Healing Through The Forgotten System: Why We Can't Ignore Our Lymphatic System with John Ossipinsky
About this episode
What if one of the body’s most important systems is also one of the most overlooked?
In this episode, we explore the lymphatic system and its connection to overall health. My guest, John "The LymphMan" Ossipinsky, explains what can contribute to an acidic internal environment, how this may affect lymphatic function, and why supporting the lymphatic system involves more than simply lymphatic drainage.
We also talk about the role of nutrition and movement, and he demonstrates a simple “shoulder shuffle” designed to help get the lymph flowing. Even better, we discuss how we can introduce simple healthy habits like these to our children from an early age.
A fascinating conversation about understanding our bodies, moving more, eating well, and giving our children healthy habits they can carry with them for life.

to go. Yes. Excellent. Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the talk to Danielle podcast. I am your host Danielle C Baker. And before we get started, be sure to like follow and subscribe to whichever channel you're listening or watching from. And we are in season four. So I do invite you to have a look at the three previous seasons. They may be some episodes there that will relate to your reality today. So there are timeless. I do invite you to have a look. We're going to jump right in. I am really excited to have this this guest on because this is a topic that's been quite. I'm looking forward to today, but there has been something that reoccurred quite a bit or it comes up quite a bit really excited to have the lymph men with me today. So we have the wonderful John Ossofinski with me is going to walk us through what's how important the lymphatic system is.
And give us a head start on how we can take care of ourselves and then teach our children to take care of themselves as well so we can have a head start with their health over the years. So I'm going to put this spotlight on to you, John. Thank you so much for joining me. I'm really excited to have you on. Thank you. I really love teaching people about the lymphatic system. It's something most people never think about until we get a diagnosis of cancer or swelling. So I've been on a goal for over 30 years to educate people about this system. And once you understand it, you have a better edge at overcoming an illness preventing disease aging with your mind intact and having healthier children who can think and maybe not have digestive issues and skin problems because we all have this tiny network of vessels and nodes. It's everywhere. It's under your skin. It's in your organs. It's in your blood vessels. It's outside of them. It's in your brain. They found it in 2015. And when we don't think about this system, all your thousands of lymph vessels and hundreds of lymph nodes drain right behind your clavicles, which is the bones right in front of our neck.
So when we have more congestion, when we have more tightness in our body, then we're going to have limited lymph flow, especially how many of you work on a computer nowadays. I think most of us, right. And as soon as we go a little bit, just a little bit with a forward head tilt or shoulder tilt, we actually limit. Think of it as a plumbing system. This is the major lymph drain. And as soon as we put our head and shoulders forward, we limit flow, how we flow in our body. I just did that. And my legs, I felt them get a little bit backed up. So we don't have this understanding because we've never thought of our lymphatic system. So my goal is to have everybody by the end of this today to be able to feel a little bit of flow in their body and understand this system, especially for children, our children have anxiety to have digestive issues there. Having a lot of mental health issues. And it's because we missed a lymph brain connection. That's you've touched on so many important points there, but it is something. It's a system that we really don't think about. I know that I started looking into it when you kept hearing about lymph nodes that had to be taken out because of a cancer. So I was something you would hear. We had to take out some of the lymph nodes, but you don't really understand what it's all about.
It's really important. And that for our children, it's that you were you saying that posture where we use with our phone were more concerned with our neck hump, the hunch that we have, but it it's doing so much more before we get into it. Can you walk us through a little bit how you got there? Because this is what I find fascinating with your your range of work. It took you so you know you didn't start off with the lymphatic system. But I think people will appreciate the connection that you're able to put specifically with the work that you do. There's a connection with other parts of the body that is so important. So I the few though by walking us through a little bit. I have always been someone who likes to help people. I was a lifeguard in Coney Island in New York. I was a medic in the army. I ran a battalion aid station of 300 soldiers. They became a New York City firefighter, one of the best jobs in the world. And then I when I retired, I got bored and I went to massage school and I then learned over seven years from three of the world's renowned doctors who do manual medicine with their hands, Dr. Upledge or cranial,
and I was able to take a little bit of psychotherapy, which is work with the brain and spinal cord. Dr. Burrell, which is work with the organs, you know you don't realize it, but your organs if they have problems they saw swelling or they don't get good blood flow and we can actually move them and make them work better. And then really what put it all together for me was the lymphatic system, Dr. Bruno Chickley, he teaches lymph drainage therapy, we'll put up like a 500 page book on it. And the lymphatic system is not something new. It's been around for a long time. And now even though I published a book in 20 2006 on how disease begins when our body becomes acidic and then your lymph system can clean you, we just constrict a little bit and then disease begins, you know, inflammation starts and when we have inflammation for years, we get sick. And now I wrote that in 2006, 2023, the National Institutes of Health, they reported that and I'll read it. So I don't get in trouble. I don't want to paraphrase it's in the emerging importance of lymphatics and health and disease changes in normal lymphatic function can alter multiple systems in the body and manifest as different and varied pathologies at your diseases.
There are many conditions related to lymphatic dysfunction within all body systems. What does that mean? They list many diseases in every system of the body. They even list blood cancers, they list regular cancers, right? It's all associated with all lymphatic system. And yet no one thinks about this. And that's why we're also sick. So there are simple things in that we have to teach our children. And I've always said, you know, if we can get our parents to understand it's not just teaching the kids or getting them to eat well. If we can get the parents to understand that they have to take care of their lymphatic system, then naturally they changed their diet a little bit. And trust me, I'm not into being perfect in my life. I like to eat the foods I grew up with. I have one life, but I've learned how to clean up. And that's what most people don't do. We have to learn how to use the lymphatic system to clean the body and the brain. Because when they can't flow, we actually fill with our own cellular ways that's from your brain, that's from your kidneys, from your organs, your bones. And then we wonder why we get diseases like lymphoma or children get cancer or they have digestive issues. It's really because this tiny network of vessels and nodes that all has to flow like a river right to behind your clavicles and come down in your head.
We get tight in our shoulders, it just doesn't do it. And that's really the biggest problem. And so everything I wrote is coming true. And again, I wrote about acid. And you don't have any symptoms of acid for it to be silently damaged your organs or your bones. And in 2024, a study came out and they wrote that brain acidity linked to multiple neurological disorders. So people think of anxiety, depression. Why isn't my kid thinking? Why am I having brain fog? Why am I concerned about Alzheimer's? It's because we're missing how our brain has a circulation. It has to do with your lymphatic system. And when you're lymphatic system here behind your clavicles backs up and in your neck, especially, then waste can't be cleared from your brain or your body as well. And that it simplifies. It really oversimplifies most of our health problems where we have thousands of diseases. But they're really all coming down to one thing is your lymphatic system. This tiny network of vessels and nodes able to clean you. Yeah, and it's so true that they don't talk about it or you don't we hear about inflammation all the time or this enough, but they don't they'll just say, okay, do this, but they're not actually looking into or they're not mentioning the lymphatic system.
I know that you you could show us a few things that we could do to help that flow to help the river to keep running. But before we do, this is what I find really interesting and I really resonate with your work is you talk about acidity and how to keep that balance as we when we talk off camera before you mentioned, you know, it's not going to be perfect every day. Sometimes we do go a little acidic. It's just about readjusting, you know, and and catching it before it becomes a bad habit. What are some things that people should know with our listeners should know to look for or to, you know, what how they can balance so that they don't go too alkaline either because that's not good. Yeah, I find that balance and and not feel guilty about, you know, going a little off the rails sometimes. Right, I think we just have to understand that we just can't eat the same foods all the time, right? And if you look a lot of families, they eat the same recipes and they've had the same stress in their lives. Right. So a lot of our diseases have to do with our lifestyle and our diet. So it's not about living a perfect diet, but we I never ate vegetables. I hated vegetables.
I never ate them. I ate meat pasta and rice and bread. And that's why I was a kid. I had eczema. I had heels burrs. I had a stuttering at a lot of different problems. And we drank soda all the time to the generic cheap soda. No water. We just drank soda. And so we were making ourselves acidic and it affected my health greatly. And at 47, I'm now 68 at 47. I felt like I was dying. I had irritable bowel syndrome, hot palpitations, restless legs syndrome. My hands and my legs and my back would just twist in time. My hands would drop things. And I was 70 pounds overweight and my hair and beard had big holes. I was losing hair. And I finally realized I just can't take care of my clients lymphatic system. I really have to take care of my own. I was going through a lot of stress at that time and a lot of things were going on. But once I realized that, okay, I got to take care of my lymphatic system a little more than just getting a massage or because I was getting loads. I was getting loads of massages. I own two massage therapy clinics. And it wasn't doing it. I had to take personal responsibility. I changed my diet for 30 days. I ate nothing but vegetables. And I ate vegetables.
But my wife roasted some vegetables. Thank God for her. And I ate those. And I had salads. And I had fruit. Some things I never ate. And took some magnesium. I took some digestive enzymes. And I drained myself. And I did a little exercise. And not major exercise. But that changed my environment and my body. And within three weeks, I started feeling better. My brain popped. I actually felt that go pops on to stand up. Brains are shrinking. That's why we have commercials on TV about balloons. Oh, is your brain, your balloon shrinking. I was 47. And I something was happening my brain, but I actually felt a physical pop. I mean, the membranes around my brain went up and they let go because I gave them proper circulation. But my IBS went away. I'm able to control my weight, my hair grew back in. And it's a managing. You have to manage your life. It's not like you cure something. And then it goes away. You ignore your lymphatic system in four or five days. You're going to start filling with waste. You know how many cells dying to body every day, 500 million. At that time, a good day. You're taking antibiotics or taking a lot of medications or you're very sick and a lot of anxiety or digestive issues or cancer. Then you have a lot more waste.
And a small portion of that waste gets picked up by your lymphatic system. So if it can't work your lymphatic system that wastes just bills in our organs and where it bills, where you have least circulation is where you get your diseases. So dying is a big thing for me. Even though I would love to say, oh, just drain yourself to me. It's diet and exercise. It's diet and exercise. I never moved. When I was doing a lot of stress stuff, I took a lot of supplements, been a lot of money on that, but I didn't do any movement. I was like, I'm a man next to me, I sat in front of my desk, writing my book, whatever I was doing at that time. And you know, stressful. And we have to move. We stress make the cortisol and adrenaline. And that makes our body more acidic. So when we have repeated stress, we're making ourselves acidic, acidic acidic. And then your tissues themselves constrict and they really can function as well. So diet is big greens and a lot more greens, fruits and vegetables. Don't force your kids to eat anything. You'll never do it. You got to make it fun. Right. You got to make it fun with the kids. Put something on their plates.
They you don't have to eat it. Just leave it there. I want you to see it. But if one day you want to try it, you can't. You know, and maybe I'll give you something for it. But it's something like that, especially if the child has any cognitive problems. We know they just need the same exact things all the time. If they are like that and you can't get them to change your diet, then you got to give them some supplements like magnesium, multise and things like that. Even up some salt, that's a really bouncing. I take one a week at least. That is important. Yeah. And you're right with those safe foods. It's hard sometimes to diversify. But if they watch us early, when you start young, because this is what I like about your teaching as well as if you start young. And they see you eat them. They will be more prone to wanting to taste it or just try to lick it. You know, let's let's start by licking it. And then I love that. How can I and I'm blown away? I was a little speechless early. So I was talking with you said your age and I would have said you're probably in your 50s or so early 50s. So it's definitely working. It's.
Yeah, you know, something. Yeah. What ages us is to sell you a little waste in our body. That's been proven, right? It's called sent a scent cells. These are zombie cells. And we all know what zombies are from our zombie movies and apocalypse. And we have cells like that. They're sort of alive, but they're dead. And they're just not being taken up by the body. And where they fill the create disease. But when we have a lot of them, they keep on ramping up inflammation. And that's what makes us get, you know, things like sepsis and other other major problems infections. So this lymph system is really one of the most important things and people will start hearing about it in about 30 years from the medical system, but it's going to take them a long time. And I'm about 20 years ahead of medicine. So if they have a healthy, if they have a serious health problem, you know, it's something they have to incorporate as a lymph system. And it's very quick. I deal with people who are very sick and often like during COVID, a lot of people with COVID who and people still dealing with COVID long COVID. It's because the lymph system gets overwhelmed. And I would work with them for a few weeks, and they would start feeling better because I got us. I helped them understand a system that got overwhelmed in their body that the doctors don't understand. And it's not the doctors fault. It's just it's a medical system. That's where they work. Right. They don't deal with the lymph system.
So we have to learn to take care of it ourselves. And when we take care of it in our children, we are giving them an edge in not having the diseases and anxiety, which is rampant that many people have nowadays. And it's not that hard. It's just understanding the foods we're eating and sugar sugar is one of the worst things. And white flour, a white rice bowl, all those things turn into sugar. So we have to really watch out, but it's the extra stuff that people eat. You know, the candy, the chocolates. If you've never, if you have a chocolate habit and you've never sort of weaned off, if you don't have it for about a week or two and then have it again, you'll see it actually tightens up your body. We just don't realize it because we're used to eating acid. We all grew up eating white flour and all these things as soon as we started to be able to eat as a kid. The majority of our food is very acidic now, especially with the ultra processed food. So yeah, it's difficult. And I like that you mentioned also it's draining the lymphatic system isn't enough because then it's just if you're still putting in that you're not moving and you're not putting in it, you're still putting in the same thing. You're just, you know, re, you kind of repolluting this memory for that you're trying to clear up the how would people what would because it can be very overwhelming, especially in that.
Especially now with information that we don't know if it's real information or not. It's a lot of background noise. So what would be your recommendations for anybody listening right now they wanted to do it for themselves. Any kind of practice that you do and something that they could show their children specifically to kind of help them build that muscle to say that let's let's take care of the lymphatic system. Yeah, the lymphatic system is trending right if you're on Instagram, they can follow me at at lymph man L Y MPH M a N and I go on almost every day and I say hey let's do this lymph man show the shuffle and I go on to be a reminder, you know, and then I'll talk about twisting sometimes or draining the neck. But I honestly believe this but when we open up the major lymph drains here right you can drain your body you may not even feel it. But once you open up the major lymph drains the way I tell people to do it you feel it you feel a difference in your body. So if we can do this consistently over a few weeks it's not going to be a miracle cure. You can open up your body relieve some congestion have less bloating less headaches and just get your body functioning the way it should be able to function.
So what we'll do first is posture is key right if we're sitting over a phone right now and we're slouched and think kids are on their phones or tablets bent over all day long they're stopping their lymphatic system they're slowing their lymphatic system. We need to get them to sit up put their phones up have them hold their phones up put their stuff on a table or something but bending over very bad and that's for all of us because we all slouch and you'll feel it now that I tell you once you straighten up you'll feel better you'll like wow I do feel better I feel better flow. So again take just start thinking about posture every time you see somebody slouching you're going to straighten up that's a good reminder. Next thing is let's take a deep breath right let's do a deep breath we don't deep read we don't pull waste for our body so every time we take a deep breath we pull waste out of our organs we're breaking up blockages we're opening up that lip the lymph system and even probably to vaid it's flow. So we just sit with good posture take a deep breath in I do it through my nose and blow it out hard I'm tingling through my body my nose is all itchy right one more time.
And I mean we just created circulation we broke up on a blockages so that's very important I would sit and take 10 to 20 deep breaths early in the morning and then deep before you go to bed this way you stimulate flow through your body and brain. And then the next big thing that I love is the lymph man shoulder shuffle that's what you find on the lymph man or on YouTube and we just put my hands on my lap you know and we just put one shoulder up and the other one goes down and then we reverse it it's not up and forward it's not enough and back and forward it's just straight up and down. And some people can't even do it they don't even you know taught for them to do but when you do that even gently if you have any type of surgery is on that pain you can do it very gently also always check with your doctor but very gently do about 10 times wait the next day see if you make you get pain but if you get pain it's probably because it's releasing acid waste in your shoulders but it's been trapped there. So always check it out way to dare to but if you have no pain really really pop it me fast really pop it fast right I'm doing it hard right now.
And that's really fast my arms are tingling my spine I could feel it opening up my head is itchy right we just created life into our cells and our lymphatic system complete circulation so our cells and now getting oxygen and nutrition and getting rid of their waste and all we did was open up with lymph man shoulder shuffle so teach that to your children and just tell them you know do it once in a while that's it in front of you but I say teach kids at five to do it right stop teaching your kids and I have a grand daughter she's 14 months old and I'm doing this in front of her you know at 14 months old and she looks at me she laughs and then she goes so she's trying to do it right but a muscles don't know how so really we have to teach our children and then with food you got to teach him hey kids some foods we love to eat but they really can make us sick if we lot of them and some foods you know we'll learn to like but they make us very healthy fruits and vegetables and we have a mix of in between but they have to have that understanding most of us don't grew up without that understanding we just ate it. We just ate our plate of carbohydrates the vegetable and a protein now we have to have a plate with maybe a little protein and three four vegetables you know and a salad before you eat and then we'll be balancing our body much better.
I like that and it's also there's a so we can take your settings so there's a take up to 10 times of tasting something before they actually develop the taste for it so you have to keep just because they didn't like it the first time just keep reintroducing it not without forcing without you know blackmailing or anything like that but I just want to say I'm not going to do it. I'm not going to do anything or anything like that but I actually tried today with my toddler group the little fan shuffle and they loved it again they're not completely coordinated but it works the muscles so it's also very good but they really really enjoyed it and I'm glad that you mentioned that you'll get a tea or you because people will stop but they'll think that there's something wrong with them and they'll stop but it's actually getting your oxygen flowing again and and it's important to just keep going it's it's. I want to mention is that anytime especially if we're very toxic and we haven't cleaned ourselves up anytime we start to move our limb system and I clean up every week I do a lot I go to gym I take bad store if I stop for a day or two and I start again you release some toxicity whenever you drain yourself you're pulling waste out of your body and some people will do a therapy or or some type of supplement and they'll say oh that made me sick I'm not going to do it well you got to be aware of it but most of time it's releasing waste which is a positive that people see is a negative because we have to go through that T talks for kids.
After that T talks vacation a little bit over time that's why we do a little bit each week is what I like to teach people a little bit each week and then over a few weeks they start feeling better. It's not all about doing one big detox I don't think that works as well that's an overwhelming lymphatic system but if you start working with your lymphatic system you do the lymphatic shoulder you have to know you may feel a little bit of more of your symptoms at first you feel great but later on you feel a little bit more toxic a little more fatigue because of that release waste but it really is a positive sign. It may even give you a little more anxiety so don't let it scare you I tell people anxiety say oh look at that I do have control over it right where before when anxiety we think oh I don't have control over it as well you just create it a little bit you know and so anytime you're having it having anxiety just move your shoulders you know move them about 10 times go get some water and then back do it another 10 times in three minutes wait three four minutes and do it again and by that time you relaxed your body you've calmed your mind and you may feel a little bit better. I like that it's easy to get into the habit of doing that or when you're in the car with the kids and you just you know start moving a little bit if you're stuck in traffic it gets things moving it's a lot of fun.
I like that you don't have to it's not that complicated it's nice and easy you could do it anywhere you don't need equipment for it you just you just start getting yes I really sure that. And even though I do teach full drainage of the eyes the mouth you know even the organs to me it's like you can't really just go drain yourself anywhere you know but you can do the lymphoma and shoulder shuffle anywhere you know and you'll feel a different immediate. So if you're having any type of a brain fog or depression or you're just not feeling well feeling tired start doing that you know drinking some water changing your environment and then we do much better but the limb system is the future it's the new era of the lymphatic system so I hope people realize that and stop picking up on it. Yeah and it's important especially with with the knowledge that you have because it's starting to pick up we're going to start getting that background noise the things that are not necessarily founded are very superficial. So it's important to get on it now with the right information I do appreciate you sharing this and is if I will add all of the information in the description box so people could have a look for your website and.
Instagram and all that I do invite everybody to go have a look to do a shuffle with the loop fan there but is there anything coming up is there anything new that that you're planning or you know I always have classes going I always have classes going on as coaching I do personal coaching I had a client and I was. Client in cutter today or around the world so I really work with people everywhere because we do zoom and once they understand the lymph system that their life start to change it makes a big difference in their life but they can check me out healthy lymph system dot com healthy lymph system dot com or my podcast the lymph brain revolution because there truly is new information about the lymph system and the brain that we need to understand if we want to live a healthy vibrant life. Yeah, I love that I do invite everybody to have a look at the website is so much information that you can see everything that is available for you so that's great. Before I can't believe it's time goes by so fast I could keep you on for another couple of hours but is there anything that you would like maybe we haven't really covered that you'd like to mention or the words of wisdom before we wrap up.
Joseph something we have to think of every day not be crazy about it right we don't have to go my limb system just that I did I do some movement today that I do what what is really creating disease is little blockages in your limb system and it's little blockages of fat little blockages of dead cell material maybe a vessel a lymph vessel became the acidic and is constricted or pressing against a muscle or a bone and that's limiting it so that's why when we move every time you move your legs move your arms we're moving limb fluid we're making contraction in your body. It's not just about drainage which is I believe is very important it's also just understanding you have to move and that's one thing it's 68 I am big on right I am I'm really trying almost every day it's difficult if I'm home I'll do some push ups some crunches of plank but I'll do something but we have to start moving our body and everybody has to do it according to their level if you have an exercise for a low time your ill you have to start slow because you go out and do a half mile run you're going to be hurt and you don't want to do that. And kids we got to get the kids out my job on before I even understood this I was just learning this information my wife was home with the kids I was at work I'd come home my job was to take them out when they were much younger I take them to a pocket say hey chase me.
And we would just run around right that's all crazy stuff as I got older we got bikes and I said let's go and we would go find the different parks around the neighborhood or we just we would go for bicycle rides. So we have to make sure and it's more than just doing football or baseball they need much more than that it's a little something every day and if a parent can make it fun with them not force them it'll be much more enjoyable and the kids will take on to it much more if they do it with them a little bit right hey let's do some crunches you know it's not how many you do do let's make it fun and then kids can enjoy it a lot better especially young kids. That's great advice because it does create that connection as well you can just have that fun time where you're not on a tight schedule you're not rushing you just enjoy yourself and staying healthy which is so important to future kids yeah they're not going to learn it by themselves so you have to we have to do it with them so. So as so many families too that they'll they'll wait till the kids are awake to start working out and then. Then the kids don't get to see what it looks like on a day to day is to keep active and and to take care of ourselves it's important to tell our kids about that is so wonderful thank you so much again I could have kept you up for so much longer but I do have one question we do part.
I've I did not mention that to you when we spoke before but I do ask my guess a question and I'll give you a little bit of backup that a little backstory to that is this little girl was doing an interview she was interviewing adults for a school project and she would ask the adults what do you want to be when you grow up because she thought that's the norm that's what adults asked children so she just thought that was like saying hey how are you. How are you? You know what you want to be when you grow up. And so when she would interview the adults, they wouldn't answer. They would just tell her what I'm grown already. And she would get upset about that. So when she asked me, I'm just a big kid. I answered, and I don't remember the answer, but I answered her and I told her she was so excited. She was happy with her mom that she told her mom, you know what I told you, somebody would get it. So I promised her, I would ask all of my guests what they were adults. I asked adults not children. So I don't know if you want to play along. I would like to ask you, what would you like to be when you grow up? You know, when I grow up, I want to be somebody
who influences people. You know, that's really all I want to do. You know, my wife wants me to retire. I'm like, I understand science that is life's day because I don't educate people about it. So that's my thing. I really want to be able to influence the health of large groups of people. That's my thing. By education, that's it. Just by saying, hey, you have a lymphatic system. Think about it a few times a day. Drink more water, eat more green, and move your body. Embry, deep breathe often. And do the shoulder shuffle. And you'll see over a few weeks your life will change. I like that. Thank you so much for playing along. That's wonderful. You're already doing it. So I'm trying. I'm trying. Motivating when you're doing something that you're really passionate about and you really want to be helping and you see the difference in people, it just keeps you going. You don't want to stop. You don't want to stop working because it doesn't feel like that. That's why I tell my wife. It's not that we're making tons of money with it, but I'm helping people who really have no hope. They're desperate. And when they talk to me and I explain things,
a light bulb goes off. And then they're able to take care of their lives better. And it's a good path. I'm on. I'm trying. I love that. While you are doing a great job, you've inspired me a lot. I will be thinking of you every time I do the little shuffle. Now, the little kids loved it today. So there's going to be part of our routine. Now, daily routine, little shoulder shuffles. That's one thing I have. I have a lot of teachers who contact me. I mean, from Australia, all different countries, even America saying, oh, I teach my kids to lymphoma and shoulder shuffle during our break. I love that, right? I love that. I think that's terrific. It works wonders because even if you're sitting at the table waiting for their food to be shared, you can just keep them busy with their little shuffle. If you're waiting, you're going from one room to the other. It works wonders. And I do it myself as well. I did it on the drape commute back from work with the traffic and I'm just with along with the music, just do it a little in the shuffle. So it's wonderful. I do recommend it. Thank you again. It went by so fast, but you're more than welcome
to come again whenever you want to come and visit us. And though the listeners are really going to appreciate everything you've given us a lot of gold today. So it will be wonderful. We'll see a lot of new science coming out over the next decade. I guarantee what we're learning about. Most important thing is just keep flowing. That's it. I love that. That's a great saying. Keep flowing. I love it. Thank you so much. I'll be sure to put in all the information in the description box so that people can refer back to your website and check your videos on YouTube and Instagram as well. But thank you again for.
