I get this question a lot, and I do have some realtors, but the truth is, you need to do the work yourself. I know you're looking for shortcuts, right? If I could save you an hour or two or a bunch of phone calls, then that would be nice for everybody. But here's the thing: you need to learn how to do this kind of stuff, and it's really easy.
