Hi, I'm Johnny Yerksontata, and sometimes when I am in deep pain and cannot fall asleep, my mind starts going and I start fearing the future ahead. You got to understand, like with quadruplegia is not easy, but I must remember that my life is not truly mine. I find in Job chapter 12 that it says, in his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind. Oh my goodness, when am I going to learn, when will I stop trying to cling to that which I cannot control? That which isn't even mine to begin with. And I'm so glad that God, not me, has full authority and oversight over what is to come, because his plans are far greater and better than mine. So today, if you too are fearing the future, remember you are in good hands. Your life is in the best of hands, your Savior's hands. If he loved you not to die for you, he will certainly see you through the days to come.
