Okay folks, here we go, how our favourite athletes start the morning or game day.
Emma Rudder can who starts as an early riser around 6am, she reads a book, enjoying a coffee
with water for hydration, taking supplements and then heading into physio and muscle activation
work to set up her training day.
I've always wanted to do that, I've always said I'm going to start doing that, if I'm
not going anywhere.
That is, and I get up, rather than putting the TV on or the radio, start reading a book.
I've been saying that for years.
Azy Fudd starts her game day with a hearty, veggie, heavy breakfast omelet, sometimes
with bacon and toast, followed by getting her braided by a teammate, reading her devotional
and her signature pre-game… what?
She has a pre-game poop, is that right?
To release nerves?
We'll move on, I think.
Page Breaker starts her morning or game day by waking up early enough for breakfast,
often an omelet with a French toast, for morning games or a sandwich or pasta for afternoon
ones, ensuring she gets carbs and protein, then moving into gym work or pre-game warm-ups.
Alexia Patella starts her morning with hydration, targeted mobility work for ankles, hips
and spine, followed by a functional breakfast of lean protein, slow carbs and fruit, plus
quiet film study to prepare mentally.
Polar Bedoucester starts her by prioritising movement, real food fueling, hydration, sleep
consistency, often incorporating meditation or journaling as grounding habits before
training or matches.
