Happiness journey with Dr Dan podcast: Season 20 Ep 8: Special Guest and marathon runner Dave Grange

Dave Grange helps people achieve their most exciting - butterflies in the stomach- see what's possible goals in their personal and professional lives. He uses his adventure based framework with individuals and groups to help them build the mindsets, skills and character traits needed for long term success.

He lives on a ranch near Sun Valley, Idaho with his wife and 4 young kids. He loves trail running, mountain biking, fly fishing and backcountry skiing. 

 

In August he completed a personal challenge to test his mental and physical limits by running 5 trail marathons, in 5 consecutive days, across 5 different countries through the Alps. He completed the journey of 137 mile and 39,000 feet of elevation gain and now inspires audiences with his tales of adventure and the life transformations that occur on the other side of challenges.
