5:56Welcome to Governor America, ladies and gentlemen, it is the 12th of September, 2026. Nice to have you with us once again here on this day after the 25th anniversary of September 11th, 2001. I decided to sub our regular open with the song. That started off as a palm. I penned in the days after 9-11 when the police state was unfolding around us. And we are being told all this war stuff going on is all designed, it is all for your freedom. We have to fight them over there so we don't face them at home. And yet to find out the whole thing was a lie. And the freedoms we were told the whole time we were fighting for our freedom. And yet freedoms were disappearing. And here we are 25 years later and we have learned absolutely nothing. We are continuing to go forward, things are continuing to advance in the Middle East.

6:57And we are in the, on the precipice of what looks like destruction once again. I'm thinking of that song, eve of destruction and how relevant it is after all these years, all these decades later, you would think that humanity would learn a lesson from all of this. It never leads to a good place. And here we are now having the Iran war now escalated. This was all a part of the plan to begin with. The whole part of the Neal Con plan is to deal with Iran. And now Trump's taken over after promising that he wouldn't get us into another war, promising no more regime change wars, railing against it on the campaign trail. And yet he's completely turned his back on the promise. And October 7th is the, you know, a lot of the Gaza ethnic cleansing going on over there.

8:00And we find out that that was whole thing was alive as well. Another false flag. So as we approach midterms, what do we have to look forward to? What do we have to look forward to? My concern here is with the increasing desperation of the present administration. And the complete flippancy with which he deals with his constituents, the voting public. I'm not unconvinced that there won't be another false flag orchestrated by this administration between now and November. That's my concern. Anyway, good morning, Vicki. Good morning. I'm actually surprised that he hasn't declared a national emergency yet. To keep himself in office, you know. Yeah, you know, it's funny how every single president in recent years, people have worried, wasn't leaving.

9:02And I remember people always worrying about Obama, maybe Obama might not leave. And before that, the Clintons might not leave. And now we're on the, we have a president now that's, I seriously have questions about it, especially in light of the fact that he is joked a number of times, quote unquote, joked about staying. So I will have to wait and see, but I don't think the next two years are shaping out. Are shaping up to be anything good. I think the midterms, the polling if the polling is to be believed, then it's looking like the Democrats are going to take back both houses of Congress. Now, if that happens, it's very clear to me that they will institute some sort of impeachment proceedings and may very well remove him from office officially, whether or not he goes is another story. But we're living in tumultus times to say the least.

10:07And talking about some of these issues, we will be doing all of this with Casey Whaling, Casey Wellen will be joining us in the final hour of the show along with Jim Fetzer. And they're working on a documentary together. And so we'll get into some of that in the final hour of the show as well. Lots of questions about 9-11. Well, looking at the, looking at the coverage yesterday, I don't know if you saw any of it, Vicki, you can almost can't stomach it. But what's remarkable to me, the theme, I guess if I had to pick one is what I heard anyway over and over again was how people marveled about how unified the country was behind the president. And kidding. Well, after 9-11, after that so-called attack. Oh, after 9-11, okay. Yeah. Well, how people were galvanized and unified around George W. Bush.

11:13You know, I'm paraphrasing here, but that's kind of the way everybody was left and right. They came together and it wasn't a great everybody saying, Kumbaya, because we'd been attacked and how patriotic everybody was. And there were flags everywhere. And it's almost like a, oh, the good old days. Somebody talking about the good old days. Uh-huh. War has a way of uniting people, doesn't it? Yeah, well, the country was more united than I'd ever seen it. You know, because we'd never been attacked on our own soil that we knew of. Yeah, and we still haven't been honestly. Well, we won't tell you that. That's the biggest question. Who did it? That's true. Yeah, good point. So I mentioned this some developing stuff happened yesterday. And what's interesting to me is how little coverage it got.

12:15I told Michelle about it and she says, oh, I'm going to turn on the news. So she turned on Fox News. And they were talking about the 25th anniversary of 9-11. And this went on and on and on and on. And finally, I don't know, it might have been 45 minutes later. They mentioned some of this on the Houthi, Houthi rebels. And what they've done. Now, for those that aren't aware, the Houthi rebels on yesterday took control of another checkpoint. Now, we hear a lot about the Strait of Hormuz. But there is another checkpoint at the south end of the Red Sea. And the Houthi rebels just took control of much of the West Coast of Yemen. And now they control that other oil checkpoint. And this is going to have to a tremendous has the potential of having a tremendous supply problem. Creating is another supply problem or escalating the existing supply problem, I guess, more accurately stated,

13:21of the world's oil supply. Because now getting oil out of Saudi Arabia becomes a lot more complicated because they have to go northward instead of south. And that means that the Asian oil buyers have to go, you know, these ships have to go all the way down the South trip to tip of Africa around the Cape of Good Hope. So I'm looking at the Straits Times right now. And they say the Iran-back Houthis seized control of Yemen's entire Red Sea coast. And captured three strategic islands on September 11th. That was yesterday, folks. And a lightning offensive that centered or cemented their hold on a vital shipping corridor linking Europe and Asia. The developments are likely to deepen the Middle East's war impact on international commerce. And as Saudi Arabia shut down an oil pipeline, that was the other thing. There was an East West pipeline that they were using because of the Strait of Hormuz being a problematic area.

14:28They were using this East West pipeline where there was a drone attack that struck some pumping stations along that pipeline. My understanding from reading, and I could be wrong here, but from what I've read, they weren't able to successfully rip up the pipeline itself, but they attacked some pumping stations. But it still could be the estimate for a repair from what I've read is it could be anywhere from days to weeks for that to get repaired. So that just creates more pressure on what is already a stressed energy market. So anyway, continuing reading here, the developments are likely to deepen the Middle East's wars impact on international commerce. As Saudi Arabia shut down an oil pipeline following attacks. And after months of Iran's blockade of the Strait of Hormuz following a week long offensive that has left hundreds dead, government officials said the Houthis seized the Yemeni side of the Bab Al-Mandab straight.

15:31And then the southern gateway to the Red Sea and the Suez Canal. Now, they didn't seize the Suez Canal. You got to read that sentence carefully. Because the first time I read it, I'm like, you mean they seized the Suez Canal too? That would be the north part. That is not true. That is still in Egyptian hands from what I've read. But they did seize the southern part and some islands there. They seized the western part of Yemen and some islands which gives them a very strategic position to be able to control the flow of oil out of the Red Sea on the southern side. So they say a local official with Yemen's Saudi-backed government set on September 11th that the Houthis had completed their takeover of the Bab Al-Mandab area. And Mayune Island. Saudi Arabia on September 11th said drones launch from Iraq. Do you remember Iraq, Vicki?

16:31Bagley. The 20-year war that we spent there? Well, apparently there are still terrorist attacks being launched there. Isn't that amazing? 20 years of a war in Iraq and Afghanistan. And we have terrorists in power launching terrorist attacks from those countries. And you want to tell me that US foreign policy isn't an epic failure? No, it's always a failure. I was saying yesterday in a group chat. It seems that the United States is always in the position of just missing it. You know, just right on the verge of success and then it's a failure. Total failure. Well, I guess it depends on how you define success. If the failure is the objective, then perhaps it is a success. Exactly. That's exactly the point.

17:34And how can that be so consistently unless that is the objective? Right. That's my concern. I think all of this is intentional. We weren't intended to win just like one questions whether we were ever intended to win in Vietnam. Yeah, precisely. Anyway, drones were launched from Iraq and hit the East West pipeline and led to its closure. The foreign ministry condemned the targeting of the East West pipeline in the Riyadh and Medina regions. The number of drones coming from Iraq, by several drones coming from Iraq, which caused human injuries and damage. That's going on. North Korea fired. That's something else. That's what's happening. That's fresh going on right now. This comes from a publication called Udupa Urdu Point, which is a Pakistani news outlet.

18:40Yemen's Houthis have announced significant progress in a major military operation against security forces. Supporting the exiled government in the Western coastal areas according to an Arab broadcaster, Houthi government, military spokesman Brigadier General Yaya Sari claimed that forces under their command had conducted a large scale operation against Saudi-backed mobile forces in Yemen's Western coastal areas. The three said that the operation began on three September with the aim of expelling Saudi-backed forces from their positions and to ease and Hodea, Hodea provinces, as well as ending the blockade and aggression imposed on Yemen. The spokesman said the Saudi-backed forces had been driven out of six districts covering a combined area of approximately 5,400 acre kilometers or square kilometers. He added that seven military brigades of the Saudi-backed forces were targeted during the operation, leaving hundreds of people dead, wounded or detained.

19:47Sari claimed that Houthi forces conducted 32 air defense operations during the campaign, including claims that nine aircraft were shot down. This has been building for a long time, this war, and now very overtly now they come out. So just to summarize, in the 24 hours covering September 11, 2026, Yemen's Iran-backed Houthis completed a rapid coastal offensive that gave them the control of Yemen's entire Red Sea shoreline, and key islands and the Bab Al-Mandeb straight. A while ago, a coordinated drone strike from Iraq hit Saudi Arabia's east-west oil pipeline. This, to me, is a huge story, hasn't gotten any major attention, which is to me just remarkable. It's remarkable how little coverage this is getting. You know, September 11, 2021 is a historical event.

20:52The 25-year anniversary, while worth a mention, I don't think was near the amount of coverage that it got yesterday. And yet it was just wall-to-wall, as far as I can tell anyway, and I'm not an avid network television watcher, but it seemed like any time you turned it on, it was just wall-to-wall, then doing interviews, then talking about that day, reminiscing, just like I said, like it was the good old times. We have this developing story going on right now, which is a massive unfolding and escalation of an existing conflict that can and should be avoided by the President Administration. Yeah, here we go. Headfirst, diving into the pit. Just mind-blowing. Yeah, I, well, the day before that, it was, I guess, the anniversary of when Charlie Kirk died.

21:59Yeah. And it was all day long, all day long, tributes to Charlie Kirk. Yeah, he did, you know, some great things, but my God. Well, and they don't even tell you the truth about Charlie Kirk and how he died. That's the amazing thing about it. All the people that are lifting a glass to Charlie Kirk, these people, or the many of these people, I should say, are, in my opinion, the very people who sold him out. Trump himself would not even talk about Charlie Kirk in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination. He wouldn't even talk about it. The media asked him how he's holding up. Hey, how about that ballroom? Take a look at the ballroom over there. Didn't he want to talk about it? So I believe Charlie was betrayed by the people he trusted the most.

23:00And I will go to my grave saying that. Yeah, it would seem so. But also, my understanding is we are hearing now that, and I just want to make sure I don't miss any details here. We are hearing now that there is a retaliation coming. The United States is preparing nine-time operations. This is also very fresh against Iran. Gateway Pundit reported that, but they are citing Trey Yenkst, who reports for Fox News. He's a board on aircraft carrier. Right now, we're on the US National Board's Washington. We've just arrived about an hour ago. And already, they are scrambling jets and a helicopter to address a developing threat from Iran. This is an incredibly active front line in the conflict with Iran. Just near for the naval blockade in the Arabian Sea. You can see behind me the bombs that attach to these F-35s,

24:04who will launch from this flight deck moment, barely. And again, it gives you a sense of how the United States is fostered right now in the region. With this aircraft carrier 5,000 sailors on board is surrounded by destroyers, which rest keep coming, Iranian threats. Last weekend, the Iranians launched a ballistic missile at this vessel. So, that is another thing that we can, we'll have to keep an eye on. Yeah, and I can't help but wonder, why don't we just go in and wipe them out? What's the deal with 40 years of putting up with all these things that Iran is supposed to have done to us? I mean, we do know that they killed what eight or nine soldiers, when they put a missile through what was at the coal. Yeah, and aircraft carry.

25:04Why didn't we, why didn't we destroy them at that point? Because the people in office had better sense than to do that. You can't stop and destroy them. Why not? Why not? I truly don't understand. If you hit us, we hit you back. Yeah, and they didn't do anything. So, you got to keep in mind, we're not being told the truth about what's really going on. That's the thing, that's the number one problem is you can't believe anything, these lying neocons have to say. Case in point, let me just jump to this, because here we see, the Libertarian Institute put it out on article, which brought me back down to a lot of the history of 9-11. You know, they said 9-11, and we're out of lucky, and are unanswered questions. Well, they're unanswered questions or mild compared to my unanswered questions.

26:07They say, in 1990, the US Agency for International Development provided a full funding for N.S.R. Abdelah, Al Alaki for studies in civil engineering at Colorado State University. That's kind of interesting, isn't it? USAID did that in 1990? There was only one problem, the USAID document listed his birthplace as Yemen. Alaki was actually born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in inaccuracy, which federal security agent Ray Fornier, and New York Times, described as being done in an attempt to qualify him for scholarship money. Alaki returned to the United States on October 23rd, 2000, just two weeks after the bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen, which you had mentioned, Vicki. This sequencing is worth mentioning, but at the same time, the FBI did not establish any connection between Alaki and the attack.

27:07Just months before September 11th, Alaki moved to Virginia, you know, the home of all the Spooks. I became an imam at a mosque there in Falls Church. After the events of 9-11 on September 15th, he was questioned by authorities and claimed he flew into Washington, D.C.'s National Airport at 9am, less than an hour before the Pentagon was hit. Alright, I got to take the break here, but I am going somewhere with this because, Alalaki, they claim, has ties to all these various terrorist events, and I've went through this repeatedly in the past on the show. 32:15And we're back. This is Governor America. I see that 500 refugees have now made their way to Djibouti. I guess they decided they were going to get their Djibouti over there to Djibouti. Anyway, their women and children are arriving in the coastal city of Djibouti in Africa. And how many of those will eventually be arriving on the shores of the United States of America? That's the question. How many of them will be ultimately flown in during the next Democrat administration? See, the ground is being laid, ladies and gentlemen.

How much worse can the situation get before people are not able to make it?

34:16I don't know. I don't know how people are making it now. I'm having a very tough time. I will tell you that. The price of groceries they've like doubled and tripled the price and they've cut the sizes. Yeah, of the product. 35:16He said the war has added about $115 billion in additional costs through higher gasoline prices that we pay at the pump diesel that goes to everything that's put on a truck from groceries to Amazon packages and jet fuel. So if you fly in an airplane, you can pay more because you pay more for everything when the cost of fuel goes up. So again, where is all this going to end up? So in the meantime, I was talking before the break though about this and we're out of lackey because the Libertarian Institute was asking questions about him. But the questions I have are different from theirs. They're talking about some of his doings before and you know, but I'm interested in some of the stuff even after. Like why was he having dinner with Pentagon brass right after in the days after 9-11?

36:21This is a guy in our al-Lake which is alleged to be associated with the September 11, 2001 attacks. Okay, supposedly we're being told several 9-11 hijackers including Nawaf al-Hazmi Khalid al-Midhar and Hany Hanzur attended sermons at mosques where al-Lake was Imam. So supposedly if we were to believe there were real hijackers and if we were to believe that there were really hijacked planes, that's a lot of ifs by the way because I don't know. You know, you don't know what to believe anymore because they're lying constantly. They've been proven to there are so many questions, so many impossibilities. Like why was FEMA there the night before? Let's just start there. What are the odds that they're having a drill on the morning of 9-11 at exactly the same time that the 9-11 incident is going on?

37:29That seems a little weird doesn't it, Vicki? What coincidence that they had all those trucks ready to pick up the debris from the demolition of the towers? Yeah, Michelle had to move the debris immediately after. Exactly, exactly. Michelle had was asking me last night. Did they ever recover a lot of the bodies from the wreckage? And I said, well, I'm sure they recovered some of their bodies. The problem is that they moved, they were so quick to remove all the debris that how would you know? Yeah. And I think a lot of it was disintegrated to be frank with you. But you're right. They got rid of it. And I remember that very clearly like it was yesterday how quickly they cleaned up the crime scene. Almost like the Charlie Kirk assassination wasn't it?

38:31Yeah. I mean they pulled, you know, they ended up bulldozing that site. And at Charlie Kirk's assassination they cemented, they literally paved over the crime scene. Now why would they do that ladies and gentlemen unless they really is? An attempt to quite literally cover things up? It makes no sense. What were they afraid of? So getting back to this, this anewar alakie, we're told connections with September 11, 2001. Supposedly inspired the London Transit bombings, the Toronto 18 plot. Supposedly they watched, they watched his videos during training. The Fort Dix New Jersey plot, inspired by his recordings. Supposedly he was behind the 2009 attacks and attempts, the little rock, the June 2009 Little Rock military recruiting office shooting.

39:36Supposedly the perpetrator of that possessed his literature supposedly. November 5, 2009, you remember the Fort Hood shooting? Yeah. Army Major Nadal Hassan, exchange of, exchange of about 18 emails with alakie in 2008 to 2009, were told. And alakie later publicly praised Hassan as a hero. Then there is the December 25, 2009 attempted, you know, the underwear bomber. Umar Furuk Abdaminatah, Abdimultelab or whatever his name was. Abdol Multelab. We had the Haskels on the show at the time, right after that. The Haskels were attorneys from Taylor, Michigan, where I used to grow up, where I would grow up partially part of my childhood as a kid. And we had them on, they were family law practitioners.

40:42In Taylor. And they were aboard that jet when that happened. And prior to Curtin Laurie reported seeing at the counter this sharp dressed man with this kid, this Abdimultelab in a t-shirt, this sharp dressed man accompanied him and tried to get him on the flight. And they told somebody at the ticket counter, you know, we do this all the time, but the guy didn't have a passport. But they still let him on the flight. Yeah, how does that work? And Curtin Laurie tried their best to try to get them to pull the airport security footage. They tried to get various, you know, government agencies and what have you. Well, they did everything they could to get that investigated. And it went nowhere. Why? Because I think because it doesn't fit the official narrative, ladies and gentlemen.

41:45The whole thing was a setup situation. And the beat goes on. But supposedly this underwear bomber had ties to N.W. Al-Alochee. Then you got the Times Square bombing attempt in May 1st of 2010. You have the stabbing of the British Prime Minister, Stephen Thames. Supposedly radicalized after listening to 100 hours of Al-Alochee speeches. You got the October 2010 cargo plane bomb plot. There's several cases where this guy is supposedly cited as connected. I seem like I remember two Portland, the Portland Christmas tree lighting ceremony. There was an attempt there. There was some kind of terrorist attack attempt there. And that person had ties to Al-Alochee. You know, there's so many incidents. It's hard to keep track of them all. I used to have them all listed out.

42:46So I could read it quickly on the show because I've talked about this ad nauseam. The point being though is that after 9-11, this is a Fox News article which is amazing that it's still up. Catherine Harrage, who no longer works for Fox because she's a real journalist. She wrote this at the time. N.W. Al-Alochee. Maybe the first American on the CIA's killer capture list. This, the date of this article by the way, October 20th, 2010. Maybe the first American on the CIA's killer capture list, but he is also was also a lunch guest of military brass at the Pentagon within months of the September 11th, 2001, a terrorist attacks Fox News has learned. Now, that raises some interesting questions, doesn't it, Vicki? Yep. Do you think you or I could get in there and have, you know, maybe I wonder if I could just show up

43:46and have dinner with Pentagon brass? I wonder if they would let me in. It would be interesting to see. But Al-Alochee somehow got in. They were actually dining with the terrorists supposedly mastermind behind all of these attacks. After 9-11, isn't that amazing? Documents exclusively obtained by Fox News, including an FBI interview conducted after the four-hood shooting in November 2009, state that Al-Alochee was taken to the Pentagon as part of the military's outreach to the Muslim community. In the immediate aftermath of the attacks. And why would they do that? Why would they be reaching out to the Muslim community? Unless they're trying to recruit more terrorists? I don't know.

44:46Don't want to be conspiracy theorist or anything. Coordinating the plans. Yep. The incident was flagged by a current Defense Department employee at the time, 2010, who came forward and told investigators she helped arrange the meeting after she saw Al-Alochee speak in Alexandria, Virginia. This Al-Alochee must be one heck of a orator. The employee, quote, attended this talk and while she arrived late, she recalls being impressed by the imam. Al-Alochee, a Yemeni American, was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, was interviewed at least four times by the FBI in the first week after the attacks because of his ties to three of the supposed hijackers. Three hijackers were all aboard allegedly. I'll say flight 77 that slammed into the Pentagon. Al-Alochee is now believed to be hiding in Yemen. Okay, so anyway, the point is, is we're led to believe that this, this, this E-MOM, N-W-R-A-Alochee,

46:54mastermind of numerous terrorist attacks, inspirational speaker, think of Wayne Dyer, okay, only into the terrorist community. Okay, he's the terrorist community's Wayne Dyer, okay, and yet he's sitting there amongst the tables of the Pentagon's best, I guess, the best and brightest. But let's back up for a second. There was no airplane that hit the Pentagon. Flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon. That was a complete fabrication. Yeah, well that's what they say though. They say it hit. Well, they're liars. Obviously, I am definitely skeptical of any flight hitting the Pentagon because it doesn't look like the hole in the Pentagon fit in a jet. It was a missile.

47:55Yeah. And I remember the report by Jamie McIntyre, I guess, was his name. The reporter who said on TV, on air, there is no evidence of a plane hitting the Pentagon. Right. It was a missile. Yeah, and it's interesting that he didn't say it was a missile. I say it was a missile. Well, other people actually, I think Rumsfeld or somebody, I have to call up the article again, but I think Rumsfeld actually set the quiet part out loud and called it a missile. I'll have to go find that article. Yeah. I think the officials actually did, I think they slipped up and called it a missile. But yeah, there's no, there's no, there's never been any footage. I mean, Washington, T.C. ladies and gentlemen is one of the most surveilled areas on the planet. And there was no footage of that plane hitting the Pentagon.

49:00And after people screamed and yelled about it, they finally released like one or, I think it was like one or two frames, which was from an angle you couldn't see what it was hardly. And it didn't look like a plane. Yeah, it didn't. So what they actually released ended up causing more questions than it answered. So that makes you wonder why wouldn't they release the footage because they don't have any. That's my answer to it. So these false flags are going on and you got to ask yourself the question why what's the reason behind it? They wanted the war, they wanted to increase the surveillance state, they wanted to have an excuse to take your freedoms away. And the same thing happened on October 7th. We just, we've been talked, we've talked a lot about October 7th, the supposed attack on Israel.

50:03And now these, the information just keeps coming out about that. You know, Horat's just had an article revealed. Netanyahu received an explicit warning days before October 7th. He didn't brief Israel's security chiefs. This is just fresh off the press in herets. The Israeli publication September 8th is when this article came out. So fresh this week. What's going on here? As we know that 9-11 had numerous attacks. You know, Willie Brown, remember he was warned not to fly. Yep. And they just reported that in the San Francisco Chronicle like it was nothing after the fact. Oh yeah, I was warned not to fly, but I get a lot of warnings. Oh, it's, it's not a big deal. Apparently every day they call me up and tell me not to fly. He didn't say that, but that's how they make you try, try to make you think.

51:03Well, our, our country has had an agenda that's been hidden from us since the UN was established. And I do believe that the agenda is to, is the reorganization of the world's governing territories. Rather than nations, states and counties and cities like in our country, the way their organization is regions. And that would be, the Americas would be a region. And then breaking up the United States and merging with Canada. That would be a region. And in, in our metropolitan, in our city areas,

52:04the objective is to create metropolitan regions. And that's where I started my research on, you know, trying to figure out what the heck is going on in Boyce, Idaho with five other county leaders. They created a regional organization of five counties. And what, what I've been researching or trying to find this last week was how the mayors fit into this reorganization of world governance. And it turns out that the mayors are, are the traders in our country that create these unconstitutional regional organizations.

53:07And that's exactly what they created in Boyce, Idaho. It's actually Ada County and, and there's five county area. But it's the mayors of the areas that are the global traders towards converting. And I found this on the Socialist International website. I've spent a couple days looking for that. And I found it. And that's why I don't know if you remember, I don't know, 2008 or nine or somewhere around there, where the largest cities formed an organization of global mayors, global cities. And one of them was San Francisco, of course, Chicago, New York.

54:11I can't remember. There were about five of them that came out of the closet and attempted to set up a global cities network. Bloomberg was one of the leaders behind that. And what it was is to conform to the international structure of the Socialist International. And people have been wondering, you know, where did the democratic Socialists of America come from? I even heard one guy say, oh, there nobody. They just, you know, just some marginal organization. Well, that is a complete mislead. I agree. It's very obvious as they get more and more prominent, more and more bold in their communist push. I did find that article, by the way, with Donald Rumsfeld. This was an interview he did with Parade magazine after 9-11.

55:18And they parade asked the question, this is a question that's been asked by many Americans, but especially by the widows of September 11. How were we so asleep at the switch? How did a war targeting civilians arrive on our homeland with seemingly no warning? Rumsfeld answered, there were lots of warnings in that amazing lot warnings, he said. The intelligence information that we got, it sometimes runs into hundreds of alerts or pieces of intelligence a week. One looks at the worldwide, it's thousands. And the task is to sort through and see what you can find. And as you find the things, the law enforcement officials who have the responsibility to deal with that type of thing, the FBI at the federal level, and although it's not, it's an investigative service, as opposed to a police force, it's not a federal police force, as you know. But the state and local law enforcement officials have the responsibility of dealing with those kinds of issues.

56:19They find a lot of, and any number of terrorist efforts have been dissuaded, deterred or stopped by good intelligence gathering, are good preventative work. It is a truth that a terrorist can attack anytime, any place, using any technique, and it's physically impossible to defend it every time and every place against every conceivable technique.
