That's insane, dude.
It's insane that Abby Dome, especially after seeing her on that complex
actually workout, she looked absolutely worked.
She was doing the sandbag burpee getovers and was like going to a knee coming
up to a knee.
And the true sign of seeing somebody that's getting demolished and a workout is
we're at each rep looks different.
Yeah.
Like they're hurting so bad that each rep they try a different technique to make
it better.
And her word is so out of it, they've like completely forgotten.
like rhythm or anything. But that's why I was really surprised that she got eighth on that event
because that looked like worse than what's the small, it's the depth of field, it's so shallow,
it's such a shallow field. Super, I guess, surprised at Andre Moistris in this last workout,
sixteenth overall, which is essentially a last. And it looked like she squat cleaned was like
155, maybe it was a blue and and I think it was looked like a black 15. Yeah, so okay, 165,
but that was the second round. And on her first round, she had a blue and a green on the bar.
And she made the lift interesting. So you were thinking she heard herself maybe or maybe it was
just some sort of weird strategy she had. We have Emma tall here in seventh overall, she's missing
a score on complex actually, which was the up and back chipper of strict pull ups,
sand by complexes, but she did it. She was right in front of me. Right, I know we watched her do it.
So I wonder why the score is not in. We were talking to Jess Green actually, I know we have brought
this up earlier on the show's chocolate box training. And I was talking to her coach and he said
that it is a forest gump reference to you never know what you're going to get when you come in
because every day is a different workout, which I thought was cool. Yeah, I know, super cool.
So Asher Tind, she crushed that previous event, dropped down to 10th place where I guess she got
destroyed in the first workout. I think Andra Moistris is the one that we were most like checking
at because of that 1416 on the first workout, thinking, hey, that's a really, really good workout to win.
And then she goes back and wins the up and back chipper. Those are two really good workouts.
Right. Two really good workouts to be good at. So I wonder if she just has a strength like you would
think, okay, maybe she has a, because she did bad in the wall ball workout, I would think it's because
of the legless. I would think I think on the short rigs, I, in the heavy wall ball, I would think
it was a strength thing on the wall ball, but she crushed the first workout with the thrusters.
Do you think that's those thrusters are easier than the heavy wall ball? Yeah, I think the heavy
wall balls harder. I think the heavy wall ball is one of the lightest implements that can expose

that. I didn't want to say that, but I was like, wow, that looks like a good power clean day for

It was one minute of work, three minutes of rest for three sets, Justin.
And the scores are total load lifted and you get one weight per interval. So it's basically
your heaviest clean possible per per one minute interval. Each interval, you have a buy-in of
echo bike calories. So one minute of work, three minutes of rest for three sets. Set one for men
is 21 Calaco, set two, 18 Calaco, set three, 15 Calaco. In the time remaining, you get as many
attempts as you want to hit a one rep clean. And your scores, your total weight lifted.
So you get as many attempts as you want, but only the heaviest of that. The only successful,
yeah, the one success, you don't get to change weights within the window. It's too short.
You do get to change weights within the window. Oh, that's what everyone tried to do in the last
one. And a couple people made. Oh, okay, okay. An heaviest one count. Got it, got it, got it.
