I ate the donuts.

Not because someone forced me. Not because the stars aligned against me. Because two days ago I said the word out loud into a microphone — and my brain filed it like a contract waiting to be signed.

This is Day 6 of The Last Addiction. The scale read 311.5. Up ten pounds in two days. I took the photos anyway — no flexing, no good lighting, every angle — because that's the protocol and the protocol doesn't care how I feel about the number.
