sam and Lynn are getting into it! Plus, we have a surprise cameo from our resident Thorns correspondent to talk down the absolute madness that was the Cascadia Rivalry!

You're listening to the MIB media network and this is the women's game.
I just want to say Chester is barking because Chester is going through some sort of a regression.
I haven't done a lot of research. In the last week, he has like, he's been staying in a play pen and he
has moved his play pen. Well, that's Finn now. Oh, now I'm now I'm just living in a dog pound.
What am I going to do?
Hi, and welcome to Good Vags FC. I'm Lynn B. Andola coming to you from Rainy, Melbourne, Australia.
Wow. I'm Sammy who is coming to you from the women's game world headquarters in Vermont where it is
currently snowing and just parading the long winter in my face. I'm so sorry about that.
I know Chester doesn't like it either. Chester is being a bad boy. I'm going to tell you all about it
in just a second. This is Good Vags FC. This show is presented by our good friends over at Olive
Pop. Use code TWG20 for 20% off at drinkolipop.com. Today on the podcast, we're recapping all the
end-to-be-sell weekend action, including an absolutely insane cascade of rivalry that we need help
explaining. So we're going to get a surprise visit from Portland, number one fan, aka Peggy Saurbrun.
We'll also discuss some of the biggest surprises that came out of the weekend. I'm looking at you
Chicago. I'm so proud of you. That was amazing. And we have an email from that about red cards because
what else could we possibly be talking about besides all of the red cards that are happening. Before
we get into all of that end-to-be-sell news, a bit of housekeeping for our newsletter subscribers.
Some recent changes by email service providers like Gmail and Outlook are causing some of our
newsletter to land in your promotions, social or updates folders, or maybe even in your spam.
I was horrified to learn about this. So if you've been missing our newsletter in your inbox lately,
don't forget that comes on Tuesdays, please just do us a massive favor, take a look,
and move our newsletter to your primary folder. It will really help us tremendously.
It will ensure that you can find our newsletter as more easily. Our newsletter has also actually
recently gotten a really nice makeover, so you're going to want to double check. And if you're not
subscribed yet, please do. Thank you so much. Okay, Lynn, I want to hear about what's going on with
you and your pregnant belly. I did just want to say, Chester is barking because Chester is going through
some sort of a regression. I haven't done a lot of research, but we need to recreate training because
he is a danger to himself and others if he's left alone. Oh, dear. I think maybe he's just like a
teenage boy acting out. Well, he is. Do you want to hear something so crazy? We've had several incidents,
you know, over the past Chester's one now, we've had several and Chester's my dog. First of all,
we've had several incidents over the past year. I feel like I called the vet once a week and ask
them, should I come in? Do we need to induce vomiting? What do we do about this? Chester is ill,
but we're trying really hard. I think we're just not used to having one of these dogs that's big and
can like jump up on the counter. And so in the last week, he has like, he's been staying in a play pen
and he has moved his play pen. Well, that's Finn now. Oh, now I'm now I just living in a dog pound.
Oh my god. What am I going to do? Just keep going. Well, so so all these incidents are happening.
Basically, Chester has gotten, you know, his own medicine off the counter and out of a drawer.
Out of a drawer, Lynn, I, wow, what a talented boy. Two separate occasions. He's been in his
play pen. He moves the play pen over into the kitchen just by jumping at it and pushing it.
And then he jumps up on the counter and he gets whatever's on there. So it could be dog medicine.
It could be plums. It could be chicken thighs. It could be poison. So now we can't leave anything
on the counter. So now there's nothing on the counter. Now we think he got into a drawer
because the counter is empty. And I got home and he had like cracked open something that he like
should not have been cracking open. And so now I'm like, okay, I guess he like he's literally
in danger. So like he needs to stay in the crate. You need to caesare the dog trainer.
Remember that show? I like, yeah. I mean, Pat watches those videos all the time and he always
like, quote, caesare the trainer to me. And I'm always like, shut up. Yeah. So that's hopefully
the barking subsides. I thought people would think it was funny for a few minutes to hear from
Chester. And obviously I'll go fix it if and by fix it, I mean, I don't know, give them treats.
You know, see, what are we going to do? Where it's a work in progress. It's a work in progress.
You're just in one of those parenting phases where you're just going to have to like, you're
at a rough patch and you have to get through it. Yeah. I know. I love him and he's my responsibility
and we're going to do our best together. But he's not pulling his own weight. But he's to think
about that. Tell me what's new with you. You're a real parent. What's going on? Well, not yet.
Well, not yet, but almost. Um, okay. Well, I had my baby shower this weekend. My second one.
Oh, my God. It was so fun. I do recommend though if anybody out there is going to have a baby shower.
Do it earlier in your third trimester because I was tired. My sweet, my feet have never been
more swollen. But it was like, it was so fun. It was so nice. The weather was beautiful.
It was at Marley's house that he grew up in. So close house is dad. And it was just really nice
because it felt like if anybody doesn't know Marley's mom passed away in 2016. So it kind of felt
like she was there too. And it was just lovely. It was a nice day. That's really nice. Did you get
gifts? Yes. I did. Baby gifts. That's so nice. Somebody got me a massage gift. So that was like
so nice. A prenatal massage or are you too late for that? Uh, no. No, you can always get those.
I think I don't actually know that. Um, no, it was just a gift card. So I think any kind of massage that I want
love. Um, well, I'm so happy for you. Did you guys have good food at the baby shower? Yes.
Did you have baby themed foods? No. Oh my gosh. We did do this thing though where um, I went on
on Amazon and got all these little tiny babies. And you get a baby. And then for the rest of
the day, you can't say the word baby. And if you do, you lose your little baby.
So they're just little like plastic baby dolls. Yeah, but they were so funny because they
were all different colors and had weird hair on them. And then um, and then we played this other
game where like I cut a hole out and like taped a bib to it. And then I was feeding Marley
through like not my hands instead of his hands with baby food. That was hilarious.
That sounds really funny. Are there videos of these activities? I'm sure there are some more.
I don't know. I can't wait. I can't wait to see. Um, but that's pretty much it is starting to get
cool here, which is like lovely for me because I'm so perfect timing for you. I know. I'm so
freaking pregnant. You're your past your summer phase. Yeah. I'm like, you're
just a summer out of here. You're into your, you're into your bunker down. Get summer out of here.
I like literally, I literally have been nesting. And I thought before people were like,
oh, nesting is like when you're organizing things and just getting ready for the baby to come and
know, I'm like on my hands and knees, like cleaning things. I'm like, these baseboards need to be cleaned.
The baby can't come into the world. That's crazy. The baby can't come into this world with dust
on the baseboards. Obviously. Um, another baby thing, let me think, because that's clearly all
my world revolves around right now is, oh, I need an iron infusion. Iron is low. Oh my, yeah. Oh my
gosh, we were texting a little bit about this. Can you do want to like tell us a little bit more?
Yes, I will. I'm getting an iron infusion. I don't know if it's good or bad, but a lot of pregnant
people, I guess, have low iron, shocker. But it was crazy because I was seeing this one ob
and I was seeing her the whole time I had been here. And it just, she just wasn't really nice to
me or Marley. Marley did not like her at all. Like she wouldn't address him or acknowledge him.
And anytime he would ask a question, she would only answer it to me and like kind of be rude.
It was so strange. What? It was so strange, Sam. And, and so like every time we left the appointment,
it wasn't a good experience, I would cry. Marley would be upset. And I was like, this is our first
baby. We want to have like a good experience with that. Oh, Lynn. I know. So then finally,
Marley was like, we're not, no, I don't even want her in the delivery room. Like she's not going to
be a part of this. And I was obviously nervous. Like, I'm like, we're so far along. We have to stay
with her. And he was like, no, we're switching obese. So we ended up switching. I know. I love that.
I know. Sometimes you just, because somebody's just going to make the decision, you know. Yeah, he was,
he was so close to like walking in there and saying so many things. And I was like, please don't.
Let's just switch. Nice. Let's just go, go away. Anyway, so we switched. And now with this lovely man,
he was going through my whole chart. And he, he was like, well, your iron is really low. And,
and I had gotten this iron labs with this lady. And she like didn't say anything. And I was like,
well, no wonder I've been so tired. I thought it was just like pregnancy tired. And he was like,
no, like the minimum number is supposed to be 30. And you're at 10. And so he's like, I'm just
nervous that you're not absorbing the iron well. So let's just get to the infusion. And with that,
that means like your hemoglobin, I guess, which is like your blood, the amount of blood you have.
I'm not a doctor. So I know I've heard of it. Yeah. So this, this hemoglobin thing.
Anyways, like it's supposed to be at a certain level because during birth, like you lose some blood.
And he was like, your blood is like low. So we need to like get you that now. And I was like,
okay, well, that was dangerous. This other doctor, you're trying to kill me or something. And then
the last kicker, why I don't like this lady is I've been telling her this whole time. My
indigestion has been horrible. My ass reflex is horrible, horrible, blah, blah. And she keeps just
saying, take gaviscan, which is like basically a tums. And I was like, well, that's not touching my
my indigestion. I have to sleep. Tums. Tums. Tums. Tums is great. I stand by tums. It sounds like
you needed super something super strong. Like prescription medication. Exactly. I have been like
sitting up, sleeping in like a pillow fort for months, literally months. And this guy was like,
oh, I'll just write you a prescription. So now you're fine. I'll energize and sleeping
soundly with no indigestion. Yes. I was like, well, if I had this from day one, like this would have
been a breeze. Well, not a breeze. But you know what I mean? I feel like this is like such a
valuable lesson. I feel like for everybody to learn pregnant or not. And it's like, obviously,
we're not everybody's medical care is individual to them. So we're not advocating for anything
specific, but like advocating for yourself to your doctor. And if you're on well, you give the
advice, what would you say? Well, I know. That's exactly it. I would say advocate for yourself.
And if you can't, hopefully you have somebody who was willing to push you to do it. But even if
it's uncomfortable, like you know yourself best, you know that if it feels right or it feels wrong
and it doesn't matter how far along you are with that doctor or not, just just you know what's
right. So if you feel like you switch, switch. And I'm like so happy. I mean, Marley got out of
the first appointment with him. And I was like, crying of happiness and like being like, thank God,
we switched. Oh my God. Well, I'm like so glad you guys made that decision. And it is so important
that you are comfortable with your medical team, especially when you're going to go through this whole
birth. I know. I know. I was like so nervous at first. I was like, um, ma'am, first of all,
who do you think is going to be like speaking for me when I can't concentrate on you? I'm
concentrating on my breathing. It's Marley. So like, what would you looking at him? And you, yeah,
you're going to have to communicate with him. That's crazy. Well, I'm glad that you have moved on
from that. Thank you for sharing. I also had something else to share besides the dog saga.
So I've been going to like Matt Pilates. Oh, my very first Pilates class ever was on a reformer.
I went with Lynn when we were in New Jersey one time. And then I went to with my sister when I was
in London a few weeks ago to a reformer class. And I have liked it. And I think that it is like good
for some exercises that I've definitely been neglecting. Like basically for my exercise lately,
I'll like swim or lift or like do yoga. But I just feel like I don't really do like planks or
like core like I just feel like I'm so long that doing exercises like that are like my least favorite
because I feel like I'm bad at them. So then my core gets like less even less strong, you know what I
mean? Yeah, you just like target all the big muscles in that of like the little yeah, I'm like,
I would exactly I'd love to do like a split squat because I've got big old legs and like, yeah,
it's great. But doing like a plank, I'm just like, oh my god. So I've been going to Matt Pilates.
And I went to like a few classes called sculpt. But there was this other class called
inferno hot Pilates that obviously was like so intimidating to me. But I met this girl.
Another new adult friend, look at me. She invited me to inferno hot Pilates. And I went
and I did it. And I wasn't great. But I did, you know, I did it. And I thought it was so brave of
me. That is so brave of you. Have I ever showed you the time that I took Marley to a Pilates class?
Did he die? So we were in New York. I was like doing like the free trial classes.
Oh, yeah, at the same place that you took me. Yeah, because I was like trying to figure out like
which one I liked. Yeah. And so then we went to I think it was core power or I don't know what solid
core solid core. It was solid core. Yeah, then we went to solid core. And Marley was like,
I'll come with you. And he was going to bring a towel. And I was like, oh, we don't need towels.
Like, you don't know what I'm sweating. Like, it's not that kind of class.
The first thing we did in this class was like a minute plank. Like that was our warm-up
on the reformer and like going in and out and in and out like with your arms.
So we did this whole like 10 minute core circuit. That's like the first thing we do.
And he was like, I can't do this the whole time. So he's stopping but like them in the mirror.
I every time I look up, I just see him staring at me like learning a whole through this through the
mirror into my eyeballs. And we, so he's dripping sweat like so sweaty. We get out of the class and
he goes, what the hell was that? I'm so sorry. Yeah, he never went back.
So yeah, that was just one and only time. Pilates. Pilates. It's a whole other level.
I don't even really know what to make of it. Well, I'm happy for you. And I'm also happy that you
like got out of your comfort zone and did something you were like fearful of. I know. I sure was
fearful. Okay. Pilates decide. I want to get into everything and to be self. But I do just have
one more quick announcement. And we're doing it here at the beginning of the podcast because it's
very exciting. And the announcement is that we are dropping another new show. Everybody,
the women's game is launching the captain with Lindsey Heaps, a show that will take us all on
the journey to the 2027 World Cup as told through the eyes of U.S. Women's National Team Captain
Lindsey Heaps. We already recorded our first episode. There were laughs. There were tears,
believe it or not, Lynn. And there were never before told stories. And it's all coming out tomorrow
on the Women's Game Podcast feed YouTube channel. You know the drill. So make sure you're
subscribed to our YouTube so you don't miss the caption with Lindsey Heaps. I am so excited for
you all to hear it. Okay. Enough chat, Lynn. We are going to take a really quick break when
we get back. We're diving into the end of the cell. So stay right here.
Welcome back everybody. First things first, Lynn, I kind of hate to do this to you. But the
Cascadia rivalry was on Friday night, Portland versus Seattle. And something pretty unbelievable happened.
Portland got two red cards and did the game with the only nine players. And yet they beat Seattle
two to nothing. Were you able to watch any of this game? What did you think when you saw the
score line? What's going on? I was able to watch just as shocked as you. Just as shocked as you.
I saw both red cards. And I saw both goals. And I said, what is going on? I want to dive into the
details. I couldn't believe it personally. But we are going to get the Portland perspective from
our resident Portland Thorns reporter herself Becky Sauer run. So let's listen to a Becky
head to say about the Thorns win. Hi, ladies. I know that I'm not on good vibes this week. But
obviously it was a huge match between Portland and Seattle with a really great result for Portland.
So I just wanted to just pop in, just talk about it for a little bit. What I think was so great
about week one when Portland played DC in DC. They were outplayed for most of the match. And yet
they still found a way. And then you go into week two and it's the rivalry match already. And
they already have, you know, from week one, knowing like when you're backs against the wall,
like, how do you fight? How do you get a result? And maybe they weren't expecting to go down a
person so early in the game. But in a way, I feel like the body language improved the attacking,
the willingness to run, the willingness to get stuck in that improved. And then you grabbed
just a great goal. And by the way, Pietro Torden was for me the all star of the night. I think
she is a great player. And it's really great to see how she's evolving from last season to now.
And then you go down another person when Raina Reyes gets her red card and you're thinking, oh,
oh no, like that's a lot to be two people down against your rivals in a pretty close game.
But then again, I felt like everyone gave a little bit more, like I don't know what reserves
that they found, but they like dug in. And they found it. And I'm just watching this team play,
you know, like a formation that they probably have never even practiced before. But you see people
stepping out, you see people covering, you see people making plays when they need it to play. And
you see people just running their legs off. And I was just, you know, I was watching from home.
But you could just, you just believed that they were going to get it done. I almost could have
just turned the game off and been like, I know they're going to win this match because that's
just how strongly I felt that they were playing. And then when you get the crowd behind you,
and you just, they give you that little bit more, I mean, it was, it was really fun to watch.
Oh, shut up, Becky. Becky made a lot of interesting points, almost that like
being a player and then two players down, like forced Portland to play better, which I think
is really interesting. But I, I give them so much credit. I can't even like imagine
what that might have been like for Portland. I want to talk about it with you Lynn from a
Seattle perspective. Obviously, this is your team. This is hard to imagine that it happened. Like
Becky said, in the ninth minute, Cassandra Bulgaria got her second yellow card, got sent off.
So now, Portland is just down one player. What did you see from Seattle in this change,
or like, from what you know about the team and Laura Harvey, like, what do you imagine the mindset
shift was of like, okay, now we're up a player. Yeah, like, it's obviously hard, right? Like, I'm
not there. I'm not privy to the information. And I also haven't been there for preseason. So I
don't really know what is being talked about. In my head, though, I would like to think that one
is a rivalry game. So you're already up for the occasion. And Laura, and Jessica Schock,
and all the people who have been there, like, we now can take advantage of this spot that
is a less experienced player. And, and we have one more player than them. So there's always
going to be somebody open, right? And what I saw was that we didn't, we didn't capitalize on that.
We didn't expose that we had more one more player. It looked, it still looked like we were playing
11 via 11. And I think that and there lies the issue. Yeah, I heard Laura Harvey say, because I
was just like mystified by this game. So I was like, watching the post game press conferences,
which I don't always do. But she said, like, like you said, we didn't create any overloads.
Even later in the game, which Portland's pH or toward and like, Becky mentioned scored off a
corner. I think I guess this is one of the only ways you're really going to create a chance
when you're down a player. But I still was kind of in disbelief that she was able to, she was free
to head that goal in. Before we keep, you know, talking to the beats of the game too, I do just
want to say, watching pH or toward and score that goal, I had this like kind of flashback to
Christine Sinclair. And I don't know if anybody else is like seeing this. Obviously, this is
like a huge compliment that I'm giving. And I hope that it's like taken that way. But I just,
it was just like the way she headed it, the way she celebrated the way she runs. I was just like,
oh, like, I just feel like this is like Christine Sinclair is like prodigy. And it like,
really scared me for a second. So anyways, Portland are down a player up a goal. And then I start
to feel like even more so for Seattle, you then almost like kind of get a little bit embarrassed.
And you're like, oh, my God, what? Not only now, the pressure is all on us now. And I feel like
you then you like kind of abandoned your game plan because you're like, we have to score right now.
This is embarrassing. Yeah. And I think that that is the problem. Yeah.
I, and this is, this isn't an excuse. This is just fact. One, we do have some players that are
injured. So there's that. And two, we're really young still. And so I think that
again, I can always say like when you have experience, that's when you start, you notice things
more. And sometimes I think when you're young, even if you go down a player or you go down
two players, sorry, you're playing against a team that's down a player or down two players,
you need to recognize patterns. You need to recognize where the space is now. And I don't
think that we necessarily did a great job with that. Like Laura said, we didn't create overloads.
Yeah. It's not like we, I don't know if we abandoned the game plan or we just stuck to it too much.
When a coach is like, play through the six. And you're like, okay, but the sixes aren't open.
And then you continue to try to like force it to them. Yeah. And you're like, yes, we,
we want to play it to them, but like you need to make like figure out a way to get it to them.
So maybe for the first 15 minutes, you're doing something else. And then you can play your sixes.
Yeah. I think that's what happened. It was like we are going to, we like died by the game plan.
Instead of noticing, okay, well, the, the game plan has shifted because they went down to people.
So you have to shift a game plan. So like do something else. Yeah. That's, uh, yeah.
Like this stubbornness of like, well, we're just going to keep doing what we're doing.
Yeah. And it's like combined with like the kind of what I'm feeling as like this like emotional
desperation of like we, like we can't be get scored on so much so that Seattle actually got
scored on again, Rayland Turner scored on. It was a great counter attack through Olivia
Multrade, through Pietro Tordin, such a great pass through to Rayland Turner who finishes it.
So now it's two to nothing. You know, Seattle can't really like seem to find a solution.
Portland's Reyna Reyes ends up getting her own red card in the second half. So then it's 11 versus
nine for more than 30 minutes. I also heard, and you know, I hear what you're saying about, you know,
your team being young and having some injured players right now, including you who's out on
maternity leave, obviously, I also know that and they kept saying this on the broadcast. It was
a, it was like a dress in the post game press conference that Seattle had like a bad travel
situation last week where they got stuck and then they didn't end up getting home until Tuesday
and they had a game on Friday. What do you know about that? And do you think that that gives us
some context into Seattle, maybe not being like their sharpest? Yeah. It's not funny, but I obviously
were just reading the group chat being like, oh my god, thank god, I'm not there. But they were
supposed to fly out from from Orlando flight got canceled. Then they were trying to get an
emergency charter back that charter got canceled. So then they had to stay another night in Orlando.
Then they had to get back on a charter that stopped in Kansas City, but that didn't take off
until like really late in the night. So they didn't get back to Seattle until like 1 a.m.
two days later. Oh my god. So that didn't seem exciting, but even with that though, like it is
my team, right? I would love to find an excuse. But I still think with that like look, yes, that sucks.
Always travel that far is going to put some strain on your body, but it is week two.
And again, we are, we went down, they went down two men, we so we had two extra players on
a field. And so you should be able to get that done. Like I, like you said, there was, they scored
on a corner, right? So they're first goal at least. And you're like, okay, well, this is probably
the only way they're going to score. But it's like, how do they even get a corner in the first place?
Like to be able to like progress the ball down the field that far. Yeah.
But it's okay. It's week two. We're going to bounce back. I know. I mean, I'm not panicking.
I, I, I know. I think it's, it's week two. It's a, it was a big storyline because it's
the rivalry game. And I think it's like, look, do I think that Seattle is going to crumble from
this? No, I think Seattle has a lot of like good leaders and a lot of people on the team who can
bounce back from this. They already have another game on Wednesday. So they're going to have to
bounce back really quickly. I think the reason it is, I'm focusing on it so much is that like,
two red cards, and then winning to nothing is literally crazy. And on top of that,
the cascaded rivalry is like the most historic rivalry in the anybody's cell. So I think my last
question about this. And then I think we move on to talking about some other teams is what does
this mean for the rivalry? Like how personally do you think Seattle is taking this? And when do
you guys play them again? I couldn't tell you when we play them again. I look, I'll look it up while
you talk. So obviously it's been a huge rivalry for, I was going to say decades, but the league
hasn't been around for decades. Well, kind of for the inception of the league. 14, 15 years
for a decade and a little bit. I think in the last couple of years, with so many moving parts and
so many younger players coming up, people don't really understand like how big of a rivalry it is,
except fans who have been watching forever. And I think now you're starting to get a taste
if you're a young player in the league being like, oh, this is massive. And I think that that's how
I felt last year when it came to this game as well is that the younger generation didn't really
understand like, you know, this is a massive game. And unfortunately for the last two games,
Seattle has been on the losing end when we went to Portland. We lost four to two and then
now we've lost two to zero. And so my hope and my feeling is that people will be like, oh no,
this is a massive game. We don't lose to Portland. And we'll get up for the next game on July 12th.
July 12th. Yes. There it is. Okay. Well, that makes sense. And so like, yeah, you don't want to feel
that again. You're like, that sucked. Yeah. I feel like Seattle is going to come back with
a vengeance. Seattle, you know, are kind of coming off this tough week. They have a tough week ahead.
They have Kansas City on Wednesday. And then they blew up on Saturday. I think I imagine this game
was a pretty painful experience for them. So we'll see if they can recover and turn around really
quickly for tomorrow. I did want to ask really quick. I was looking just at the schedule and I'm
surprised to see so many midweek games this year. But it must just be because of the expansion
teams. So there's 30 games now. And then there's that break in June for the men's world cup. So
they kind of have to like squeeze a few games in. How do you think the players feel about having
three game weeks again or like multiple three game weeks again? It sucks. It's like we're going
a little bit backwards. I understand why because of the world cup, but at the same time,
it's not just like three game weeks. It's also Seattle's playing in Spokane. So for the next
three games, because they're displaced from Lumen for the world cup. Exactly. So for the next three
games, our home field isn't Spokane, which is an away game. How far is that an hour flight?
I believe it's a flight. Yeah. So it's a flight. You have to fly to your home games.
I'm pretty sure they're flying. So they're I had clearly no idea. Yeah. So they're going to be
there. There's no other facility in Seattle. I guess that's always been the issue in Seattle.
Isn't it? Is that the facilities are like, I guess, really limited? Yeah. And in any big city,
I think that trying to find a field or a stadium up to the quality and everything is hard. So
they're going to be in Spokane. And I'm pretty sure that they're obviously staying because it's a
three-week three game week. So you're not going to fly up, fly home, fly up, fly home. I'm shook.
Yeah. So it kind of that also sucks. But I know Seattle's not the only one. There must be other
teams that are getting just. Well, yeah, seven seven of the markets are being affected by the
men's world cup, which we'll we'll see a lot more of as you know, it starts to be later in this
bringing into the summer. But it is something to keep in mind. I mean, there's the break for like
about four weeks in June. There's you know, there's a FIFA window in the CBA mandated break. And then
there's like a few weeks with no games. And then the legal resume while like the knockout stages of
the men's world cup are going on. But teams won't just go right back into their facilities and stadiums
if there are still games in teams playing there. I know. So it's going to be it's a tough start to
the year for these Seattle lights. Seattle girl. Well, you know what? What doesn't kill you makes
you stronger? You know, I've always said that. Okay, well, we're rooting for you Seattle. So we
can't move on from the red cards too quickly because not only were there two red cards in this game,
Taylor Huff on BFC got one and Bay's lost to Angel City and Tatum Elazo got one late in Utah's
lost to San Diego. And this red card conversation brings us to our olive pup got check of the week.
There were two red cards last weekend for red cards this weekend. That's already six red cards in
the first two weeks of the 2020 season compared to 11 total in 2025. If we keep going at this rate,
what is six times 15? 75? I didn't even try to do that. I just blankly stared at you.
Six times 15 is 90, but I was close. I was only off by 15. What flavor is that? If you say
crisp apple, I'm going to flip out. It's crisp apple, isn't it your favorite? Yes. I know. Okay,
now that we got our math right. So yeah, so I'm just saying it's a lot of red cards for this early
in the season. My olive pup got check of the week is like, what did these red cards mean? Like, what
is something going on? Is it the refs? Is it? I heard that Felipe Patel, the head coach of the
Boston legacy who suffered a red card in their first game, is livid. I heard this on the commentary,
is livid about all the red cards. So I'm just wondering like, why? Is it meant because I think
she thinks that the standard for fouls is too low and the standard for yellows is too low.
I don't know that for a fact. I just heard them. I'm just a bird on just a fly on the wall,
listening second and third hand. I'm just a telephone. I'm, yeah, this is a game of telephones
or you take everything I say with the green and so on. But I just want to know from your perspective,
why are there so many red cards? What's happening? I don't think I've seen a red card that I was
like, that's not a red card. So I don't think it's a wrap. You're saying, what's happening?
Okay, this is my thought. I also didn't see a red card that I didn't think was a red card or
a second yellow. I'm going to just have a theory that all the refs got together and or the coaches
are something and said that in the past, somebody has gone to yellow card and then it's almost like,
oh, the refs are now scared to give them a second yellow instead of it being like, no, no,
you get a yellow card because it should be caution for how you're playing. You're playing too
aggressive. You need to be cautioned for that. You need to dial it back. You need to dial it back
and what's been happening in the past is people get a yellow, don't dial it back and then it just
makes the refs scared to give them a red to change the trajectory of the game.
This is making a lot of sense. You're just explaining it and like,
I feel like you feel confused, but like this makes a lot of sense.
You know what I mean? I just feel like in the past, people have been like, that's a second yellow
and the refs like, I'm scared. I'm scared to give you one. So I think what you're saying is that
the refs are feeling empowered to discipline. Accordingly, when a player does not change the
intensity with which they're going into reckless tackles, the ref is like, that's a second yellow.
You're out of here. Yeah. Like, I don't know what you want me to do. I told you before. Don't do that.
I do. Yeah. Like, I already told you once. Don't be doing that. And I don't think that like,
I've seen this past weekend where it's like the first yellow was soft and then you got a second yellow.
Like, both of the yellows were like, yeah, those were two, that was two yellow cards. You can't just
drag somebody down by the arm. You just can't do that. And then even like, I had the hair pull and
it's like, look, I'm like, I'm not calling her out specifically for intentionally pulling
somebody's hair at maybe your hand got caught. I don't know, but it still is it still is that call.
This is another thing. What is up with all the hair pulling these days? Like, let's stop that. Let's just
stop that. Yeah, I agree. What I did love was just the decisive mess from the referees to they
have to speak into the microphone now and they just do the signal and then they say what they
need to say. And I was watching one of the games I forget which one with Pat, who is in
law school. So he was like dissecting like the language from like a legal perspective. Like,
he literally was like, look up the definition of violent conduct. Like he wanted to know the
definition so that he could like determine it what the call was going to be. And I was like Pat,
like, I don't know if like the soccer definition of violent is like the same as like the legal
definition. But it was pretty funny. Back to the gut check. We don't know what's going on. Maybe
it's that the refs are feeling more empowered, which honestly, good for the refs. And I think,
yeah, the players maybe just need to take the hint a little bit more. I don't know. I don't know,
but I hope the refs don't get like on a power trip. Like don't do that. Let's not go too far. Let's
just like believe in yourselves, but chill. Yeah, exactly. I also like, I know this isn't part of
the only book, but like seeing the ref cam angle of the players once they get the like red
car. The ref cam is like a billion dollar idea. Like I'm just like waiting for the ref cam to like
skyrocket this league to the moon. If I ever get on the field again and I'm talking to them,
I'm going to be like this like in their face. I do not get a picture of me. I feel like you
should just talk to the ref cam. Like it's like on the other side of their head like this. And
I feel like you should like talk at the set like to the ref cam. I'm talking to the world to not
you breath. Okay, that was our weird all of up. Check of the week brought to us by our good friends
over in Oli pop. So to start summarizing the weekend Lynn. Portland's 2-0. They're on cloud 9.
They're sitting in third place behind Angel City in Houston. Houston meanwhile is 2-0. After
beating Boston 3-0, thanks to a brace from Kiki Man's Anton and Jane Campbell's second shutout
in a row. And Angel City baby, maybe they're on the road to go and undefeated this year. It looks
like Sven this John's daughter has found her groove in this league. She feels absolutely unstoppable.
Any big takeaways from these top three teams in the league. Okay, well, it's always hard when it's
week two, but Angel City seems to be running away with it at this point. And I like love that you
said that. That's the funny thing I never heard of like you said. And honestly, on track to clinch
the shield very early. And honestly, Houston kind of shocked, but also happy for them.
Houston on track for that 2-0. And Portland number there. I'm just kidding.
Well, speaking of Houston, I do want to get into them a little bit because I just think this
start, this is a historic start for the club. They've never won both of, you know, their first two
games of the season. And I want to like do some digging into this. Like I don't just want to ignore
it. I think what Houston has done. I think in their first game, San Diego did outplay them, but
Houston came away with the win, which was impressive. Anyway, and then beating Boston so decisively,
they played some beautiful soccer. They also just lost. He has been Ryan and Delaney Sheehan. So
to see them get these results and to withstand difficult moments in games, I just feel like they're
like in a good place to start the season. You know, I'm not going to like bet on them to win at all,
but I'm happy that Houston is like finding some success.
Yeah, same. I think that I'm hopeful that they are, we wanted them to kind of build off what
they ended with last year. Yeah. And it does seem like they're doing that. Fabrice, their coach,
this is his second year with them. So maybe that he's figured out a successful preseason
situation with a year under his belt. And also with Yaz and Delaney leaving.
I don't know, maybe it's like the same thing when we saw Ali sent nor leave, like the team
then has to figure out a way to play without arguably like two star players that they had in the midfield.
So instead they, that everybody has to like come together and kind of rise to the occasion,
step up and play better. Yeah. Yeah. And I mean, look, we'll definitely keep an eye on it.
I, I, there were some things that I saw that I liked. I think their press seemed organized
and good. They were playing against Boston who we still don't know that much about. You know,
we haven't seen, it's not like they were playing against a known playoff team yet.
But I'm excited for Houston. I'm excited to continue to watch them kind of grow into the season.
Um, so below the, you know, the top three, the, the big dogs up there, two and a, we've got some
teams that I think are doing fine, like nothing to worry about. I think we need more time to like,
really have a takeaway about what they're looking like. North Carolina's been solid. Gotham is like
all good. Tyrna came back from her ACL this weekend, which was so nice and exciting. I know.
Go, Tyrna. We're so excited for you. I know. I, Tyrna is like probably my favorite person.
And it was so nice to see her back over there on the field. I think she's going to be huge
for Gotham too. I, I think that in order for Gotham to like find the consistency that they lacked
last year, they need a player and a leader like Tyrna. So I think it's huge for them that she's
back playing. I agree. I think it was also going to be such a good balance in the back line
between her organization and Sonnet's organization. They obviously are both intelligent and smart,
but they do it differently. Like she's calm and Sonnet's fiery. So in situations where you need
somebody who'd to like calm the situation down, Tyrna could take that. But if you need somebody to
like fire everybody else up, Sonnet could do that. And I think that's like such a good balance for
them. I know. I think that's kind of like a perfect balance. I'm also interested to see their
chemistry playing together. You know, we talked so much about the national team backline, potentially
being Naomi Gurma and Sonnet. Tyrna working her way back in. I'm excited to see how her and Sonnet
do together for club. I think that's such a potential weapon for the national team to have that
kind of comfortability on the backline, especially with the Lee Real playing on Gotham as well.
They're kind of building this superpower team over there. San Diego's also looking pretty good.
They have mixed results so far, but I think that losing to Houston in their first game,
San Diego had it still played really well. They're just kind of shaking off the dust. I think
that they have a lot of potential this year. The next team we have to like actually really focus
on Lynn Chicago beat Kansas City. I couldn't tell which team that said more about again, it's early
in the year. I'm not counting out Kansas City by any means. The field looked really cold in Wendy
in Chicago. The current or still without Tim Washwin guy and they're still obviously getting
used to not having Claire Hutton on their team. I think she was missed. I with all that said, I
still wouldn't have you know thought that Kansas City would lose to Chicago, especially after
Chicago lost Angel City for nothing last weekend. Kansas City did create a lot of chances. I'm not
like saying Chicago killed them, but Kansas City's defense. I thought kind of messed up on both goals.
Yeah. First of all, I feel like Chicago listened to our podcast and was like, okay, we're going to
show you guys. So yeah, honestly, I take credit for that. I mean, I'm pumped for you. No, same.
I'm happy for Chicago. I think that they have been having a lot of sad days and they deserve a
happy day. And so they got a happy day. They had a happy cold windy day. Yeah. They're either water.
It did look really cold. But I agree. I felt like in both goals, they just like lost
their mark. Like nobody nobody was on Jordan. Hi, I was like, where did she even come from?
Well, I felt like when it like kind of broke through the midfield, I was like, that seems
disorganized. And then the way the back line chose to defend slash not defend at all got no pressure
on the ball out wide. And then nobody had Jordan hide them on the middle. I think on the corner,
kick goal, the first one, it's just a missed clearance. And like on, you know, on a different day,
maybe when it's less windy, maybe you just head that right out. I see that that could have been
unfortunate. But then the other one, I was like, what's going on? This was just kind of like not
good defendant. Yeah. I think that maybe everybody got a little disoriented because what I saw is,
I don't know how Julia Grosso was so open dribbling down the field. No defender stepped out to her
because it was just two people. It was 4v2 at that point. And then her, I think Kansas City had
three defenders. Yeah. But then somebody got their outside back got like sucked in instead of
going out. But for no reason, because no reason, only runner. That's what I'm saying. I don't,
I'm a little confused. I'm definitely going to watch that in film. Also, like Kansas City has a lot of
players out. They have a new coach. They're obviously still adapting. Like you said, they got,
they had a lot of chances. But at the end of the day, like, you got to put the chances away. So for
sure. And I mean, there's no better lesson than losing on the road and being like, okay, well,
we dropped three points. We have to get it back together. Another team dropping points. The spirit,
not really on my bingo card. I also like went out on a limb last week and was like, I vote
spirit are going to win the championship. They tied Louisville this weekend. They had to come back.
They went down two to nothing. And their goals to come back were great. I thought, again,
the spirit overall, I think are going to be fine. It's not like they played terribly. They created
a ton of chances. Plus Rosemond Coasey got to assist and 11 points for my fantasy team.
Do you know how good that is? Yeah, great. What, what are you guys playing for?
Pride, like, like, literally nothing. Like, I'm just like playing for something to like live for.
All right. Is that a cry for help? Like, are you okay? No. Um, I do want to talk about. So,
so back to spirit Louisville. Kayla Fisher scores a goal for Louisville. Emma Sears runs the whole
field for Louisville. They're up to nothing. And then Sofia Cantoria scores the sickest goal ever
from like 30 yards out. Plus Lacey Santos ties it up. Trinity Roman actually had to sub off
under concussion protocol, which literally nobody in the world wanted to see that. We hope she's
doing okay. I think the thing about the spirit and, you know, they worked their way back. They
got a point out of it. Tough game, especially after losing their, their season opener.
The spirit are without Aubrey blood. So who's so happy for her that she's out going to be out on
maternity leave. But I don't think we've talked enough about Aubrey's role on this team. They've
made the championship the last two seasons. Aubrey has consistently come up big for them, especially
in those big time crunch time moments like the penalty kick shootouts where she like makes all
these saves. And I think that Louisville's first goal was soft for Sandy McKeever, the goalkeeper
who is now playing instead of Aubrey to let in. I hope, and I think it will probably be an
uncharacteristic mistake. But the spirit missing Aubrey has to have taken some of the wind out of
their sales for the start of the season. Yeah. I would agree. I also think that I mean, she's been
in there back there for so long, right? Like just a steady person. But I think that it's not just
shopping abilities. It's like the organization. Yeah. And even with Emma's goal, like what I saw
is like bad countermeasures. And so there was like a bad defensive setup to
prevent that. Like to prevent a counter attack that that quickly from just happening. Yes. And
I think they were disorganized. Yeah. They were disorganized. And I know it's like a it's a
corner, right? And you don't think like Emma not to take anything away from Emma's goal because
it's incredible. She ran basically the whole entire field with the ball. But you have to notice
like she's on the top of the box. She's a fast player. You only have one person back. And she
even looking at her goal, she didn't have to like push the ball sideways at all. She went straight.
She like literally went straight down the field. And nobody picked her up. And so I think that
that is just that takes time to to build trust with your defense and say, I'm confident enough to
notice that there's a danger and then call out the danger. So it's going to take some time. I'm
also like not really worried about them either. I know. I mean, it's it's I think, you know,
obviously looking at the standings at this point is crazy. That's why me and Lynn were like
joking about what did I say, Angel said he's going undefeated and I said they're running away with
shield or in record time. Oh, obviously that's crazy. But you don't want to start the season off
with a loss and a tie, especially if you're going to win the championship. It's just a tough start.
So yeah, well, we we've always said this like even when we were playing together that
the games at the beginning come back to bite you because when you're in the middle of the season,
the end of season, you're just so exhausted. So when when we're talking at the end about
somebody making playoffs by one point, it could have been that point that just happened in the
first or second game. Yeah. So even though I'm like, I'm not worried about them. It's only the first
week. It's only the second week. I'm like, well, pick it up though, because these these points
come to bite you. Yeah. Rosemond Kawasi keep getting those assists. I'm cheering for you individually.
Just a couple other quick things we missed. Look, everybody. We're still getting used to
there being eight games every weekend. So we can't cover every single one in depth. But Melissa
Coastler has two goals and two games for Denver. So I'm keeping my eye on her. And then Christina
Jurelli, the Italian International debuted for Bay this weekend. Gotham also got their 2025
championship rings. If you missed anything else from the weekend, I'm sure it's covered on our
social media. So head over to Women's Game MIB on Instagram. And maybe you'll find it there.
Don't forget everybody. There are midweek games happening this week on Wednesday tomorrow for
the end of the cell. So we're going to be covering those talking about them next week on this show. We
do have to take one more quick break. But when we come back, we're covering the Asian Cup Champions League
and the WSL. So don't go anywhere. Welcome back to Good Vibes FC. In other women's soccer news,
Japan, our Asian Cup champions for the third time in the last four tournaments. They beat Australia
one to nothing with an incredible goal from Michael Hamano. And honestly, Japan just looks so dominant
their entire tournament. I think it's definitely something to know because the US is playing Japan three
times in a row during the April window in just a couple of weeks. Japan is also obviously going to be
one of those teams that pose a major threat in next summer's World Cup. They play such beautiful
soccer. They are so tactically and technically savvy. So I'm excited to see the US take them on
in a few weeks. Lynn, any thoughts on that final game? Were you able to watch? I didn't watch
all of it because your girls tired. But because it was on at like 9 p.m. here. But I did think,
obviously, Japan, it looks great. They always look great. They look technical. The goal was insane.
Like didn't expect to shoot it from there at all. But I thought Australia had chances too.
And they just did especially at the end when it was just like Australia. I watched the end because
it was on like 5 a.m. here. So I got up for the second half and it was like they were pushing at
the end. I know a huge congrats to Japan. I am bummed for Australia. I was gunning for Sam
Kurd to take home that trophy. But I'm excited to see more from Japan coming up soon. I'm going to
keep my eye on some of those Japanese players who play in the end of his cell. I wanted to shout
some of them out. Minaka Matsukubo plays for North Carolina. She was an MVP finalist last year.
They'll be so happy to have her back. Mina Tanaka and Miyabi Miyora are both with Utah and
Yasuki Yamamoto is with Denver. So let's keep our eyes on some of these Japanese players.
Okay. Let's head over to the WSL in England. We saw two hat tricks this past weekend.
Lynn Man City's Bunny Shaw scored the fastest hat trick in WSL history. She scored three goals
in just 12 minutes and 37 seconds. That was against Tottenham. And Bunny already has the most
hat tricks in WSL history. This one this past weekend was her eighth hat trick total. Her fourth
hat trick against the spurs. I'm like Tottenham, you have to mark her. And Bunny is dominating the
Golden Boot Race with 18 goals in 18 WSL games as City remains at the top of the table. They are
eight points clear of second place United. And there's only four games left. So I feel like
Man City is looking like they're going to win the league. But that wasn't the only hat trick
this weekend in the WSL Chloe Kelly got a hat trick for us and all against West Ham.
I think there was like some confusion about one of the goals that originally got credited to
Steena Black Stinius. And then after review that goal was given to Chloe. So she did get a hat trick.
But like in the moment nobody was really sure. So a belated congrats to Chloe Kelly. And then
just to quick check in on Champions League because Champions League is back this week today and
tomorrow. And the matchups for these quarter finals are like kind of crazy. They're the key one
to note is Chelsea versus Arsenal. That's happening this afternoon. Both clubs are missing some key
players due to injury and players returning from the Asian Cup. We saw on social media yesterday
that Chelsea only had eight outfield players in training. So I'm like, I don't really know what
they're going to do in this game. Hopefully some more players become available. And then Arsenal
will be without Captain Lee Williamson. So neither team seems like it will be at full strength. But
this is still like a Champions League matchup. So I just feel like it's going to be a crazy one. And
then the other match happening today is Wolfsburg versus Leone. And then tomorrow we have Real Madrid
taking on Barcelona and Man United facing Bayern. This is just the first leg of the quarter
finals. So I'm really excited to watch those. Lynn, should we go over to our inbox? Yes.
Okay, we got an email from Nat that asks, Hi, Sam Lynn and Becky, what a fun opening and
to be so weekend Denver and Boston both getting red cards made me wonder what happens after you get
a red card. Okay, Nat, I love this question. Obviously we got this last week. But with all the red
card talk, we decided to use it this week. Back to Nat, she asks, do you go back to the locker room and
shower and change? Do you wait for your team? Do you watch the game? Do any staff talk to you or
are you alone? And are people upset at you? I love the show. Thanks for everything you do.
Nat. Okay, so all the red card questions, Lynn, have you ever got a red card? No. Have you?
Me neither. But I do feel like I kind of know what happens. Same. I like you basically have to go
into the locker room. Yeah, you got to get out of there. Can't stay. They might they might send
like one staff in there with you, but like they also might not because they the staff might be like
needed on the fields. Yeah, I think it depends. Like what was the outcome of the game? What was
like what was the red card? Because some players are like so angry. Other times you're just like
that was ridiculous. I don't know what you guys want me to do about that. Well, you're definitely
like one getting on your phone first. Like you're probably not going straight to the show. You're
going to get on your phone and like tech start texting your partner or your parents or somebody
and being like, that was ridiculous. I should never have gotten that. And then if the game is an
already playing in the locker room, you're pulling it up on your phones. You can watch. Yes.
And then you know, maybe your team comes in for half time. I don't really think people would be mad at
you. Well, unless you did something ridiculous. Yeah. But like more often than not, you know, if you
have crazy energy, I can imagine the coach being like, you need to like, yeah, you know, yourself,
and like go in the other room. We have a game to play. But yeah, you kind of just have to go in
there and like wait and try to watch the game. Yeah. Most people like after it, like,
especially if it's before half time, we'll be like, sorry, you guys, or even after the game,
we'll be like, yeah, my bad guys, sorry. And then, you know, if it was like not that bad,
people will be like, that was ridiculous. It shouldn't have been a red card. You don't do anything
wrong. And they'll have your back, which is nice, which is nice. And then usually you'll like
shower. Sometimes if like you need to like just cool down, you're like, I got to go, I got to go
shower. And then I'll yeah, watch the rest of this game. But yeah, you're watching and you're
feeling bad. Definitely watching. Yeah. And you're just in the locker by yourself. I feel like I
imagine that the worst part is like, you know, when your teammates played a 90 minute game and
they're exhausted. And then also you, you just made it worse for them because they had to play
with 10 players. Yeah. I'm a mad. I'm just imagining all of this because I've never gotten a red card.
But you would just feel so bad for them like physically because like you didn't do all that
running. And you also like made them do more running. I know it's like the same feeling of like
punishment running. Like, yeah, if you didn't make a time and then you like have to everybody has
to run because you didn't make your time. This is more college than it is in the pros. But remember
that feeling, you'd be like, sorry. Yeah. What a nightmare. Well, Matt, I love this question.
Very prevalent this week and this season in the end of yourself apparently with the red cards.
Oh my gosh. Imagine Portland though. Sorry to get you off. But imagine Portland. You're in
there being like, oh my gosh, I got a red. I'm by myself and all of a sudden your teammate walks in.
You're like, what? No. Hey. Oh, and we're winning. Oh, like double. Hey. Okay. I do feel like
Portland probably like celebrated so hard. I would. Okay. Now, thank you so much for
writing in. Anybody can write us questions any time you can send us an email at women's game.
M.I.B. at men and boys.com. I love getting questions. I love picking out the questions for the show.
So send us something. Lynn, sick and tired. I don't really have a sick and tired. It's just being
tired. You know what? Another thing I'm sick and tired of a little bit. Is that my feet are so
swollen like none of my shoes fit. So like having to shove my foot into my shoes is like the way
that I am just picturing your foot as like an elephant type is block foot is like I'm concerned
for you. Look at my hands. I don't know if you could tell, but they're like fluffy.
They do look big. Oh, you know, Lynn, she's just got really big hands and feet.
Now I look down and I'm like I have sausages. I have sausages. You look down and you're like those aren't my feet.
Seriously. I'm like those don't belong to me. I don't know who those belong to, but not me.
Like I'll get a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I'm like, ah, it's just so crazy.
Like can you believe this is how humans are made? Literally like no. Like I'm so rattled.
Like why? Why is this this why? This is almost the end of the podcast, but before we let you go,
we are going to leave everybody with a good vibe and I do have one today because I made
this little snack dessert healthy bite that I saw on Instagram. They're like basically what you do is
you put a bunch of dates and then a bunch of nuts into like a saucepan and you like get the dates
a little bit like warm and soft and gooey and then you mash everything together. You like roll it
up into I put it all into like a big ziplock bag and then I mashed it all together into like
basically like a lump in a log wait and then I and then I had this long log of date and nut
and then I cut that into like bites and then I dipped them in melted chocolate chips.
Send me the recipe so me and Marley can make that uncooked. I will. And then while the chocolate
was still wet, I drizzled a little bit of salt and a little bit of hemp seeds on there. So these
little nut bites, they have about 4,500 calories per bite because it's just all nuts and dates,
so it's a very nutrient dense. Yeah, but I'm imagining if you're like out on a hike and you like
need some like urgent calories, you could just pop a little date bite or if you're just sitting on
the couch and you need a little dessert date bite or if you're trying to get a baby out of your
body date bite. I'm gonna send you the video. What's your good vibe? Please send me the video. I'm
excited. Okay, my good vibe is we talked about this at the beginning a little bit but I had my baby
shower. Obviously. Yes. And so I have had two baby showers because one in the US and one here
and I think it was like such a good reminder or I just felt so lucky to have so many people that
were like pouring love into me and Marley and our baby and it was just really lovely and nice
and then that made me start thinking about friendships and how we just like don't tell each other
enough how much we love each other and what a good job everybody's doing because we had this thing
where like everybody could write a note to the baby and then we'll read it later in life. And so with
that I just wanted to tell you how much I love you and how much I think you're doing such a good
job with everything and how I know I know it's been years but like how soccer didn't necessarily
end how you wanted it to but I feel like you've just taken on this next step of your life like full
on and really embraced everything and sometimes even when you're having a bad day or a rough time
we don't know it and I just feel like so blessed and like grateful to have you in my life
so that was my good bye Marley that was like the nice thing you've literally ever said to me
you're welcome I just don't so much you're welcome and that was nice thank you I really appreciate
that I I'm gonna return to favor but a different time because my good bye and it was the date
bite but I do really appreciate that that means a lot and I did tear up a little bit and I also
want to write a letter to your baby okay you can so I'll email that one over to you by the end of
