Welcome wherever you are right now whether sitting at your desk or taking a break from your tasks, let your posture align comfortably. Keep your back straight yet relaxed and let your hands rest softly in your lap. Gently close your eyes or hold a soft gaze at a single point in front of you. You've been processing information, making decisions and directing your attention all day.

It's natural for the mind to feel heavy or unfocused. Right now you don't need to produce, solve or achieve anything. This space is dedicated purely to clearing the slate. Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your ribs expand, hold it at the top for just a brief, comfortable moment, and then release it through your mouth. In your mouth with a slow gentle exhale.

Once more, draw in a full, cleansing breath, filling your lungs completely. As you breathe out, imagine blowing away the mental dust that has built up throughout your day. Let your breathing settle into its own easy, unforced rhythm. Take off and hide in small overlooked muscles in the body.

Let's release them now to send a clear signal to your nervous system that it is safe to reset. Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows and across your forehead. Consciously soften this area. Let any micro-tension smooth out completely. Shift down to your eyes. Allow the small muscles behind and around your eyes to relax.

When we stare at screens or concentrate deeply, these muscles contract, signaling stress to the brain. Let them rest. Unclench your jaw. Drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth and let your lips part slightly. Feel your shoulders drop away from your ears.

As these physical points of strain unlock, notice how a natural sense of spaciousness begins to return to your mind. Now, bring your primary focus to the physical sensation of your breath, moving in and out at the tip of your nose. On every inhalation, imagine drawing in clear, crisp, oxygen-rich air. That brightens your awareness.

Feel it reviving your senses and bringing a subtle cool energy into your forehead and eyes. On every exhalation, imagine releasing dense, warm, stagnant energy. Picture it leaving your body like a light mist, taking with it all the lingering thoughts. Unanswered messages and mental clutter from earlier.

Inhale clarity, exhale the noise. If your mind wanders, if it to do list item or a random thought pops up, simply notice it without frustration. Acknowledge it. Let it float away like a cloud passing through an open sky and return your focus directly to the cool air entering your nose.

With the noise clearing away, tune into the quiet power, sitting right beneath the surface of your awareness. You do not need to push through fatigue with sheer willpower. Sharpness comes naturally when the mind is calm, clear and focused on one thing at a time. Feel a quiet, steady current of vitality, starting to build in your core. You are gathering your energy back from all the places it was scattered earlier today.

Your focus is sharp, your thoughts are organized and your energy is balanced. Take one final deep breath in, filling your chest and belly completely. Hold it for a moment, enjoying this feeling of fresh clarity and exhale fully through your mouth.

Feel the contact points of your body against your chair or the floor beneath you. Ground yourself in the room. Begin to gently move your fingers and toes. Roll your shoulders back once or twice. When you are ready, gently open your eyes.

Take a moment to enjoy this clear, focused state of mind as you step smoothly into the rest of your day.
