The Rise Guys Podcast — HOW OLD IS THAT NIGERIAN?: HOUR TWO. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
The rise guys morning. God of mighty boy. And you know what? Like the worst part of it is that, you know, he's gone now. He is gone. There's another bad part too. I put the soldiers that came in here lied to us about Toby Keith. You know, I, uh, man, I, uh, I'm not in cool. You know, they always say like, you know, any interaction you have with anybody. Don't meet your heroes. Don't meet your heroes by like any interaction, you know, if that's the only time there was that's going to be how they think you are all the time. You know what I mean? My hero's a Philly. Yeah. I like mind actually a hoagie. I think she told me that I have his lives. I just danced at a microphone. She gets pissed. I just shook my head. My headphones just went flying. You're kind of getting into it. Oh, son. Ran.
It does get you riled up. Yeah. Like to fight a coworker at least. Is there anybody here you want to go rough up for a little bit? They're off this week. I don't know. Ah, you better be glad we retired. You ain't going to come here and touch me, buddy. I'll tell you that now. Tired forever. I do my little videos. Like you don't have to retire, guy. Quit making stuff. Quit making videos. Don't eat updates. Fat boys sit off there. And it, I mean, it's a natural thing. There's probably many of you right now. Maybe even thinking the same thing. And it's like, guys, put me in a bad mood, man. It's a Friday. It really is. And it's, it's a big one. It's the 25th. But it's big every year though. It doesn't feel bigger than last year or three years ago. Well, I guess it's still fresh. I don't know. You know how it is. It's generational. Like the, I forget the two theorists that came up with it.
But, you know, the 80 year cycle where it's like there's going to be something bad happen. And then for 80 years, you're going to be rebuilding and then finally plateauing. And then it gets back to the 80 year thing and you go through the cycle again. And, you know, you need to look at it from World War two. To the housing crisis. Yes. And so I was going to say like we don't have, I don't think there are many World War two vets left right now prior to that. What was 80 years prior to that? A little thing called Civil War. What was 80 years prior to that? A little thing called later. It was 1812. This is what Ranger Jackson said. American Revolution. What the hell? Yeah. Look at that. Count Pins is right. This will happen. Thank you, P. That's all the British going to cow pens. Like what is the big deal about this place? I keep stepping at God, Dickie. Did you step? Hey, it's day day. I mean, hey, man, these guys talk funny, but we buy the ambushes.
I don't give a spit. The thing that breaks my heart, man, they talked about smoking facts. There's a worthy thing. Like, hey, man, come on now. Don't worry. It's what we call cigarettes. I say he doing this here. Of all of it is United, the flight 93 and all that before they crashed a plane, you know, that just breaks my heart. And I think of that a lot. Yeah, I've heard all the voice mills and I know. I see them movies and watched it. I and like, you know, fat boy, you're a point of view of so awesome because like you and I, you know, it wasn't just something you said on the radio. I can see you doing that. You were like when it went and happened, you're like, you went and tried to join the, uh, the army. Yeah, try to call my recruiter and say, let me back in. He's like, you know, you got to go through the whole thing again. You got to go back through maps. You got to reprocess that's if we can get you in. Cause I had a GD at that point. The spots were, you know, filling up and back then, you know, if you had a GD, you
got lower priority. What about if you're taking the apps back where that gets you? Well, no, I mean, you had to take that like in high school, but he's never had apps. His dad, his dad took a bath before the rest of it. He was trying to get him out of infantry and get him a better job. I don't know why I was taking you about to say, he's what we talked about earlier. And I was about to say, hey, shout out, compliment me. He got confused when he went in the mess hall. It took a dump on the table. You know, it's like, you don't want it like it's, it's so bad. The other thing. So it looked at Pearl Harbor, you know, like, uh, December 7th, but go around and ask, you know, I mean, they help. We said this on the radio. I think Paige was the only one and I believe her when she says it. That she knew where the straight of Hormus was prior to all this.
I didn't, I don't even know. I had heard of it. Maybe I heard it, but I couldn't tell you where it was. I knew that it was a. Uh, uh, uh, gelatin, a mini island. It's a little port, but, um, looks like it is like a Peter. But like, do you think, Tyrande's Peter, like, let, let, take your brain where you are right now, what you know, what you think, you know, all this stuff, the life you've lived that boy. If that happened, you know, now, and you were at that same age, it's kind of a hard, hypothetical. But let's just say you were that age then now and you, but you know what you know, now, this is makes sense. Would you feel like you would still do that? Like run to the military, like, would we have another Pat Tillman that would walk away from the NFL to go join? You know, it's, it's odd. You say that because I got buddies that are retiring from the service now. And they all tell me like it did not feel like 20 years. And they're set for life. It's always going to be a regret of mine not going in the service.
Yeah. But not an after I'm like, you know, like crippling like man, I really was. Think about that. Those 25 years ago, you know, not a lot. You're here that all day. But look at that. Only 225 years before that were we becoming a country. They were still young, man. I mean, that's wild. We just had the 250. That's wild. Yeah, just the two feet. And that wasn't even that big of a deal. I mean, like as far as countries go age wise, we got to be like toward the bottom right or the newer, I guess you'd say. See, with that, that you run into that, and this is part of the problem with history is that they changed the name of countries all the time. Yeah, this trip. There's no purge anymore. You know, no grand tartaria. Nope. There's no Burma. Yeah. And then, you know, like plus they, they, there was one that was colonized by England. And then finally, when they got their independence, they said, screw this name. We don't, we'd never like what you call our country.
We're changing it to this. And I always thought that was cool. It's like, you know what? That's like, really like with the America, I know the Vespucci, Vespucci, I think, bullcrap line, because you already had South America, you know, like, and be honest, like who came up? Is it some kind of like a ping-o-mosh to a star, which is what most of the other stuff is? You British. You've been tyrants throughout, you know, all of this. You really have. But then again, we kind of probably came from there in a sense. I mean, my, my, my people did. I'm 1% Nigerian, so it's true. Look, I wish I was 23 and me. They'd extend my vocabulary. Told me that extensively. If I were 1% Nigerian. But what percent were, okay. What percent can I get away with things? I guess this is one of my. Uh, I mean, there's no benefits from it. Really any of it. Like I can't, like I can't own like a 20th of a casino or anything.
You did get invited to a bunch of reunions. I did. I was, they were not the ones for me, man. Okay. So here we go. Youngest country in the world. South Sudan. Is it not just is it Sudan and South Sudan? 11. Oh, so they split from them. I guess so. Uh, the, is that what their civil war is about? I don't know. Besides Robin Darfur of water. God, this is a crazy one. Which country has the youngest population? Oh, man. I, you know, what? Oh, man. Yes, I will go with this. You know what? You can go through, look at my keystrokes and say this is not a set up for a joke. They're already logging. All right. Well, I want you to just look at it though. And, uh, they need to verify it. The youngest in terms of demographic, meaning the lowest median age of population is Niger with a median age of 14 years old.
Wow. But they don't have like any kind of major cities, right? This is like straight up trial. Yeah, but who's like, were the people like, where do all the parents go? Yeah. How is that? And unless they're having them at like seven or eight years old. But hang on a second. That is unbelievable to me. If you're straight up tribal and don't really have a set up, you can't really be a country. Or I say they got to have something in place to as far as I can. Like, is there a bunch of really old people and then a bunch of young, and then that median age? Because it's a median age. It doesn't necessarily mean, you know, uh, they just have, they've got to be some countries that, you know, have kids way too young. Okay. Literally half the country's population is younger than 15 years old. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Look at what that's going to be like in the future. Good Lord. Well, the population of a certain island. Oh, man. Oh, that would, that's even lower probably. That's awful. You even say that. I know. Like, look, people living there now.
Party Island has an average of about 51 years old. And they all got tribal tattoos too. Party Island. They've all got the Goldberg tribe. You know what? If you go bring the flip flops, because you might step on a needle. Yeah. I don't do that. And a white claw can. Okay. I'm going to answer this question because I don't know it. Tampon. No, the average age of American. Did you say that? He said tampon. I didn't. I'll try to make it real quick. I thought that was the guy who, uh, worked at the Chinook station. He was a rampant or shouting out tampons, springs, Florida. The median guess. We're on. Guess. Okay. So this is why this is so shocking to me. Because I, so the 14 average year of age and Niger in America, what do you figure the average age is of most citizens in America? Yeah. 24. Hey. That's low.
It's too low. I don't know. 25. 39. 39. Yeah. Because you got the boomers, you know, a lot of those are dropping. And you got the, I don't know what the populations of the younger generations with that. But even then, though, like, see, they're missing. I, you just look at that. Like, so, you know, boomers are gone. Then you go to this and then each person becomes the senior citizen in this circle. Where did that, where did the senior citizens go in Niger? Plus that changes, that age changes. Like, they, they, they, they, they, they brought in a slew of orphans and dropped, because there's, there's no other sense why that would be. Well, what's the maximum age there? How long do people live? Oh, it's a different per country. Like, Google, how many old in Maffers, but, but say the word are living in America? Oh, no. I put in. I get what? Minus health. The oldest Niger resident is 128 years old. That is. Wow.
That would have been like, it's what it says, man. Like, you can say again, look at my keystress. It's a woman I bet too, right? Wow. Well, I don't know. Probably not. Keep saving me. Pa Anthony Amyam, Andre Ballet. Did he just cuss in the Swahili? So, you need to be careful. Do you call me? What? You got to tear his name, generator. I hear him wearing a Dishikki today, man. Ha ha. I have something to say. One number does it all. 8774 0093. That's communication. This is the rise guys' morning shift. What? Are you backing down? I'm having been inspired. Yeah, you'll get jo-uh, hang on. From Big Brown. Oh. I know. Oh, hang on a second. So, I can say. What? That's worse than two girls. Is Erring Tellus. Big Brown. His name is Big Brown. His name is Big Brown.
He's Big Brown, Brown. What? He's Brownie. I call him Brad. Brad Brown. Brownie. His government name's Nicholas Dickhead. It is. He really is. Big, Big Brown. So, they call his underwear. Only in the end seam. Oh, yeah. So, uh. No big. We will. You know, we get a look at the time. When it comes to this, I actually shouldn't even say this on the radio, but I'm going to say it anyway. I'm going to ask you on the radio. Do we? Are we going to be, I know we're doing FOF line next hour. What are we still? Are we? What kind of, I mean, either way, I'm ready either way. Really?
Is it bad taste if we doing it? It's an easy hour to be honest with you. I don't, I mean, well, I don't, I don't want to, because sometimes I don't be knowing what to say on here. Well, I just want to kind of watch you to work. I need a glass of water. Let me jerk it. Work it. She got to wax a Cho Cho. She got to talk to Teelin. I mean, it's, but what else will we do? We did. I don't want to, you know, it's the things like you said earlier, like it's not a, it's a remembering day. It's not a, I don't want to turn into a moat day. Yeah, like I don't want to remember all day, which is bad. But I like, I never forget it too. So like I really truly never forget. Yeah, I mean, it's incredibly impactful.
But I, I think that like, I still hear the voicemails. Kevin Cosgrove's voicemails the last one you heard when building collapse, you hear him scream and then the phone disconnects. Yeah. Last year, we were all famous one. And they were talking about, look, it's hard to not, right? Like it's hard to not. Yeah, because they've been talking about the first responders for the past few days and how, you know, the ones that are left are, they have to mention now because of the dust, you know, they've worked their way up to their brains. Yeah. And some of them can't get covered through the memorial fund because of, you know, how the insurance goes, man, they try to find a way not to cover it. So they got a fight for coverage now, 25 years. Why not expose those people like the good Lord man. I mean, I hate to say it, but like shame on the, the, the union of their representatives up there, like for real, that's a shame.
And back on those type of people that serve, you know, but like, they're telling them like we have a union up there for that, right? Not a union. Okay. So shame on their union leaders. I mean, seriously, that's a shame. They got documentation for everything, you know, the cancer that that dust calls the dementia, tons of people, first responders and people that volunteered to work were getting it too. And they're like, look, well, I, I think it's everyone encompassing in that local government, I mean, these people should be taking care of. Well, yeah, I mean, I feel the same way about military too. Absolutely. And that, that doesn't seem to, I don't know, I don't know. They're getting diagnosed before they're 60. I don't, I don't want it. What? Yeah. Good. Early with the stuff. That's, you know, and then you get that son of a gun that that went and leased the building for weeks before it happened and then made tons of money off of it. It's like, and then you got, yeah, so many people made, this became instantaneous millionaires
that day. And it's like, I'm not looking at it from an experimental way, but then when you hear stories like, that's heartbreaking. They can't even get almost really wanted to say the F-word so bad. Freaking insurance coverage in this country. That's a freaking shame, man. Yeah. I did not, I did not know that. I know. I know. For real. Several people that went to Iraq after that happened and they served in the military and they deserve more than what they received. I mean, look, it's nothing against you, but that's the other thing you have to deal with too every year. Well, you know, it was, it was an inside job in this crap and you know, people were talking about, well, you know, a structured demolition, you know, it was, there was things already in place for it to come down that quick. Yeah. No, I just want to say, I don't want to use it from a conspiratorial thing, but that's where like the then versus now, like you're telling me now where this country, where this
isn't any particular one, but we send millions upon millions to other countries to help them out. Got to leave on my hate hearing that. That's a Mali Daycare's in Minnesota. That was a lot of money. But then you got these, these folks. That is, that is it. That is, I'm ashamed of that. Yep. I really am. Like make fun, other countries, that'd be something to make fun of us about instead of just the way the president's hair looks or whatever. Like God, that's a, that is a damn shame. Especially when, you know, a lot of resources get funneled into other countries. No, I guess. That's right up to you. I'm raised for, for 9-11s to over the concerts and all this stuff. And that's still a thing. And the moment, I don't know how much the fun pays out. You know, a lot of people are in the fun, families, and whatnot. My gosh. But you couldn't lot those guys in with it. The first responders. Mm. Mm. That's going to go on for, you know, until they last the survivors that are left.
Yeah. They have those issues. I don't not to mention the mental thing of running into that. And just the stress. Yeah, the survivor's guilt, I mean, the people that made it through it. That's so wild. That, that, that, you know, I'm just being real with you right now. That's hard to like not think about anything about that right now. That is nuts to me. Yeah. That is crazy. We always look for a reason not to, you know, like, well, don't really want to cover you for some reason. It's like the corporate structure. Like, let's cut, cut, cut to, you know, literally two people are making all the money. But you got no production left because everybody's gone. That's the insurance. Let's get everybody's money and not cover it. Like, uh, there should be like, let's just get rid of insurance. I mean, we need to, I'm still getting to bill from the damn oral surgeon. I'm like, it's only an after, you know, pay it. Why are you billing me? Uh-huh. Uh, man. Jeez. I, you know, obviously people take jobs to get, I didn't necessarily mean medical insurance,
but there's, I mean, insurance is such a racket. But so is banking. It's really anything involving money. It's a scam. I mean, the kind that it is, you know, it's like you, the, we get paid in numbers that don't exist. I mean, it's, it's, it's kind of an icon. Like if, if, if one of the grandkids, well, only one of them can talk now. And if, if you said, hey, uh, why don't you get to work every day? Well, uh, to make money? Why? Do you collect money? No, I, I have to buy things with it. Oh, okay. Did those people collect money? I was like, no, they have to give people money. Who are the, what ultimately is the big, you understand where a child's innocence can be like, what, the person that gets all the money, what did they get? They don't ask his mama, you get to say that as a grandpa. Yeah, ask your mama. They'll really screw him over and say, ask your grandma. Right guys, rule. Every morning. With Batman. It's gross, my right now. That boy's not a big shoe. And paid.
One making yourself happy. So robbed, guys. The right guy's wanting to show up. When news matters, it matters where you get your news. It's rise guys headlines. Good morning, everyone. Well, well, sex is out. There's a new thing that daters are doing. It's called a foodie call. Oh, God, people. Oh, I'm sorry. God, I'm sorry. God, I did not do that. I didn't even go to the corner on that one, dude. The far corner. No wonder why it's getting so darker. Was that an official that came through in the sponsorship? No, dude, we had yesterday, seriously, a local business owner, reached out to us and said, I don't know if they were just trolling or if they were like really serious, but they said, if you guys really sell sponsorship to the far corner, I would like to sponsor it. I'm not kidding you. Okay. And you're paced in. Who was it, Spinks?
Because it's the gas station? No. Well, God. I shouldn't. I know they got it. It wasn't. I put it up now. It was robbed basis of state. I want to sound shy and lame. Oh, Chris Justice, this is your ringtone a bit. It's this corner. It's on shy and lame. All right. So cool. Who's the picture of this hot wife on the phone? This is probably fender rolls. Ha ha ha ha ha. Well, according to this study, 30% of data is admitted to accepting a romantic dinner invitation just to have a free mail without having any interest in the actual relationship. We've known that for years. We just know it's called a foodie call. Dating for dinner. Foodie call. The phenomenon is called a foodie call. Like, hey, I want to take you to... I'll show you my mozzarella log. Red lobster. And then you're like, I don't eat lobster. Halipinia of Popper is more like it. So he would have to take you somewhere better. Yeah. Hecaroni. What? Somewhere better.
Well, you always said when you were younger, not now. The pig. But in your wilder days that a lobster dinner would pretty much seal the deal for you. Yeah, sometimes. How nice is it though. And look, it is what it is. That was only a certain person would take me to lobster. I didn't create prostitution. All right. Some guy named John did it from what I understand. But... What do you do? Imagine that like, you're hungry. Take the reall. Took me a minute. But like, you're starving. Call me Marvin. You're starving. You have nothing to eat. Go out of the date with this guy. You can have lobster. What if... Like, it sucks. It sucks, but it's also kind of cool. It's a superpower that women have. It's better than begging. It really is. It's like power.
I mean, you can plan it right where you just like eat half and half. So that's your meal for the next day. Because you know what's... What do you enter an interracial relationship? She wishes. You know what's really powerful about what you're talking about? What are you talking about? You know, he's talking about two different things. No, he's talking about the... You know, how powerful that tool is the women have? Real child. It don't have to be in the best condition. It doesn't lose power. People just want to do it. That's why I don't date. It's why it's... It's why. I'm so impressed out by people like, okay, so you have sex with me once. What the hell? Or if you see a woman standing on the side of the road with a sign that says hungry. It's like, okay. Well... Because some guys would be like, you know, well, it's better than nothing, even if you know I got a... In that wild. If I can't get, you know, too close to my peak. People, though, but then you get to the guys who have, you know, people always say, oh,
you imagine living with her. But they might have a beautiful wife at home. But then they go and get like... I know he was just picking up someone that was hitchhiking, but Eddie Murphy. The guy's got a beautiful wife. Nice hair, too. Beautiful wife. And he goes and gets with someone who really kind of looks like Tracy Morgan in drag. Yeah. You're gonna give me a wide-hole, Eddie Murphy. I don't know if you remember that. That was a young person. It's well. I went and divine brown. That was Hugh Grant. Yeah, that was Hugh Grant. I was trying to remember Eddie Murphy's prostitutes, and then... God, she might be the most famous hooker ever. Divine brown? Yeah. Oh, that or... What's the lady from New Orleans? I think that's the woman. Oh. There's some famous word from New Orleans. Oh, is that a bit... I don't know. I'll go go that first. Famous horror from New Orleans. So, by Christy from home? I do. Foodie calls are mutual. And kids are what? Like, you know, by whatever. We're just gonna eat. Yeah. So, it's kind of like you're 69 in the dinner. Yeah. The diamond queen, that's who it was. She was the first entrepreneur of...
Oh, she's like a Heidi flyer from back in the day. Yeah, like she was like a... Like you'd say today, the color like a ball's bitch. Oh, okay. I thought you were gonna talk about like a Morgana and the BJ bandit, but, you know, I don't know this chick. Oh, no. That was... She was the kissing bandit as well. Oh, yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Oh, no. That was... She was the kissing bandit as well. Oh, yeah. BJ in the bandit was hauling... BJ from a bear. The poor slide. The text, okay. Was it that... So, BJ from a bear is what you're thinking about. That's what it just happened to. So, these foodie calls aren't just for cheap young adults, they're for people that are 65 and older. They've also done it. If Paige would have let us go, do her a little bit. Why did not let you do what? Do you have there with your headlines whip? Back on track. I guess the F.O.F. Going, by the way. Blonders on. Why? Because people say you don't let her talk. Exactly. It's the same dude that tries to get laid. He's real chivalrous when it comes to Paige.
No. Let her do her news. This is the only way I get news from Paige. Oh, boy. So, won't you STF you and let her do it? A lot of ways she's got big knockies. You can't see me. I do not. That's what they finished with. By the way, I've done... I've done... I don't hook up, though. That's the thing. I know. I mean, severely dismayed. What's wrong with you? You think you're going to get laid. Well, that's not the severely D I thought you were going to say. She's reverse-lacologized in the whole thing. I don't know what I want. Somebody actually asked me the other day. What do you want, Nagar? What do you want? I go, it's not... You're thumb. No. I don't want that. Can we just have a... I don't want that. I just want to have a... I don't want that. I don't want that. I just want to have a... I don't want that. I just want to have a... Can we just have a... Like a normal life? Like, did you have a normal... Right, yeah. Girlfriend. Girlfriend. You want to get a shift to the bottom? Don't you? That's kind of what I want. Where you have fun, you go out. And if you have chemistry, you have sex. That's all I want. I don't want to... You're assuming things now. That's asking too much. I'm not assuming that. You send me a voice message back.
And now you have to say you... I just want to say it. He said another name for Kitaket. Yeah, that's one. Feline. I just want to hit you, site. That's for you, site. Send me a voice message. Yeah. Do you have the one with the frog on it? Oh, yeah, we got the frog. That's the best country frog I've heard in a long, long time. I dropped down on one knee. Grab your hand. Give it up. Kiss from a frog. A frog. It was a seal song, I believe. Oh, I hope you... Kiss from... Kiss from a frog. That was a song by Hinder. Lips from a frog. I'm so frick. They played last night. Do it, Dan. Do it. Dan. Lips from a frog. Party man, Dan. If you want to do some songs, do party man. That collaboration between the two Danes. Yeah. It's a Dan band. I mean, look at it. Look at Blue Shirt over there. Is that black or blue? I can't tell. Wow. In Solidarity, so my brothers is black.
Okay. You just a single blue. Well, there's light over there. That's blue. So... What is that? That's not a hammer sitting on top of the TV3. It's not. That's a football. I'm making a football. I'm not catching it. That's a ball pain. I'll catch it. I knew you would. You loved football, didn't you? She put a nail in her mouth and catch it. She played football with her ass. Is that what you're saying? Oh, oh, oh, you're gonna have a... And you play Fussy with the other one across the street. I didn't... If Jayet... Oh, if this don't win us the Scab award next year, it's rigged. And we know the guy who runs today in organization. And we still can't win. Why is that one laying down? I know. It's straight up.
