conversation is with a naturopathic doctor and entrepreneur, one of the more
sought after voices in the EMF space, Dr. Justin Franson, to talk about his
unique technology to protect you from EMF's, the EMF rocks. Hello, Justin. Good
to see you again. Welcome to the 10 Pony Files. Great seeing you, Dr. T. Thank
you for having me on. I think that most of my audience is familiar with the
concept of EMF's. We've talked about it on the show and on my previous podcast,
we've talked about it on the five docs. We've talked about it. But I don't know,
but but I don't know that you know, so I have to start with that. But tell us how
EMF's are from your world, because this is something you're, you know, in
depths about, and what do they do to our bodies? Yeah, EMF's are electromagnetic fields
or frequencies, and they can be native ones or non-native ones, and the
non-native ones are the ones when we say EMFs that we're referring to that
actually affect us. A lot of people call them EMRs, electromagnetic radiation,
because they have a one directional polarizing, vibrational effect on our body that
disrupts our energy field, which then affects the chemistry of our body.
What types of resources are you familiar with or if you use to get you so deeply entrenched in
this, to support how what EMFs do to the body, because it's an area of much conflict.
Governments say it doesn't exist, there's nothing to worry about, and then activists like you,
and I have activist friends like Christian Osh that lives in Switzerland, and I have friends
that live in Australia that have been fighting this for years, whether it be from EMFs,
from cell phone towers, or from satellites, or from cell phones, or from our computer screens,
and they all have lots of documented evidence that it's causing lots of harms, but our government
would beg to differ. How do we sort out that information, and what information do you lean towards?
Well, I simplify it, Dr. T, and just knowing that we're electromagnetic beings, we have this
energy field around us, and it's called our bio field, we're just, we're electric, period,
but then when you introduce a different source of electricity, that's not native to us,
and that's man-made, that's manufactured, there's going to be some bit of a difference,
and potentially an effect on our body when there's a different field. So I just
baseline simplify it, and where I found out about it was about 12 years ago,
I've worked with professional athletes for almost 30 years, so I started athleticism.com.
So about 12 years ago, one of the strongest fittest athletes comes in and said,
hey, Justin, I've painted my wrist, and I said, well, where? He pointed right to where his fit
bit was, and I said, hey, do you know those are being recalled right now? They're emitting a lot
of radiation, they're burning people's skin, they're causing nerve pain. I said, why don't you take
the watch off your wrist? So the athlete takes his watch off his wrist, and his pain goes away,
and that was the moment for me where I wanted to dive deeper into understanding it,
and understanding how we're made, with electricity, and then how different these
non-native waveforms are, and so it's quite simple, they're polarizing their one directional,
and we're just not made that way. We're made with waves that are unpolarized,
that distribute equally in every direction, and there's a name for them, they call them a scalar wave,
and so when you put a one directional into a different waveform, it affects our body in a
lot of different ways. So what was that one example of that fit bit on his hand that made you decide
to get into EMF production products? That was it, and I had other experiences growing up where
I had a dorm room that had a little electoral transformer next to the wall that I had to
re-ground myself, that custom health challenges. I used to talk on the phone, accorded phone when I was
little, yeah, I talked to a guy as a teenager talking to a girlfriend for too long, and
the phone's glued to your head, and then two hours of that, I'm like, why is my ear feeling weird?
This is, yeah, it's plugged in, it shouldn't feel that way, so I had a sensitivity to EMFs
or awareness of it before that, and then probably one of the other bigger things that I went through
is I took an internship in college, and at a commercial real estate firm, and they put me at an
X-ray machine making copies. So I'd circle around the X-ray machine for weeks on and
and my fingertips would burn, so back then the X-ray machines were massive, they were size of rooms,
and they didn't know the amount of radiation that they were emitting on the papers, they
were just super charged, so every time I'd pull a piece of paper off, my fingertips would burn,
especially when I'd pull stacks off, and so now years later, almost 30 years later, I have
nerve pain in my fingertips from early on EMF challenges, so it's been a progression of a lot of
different experiences that brought me to where we are. Why do you think some people are so much
more sensitive to EMFs than others? I mean, I've known people, literally, personally known people,
not just stories, that are crippled by the effects of EMFs in their house, and they have to
do, like, whole-home, fair-day cages, and they have to, you know, use every possible device,
and layers of devices sometimes to do what they can to protect themselves because they get
splitting headaches, or they get debilitating pain, or their fatigue is just profound,
and then other people, you know, just so wet, I'm sitting in front of four computer screens right
now, it doesn't really bother me at all. So what do you think the sensitivity differences between
people? Yeah, great question. I feel there's a few different answers to that. There are some studies
that showed OH-negative blood types were not as sensitive, and I can see that in my wife,
where she's not as sensitive to it. She'll, you know, have a laptop on her lap and not even phaser.
And for me, I can't even have that thing near me, you know, and even touching a touch screen,
I feel it, and that leads me to the second thing is if you had an introduction of too much early on,
then you feel it later on. So I feel in the next generation, the next 10, you know, 15 plus years,
this next generation of kids and people using smart devices and their fingers as stylists will
start to have nerve pain just like I do in their fingertips. I feel if you're introduced to something
too much directly for too long of a duration, we'll start to see more of that. And then the third thing is
if someone is more toxic and then they're carrying more, they might be more of a sponge. So what
I've seen is when people hold on to more EMFs in their energy field and internally, if they're
carrying extra voltage in their body, they're way more toxic. So with, I know we're going to get
into our EMF rocks and our grounding bags, which is our answer to this whole challenge. But when
we go through our tapping protocol with our grounding bags, where you actually hold it and tap on it,
what it does is it clears your biofield of any stuck EMF. So there's a seclusion protocol
that we use. When we can clear that stuck EMF out of their energy field and recharge their body,
they're not as EMF sensitive. And we're met at Dr. Brian Artis's conference where
I muscle test hundreds of people in a weekend. And I do that twice a month or last half a dozen
plus years. So there's so many people that come in EMF sensitive. When we clear them and recharge
them, they don't have to leave the conference because they now can deal with the EMF
syndrome. So they're not as sensitive once we clear them. You've probably seen there was a recent
study that came out probably within the last couple of months that showed that infants and
children like under the age of five that are constantly glued to cell phones and cell phone
technologies that they now have documented proof by MRI that it stops the development of their
frontal lobe. And the frontal lobe for the audience is the area of your brain up here behind
your forehead where you have impulse control and inhibition and also emotions. And they've
actually seen the in functional MRIs where it doesn't function as well. And also the amount of
actual tissue is underdeveloped because of the constant exposure to the EMFs. What it's the
is that are they are there certain devices that have stronger EMFs that everyone should
aboard, but particularly children should try to avoid. That's a great question. And what is
subject? I mean, my goodness. That is so true. And you think about it. And most people will say
it'll be from the blue light. Well, that might be part of it. But the other there's two other
components. There's the wireless signals that it's emitting that mess with us. And then you have
the third component is the facial recognition, which I spoke on at the Healing for the Ages,
Dr. Brian Arris's conference. And you have 30,000 laser dots directly at you the whole time the
screens pointed at your face. It doesn't turn off when the phone and the device turns on.
So they're getting radiated at a certain level. And yes, when you don't have blood-blank
brain barrier fully developed, you're going to start to see more of those developmental challenges
because it's going to dehydrate your fascia. It's going to mess with your pineal gland. It's going to
calcify it, disconnect you from God. You don't get in a deeper sleep. It's going to have
create a lot of eye challenges, macular degeneration, earlier than we've ever seen dry eyes,
cataracts. The list goes on and on with this stuff. So you're literally having a direct
and energy weapon pointed at you. So obviously less strength of a phone like a 4G phone would be
better turn off facial recognition always on that and never have it. And then keep it further away
from you would be some of the answers to that. But there's no reason a 5-year-old should be on
a device like that that close to them at all, nor having if it's a laptop and putting it over
the reproductive organ. So which is like a double hit because you get it over their lap and then
you get it directed at their face because that's where the battery is over the reproductive organ.
So there's this is a loaded topic that we're going to keep the population replenishing and
keep them healthy by creating proximity protocols with this usage and avoidance protocols as well.
What about you know I've seen people I've done interviews with people and I have friends
that wear those yellow orange glasses all the time when they're in front of computers. What do those
do and how do they help? So those would be considered blue-like blockers. So when people
talk about that they're looking for their eyes literally to get in a circadian rhythm with day and
night. And if these really bright EMFs and the lights from bright white and blue light from
the LEDs and the computers on the screens they mess with your circadian rhythm. They'll keep you
up for several hours longer. If you're watching a TV and you're supposed to go to bed at 10 o'clock
you end up getting in a deeper sleep not until you know one or two o'clock. They just it messes
with your circadian rhythm, your natural regulation of one day and night is and when you're
that internal clock of your body should start to sleep. And so those are really helpful for I like
to use them at night if I'm using any screen time because it keeps my body into that rhythm. So
when I hit the pillow I'm out right away. I don't have to worry about not getting into that
deeper sleep state right away because of the lighting in my environment.
You know again I think that some people must be more sensitive to it than others because
it doesn't bother me and I've got a set of those yellow glasses and I wear them and everything is
so bright it's super annoying and when I take them off it's like I have a really hard time adjusting
to just ambient light. It's it and I am on my phone until I put on my alarm and go to sleep
and it takes me literally 10 minutes to fall asleep and my sleep tracker shows me that I go into
deep sleep for the first two hours of my sleep. So is it really true that it affects everybody
the same and is that why government officials say it's really like nonsense because it really
doesn't help because they're only looking at the small subset of us like me. Yeah seem to affect.
No definitely I mean I think everyone is affected differently for sure and different levels
the ages predispositions to it all that will near your own health how how full your body is full
of toxicity and how much more of a conductor you are there's so many different reasons why more
some people would be more susceptible than others. So yeah it's it's definitely a loaded question
because I think it was 1996 our government set procedural levels of what's safe and not safe and
what they determine it was is if something is ionizing that's when it creates a thermal effect
like a microwave oven would do it'll oscillate yourselves and raise your temperature and they're like
oh that's too much but if something is non ionizing then our bodies can assimilate it and absorb
and you know deal with it at a level that what they say doesn't break down but what they're missing
is is since the late 1990s so much has changed in technology it's gotten faster stronger closer
more prolific and wearables have come into play and they're not taking into consideration all
that and then plus they've they've missed out on you know some of Dr. Martin Paul's work which
talk about just your your they call it the voltage gated calcium channels those are four big words
for the gateway for yourselves to derive energy and those are disrupted there's extra calcium
enters in there and it causes oxidative stress and and it it it's just a challenge for your
body so even low-level EMFs cause that vibration that affect our body and I think the book
that categorizes if the best is the invisible rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg and and he talks about
everything on that bar graph has gone up since we put electricity under a homes cancer suicide
diabetes Alzheimer's cardiovascular disease and infertility they've all gone up and the one common
thread has been low-level EMF from electricity and we call them homes but they're really electrical
boxes you know you make a distinction between native EMFs in nature and non-native EMFs what is the
difference and how do they differ yeah so backing up let's let's talk a little bit about physics
because I love this because we can simplify this in the most common way that everyone will understand
and then share it with everyone so we can all start to understand our relationship with with
non-native EMF so again we're built on waves that distribute equally in every direction
non-native waveforms we call them these scalar waves they are the framework for our entire
universe and every living organism on it so we have an energy field in our body it's called a
bio field you can see it through a curly and photography show you colors our pictures through color
and it's incredible our colors our shocker colors have the exact same order and color
and spectrum as a rainbow so we're just so one with nature and these waveforms distribute
equally in every direction you know during the whole pandemic they didn't say stay six to feet
away from someone's six eight feet away from someone's right ear and a straight line out there
no it's a it's all around us we have this resonance all around us and another great example for
the earth is when I drop a pebble into a pond the resonance of the the waveforms go out in a circular
direction in every direction so why don't they go in a straight line well that's just not how our
universe is made they're it's unpolarized same with the light I I have a window right in front of me
you can see all the light behind it it's waves that are unpolarized they distribute
equally in every direction now to the contrary all non-natives dr. T are one directional they're
manufactured they're modified they're one directional or they don't work so electricity
dirty electricity wireless signals it doesn't matter if it's AC or DC current it's still one
directional now I know we rev more on a DC line but there's still it's going in a one directional
waveform and especially alternating currents they're one there but they're coming back the other
direction so it's it's the it's not the shape of it it's the direction that the field is going that
determines that they're one directional waveforms and a prime example would be a cell tower panel
you have panels facing every direction that's because they're one directional waveforms I already
mentioned another one a cell phone it's a directed energy weapon the facial recognition on it
it's directed right at your face you turn the phone away from you it can't read your face it has
to be pointed at you one directional waveform so super simple concept to understand the difference
between how we're made and how they are what is going out in the nature and being getting
grounded you know people talk about grounding a lot you know means walking out in the morning
except I live in Cleveland Ohio and so walking out in the morning barefoot when there's six inches
of snow on the ground is probably not is probably ill advised but in the summer in the spring when
the ground is moist in the morning and you've got a nice glowy warm sun rise it's coming up they
talk about grounding and taking your shoes off and walking on the earth on the grass on the if
you live by the water on the sand how does that help us coexist with all of these radio frequencies
that are blowing around us all the time well thank you for asking because that is the one thing
that is the answer to all of this radiation in our environment is to get grounded by nature
and the reason is is because we pull electrons from the earth and it supports our electron
transfer chain which gives us energy it literally grounds us out when we're touching the earth or
we're in nature and it's just clearing our body battery of any stuck EMF outside in our field and
then internally as well and we can get that resonance from nature in a lot of different ways we
get it from the earth obviously we get it from the sun and the unpolarized light of the sun
that distributes equally in every direction doctor Zach Bush talks about us getting from the air
breathing in your microbiome breathing in your vial and we get those ions from charged particles
because in the air it's our environment is waves or particles it's air it's ether plasma
that waves and particles travel through it so we can get that from the air and then hopefully we
get it from our food when we're taking in your great supplements that you sell and you know for the
micronutrients and and macronutrients and all the good foods that we get and then the last part
dr. T is we get that conductivity at all from the water so when we're missing any one of those five
elements our body battery gets discharged and depolarized and that light switch goes off
and then we become a gateway for dis-ease to happen so getting grounded by nature is the actual
answer period that's how we learn to coexist with this stuff we have to get more towards getting
into nature and when you're in a cold area like Ohio during the winter time it's tough to get grounded
and be outside as much as I'm in southern California I literally was out the beach all day
Saturday and Sunday I went free diving I went for a stand-up paddle I played beach volleyball I was
literally in the sun it was like 80 degrees here and then I was in the water for probably at least an
hour each day like getting grounded so our environments are totally different so I get a lot of the
grounding so for the colder climates you can actually you know touch a tree touch a leaf just get
that resonance going obviously our grounding bags are the answer for being inside the EMF rocks
grounding bags for being inside that have that same resonance because they're hand-mind crystals
but there are ways where colder climates can still get that a little bit of light on you and then
touch trees or or something that you have direct contact with you that you can get grounded
well I think that sounds like a good solution you know we're coming into spring here and all the
snows melted here in Cleveland and right now this week it's supposed to be rainy but it's it's
warming up it's one of the ring things I have to say that I you know I love living in Ohio I love
the four seasons I love I really love the four seasons my least favorite month of the year is
March because such a tease you know you warm up you think you're gonna get an early spring and then
you get a snowstorm and then you warm stuff you think it's early spring you get a snowstorm but
right now it is a little bit warmer so I like the idea of going out and even just touching a tree
to get into nature that sounds really good well this is a really good break for a place for us

first part of the show called e-m-f rocks let me tell you first a little bit more about doctor

a chiropractor using them to test and muscle test and test his patients and and I am a new
poor peach I would go into homes and meter homes and and identify the stressors the invisible
stressors through e-m-f meters and then I was using a different product when I first started
and so I developed a reputation and name to help people with e-m-f protection as the signals kept
increasing and so I had people call me from all around and one doctor called and said hey
Justin I have I have these products what are you what are you doing for e-m-f protection let's
let's kind of show each other what we have his ended up being way better than what I was using
and so but he was retiring at the tail end of his career and so I asked him for the source and
and he offered it up and and so I was the one that bring him to the market and with his permission
and and here we are so do these rocks do they repel e-m-f's or do they absorb them to keep them from
I mean if you said if they if there was a sponge around you do they absorb them from getting into
you or do they repel them away from you I feel it's a little of both you know either
there's the thermal dynamics and the paesial electric effect like you you have this
and our bodies act like a capacitor where we're admitting and absorbing and I feel nature does
the same thing and so if you're walking barefoot does it absorb it or does it you know clear it
or change it like what does it do it's the same question and I feel it's a little of both I feel
that it changes your energy field because when we do which is really fun I don't know if I got to
show you at the conference but we have a curling photography photography app so I could take a picture
of your aura and then we can have you pull the bag and even tap on the bag and then retake a
picture or and your aura will turn purple it'll get like really really connected to God it changes
right away so we're it's a two tiered effect I believe is it's clearing your energy field
which I feel is a second way to ground that I have electro engineers that I arm wrestle over
this topic and they're they're so one dimensional when it comes to electricity but our universe isn't
like that so I feel there's two different ways to ground I feel you can directly you know connect to
it and and touch it but then I also feel there's a grounding effect like I shared with how our
body is absorbed more energy through just our waveforms in our environment and and we see it I see
it in that effect when we test your sleep where I keep saying 60% deeper sleep well what happens
doctor T is when you're sleeping your brain goes into a delta or theta brainway state to get into
the lowest and slowest brainway state possible and that let me quantify it in a wave per second
so we're all on the same page so a delta theta what that means is your brainway state is in a
really low and slow brainwave cycle between one or below one to eight hurts or waves per second
so when we're sleeping and we have Wi-Fi on us that disrupts that brainway state and it takes us
out of it so we don't get into the deeper brainwave states and so we go on what we call a twilight
sleep so you don't get that deeper sort of sleep when you have the grounding bags in your environment
it creates coherence for you and it's the same with our athletes when they're in the flow
state everything I do with athleticism when I'm not treating concussions or treating injuries and
doing nerve and fascia work is to get them in the flow state to get them in that eight to 12 hurts
or waves per second and that's where we use Dr. Patrick Porter's brain tap and hit one of his
first ones was mind spa I don't know if you recall one of his first early ones was mind spa we
were using that with professional athletes almost 30 years ago so I was always working on getting
people into that low and slow brainway state now why is that so important because what is 4G
4G is 4 gigahertz so 4 gigahertz is that that's those are that's 2.45 billion waves per second
a gigahertz is a billion wave per second a megahertz is a million waves per second
so 4G is the lowest bandwidth of a polarizing one directional waveform that's 10 zeros faster
than how we sleep revenue optimize 4.2.45 gigahertz that's the lowest bandwidth that destructures
water in our body now 5G is 16 and 90 gigahertz 16 and 90 billion waves per second
and telecoms allowed to go up to 300 billion waves per second they're allowed to go up to 300
gigahertz we're at 1 to 8 when we sleep 1 to 12 when we're optimizing for performance there is a
massive over 12 you know 10 zero delta on up of a polarizing one directional waveform in our
bio field and that's why it's so important to understand you know you talk about that there's
different types of EMFs that we should avoid like electric cars and smart meters and some
of the wearable tech now one of the wearable techs that we advocate for and I have personal
experience with that has really helped my body is the wave watch right he's a really great
frequencies and there's a bunch of them to I think there's like 1800 or something different
ones to pick from and they have there are certain things that I that they it has really helped
me with and we really we had a special deal going we still advocate for them they're affiliate
for us if you used your your your your rocks at the same time as you were wearing something like a
helpful EMF technology with that interfere with it it actually enhances it you're going to get
better result it cleans up their signal strength so I'm a huge advocate of right machines and
those types of products for short durations for EMF protection there's no way like it's a
futile effort to have something that emits a frequency to overpower the other frequencies that
are emitted only nature can handle that but when you're doing right machines or sound beds or
that those types of frequency machines or wearables for short durations they're incredibly
beneficial but when you put in and when you put our grounding bags on you or in your environment
while you're using them it cleans up that signal in the way I know that to be true is we had early
on I had a call of a guy that had an office adjacent to a cell tower and he had a he had a landline
his landland was full static we loaded him up with grounding bags it cleaned up the landline
because it cleaned up the coherence from the tower that was directly across the street from him
so it just it cleans up frequencies and signal strength so no matter what you're using PMF
sound beds I use bioharmonic technologies Dr. Stephen Schwartz the sound bed I have Paul center
as well I have a beamer I we have a ton of different I use Patrick Porter's brain tap we use
all these different products with that have electricity in them but I always use them with our
grounding bags because they create more coherence for you and they clean up those signal strengths
wow that's that's really great news to hear about that because there are a lot of a lot of
things that are their frequency devices you mentioned PMF and other things that are healing
frequencies that they're not dirty frequencies like the other EMFs would be you mentioned a
couple of times about testing EMFs if someone listening to this wants to test their home
what type of meter should they get and how should they use it great the first one I love the
most is go to stetsurelectric.com and Dave Stetser is huge in this space and dirty electricity
you can get a plug-in meter and you can see the health of how the healthy wiring your home is
how healthy the wiring in your home is like just by plugging that meter in it should be
probably about 100 or below on the they call a GSU and its grant stetsur units and that measures
amps to volt so get a steturelectric meter there about 150 bucks you can also get it on other
you know online stores as well but that's an easy one people love miligoss meters for electricity
I know this so this is another thing is you mentioned your frontal cortex being affected with those
kids in that child study well what I've identified with athletes is the is the other side of the
brain the cerebellum is affected from EMFs and we've seen it with the San Francisco 49ers they're
the most injured team in the NFL and their practice arena is adjacent to a massively upgraded
substation electrical substation and their levels of EMF on the farthest point away from that are
are about nine miligoss constantly which is nine times the allowable level of what a miligoss meter
would read so any simple miligoss meter will show that but the to go back to the athlete real quick
the cerebellum you can't have mechanics without neurology you can't have immunology without neurology
neurology is first so if there's a disconnect from your cellarbellum to the endpoint
they're seeing a lot of Achilles tears about seven of them that is a disconnect there's a gap
delay response your anterior tip you'll have you know too much you know flexion and then not
enough extension and there's a gap when you go to move that's a mechanical challenge from a
neurological gap in your cerebellum to the mechanics to the endpoint of what you're moving so
we not only see it with a front with the kids but even if the strongest fittest professional
athletes we're seeing it in that level as well so a miligoss meter is one to get then you can get
and then we have the jury electricity meter and then you can get like a tri-field or a corned or
one directional antenna based acoustic meter which is a wireless meter and there's so many
of them out there safe living technologies is another one they're all great but I love the ones
that have a they're one directional they have an antenna so when you point it out of phone
the things start screaming and the sounds that the meter makes is the sounds that the phones
emitting that our nervous system hears that most humans don't have the bandwidth to hear but it's
still affecting our neurology of our body it's it this is noise pollution Dr. T at the craziest
level then when you point it away it drops that that down and you don't you don't hear the noise then
you point it back at the phone and that's where I showed you know my daughter that I'm like hey this
device you're holding this isn't some security blanket that you want next to you this is a energy
weapon like this isn't great for you and so now there's usage protocols for her that she's yeah
really it holds true to and that's those are the meters are great ways for people to understand
that you know I was listening to in preparation for another conversation I'm having later this week
I was listening to a senate hearing about exposures of kids to to EMFs and how much time that
they're spending on laptops and um um desktops and their cell phones and it supports to eight hours
a day constant you know and they were talking about they're the panelists that were on that
at that at that at that hearing we're all talking about the detrimental effects of all of this and
now that they've got them in schools and you know kids you know they're learning their lessons on
them and they have to do homework on them and it's just a constant that they're constantly in front
of some sort of a screen time and they were talking about eight to 12 hours a day that these kids
are sitting you know in front of a screen not looking at anything else and the detrimental effects
and they're you know so they are taking some steps to at least acknowledge the problem which is
the first step of the solution right you have to acknowledge that that this really is causing a
problem before you can find a way to mitigate it or to cause a solution where can people get
your grounding bags because we don't want to end the show here today we've got about five minutes
left for them to know where they can find you and get these grounding bags and how many should they
get for their house and how should they use them yeah definitely thank you EMF rocks.com is a really

feet of a home you need seven if you have solar on the home seven if you drive an electric car
and so that's how long did if you get a bag how long do they well let me rephrase that do you
need to replace them and if so how often yes they do there is a lifespan on there two to three year
lifespan so they until or shorter if you're have them extreme heat you might get a little more
out of them if you keep them in a cool cooler climate but when the moisture expires they'll
turn more from pink to white inside and then it's time to replace them so two to three years
is the time you can recharge them every one to four months by putting them just outside in the
lawn in the shade just place them on the ground that'll give them about five percent more for you
and we see it in the sleep the sleep you'll get five percent deeper sleep when you re ground them
every so often the minis should be grounded more like maybe twice a month because they're
a smaller amount there for a pocket for I put them in my carry my pocket well women carried
in the purse and the kids will carry it in a backpack for on-the-go protection so you don't
need the stickers of the pendants or stuff on the devices you you this is a something you carry
it's a product that you would carry with you or just place you know on your desk or car seat or
at the head of your bed to get into that coherence with your environment do you have to keep them
in the bag all the time or yes please do there's no need to open it they're ready to go it's just the
amount of how much of nature's resonance in your home will create the coherence so again at least
seven if you drive an electric car at least seven if you have solar five per bed per per
home and then at least one per bed desk or car seat and so it adds up but you know potentially but
you can step up budget allowing which is fantastic as well so if they're in the bag how do you know
the change of color well you you could take a look at them every so often and see when you get
them open them up we we hot seal them there they're in our inner brown bag that's hot sealed with a
window so you can see the crystals of them so that inner brown bag is hot sealed you never take
them out you can just see them through there and then we put them in a silver static bag which
actually amplifies the the frequency of it and then it doubles seals it to preserve them for
longer and then they're in that that decorative cloth the muslin bag the that you see in the you
know on the camera so if they're they're deployed to last as long as we can preserve them but if
they go in the wash or they're getting a really hot sun or we keep them in a really hot car for
too long they'll expire a lot quicker so when I put them out in the sun to recharge them do I
keep them in the take them out of the muslin bag and you know you just do you put them you
actually put them outside in the shade on the lawn so not directly in the sun and that's what
will recharge them you don't need the sunlight directly on them because we want to keep them from
drying out we just need the nature's resonance on them to help clear them well this has been a

about the EMFs and to get for even those that know a lot about EMFs it was a re-education and getting

your closing comments today well first off this is the number one stressor we're dealing with it we've
showed it for over 140 years since we put electricity in our homes and it keeps getting stronger
and stronger with satellites and electricity cars and wearables so get grounded by nature because
it's your nature and because this is a book talk to I did write a couple books I wrote one on EMF
called grounded by nature and that kind of goes over everything we spoke about on this conversation
and then for all the athletes out there the athleticism is my other book that I wrote so but just
just get outside in the nature it's free go touch a tree hug a tree get into bodies of water
get your body you know out into nature and then when you're in in home in in your home get your
bedrooms to the residents as low and as slow and as close to nature as you possibly can get and get
get in that coherence and the rhythm with nature so we turn the electricity off in our bedrooms
at night and then of course we use the grounding bags for even more coherence so get grounded by
