"When I drank at the university pub, I loved it!". Steve MacLellan had lots of great memories from his drinking days. By the time hit middle age, his inner voice was asking questions about why it wasn't like the glory days. Despite his best efforts, this engineer couldn't find the answers. He didn't drink more than his peers, but he couldn't NOT drink and feel content. Like all of our members, he recognized that he was operating at a 7 or 8, and that caused him more stress than the idea of taking a break from alcohol.
