I'm on a mission to rebrand it from something that just happens in romantic relationships to an integral part of health and wellness. Our current paradigm of sex = touch isn't working for most of us, whether we're in a relationship or single. Unlike many health and wellness regimes, touch is free, can be practiced by people of all ages or fitness levels, doesn't require special equipment, and you don't have to join a gym or buy expensive supplements.

Currently, I'm working on my Master's in Public Health with a concentration in Social Marketing to address this issue from a more scientific, evidence-based perspective. As our world becomes increasingly chaotic and stressful, comfort and connection will be needed more than ever.
