One week removed from locker clean-out day, the guys discuss Craig Conroy’s commitment to a new organizational philosophy and why the Flames might have a head start compared to other rebuilding franchises. They look at successful blueprints like Anaheim and Montreal—both of which turned things around in roughly four years—and contrast them with "cautionary tales" from Buffalo and Edmonton.
