You've been searching for freedom your entire life. Maybe you've made some money, moved cities, posted the lifestyle. But underneath it all you feel trapped, unable to escape the one thing that follows you everywhere. You people cry. Your mind. You see freedom isn't about how much money you make, how you drive, or even where you live. While I told you, in our freedom right now, it doesn't cost a penny. And once you unlock it, you can have everything you desire, clarity of thought, conviction in your actions, and the total undying confidence in yourself. That's the freedom you want, freedom from the prison in your mind. And this is my system for unlocking that.

Man is free at exactly the moment he decides to be. And I'm going to break down how you can become free, step by step, how you can stop feeling trapped, not just financially or time trapped, but mentally trapped. How you can break the shackles that are in your mind. Because really, we all end up trapped in our minds. No matter how much money we make, this system will work just as well for a billionaire. As it will for someone who's made no money. For the billionaire, it will help you unlock the freedom that you've been looking for that money didn't help you solve. And for the guy with no money, it will help you make the money. It will help you get the time freedom because we actually end up most of us with the illusion of freedom, which I figured out because I have attained wealth and time freedom. So the trap most men fall into is you begin over here in the 9-5 jail, somewhere you don't want to be. And you get out. It's not too hard to get out.

There's a lot of ways to get out and become your own boss. And certainly when I got out, I thought I was free. And I went over here and I went to comfort island. I moved to Thailand and I had a little bit of money and a little bit of time. And then I realized that this same feeling of jail had followed me to comfort island. Because this is where great men go to lose their freedom. We realize as soon as we have time and money freedom, we realize that we actually have to deal with something deeper. That's inside of us. And we find ourselves trapped again. And this has happened to me many times through my journey where I've got some the most money I've ever made or the most accolades the most free time. And yet I still feel lost. I still feel like there's something missing. And there is a key that once you unlock it, will unlock the time financial freedom but also unlock a deeper purpose in you. Now the illusion of freedom I find for most people is that a life without pain equals success.

But the problem is pain is unavoidable. You either pay with the pain of regret, the pain of comfort that leads to a substandard life or belief in yourself. You pay with pleasure where your life deteriorates or you pay with discipline. And when I first went to Thailand, I traded a boss and job for comfort and relaxation. And I've done this a few times. I'm not perfect. I've made money and then relaxed and realized that the freedom was not the vacation. At all. And this is a trap many people find themselves in. Because freedom is not comfort relaxation plus money. That is not what makes a man feel free. Internally, that's not what makes you feel fulfilled. And it's that fulfillment, that self-confidence. That's what we want to unlock. So what is real freedom? Through my journey, I've found through monitoring and journaling my life that the best period to time for me, when my freedom is alignment and self-mastory,

when I feel like I'm becoming a better person, when I'm aligned with a mission, and I'm making consistent moves towards that mission. And I'm actually not in a state of relaxation, not in a state of comfort. And in order to do this, we need to use the comfort, the compass of self. You need to know who you want to be and head in that direction. And that direction, if you look at my beautiful illustration of a river here, and there's me on the stepping stone, I'm trying to pass over to true freedom. And this requires discipline, ownership, purpose, and challenge. Those are the stepping stones to true freedom through unlocking these, you also unlock. Time freedom, money freedom. And these are free. You can get these right now and I'm going to show you how. Real freedom I've realized is living in alignment with who you want to become every single day.

You see, money is not bad on its own. Travel is not bad on its own. Funds not bad. Relaxation is not bad. The problem is, they are only bad when you chase them and think they will solve the internal problem, the problem that follows you everywhere. In order to solve the internal problem, you must understand the pyramid of freedom. So I'm going to take you through now. I'm nicely illustrated pyramid of freedom. I did all these illustrations myself, I'll have you know. Quite enjoyable creative experience, making this presentation. But the pyramid of freedom is where everyone goes wrong. Most people don't know about this. They don't understand this at all. And they don't get close to it and it's why it's been most of their lives lost. It's also why a lot of people can never unlock time and financial freedom. And I'll tell you why, because what most men chase is financial freedom, which is actually at the bottom of the pyramid, it's actually the least important.

Still very important. But most men chase time and freedom, thinking it will give them peace, fulfillment, purpose in their lives. And it can. It's a very good thing to have and you certainly need it. But it is part of the journey. It is not the end goal. And you see what happens to most people and this has happened to me time and time again, is financial freedom plus time freedom without sole purpose and mental freedom. Equals comfort, hedonism and self-destruction. So obviously so many people with money, so many people that attain billionaire status, one of my good friends actually, that one of the first sponsors I had on the channel is a guy that sold his company for $975 million. He made a blog post the other day saying that he was depressed, saying that he didn't know what to do with his life now. And that's because without sole purpose and mental freedom, a man will feel lost. And even if he gets the time and the financial freedom, he will self-destruct with it.

Because he can no longer, he still hasn't figured out what he needs inside and fixed the mental problem. Now, the magic is if you fix and you find sole purpose and mental freedom, it equals financial time freedom plus fulfillment. And these are free. sole purpose and mental freedom is free for you to get. You can acquire it and going to teach you how. And it will unlock financial and time freedom so easily, so much easier than you ever thought possible. So how do we acquire the top three? These three that are so important to the mission? We must overcome the enemy of freedom, the enemy of all freedom and that's fear. In order to unlock the top three of the pyramid, we must first conquer the cause of all negative emotion, anger, sadness, guilt, all comes from fear. We must overcome fear because no matter how much worldly success you attain, you cannot become complete if your life is ruled by fear.

Now what most people don't realise is you will always feel fear. We will not get rid of fear. We will just become strong enough to see it in love. And that's the position we want to be in. Every time we get stuck in life, when we feel unfulfilled, it is due to fear. And now I'm going to run you through the antidote for fear. How do we overcome that fear? The root of fear, the limiting belief breakdown, where all fears come from, for most people, is essentially this. We say I can't to ourselves all the time. I can't be that person. I can't do this thing. I can't make that much money. I can't feel that way. And if we delve a little deeper, if we go down the ladder, the fear ladder, we'll find why. I can't run that business. Why? I failed before. Okay, why would you not try again? Because people laugh to me. And why does that matter? Well, because then people didn't like me. And they thought I was stupid. They didn't have any friends.

Why did that matter? Because if they don't love me, then I don't have anything. I'm nothing. Why? Why would you be nothing just because someone else doesn't like you? Because I don't love myself. And that's the core wound. That's where all fear comes from. It's a lack of self-love. Because we don't respect, honor, or love ourselves. Life becomes difficult. Every excuse a man makes is just an arm around the real wound. And that's that he doesn't love himself. From altitude of reasons, he doesn't believe he's worthy without the approval of others. And that can be worldly, approval, money, time, looks, all of those things. He doesn't feel without those things. He's worthy of anyone's approval. The problem is when he gets those things, when he gets everyone else's approval, he still realizes he isn't worthy because the only person that it matters feels worthy is yourself, not anybody else. So he performs and obeys. Most of us perform and obey and stay stuck because we want to please everybody else. Truly though, we're not pleasing

ourselves. So even if we managed to please the whole world and the whole world loves us, this is why you look at celebrities who are adored by millions of fans and they kill themselves because they don't love themselves and everybody else is loved as irrelevant compared to the love that you should have for yourself. And once you unlock that, you become very, very powerful. Now why do we go down this rabbit hole? I've asked myself this question so many times. Why do we do this? If it seems so simple? And the reason is, because external validation can be achieved through a facade and we feel like we can have both comfort and not live an alignment with who we truly want to be and also have the love of everyone else which will be enough for us. And that's where we get trapped. We think, okay, when I have the money, the car, the girl, all of this stuff, I don't really need to obey myself or live an alignment with who I am because I'll have everything I need. And then you get there and you realize you just needed that one thing and you need to go and find it. We do not need comfort or validation if we love ourselves. But that love comes at a price.

The price of that love is discipline, purpose and alignment. Pain is inevitable. You have the pain of regret, the pain of feeling lost, the pain of not knowing who you are or you have the pain of living in alignment with living with discipline, that difficult path, those are your two options. Most people who don't love themselves, myself included at times because we lie, cheat and steal from our own soul because we say we're going to do things and we don't do them because we string ourselves along because we have no trust in the words that come out of our mouths. We have no trust. The inner person is saying something, good morning to be a certain person, live a certain way and the mental version of you is holding him back and lying to him and that's why we don't love ourselves. So you have two options. I've tried both. The Angel of Discipline and Purpose or you have the devil of comfort and validation. Whichever one you chase will decide your life's outcome. So how do we pass from fear to love? Because that's the key. If we can pass

the bridge of power, this is me going across the bridge of power, a little cowboy hat on. Across in the bridge of power from fear over to love, we must leave behind limiting beliefs insecurity, addiction to validation and the paralysis that we feel. Stopping us doing what we want and we must move over to self-trust discipline, purpose and courage and you see the battle is not between rich and poor success and failure. It's between fear and love. So how do we cross the bridge of power and unlock all the things I told you you can unlock, the wealth, the abundance, the purpose, the confidence, the power and true freedom in both the outer world and the inner world. Well, in order to do these things, let me introduce you to the Seven Pillars of Self-Mastery and this is my system. This is the system to align you with yourself and unlock internal and worldly success. To achieve self-love and ultimate power, we can no longer lie cheap and still

from the soul. If we follow these seven steps, which I will introduce to you in a second, we will reach Navarna, not the band, although they're very good, heaven on earth, we will feel complete and we'll get what we want and we will live with happiness and joy and still pain because pain is unavoidable but it would be good pain. That pain where the end of a hard day's work you feel complete and you feel satisfied with yourself and we'll reach Navarna. So the first step to self-mastery is radical ownership where I'll introduce you to characters that I've illustrated. We've got the Jagaloon. Jagaloon basically means somebody who fucks around all the time, doesn't take life seriously and the Kaisen, Kaisen is Japanese for continuous self-improvement and illustrates some characters for you. You can decide which one you want to be but freedom isn't a goal. It's a byproduct of mastering yourself, blaming other people. So even I do at this

point, I have to realign myself on this all the time. This is a video for me. This is my guide to feel free and it's a continuous journey. You don't just do it and then get it. You have to live this way or you will find yourself lost. You will find yourself sad even after a big win. After the dopamine comes down after a big win, you will find yourself a little bit uncertain if you don't live this way. One of the key issues I see with most people is they blame other people and that is damaging to you because it takes away your ability to change the things that are holding you back. You're not free until you own everything in your life. And so here we have the Jagaloon and he blames people. It's all the systems fault. It's his exes fault. It's his parents fault for fucking him up. As soon as you were this person, you've given your power away. There's nothing you can change about any of that. If you become the Kaisen, not only do you become strappingly

handsome and very muscular. But you also think everything is your responsibility and just doing that allows you the power to change those things in your life. So the first task of this is to do a nightly journal and just ask yourself the question, where did I give power away in my life? Now are we doing this house? I've got my two good friends and business associates that work closely with me. Max is my videographer and cameraman and Bill runs the backend systems. We all live like this. So I asked myself at the end of the day, where did I give power away? Where did I blame maybe one of them for something that didn't go right or it didn't get done that I could have taken ownership of myself and got done? And they asked themselves the same question, where did I blame Jagal? Bill, where did I blame Max? And if you all do that, if you all operate with radical self-ownership of the things that you do, you all have power and you all work collectively towards something. Without blaming anybody else, it makes you very powerful person. It makes you a great person

to work with. It's your great person to be around. As people don't think of you as a blame man, they think of you as a doer. Somebody that takes responsibility and gets things done and that's becoming a man and when you live that way, you have respect for yourself. Number two, it's never break your word. You can't become free and you can't love yourself if you lie to yourself. And this is the biggest problem most people face is that they continuously lie to themselves and freedom starts when you believe your own words again, when you actually look in the mirror and think that's a man of integrity and that's when you start to love yourself. Now the problem is the Jagaloon who I've been so many times, he makes too many promises to himself. When he makes so many promises, he can't fulfill them and he breaks them, destroys his self-trust. So I've done this before and you've probably done it as well. You go for some crazy goals, you write down, I'm waking up at 4am, I'll be at the gym by 5 on a create 10 videos today.

And you make this big list and maybe you do a couple of other things on the list, like here, apply to emails and send DMs. Jagaloon has done that but he doesn't realise those are the things that don't really matter in his business and he's also lied to himself five times that day, just destroyed his confidence. The kaisen on the other hand sets three manageable goals. Wake up at 7, rather than 4, does that, goes to the gym and does three critical business tasks that move the needle. And at the end of the day, the Jagaloon no longer has, so he has less self-trust and the kaisen has kept every promise. So he is slowly building up more and more power. So in order for you to feel free, you have to stop lying to yourself. To stop lying to yourself, you have to stop making so many promises, only ones you could fulfill and slowly build up from there. So your task here is to choose every night before you go to bed. Three promises for the day. For the following day, maybe when are you going to wake up? What time are you going to go,

Jim, and what are you going to do in your business? Or it could be three business-focused tasks if Jim and waking up is already easy for you. But just three, don't make it overcomplicated because the most important thing is you never break them. If you do this for a month and you do those 90 things, at the end of that month you have more confidence than you've ever had in yourself because you finally stop lying to yourself. Don't make as many promises to other people or to yourself and you'll find them easier to keep and build your confidence. If you say to yourself, I'm not going to eat a single piece of junk food. For two months, you better fucking do it because if you don't, you reckon your confidence. If you don't think you can do it, just don't make the promise. Start with smaller promises and slowly build yourself up. I've fallen into that hole many times. The next factor of becoming free is emotional honesty. We can very quickly identify if we don't have emotional honesty in our lives. If we are using distractions like weed or alcohol, video games

to mask our lives, these are vices and I've had many vices in my past. Vices are found at masks because they put you into a different mindset, a different world other than reality that allows you to think and have some comfort and feel all right. This is not good. They take away pain without solving the problem. For a man to become free, you must become emotionally honest with yourself. You don't need to talk about your problems all the time with other people or maybe even see a therapist. What you need to do is become your own therapist and be honest with yourself. I have to regularly ask myself the question, what am I pretending not to feel? I might have a weekend where I drink a fair bit or I don't get to bed on time and I watch a load of movies. Then I ask myself, what am I pretending not to feel? Maybe it's stress. You're fucking stress and you're pretending you're not because you're masking it with beer and watching a movie or hanging

out with your buddies. There's something that's making you stressed and we need to figure that out and fix it. We can't run from that and you need to ask yourself, why am I feeling this way? And how do I actually feel? And don't be scared of emotion. Deal with emotion and then you can become free. So you might say to yourself, I'm depressed and lost and that's okay because that's feeling that everybody feels, you're not alone. I feel that as well at different parts of the journey. But what I do differently to a lot of people is I'll sit down and say, why do we feel depressed and lost? And normally if I look back up the rungs of personal mastery, well, I'm blaming other people, I'm not taking ownership of my life and I'm breaking promises to myself. That's why I feel depressed and bad. I'm not going to the gym. I look like a piece of shit. I'm eating shit and that's where the change needs to come. And you realize, oh, I'm not sleeping at all. And that's making me depressed. You have to know the inputs and the outputs. You have to know how

you're affecting your own mental state and mind and that happens with emotional honesty. The next is physical discipline. If I didn't go to the gym and I go nearly every single day, but if I ever have for whatever reason a few days off the gym, I feel depressed because my mind needs it. It needs to feel good about its development. You cannot master your life. You cannot become free. If you can't even master your body, I would not trade my life with somebody richer than me that didn't have a good body because you cannot pay for this. You cannot pay to look a certain way. You have to do the hard work and it's something that you can do for free that builds huge inner confidence. You can become like Goku. I thought this illustration was pretty cool. But you must become big, strong, dangerous and capable. You must have physical mastery to love yourself. You can never look in the mirror and think, oh, fuck, I'm a fat piece of shit. And then

love yourself and feel free. The feelings of confidence that you get when you look in the mirror and think, wow, I look incredible. I'm really looking after and loving this person that I am and looking after him by getting eight hours a sleep. I sprint about three times a week. Get adequate protein, one cramp per pound of body weight, martial arts, learn to fight, the confidence you get when you learn to box, you learn to MMA. Go and sign up for that. Become a stronger man. Look in the mirror and you're finally crafting this person that you can be proud of. That's when you feel free. It's not money and time. It's who you become. Jim five times a week. These are all fucking easy if you have discipline and that's what you need. You can evolve yourself if you're not doing these. That's one of your biggest problems for the way you feel mentally. Number five is the lifestyle design. Please start to live life like it's a video game. You get one chance. Start to design your character. Decide who you want to be. How you want to be seen and how you want to see

yourself. Control your environment, your personal style, your skill set. Environment control, very important. Who you're spending time with. What is your environment life? Is your condo messy? Is your house messy? Is your bedroom messy? Is there just a lack of self respect? Oosing out of your house. You're a bone. You need to fix that. Environment control. Control the people around. If you're around five losers, you become a fucking loser. If you're around five millionaires, you'll be the sixth millionaire. Everybody knows this. Nobody takes it on. It's very important. I surround myself with guys doing better than me that make me feel uncomfortable. That's what we do in the new elite, my private network. We make each other feel uncomfortable and support each other in getting better. That's very, very important. So view life as if you're creating a character. Start getting granular on this stuff. Watch some movies, watch Bond. I'd like to be more like that. I'd like to dress in that way. Build your own personal style. Build your personal apartment or just some new designs or lights. Keep it tidy and

clean. Look after yourself. Have some self respect. When you feel that way, you control your environment. You're around good people. You start to love yourself. If we had something we really cared about, let's say it's our kid, we wouldn't put him around bad people. We wouldn't go and put him in an environment that was going to turn him into our person because we know how strong environment is, but we do it to ourselves all the time. So think about that. Number six is build a personal code. Great men live by a code of honor. The reason why this is important, and this is the Boshido code of the samurai. So you've got honor, compassion, integrity, loyalty, respect, courage and honesty. Very good, very good code to live by. The reason why this is important is you need a code, not motivation in your life. You need something to fall back on when your emotions are leading you astray. And your code is your compass. When you

live by a code of honor, you can say, I don't feel this way, but I already decided I was never going to do that thing or I was going to live in alignment with this with this code. So even though I don't feel like doing that code right now, even though I feel like lying or cheating or stealing, I'm not going to because I know it's wrong. Without a code, so religion is so important. That's why the lack of religion in the West can be worrying because it's basically a code. And I don't mind if you have a religious code, if you follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, Christianity, if you're Catholic, if you're Hindu, if you're Buddha, if you are Muslim, I don't mind. It's of no concern to me, but those books or codes of honor, they teach you how to live when your emotions get in the way. That's the positives of religion and following God and having somebody a higher power than yourself to keep you on track because we need that. We definitely need that.

And finally, number seven is purpose over pleasure and the way you find this and you'll realize that you're in a prison when you ask yourself this question. If I had no fear and no need to impress other people, what would I be building? What would you go and do? That's really where your purpose lies and it's going to be quite difficult in your mind. It doesn't have to be, but in your mind, you're going to go, I want to go over here, purpose, hard work, legacy, what I really want to do, but I want the money that's easy over here or I want this easier life over here and I want people to be impressed. Maybe they won't be impressed with this. This path I guarantee you, always lead. It's unfulfillment. This path, the purpose, hard work and legacy, the thing you actually want to do, if you stopped worrying, if you weren't so scared, if you didn't care about what other people thought or money or time or any of that, it wouldn't make you rich. It would make you free. It would make you

happy. It would make you confident. It would unlock everything because it's aligned with what you should truly be doing in your life. Most men are slaves to pleasure. Comfort kills your potential. Purpose is painful at first, but it builds you alive that you don't need to escape from and more specifically it builds you a person internally that you don't need to escape from. You don't need to be anybody else. Now let me take you to my final illustration, my greatest illustration. It's took me a long time. What a picture. Super sane Goku. The man who no longer needs anything gets whatever they want. The fear you become, the less you need, the internally more free you become, the less you need and the more and the less you need in life, the more the

world responds to you and the more the world gives you. When you realise you're okay because you have your daily discipline because you have ownership of your life. When you don't lie to yourself, when you build self-love through discipline and courage and following the correct path, you realise, God, I don't need money or time freedom. I feel fucking good. I wake up every day excited to become a better person and it takes all the pressure away. You realise you don't need the attainment of validation from other people or any of these worldly things and then they flow to you because you no longer need them and it's coming from a great place, a place of love inside of yourself and people see that there's an energy field to that that attracts everything you want, attracts the people you want. You no longer need people of validation and in turn you find them all coming towards you. Money, validation, fame, fortune, freedom are all heading your way because you

no longer need any of those things. And there it is. Guys it's been an absolute pleasure. And I will see you on the next one.
