IMF Chief Kristalina Georgieva Talks 'Tough Times' in Global Economy

IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva says that countries and other economies will need to brace for 'tough times' if oil prices continue to remain high. Georgieva also says that April will be worse than the previous month with price shocks. She speaks with Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua.
