This is how much Costco employees make. Starting pay for a new employee is $20 per hour. After five years of pay jumps to $31.90 per hour, after six years you become eligible for bonus checks which come out to around $5,500 per year. Then add in some overtime and Sundays, paid at one and a half times your base rate, and you'll be taking home an annual salary of over $80,000.
